Proverbs 31
1 The words of Lemuel the king, —the strain which was taught him by his mother: —
১ৰজা লমুৱেলৰ বাক্য; তেওঁৰ মাতৃয়ে তেওঁক ঈশ্বৰীয় বচন শিক্ষা দিয়া।
2 What, my son? and what, the son of my womb? aye what, the son of my vows?
২মোৰ পুত্র কি? আৰু মোৰ গৰ্ভৰ পৰা জন্মা পুত্ৰ কি? আৰু মোৰ সঙ্কল্পৰ পুত্র কি?
3 Do not give, to women, thy strength, nor thy ways, to them who ruin kings.
৩তোমাৰ শক্তি মহিলাক নিদিবা, আৰু ৰজাক ধ্বংস কৰা সকলৰ পথত নচলিবা।
4 It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine, nor, for dignitaries, to desire strong drink,
৪হে লমুৱেল, এইটো ৰজাসকলৰ বাবে নহয়, ৰজাসকলৰ বাবে সুৰা পান কৰা উপযুক্ত নহয়; অথবা “সুৰা ক’ত আছে?” বুলি শাসনকৰ্ত্তাই সোধা অনুচিত;
5 Lest he drink, and forget that which is decreed, and alter the plea of any who are sorely oppressed.
৫তেওঁলোকে পান কৰিব আৰু বিধানত কি আছে তাক পাহৰিব, আৰু সকলো দুৰ্দশাগ্রস্ত লোকৰ অধিকাৰক বিপথগামী কৰিব।
6 Give strong drink, to him that is perishing, and wine, to such as are embittered in soul:
৬বিনাশলৈ যোৱা জনক সুৰা দিয়া, আৰু বেদনাদায়ক যন্ত্রণাত ভুগি থকা সকলক দ্রাক্ষাৰস পান কৰোঁৱা।
7 Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and, his wearying toil, let him remember no more.
৭তেওঁ পান কৰিব আৰু নিজৰ দৰিদ্রতাক পাহৰিব, আৰু তেওঁৰ সমস্যাৰ কথা মনত নাথাকিব।
8 Open thy mouth for the dumb, for the cause of all the children of the departed.
৮কথা ক’ব নোৱাৰা সকলৰ বাবে কথা কোৱা, বিনাশ হোৱা সকলৰ কাৰণ সমূহৰ বাবে কথা কোৱা।
9 Open thy mouth—judge righteously, —and administer justice for the poor and the needy.
৯আৰু ন্যায়ৰ জোখেৰে বিচাৰ কৰা, আৰু দৰিদ্ৰ আৰু অভাৱী লোকৰ বাবে আত্মসমৰ্থন কৰা।
10 A virtuous woman, who can find? for, far beyond corals, is her worth.
১০প্রতিভাসম্পন্ন ভাৰ্যা কোনে বিচাৰি পায়? মূল্যবান ৰত্নতকৈ তেওঁৰ মূল্য অতি অধিক।
11 The heart of her husband, trusteth her, and, gain, he shall not lack:
১১তেওঁৰ স্বামীৰ হৃদয়ে তেওঁত বিশ্বাস কৰে, আৰু তেওঁৰ স্বামীৰ কেতিয়াও অভাৱ নহয়।
12 She doeth him good and not evil, all the days of her life:
১২তেওঁ স্বামীৰ বাবে ভাল কাৰ্য কৰে, বেয়া কাৰ্য নকৰে।
13 She seeketh wool and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands:
১৩তেওঁ ঊণ আৰু শণ সূতা বাচি লয়, আৰু সেই সূতাৰে নিজ হাতেৰে আনন্দেৰে কাম কৰে।
14 She is like the ships of the merchant, from afar, she bringeth in her food;
১৪তেওঁ বণিকৰ জাহাজৰ দৰে, তেওঁ বহুত দূৰৰ পৰা নিজৰ খোৱা বস্তু আনে,
