Psalms 106
1 Praise ye Yah, Give ye thanks to Yahweh—For he is good, For age-abiding, is his lovingkindness.
၁ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ကောင်းမြတ်တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်၏မေတ္တာတော်သည်ထာဝရတည် ၏။
2 Who can relate the mighty deeds of Yahweh? can cause to be heard, all his praise?
၂အဘယ်သူသည်ကိုယ်တော်၏အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်း သော အမှုတော်အပေါင်းတို့ကိုဖော်ပြနိုင်ပါသနည်း။ အဘယ်သူသည်ကိုယ်တော်၏ဂုဏ်တော်ရှိ သမျှကို ဖော်ကူးနိုင်ပါသနည်း။
3 How happy! They who observe justice, He that executeth righteousness at all times.
၃တရားမျှတစွာပြုမူ၍အမှန်တရားကို အစဉ် ကျင့်သုံးသူတို့သည်မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။
4 Remember me, O Yahweh, when thou acceptest thy people, Visit me, with thy salvation;
၄အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူစုတော်အား ကူမတော်မူသောအခါ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုလည်းသတိရတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့အားကယ်တော်မူသောအခါ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုလည်းကယ်တော်မူပါ။
5 That I may look upon the welfare of thy chosen ones, That I may rejoice in the joy of thy nation, That I may glory, with thine inheritance.
၅ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူစုတော်ကောင်းစားသည်ကို ကျွန်တော်မျိုးမြင်ပါရစေ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပြည်တော်သားများ ဝမ်းမြောက်ရာ၌လည်းကောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ပိုင်တော်မူသောသူတို့ရွှင်လန်းအား ရစွာ ဂုဏ်ယူဝါကြွားရာ၌လည်းကောင်းကျွန်တော်မျိုး ပါဝင်ပါရစေ။
6 We have sinned—with our fathers, We have acted perversely, we have committed lawlessness;
၆ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်ဘိုးဘေးများနည်းတူ အပြစ်ကူးကြပါပြီ။ ယုတ်မာဆိုးညစ်ကြ ပါပြီ။
7 Our fathers, in Egypt, understood not thy wonders, They remembered not the abounding of thy lovingkindnesses, but rebelled by the sea—at the Red Sea.
၇ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ဘိုးဘေးများသည်အီဂျစ် ပြည်၌ ဘုရားသခင်ပြုတော်မူသောအံ့သြဖွယ်ရာ အမှုတော်ကိုနားမလည်ကြပါ။ သူတို့အားကြိမ်ဖန်များစွာပြတော်မူသော မေတ္တာတော်ကိုမေ့လျော့ကြပါ၏။ ထိုနောက်ပင်လယ်နီအနီးတွင်အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်ကို ပုန်ကန်ကြပါ၏။
8 Yet he saved them, for the sake of his Name, to make known his mighty power;
၈သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်သည်မိမိ၏ မဟာတန်ခိုးတော်ကိုပြရန် ကတိတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်းသူတို့အား ကယ်တော်မူပါ၏။
9 So he rebuked the Red Sea, and it dried up, And he led them through deeps, as pasture-land;
၉ကိုယ်တော်သည်ပင်လယ်နီကိုအမိန့်ပေးတော် မူလျှင် ယင်းသည်ခန်းခြောက်၍သွား၏။ ထိုနောက်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အားခန်းခြောက်သော ပင်လယ်ကိုဖြတ်စေရန်ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူ၏။
10 And saved them from the hand of one full of hatred, And redeemed them out of the hand of the foe;
၁၀ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့ကိုမုန်းသောသူတို့၏လက်မှ ကယ်တော်မူ၏။ သူတို့၏ရန်သူများလက်မှကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူ၏။
11 So the waters covered their adversaries, Not one from among them, was left.
၁၁သူတို့၏ရန်သူများသည်ရေနစ်၍သေကြကုန်၏။ တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်မျှအသက်ရှင်၍မကျန်ခဲ့။
