Psalms 106
1 Praise ye Yah, Give ye thanks to Yahweh—For he is good, For age-abiding, is his lovingkindness.
১তোমালোকে যিহোৱাৰ প্ৰশংসা কৰা! তোমালোকে যিহোৱাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা, কিয়নো তেওঁ মঙ্গলময়; কাৰণ তেওঁৰ দয়া চিৰকাললৈকে থাকে।
2 Who can relate the mighty deeds of Yahweh? can cause to be heard, all his praise?
২কোনে যিহোৱাৰ মহৎ কাৰ্যবোৰ বৰ্ণনা কৰিব পাৰে? কোনে তেওঁৰ সকলো প্ৰশংসা প্ৰকাশ কৰিব পাৰে?
3 How happy! They who observe justice, He that executeth righteousness at all times.
৩ধন্য সেই লোকসকল, যি সকলে ন্যায় কার্য কৰে আৰু সকলো সময়তে ধৰ্মাচৰণ কৰে।
4 Remember me, O Yahweh, when thou acceptest thy people, Visit me, with thy salvation;
৪হে যিহোৱা, তোমাৰ লোকসকলৰ প্রতি তুমি মৰম প্রকাশ কৰাৰ সময়ত মোকো সোঁৱৰণ কৰিবা; তেওঁলোকক উদ্ধাৰ কৰাৰ সময়ত মোকো সহায় কৰিবা।
5 That I may look upon the welfare of thy chosen ones, That I may rejoice in the joy of thy nation, That I may glory, with thine inheritance.
৫যাতে ময়ো যেন তোমাৰ মনোনীত লোকসকলৰ উন্নতি দেখা পাওঁ, তোমাৰ জাতিৰ আনন্দত আনন্দিত হওঁ, আৰু তোমাৰ অধিকাৰৰ সৈতে গৌৰৱ কৰিব পাৰোঁ।
6 We have sinned—with our fathers, We have acted perversely, we have committed lawlessness;
৬আমাৰ পূর্বপুৰুষসকলৰ দৰে আমিও পাপ কৰিলোঁ; আমি অধর্ম কৰিলোঁ, দুষ্টতাৰ কার্য কৰিলোঁ।
7 Our fathers, in Egypt, understood not thy wonders, They remembered not the abounding of thy lovingkindnesses, but rebelled by the sea—at the Red Sea.
৭মিচৰত থকাৰ সময়ত আমাৰ পূর্বপুৰুষসকলে তোমাৰ আচৰিত কার্যবোৰৰ মান্যতা নিদিলে; তোমাৰ প্ৰচুৰ প্রেমৰ কথাও সোঁৱৰণ নকৰিলে; বৰং তেওঁলোকে সমুদ্ৰৰ তীৰত চূফ সাগৰৰ দাঁতিত সর্বোপৰি জনাৰ বিৰুদ্ধাচৰণ কৰিলে।
8 Yet he saved them, for the sake of his Name, to make known his mighty power;
৮তথাপিও তেওঁ নিজৰ নামৰ অর্থে তেওঁলোকক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিলে, যাতে তেওঁ নিজৰ পৰাক্ৰম প্ৰকাশ কৰিব পাৰে।
9 So he rebuked the Red Sea, and it dried up, And he led them through deeps, as pasture-land;
৯তেওঁৰ ধমকিত চূফ সাগৰ শুকাই গ’ল; তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক মৰুভূমিৰ মাজেদি যোৱাৰ দৰে অগাধ জলৰ মাজেদি গমন কৰালে।
10 And saved them from the hand of one full of hatred, And redeemed them out of the hand of the foe;
১০এইদৰে তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক ঘৃণাকাৰীবোৰৰ হাতৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা কৰিলে, শত্ৰুৰ হাতৰ পৰা তেওঁলোকক মুক্ত কৰিলে।
