Psalms 115
1 Not unto us, O Yahweh, not unto us, —but, unto thine own Name, give glory, concerning thy lovingkindness, concerning thy faithfulness.
Kaimih a venawh kaana, Aw Bawipa, kaimih a venawh kaana, na lungnaak ingkaw na yp awmnaak awh namah ang ming a venawh boeimangnaak awm seh.
2 Wherefore should the nations say, Pray where is their God?
Ikawtih thlangphyn khqi ing, “A mingmih a Khawsa hana a awm?” a mi ti.
3 When, our God, is in the heavens, Whatsoever he pleased, hath he done.
Ningmih a Khawsa taw khawk khan na awm nawh, amah ak kaw ak zeel sak boeih ce sai hy.
4 Their idols, are silver and gold, the works of the hands of men, —
Cehlai a mingmih a myiqawlkhqi taw thlanghqing a kut ing sai na ak awm sui ingkaw ngun khqi mai ni.
5 A mouth, have they, but they speak not, Eyes, have they, but they see not;
A mim kha taw ta lawt hlai uhy, am pau thai uhy; mik awm ta lawt hlai uhy, am hu thai uhy;
6 Ears, have they, but they hear not, A nose, have they, but they smell not:
haa ta lawt hlai uhy, am za thai unawh, haqawng awm ta lawt hlai uhy, a baw am za uhy;
7 Their hands! but they feel not Their feet! but they walk not, No sound make they in their throat.
kutkhqi ta hlai uhy, am bi thai uhy, khaw awm ta hlai uhy, am cet thai uhy; amik awiqawng ing ikaw awm ap kqawn thai uhy.
8 Like unto them, shall be they who make them, Every one who trusteth in them.
Vemih ak saikhqi taw vemyih khqi amyihna awm lawt kawm uh, vemyih ak ypnaak thlangkhqi boeih awm vemyih khqi amyihna awm lawt kawm uh.
9 O Israel! trust thou in Yahweh, Their help and their shield, is he!
Aw Israel ipkhuikaw, Bawipa ypna lah, anih taw cekkhqi ak hulkung ingkaw – cekkhqi a phuhqa na awm hy.
10 O house of Aaron! trust ye in Yahweh, Their help and their shield, is he!
Aaron ipkhuikaw aw, Bawipa ypna lah – anih taw cekkhqi a hulkung ingkaw phuhqa na awm hy.
11 Ye that revere Yahweh! trust in Yahweh, Their help and their shield, is he!
Amah ak kqihkhqi aw, Bawipa ypna lah, anih taw cekkhqi ak hulkung ingkaw cekkhqi a phuhqa na awm hy.
12 Yahweh, hath remembered us, he will bless—He will bless the house of Israel, He will bless the house of Aaron;
Bawipa ing ningnih ani sim khqi loet a dawngawh zoseennaak ni pe kaw: Israel ipkhuikaw ce zoseennaak pe kaw,
13 He will bless them who revere Yahweh, the small with the great.
anih ing Bawipa ak kqihkhqi ce zoseennaak pe kaw – ak zawi awm ak bau awm.
14 Yahweh multiply you, You, and your children.
Bawipa ing namah ingkaw na cakhqi ce pung a tai sak seh.
15 Blessed are ye of Yahweh, who made the heavens and the earth:
Khan ingkaw dek ak saikung Bawipa ing zoseennaak ni pek khqi seh.
16 As for the heavens, the heavens, belong to Yahweh, but the earth, hath he given to the sons of men.
Ak sang soeih khankhqi ce Bawipa koe na awm nawh, khawmdek ve thlanghqing a kut awh pehy.
17 The dead, cannot praise Yah, nor any that go down into silence;
Ak thi khqi dek khui ihnaak na anuk cet khqi ing Bawipa am kyihcah uhy;
18 But, we, will bless Yah, from henceforth even unto times age-abiding. Praise ye Yah.