12 They believed therefore in his words, They sang his praise.
၁၂ထိုအခါကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုတော်သည်ကတိတော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကြလျက် ကိုယ်တော်အားထောမနာသီချင်းဆို ကြ၏။
13 Soon forgat they his works, —They waited not for his counsel;
၁၃သို့ရာတွင်သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ပြုတော်မူသည့် အမှုတော်ကိုလျင်မြန်စွာမေ့ပျောက်လိုက်ပြီးလျှင် ကိုယ်တော်၏လမ်းညွှန်တော်မူချက်ကိုမခံယူဘဲ ပြုမူကျင့်ကြံကြ၏။
14 But lusted a lust in the desert, and tested GOD in the waste.
၁၄သူတို့သည်တောကန္တာရ၌အာသာရမ္မက် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသည့်အလျောက် ဘုရားသခင်အားသွေးစမ်းကြ၏။
15 So he gave them their request, but sent leanness into their soul.
၁၅သို့ဖြစ်၍ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့တောင်းခံသည့် အရာကိုချပေးတော်မူသော်လည်း သူတို့အားရောဂါဆိုးစွဲကပ်စေတော် မူ၏။
16 And they became jealous of Moses in the camp, —of Aaron the holy one of Yahweh;
၁၆သဲကန္တာရတွင်သူတို့သည်မောရှေအားလည်းကောင်း၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သည့်အစေခံ အာရုန်အားလည်းကောင်းငြူစူကြ၏။
17 The earth opened and engulfed Dathan, and covered up the assembly of Abiram;
၁၇ထိုအခါမြေကြီးသည်အက်ကွဲ၍ ဒါသန်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ အဘိရံနှင့်အိမ်ထောင်စုသားတို့ကိုလည်းကောင်း မျိုလေ၏။
18 Then was kindled a fire in their assembly, —a flame, consumed the lawless ones.
၁၈မီးလျှံသည်သူတို့၏နောက်လိုက်သူယုတ်မာတို့ အပေါ်သို့ကျ၍ကျွမ်းလောင်စေ၏။
19 They made a calf in Horeb, —and bowed down to a molten image;
၁၉သူတို့သည်သိနာတောင်အနီးတွင် ရွှေဖြင့်နွားသငယ်ရုပ်ကိုသွန်းလုပ်ကြပြီး နောက် ရှိခိုးကြ၏။
20 Thus changed they my glory, for the similitude of an ox that eateth grass.
၂၀သူတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ဘုန်းအသရေ တော်ကို မြက်စားတိရစ္ဆာန်ရုပ်နှင့်အစားထိုးကြကုန်၏။
21 They forgat GOD their saviour, who had done great things in Egypt:
၂၁အီဂျစ်ပြည်တွင်အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်းသော အမှုတော်များဖြင့် မိမိတို့အားကယ်တော်မူခဲ့သောဘုရားသခင်ကို မေ့လျော့ကြ၏။
22 Wonders in the land of Ham, Terrible things by the Red Sea.
၂၂ထိုပြည်တွင်ကိုယ်တော်ပြုတော်မူသော အမှုတော်တို့သည် အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်းလှပါသည်တကား။ ပင်လယ်အနီးတွင်ပြုတော်မူသောအမှု တော်တို့သည် အံ့ဖွယ်သူရဲဖြစ်လှပါသည်တကား။
23 Then would he have bidden to destroy them, —had not Moses his chosen, stood in the breach before him, To turn back his wrath from destroying.