11 So the waters covered their adversaries, Not one from among them, was left.
১১জল সমূহে তেওঁলোকৰ শত্রুবোৰক ঢাকিলে, এজনো বাচি নাথাকিল।
12 They believed therefore in his words, They sang his praise.
১২তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাৰ বাক্যত বিশ্বাস কৰিলে; তেওঁৰ প্ৰশংসাৰ গান কৰিলে।
13 Soon forgat they his works, —They waited not for his counsel;
১৩কিন্তু তেওঁৰ কার্যবোৰৰ কথা তেওঁলোকে শীঘ্ৰেই পাহৰিলে; তেওঁলোকে তেওঁৰ পৰামৰ্শলৈ বাট নাচালে;
14 But lusted a lust in the desert, and tested GOD in the waste.
১৪কিন্তু মৰুপ্রান্তৰত তেওঁলোকে অতিশয় লোভ কৰিলে, মৰুভূমিত ঈশ্বৰক পৰীক্ষা কৰিলে।
15 So he gave them their request, but sent leanness into their soul.
১৫তেওঁলোকে যিহকে বিচাৰিলে, তেওঁ তাকে তেওঁলোকক দিলে; কিন্তু তেওঁলোকৰ মাজলৈ পঠাই দিলে এক ক্ষয়ৰূপ ৰোগ।
16 And they became jealous of Moses in the camp, —of Aaron the holy one of Yahweh;
১৬তেওঁলোকে ছাউনিত থকাৰ সময়ত মোচি, আৰু যিহোৱাৰ পবিত্ৰ লোক হাৰোণক ঈৰ্ষা কৰিলে।
17 The earth opened and engulfed Dathan, and covered up the assembly of Abiram;
১৭পৃথিৱীয়ে মুখ খুলি দাথনক গ্ৰাস কৰিলে আৰু অবীৰামৰ দলক ঢাকি পেলালে।
18 Then was kindled a fire in their assembly, —a flame, consumed the lawless ones.
১৮তেওঁলোকৰ দলৰ মাজত জুই জ্বলিল। অগ্নিশিখাই দুষ্ট লোকসকল দগ্ধ কৰিলে।
19 They made a calf in Horeb, —and bowed down to a molten image;
১৯তেওঁলোকে হোৰেব পাহাৰত এটা দামুৰি সাজিলে, আৰু সাঁচত ঢলা মূর্তিৰ পূজা কৰিলে।
20 Thus changed they my glory, for the similitude of an ox that eateth grass.
২০এইদৰে তেওঁলোকে ঘাঁহ খোৱা গৰুৰ মুৰ্ত্তিৰে সৈতে ঈশ্বৰৰ গৌৰৱ সলনি কৰিলে।
21 They forgat GOD their saviour, who had done great things in Egypt:
২১তেওঁলোকৰ উদ্ধাৰকর্তা ঈশ্বৰক তেওঁলোকে পাহৰি গ’ল, যি জনাই মিচৰত অনেক মহৎ কাৰ্য কৰিছিল;
22 Wonders in the land of Ham, Terrible things by the Red Sea.
২২হাম দেশত কৰা নানা আচৰিত কাৰ্যবোৰৰ বিষয়ে আৰু চূফ সাগৰৰ দাঁতিত কৰা পৰাক্রম কার্যবোৰৰ কথা তেওঁলোকে পাহৰি গ’ল।
23 Then would he have bidden to destroy them, —had not Moses his chosen, stood in the breach before him, To turn back his wrath from destroying.
২৩সেয়ে তেওঁ ক’লে, তেওঁলোকক ধ্বংস কৰিব লাগিব। কিন্তু তেওঁৰ মনোনীত ব্যক্তি মোচি ভগা গড়ত থিয় হৈ তেওঁলোকৰ মধ্যস্থ হ’ল, আৰু তেওঁলোকক ধ্বংস কৰা ক্রোধৰ পৰা যেন তেওঁ মন ঘূৰায়, তাৰ বাবে তেওঁ তেওঁৰ সন্মুখত থিয় হ’ল।
24 And they refused the delightful land, They believed not his word;
২৪তাৰ পাছত তেওঁলোকে সেই মনোহৰ দেশক তুচ্ছ কৰিলে, তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাৰ কথাত বিশ্বাস নকৰিলে;
