Psalms 113

1 Praise ye Yah! Praise, O ye servants of Yahweh, Praise the Name of Yahweh;

¡Alaben al Señor! ¡Alábenlo, siervos del Señor! ¡Alábenlo tal como él es!

2 Be the Name of Yahweh blessed, henceforth, even to times age-abiding.

Que la naturaleza del Señor sea alabada, ahora y para siempre.

3 From the rising of the sun unto the going in thereof, Worthy to be praised, is the Name of Yahweh:

¡Que todo el mundo en todas partes, desde el Este hasta el Oeste, alabe al Señor!

4 High above all nations, is Yahweh, Above the heavens, his glory.

El Señor gobierna con supremacía sobre todas las naciones; su gloria llega más alto que los cielos.

5 Who is like Yahweh our God? that goeth on high to dwell,

¿Quién es como el Señor nuestro Dios? Él es el único que vive en las alturas, sentado en su trono.

6 That cometh down low to look, through the heavens and through the earth;

Tiene que agacharse para mirar desde los cielos hasta la tierra.

7 That raiseth, out of the dust, the poor, From the dunghill, uplifteth the needy;

Levanta al pobre del polvo; ayuda al necesitado a salir del tiradero de basura.

8 To give a seat with nobles, with the nobles of his people!

A los líderes de su pueblo les da puestos de honor junto a otros líderes importantes.

9 Causing the barren woman to dwell in a household, A mother of sons in her joy! Praise ye Yah.

Alegra el hogar de la mujer estériles dándoles hijos. ¡Alaben al Señor!