၂၃ဘုရားသခင်သည်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အား သုတ်သင်ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူမည်ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ သောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်ရွေးချယ်တော်မူသည့်အစေခံ မောရှေသည် ဆီးတားသဖြင့် အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ထိုသူတို့အားသုတ်သင် ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မမူ။
24 And they refused the delightful land, They believed not his word;
၂၄ထိုနောက်သူတို့သည်သာယာသောပြည်သို့ ဝင်ရန် ငြင်းဆန်ကြသည်။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်သူတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကတိတော်ကိုမယုံကြသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။
25 But murmured in their tents, —They hearkened not unto the voice of Yahweh.
၂၅သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့၏တဲများတွင်နေ၍ ညည်းညူကြ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏စကားတော်ကိုနားမ ထောင်ကြ။
26 So he lifted up his hand unto them, that he would let them fall in the desert;
၂၆သို့ဖြစ်၍ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့အားတော ကန္တာရတွင် သေစေမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ သူတို့၏သားမြေးများအားဘုရားမဲ့သူတို့ ထံတွင် ကွဲလွင့်စေလျက်တိုင်းတစ်ပါးတွင် သေစေမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း ကြပ်တည်းစွာ သတိပေးတော်မူ၏။
27 And would disperse their seed among the nations, and would scatter them throughout the lands.
၂၇
28 Yet they let themselves be bound to Baal-peor, —and did eat sacrifices to the dead:
၂၈ထိုနောက်ဘုရားသခင်၏လူစုတော်သည် ဗာလဘုရားကိုပေဂုရအရပ်တွင်ရှိခိုး ဝတ်ပြု၍ သက်မဲ့ဘုရားများကိုပူဇော်သည့်ယဇ်ကောင်သားကို စားကြ၏။
29 So they provoked to anger by their doings, and a plague, made a breach among them.
၂၉သူတို့သည်ယင်းသို့ပြုမူခြင်းအားဖြင့် ထာဝရဘုရား၏အမျက်တော်ကို လှုံ့ဆော်ပေးကြရာသူတို့တွင်ရောဂါဆိုး ကပ်ရောက်လေ၏။
30 Then stood up Phinehas, and interposed, and stayed was the plague:
၃၀သို့ရာတွင်ဖိနဟတ်သည်ထ၍ အပြစ်ရှိသူတို့ကိုဒဏ်စီရင်လိုက်သဖြင့် ကပ်ရောဂါသည်ငြိမ်းလေ၏။
31 So it was counted unto him, for righteousness, To generation after generation, unto times age abiding.
၃၁ဖိနဟတ်ပြုခဲ့သည့်ကျေးဇူးကိုယနေ့တိုင်အောင် လူတို့သတိရကြကုန်၏။ နောင်ကာလအစဉ်မပြတ်လည်း သတိရကြပေလိမ့်မည်။
32 And they provoked by the waters of Meribah, —And it fared ill with Moses, for their sakes;
၃၂သူတို့သည်မေရိဘစမ်းချောင်းအနီးတွင် ထာဝရဘုရားအားအမျက်ထွက်စေကြ၏။ သူတို့အတွက်ကြောင့်မောရှေသည်ဒုက္ခရောက် ရ၏။
33 For they embittered his spirit, and he spake rashly with his lips.
၃၃သူတို့သည်မောရှေအားလွန်စွာ စိတ်နာကြည်းစေသဖြင့်သူမစဉ်းစား မဆင်ခြင်ဘဲစကားပြောမိ၏။
34 They destroyed not the peoples of which Yahweh had spoken to them;
၃၄သူတို့သည်ခါနာန်အမျိုးသားတို့အား သုတ်သင်ပစ်ရန်ထာဝရဘုရားစေခိုင်း တော်မူသည့်အတိုင်းမပြုမလုပ်ကြဘဲ
35 But had fellowship with the nations, and learned their doings;
၃၅ထိုသူတို့နှင့်ထိမ်းမြားမင်္ဂလာပြုလျက်သူတို့၏ ဋ္ဌလေ့ထုံးစံများကိုလိုက်နာကျင့်သုံးကြ၏။
36 Yea they served their idols, and they became to them a snare:
၃၆ဘုရားသခင်၏လူစုတော်သည်ရုပ်တုများကို ရှိခိုးကြသဖြင့်ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးရ ကြ၏။
37 Yea they sacrificed their sons and their daughters to mischievous demons;
၃၇သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့၏သားသမီးများကို ယဇ်ကောင်များအဖြစ်ဖြင့်ခါနာန်ရုပ်တုတို့အား ပူဇော်ကြ၏။
38 And poured out innocent blood, the blood of their sons and their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, And the land was polluted with blood-shed;
၃၈သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့၏အပြစ်မဲ့သူ သားသမီးအရင်းအချာများကိုသတ် ဖြတ်ကာ ခါနာန်ရုပ်တုများအားပူဇော်ကြရာတိုင်းပြည်ကို ညစ်ညမ်းစေကြ၏။