25 But murmured in their tents, —They hearkened not unto the voice of Yahweh.
২৫নিজ নিজ তম্বুত তেওঁলোকে ভোৰ ভোৰালে, যিহোৱাৰ বাক্যলৈ তেওঁলোকে কর্ণপাত নকৰিলে।
26 So he lifted up his hand unto them, that he would let them fall in the desert;
২৬তাতে তেওঁ তেওঁলোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে হাত উঠাই শপত খাই ক’লে, “মই তেওঁলোকক মৰুভূমিতে নিপাত কৰিম;
27 And would disperse their seed among the nations, and would scatter them throughout the lands.
২৭তেওঁলোকৰ বংশধৰসকলক জাতিবোৰৰ মাজত নিপাত কৰিম। বিভিন্ন দেশত ছিন্ন-ভিন্ন কৰিম।
28 Yet they let themselves be bound to Baal-peor, —and did eat sacrifices to the dead:
২৮পাছত তেওঁলোক বাল পিয়োৰৰ প্রতি আসক্ত হ’ল; মৃত লোকৰ উদ্দেশ্যে দিয়া বলিৰ মাংস ভোজন কৰিলে।
29 So they provoked to anger by their doings, and a plague, made a breach among them.
২৯এই দৰে তেওঁলোকে নিজৰ অপকৰ্মৰ দ্বাৰাই যিহোৱাক ক্রোধত উত্তেজিত কৰিলে। তাতে তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত মহামাৰীৰ প্রাদুর্ভাৱ হ’ল।
30 Then stood up Phinehas, and interposed, and stayed was the plague:
৩০তেতিয়া পীনহচে উঠি বিচাৰ সাধন কৰিলে, তাতে মহামাৰী নিবৃত্ত হ’ল।
31 So it was counted unto him, for righteousness, To generation after generation, unto times age abiding.
৩১পীনহচৰ পক্ষে সেয়া ধাৰ্মিকতা বুলি গণিত হ’ল; পুৰুষে পুৰুষে চিৰকালৰ কাৰণে গণিত হ’ল।
32 And they provoked by the waters of Meribah, —And it fared ill with Moses, for their sakes;
৩২তেওঁলোকে মিৰীবাৰ জলৰ দাঁতিত যিহোৱাৰ খং তুলিছিল, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ কাৰণেই মোচিলৈ অমঙ্গল ঘটিছিল;
33 For they embittered his spirit, and he spake rashly with his lips.
৩৩তেওঁলোকে তেওঁৰ আত্মাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে বিদ্ৰোহ কৰিলে, তাতে মোচিৰ মুখৰ পৰা অবিবেচনাৰ কথা বাহিৰ হ’ল।
34 They destroyed not the peoples of which Yahweh had spoken to them;
৩৪যিহোৱাই তেওঁলোকক আন জাতিবোৰক ধ্বংস কৰিবলৈ যি আজ্ঞা দিছিল, তেওঁলোকে তাক নকৰিলে।
35 But had fellowship with the nations, and learned their doings;
৩৫বৰং সেই সকলো জাতিৰ লগত তেওঁলোকে নিজক মিশ্রিত কৰিলে, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ আচাৰ-ব্যৱহাৰ শিকিলে।
36 Yea they served their idols, and they became to them a snare:
৩৬তেওঁলোকৰ মূর্তিবোৰক তেওঁলোকে সেৱা-পূজা কৰিলে, আৰু সেইবোৰেই তেওঁলোকৰ ফান্দস্বৰূপ হ’ল।
37 Yea they sacrificed their sons and their daughters to mischievous demons;
৩৭এনে কি, ভূতবোৰৰ উদ্দেশ্যে তেওঁলোকে নিজৰ পুত্র-কন্যাবোৰক বলি দিলে।
38 And poured out innocent blood, the blood of their sons and their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, And the land was polluted with blood-shed;
৩৮তেওঁলোকে নিৰ্দ্দোষীবোৰৰ ৰক্তপাত কৰিলে, তেওঁলোকৰ পুত্র-কন্যাবোৰৰ ৰক্তপাত কৰিলে, কনানীয়া মূর্তিবোৰৰ উদ্দেশ্যে সন্তানবোৰক বলি দিলে, গোটেই দেশ তেজেৰে অপবিত্ৰ হ’ল।
