Psalms 108
1 A Song, a Melody: David’s. Fixed, is my heart, O God, I will sing and touch the strings, even mine honour.
੧ਗੀਤ। ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨ ਕਾਇਮ ਹੈ, ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੈਂ ਗਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਸਣੇ ਭਜਨ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ!
2 Awake, O harp and lyre, I will awaken the dawn!
੨ਹੇ ਸਿਤਾਰ ਤੇ ਬਰਬਤ, ਜਾਗੋ, ਮੈਂ ਫਜ਼ਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜਗਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ!
3 I will thank thee among the peoples, O Yahweh, and will sing praise unto thee, among the tribes of men.
੩ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਰਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਅਰਾਧਨਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
4 For, great, above the heavens, is thy lovingkindness, and, as far as the skies, thy faithfulness.
੪ਤੇਰੀ ਦਯਾ ਤਾਂ ਅਕਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚੀ ਤੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰੀ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਹੈ!
5 Be thou exalted above the heavens, O God, And, above all the earth, be thy glory.
੫ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਅਕਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਤਾਹਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੋ, ਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਉਤਾਹਾਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਹੋਵੇ!।
6 To the end thy beloved ones may be delivered, Oh save thou with thy right hand and answer me!
੬ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਛੁਡਾਏ ਜਾਣ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ ਬਚਾ ਲੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦੇ।
7 God, hath spoken in his holiness, I will exult! I will apportion Shechem! And, the Vale of Succoth, will I measure out;
੭ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬੋਲਿਆ, ਮੈਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਮਨਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਸ਼ਕਮ ਨੂੰ ਵੰਡ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਸੁੱਕੋਥ ਦੀ ਘਾਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਣਾਂਗਾ।
8 Mine, is Gilead—mine, Manasseh, but, Ephraim, is the defence of my head, Judah, is my commander’s staff;
੮ਗਿਲਆਦ ਮੇਰਾ ਹੈ, ਮਨੱਸ਼ਹ ਵੀ, ਅਤੇ ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਿਰ ਦਾ ਟੋਪ ਹੈ, ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਰਾਜ ਡੰਡਾ ਹੈ,
9 Moab, is my wash-bowl, Upon Edom, will I throw my shoe, Over Philistia, raise a shout of triumph.
੯ਮੋਆਬ ਮੇਰੀ ਚਿਲਮਚੀ ਹੈ, ਅਦੋਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੌਲਾ ਸੁੱਟਾਂਗਾ, ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਨਾਰਾ ਮਾਰਾਂਗਾ।
10 Who will conduct me to a fortified city? Who will lead me as far as Edom?
੧੦ਕੌਣ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਸਫ਼ੀਲਦਾਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ? ਕੌਣ ਅਦੋਮ ਦੇਸ ਤੱਕ ਮੇਰੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰੇਗਾ?
11 Hast not thou, O God, rejected us? and wilt not go forth, O God, with our hosts.
੧੧ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਕੀ ਤੂੰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਕਿ ਤੂੰ, ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਸੈਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੱਲਦਾ?
12 Grant us help out of distress, for, vain, is the deliverance of man:
੧੨ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਆਦਮੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਚਾਓ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਹੈ।
13 In God, shall we do valiantly, He himself, therefore, shall tread down our adversaries.
੧੩ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਸੀਂ ਸੂਰਮਗਤੀ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ, ਉਹੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਤਾੜ ਸੁੱਟੇਗਾ!।