39 And they became unclean by their works, and became unchaste in their doings.
၃၉ယင်းသို့သတ်ဖြတ်မှုများဖြင့်မိမိတို့ကိုယ်ကို ညစ်ညမ်းစေကြ၏။ ယင်းသို့ပြုမူကြခြင်းအားဖြင့်ဘုရားသခင် ကိုလည်း သစ္စာဖောက်ကြ၏။
40 Then was kindled the anger of Yahweh with his people, and he abhorred his own inheritance.
၄၀သို့ဖြစ်၍ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏လူစု တော်အား အမျက်ထွက်တော်မူ၏။ သူတို့အားစက်ဆုပ်ရွံရှာတော်မူ၏။
41 So he delivered them up into the hand of the nations, And they who hated them, had dominion over them;
၄၁ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့အားအခြားလူမျိုးတို့၏ လက်တွင်စွန့်ပစ်၍ထားတော်မူသဖြင့် ရန်သူများသည်သူတို့ကိုအစိုးရကြကုန်၏။
42 And their enemies oppressed them, And they were bowed down under their hand.
၄၂သူတို့သည်ရန်သူများ၏ဖိစီးနှိပ်စက်မှုကို ခံရကြကာလက်အောက်ခံများဖြစ်လာရ ကြ၏။
43 Many times, did he rescue them, —But, they, rebelled by their counsel, and sank low in their iniquity.
၄၃ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အား ကြိမ်ဖန်များစွာကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူခဲ့သော်လည်း သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်အားပုန်ကန်မြဲ ပုန်ကန်ကြသဖြင့် အပြစ်နွံတွင်ပို၍သာနစ်ကြကုန်၏။
44 Then looked he on the distress which befell them, —when he heard their loud cry;
၄၄သို့ရာတွင်သူတို့ဟစ်အော်ကြသောအခါ ထာဝရဘုရားကြားတော်မူ၍သူတို့၏ ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခကြောင့်သူတို့ကိုသနားတော်မူ၏။
45 Then remembered he, for them, his covenant, and was moved to pity, according to the abounding of his lovingkindnesses;
၄၅ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့၏အကျိုးကိုထောက်၍ ပဋိညာဉ်တော်ကိုသတိရတော်မူ၏။ မေတ္တာတော်သည်ကြီးမားတော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍ အမျက်ပြေတော်မူ၏။
46 And granted them compassion before all their captors.
၄၆သူတို့အားဖမ်းဆီးချုပ်နှောင်ထားကြသူတို့၏ စိတ်နှလုံးတွင်သနားတတ်သောသဘောကို သွင်းပေးတော်မူ၏။
47 Save us, O Yahweh our God, and gather us from among the nations, That we may give thanks unto thy holy Name, That we may triumph aloud in thy praise.
၄၇ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားကယ်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သည့်နာမ တော်ကို ထောမနာပြုနိုင်ကြစေရန်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းနိုင် ကြစေရန်လည်းကောင်း ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားလူမျိုးတကာတို့ အထဲမှ ပြန်လည်ခေါ်ဆောင်တော်မူပါ။
48 Blessed be Yahweh, God of Israel, from one age even unto another, And all the people, shall say, Amen! Praise ye Yah!
၄၈ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြ လော့။ ကိုယ်တော်အားယခုမှစ၍ကမ္ဘာအဆက်ဆက် ထောမနာပြုကြလော့။ လူအပေါင်းတို့သည်အာမင်ဟုဆိုကြစေ။ ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြ လော့။