39 And they became unclean by their works, and became unchaste in their doings.
৩৯এইদৰেই তেওঁলোক নিজ নিজ কৰ্মৰ দ্বাৰাই অশুচি হ’ল; কাৰ্যৰ দ্বাৰা তেওঁলোকে নিজকে ব্যভিচাৰী কৰিলে।
40 Then was kindled the anger of Yahweh with his people, and he abhorred his own inheritance.
৪০তাতে নিজৰ লোকসকলৰ ওপৰত যিহোৱাৰ ক্ৰোধ জ্বলি উঠিল; নিজৰ অধিকাৰৰ লোকসকলৰ প্রতি তেওঁৰ ঘৃণা উপজিল।
41 So he delivered them up into the hand of the nations, And they who hated them, had dominion over them;
৪১তেওঁ অন্যান্য জাতিবোৰৰ হাতত তেওঁলোকক শোধাই দিলে; তেওঁলোকক ঘিণ কৰাসকলেই তেওঁলোকক শাসন কৰিলে।
42 And their enemies oppressed them, And they were bowed down under their hand.
৪২তেওঁলোকৰ শত্ৰুবোৰে তেওঁলোকৰ ওপৰত উপদ্ৰৱ চলালে, তেওঁলোকৰ ক্ষমতাৰ অধীনত তেওঁলোক বশীভূত হ’ল।
43 Many times, did he rescue them, —But, they, rebelled by their counsel, and sank low in their iniquity.
৪৩তেওঁ অনেকবাৰ তেওঁলোকক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিলে; কিন্তু তেওঁলোক নিজৰ মন্ত্রণাতে বিদ্ৰোহী হ’ল; নিজৰ অপৰাধৰ কাৰণেই তেওঁলোক নীহ অৱস্থাত পৰিল।
44 Then looked he on the distress which befell them, —when he heard their loud cry;
৪৪তথাপি তেওঁ যেতিয়া তেওঁলোকৰ কাকুতি শুনিলে, তেওঁলোকৰ সঙ্কটৰ প্রতি দৃষ্টিপাত কৰিলে।
45 Then remembered he, for them, his covenant, and was moved to pity, according to the abounding of his lovingkindnesses;
৪৫তেওঁ তেওঁলোকৰ কাৰণে স্থাপন কৰা নিজৰ নিয়মটি সোঁৱৰণ কৰিলে; নিজৰ অসীম গভীৰ প্রেম অনুসাৰে তেওঁলোকক দয়া কৰিলে।
46 And granted them compassion before all their captors.
৪৬যিসকলে তেওঁলোকক বন্দী কৰিছিল, তেওঁলোক সকলোৰে দৃষ্টিত তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক দয়াৰ পাত্র কৰিলে।
47 Save us, O Yahweh our God, and gather us from among the nations, That we may give thanks unto thy holy Name, That we may triumph aloud in thy praise.
৪৭হে আমাৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, আমাক উদ্ধাৰ কৰা, জাতিবোৰৰ মাজৰ পৰা তুমি আমাক একগোট কৰা, যাতে আমি তোমাৰ পবিত্ৰ নামৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিব পাৰোঁ, যেন তোমাৰ প্ৰশংসাৰ জয়গান কৰোঁ।
48 Blessed be Yahweh, God of Israel, from one age even unto another, And all the people, shall say, Amen! Praise ye Yah!
৪৮অনাদি কালৰ পৰা অনন্ত কাললৈকে, ধন্য ইস্রায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা; সকলো লোকে “আমেন” বুলি কওক। তোমালোকে যিহোৱাৰ প্ৰশংসা কৰা।