15 And she riseth, while yet it is night, and giveth food to her household, and a task to her maidens:
১৫তেওঁ ৰাতিপুৱা নহওঁতেই সাৰ পায়, আৰু ঘৰৰ সকলোকে খাবলৈ আহাৰ দিয়ে, আৰু তেওঁ নিজৰ দাসীসকলক কাম ভগাই দিয়ে।
16 She considereth a field, and procureth it, Out of the fruit of her hands, she planteth a vineyard:
১৬তেওঁ খেতি পথাৰৰ বিষয়ে বিবেচনা কৰে, আৰু মাটি কিনি লয়; তেওঁ নিজৰ হাতৰ শ্ৰমৰ ফলেৰে দ্ৰাক্ষাবাৰী পাতে।
17 She girdeth, with strength her loins, and putteth vigour into her arms:
১৭তেওঁ নিজৰ শক্তিৰে পোচাক পৰিধান কৰে, আৰু নিজৰ বাহু বলৱান কৰে।
18 She tasteth, whether, good, be her merchandise, and her lamp, goeth not out by night:
১৮তেওঁৰ বাবে লাভ জনক, তেওঁ তেনে বিষয় চিন্তা কৰে, আৰু গোটেই ৰাতি তেওঁৰ চাকি নুনুমায়।
19 Her hands, she putteth forth to the distaff, and, her palms, lay hold of the spindle:
১৯তেওঁ টাকুৰি ঘুৰাবলৈ নিজৰ হাত মেলে, আৰু তেওঁ সূতা ঘূৰাই হাত দাঙি ৰাখে।
20 Her palm, she spreadeth out to the oppressed, and, her hands, she extendeth to the needy:
২০তেওঁ দৰিদ্ৰ লোকলৈ নিজৰ হাত মুকলি কৰে, অভাবি লোকলৈ তেওঁ নিজৰ হাত মেলে।
21 She feareth not, for her household, because of the snow, for, all her household, are clothed with crimson:
২১তেওঁ নিজৰ ঘৰৰ লোকৰ বাবে হিম পৰালৈ ভয় নকৰে; তেওঁৰ ঘৰৰ সকলো লোকে ৰঙা বৰণীয়া কাপোৰ পিন্ধে।
22 Coverlets, she maketh for herself, Of white linen and of purple, is her clothing:
২২তেওঁ নিজৰ বিছনাৰ বাবে বিছনা চাদৰ প্রস্তুত কৰে; তেওঁ মিহি শণ সুতাৰ বেঙুনীয়া ৰঙৰ পোচাক পিন্ধে।
23 Known in the gates, is her husband, when he sitteth, with the elders of the land:
২৩যেতিয়া তেওঁ দেশত বৃদ্ধসকলৰ লগত বহে, তেতিয়া তেওঁৰ স্বামী সকলোৰে পৰিচিত হয়;
24 Fine linen wraps, she maketh and selleth, and, girdles, doth she deliver to the trader:
২৪তেওঁ শণ সুতাৰ বস্ত্ৰ প্ৰস্তুত কৰে, আৰু বিক্রী কৰে, আৰু তেওঁ ব্যৱসায়ী সকলক পাগুৰিৰ কাপোৰ যোগান ধৰে।
25 Strength and dignity, are her clothing, and she laugheth at the time to come:
২৫তেওঁ বল আৰু সন্মানেৰে পোচাক পিন্ধে; তেওঁ আহিব লগা দিনৰ বাবে নিশ্চিন্ত হৈ হাঁহে।
26 Her mouth, she openeth with wisdom, and, the instruction of kindness, is on her tongue:
২৬তেওঁ প্ৰজ্ঞাৰ কথা ক’বলৈ নিজৰ মুখ মেলে; আৰু তেওঁৰ জিভাত দয়াৰ শিক্ষা থাকে।
27 She looketh well to the goings of her household, and, the bread of idleness, will she not eat.
২৭তেওঁ নিজৰ ঘৰৰ লোকসকলৰ চালচলনলৈ দৃষ্টি ৰাখে, আৰু তেওঁ এলেহুৱাৰ আহাৰ নাখায়।
28 Her children rise up, and call her happy! her husband, and he praiseth her: —
২৮তেওঁৰ সন্তান সকলে সাৰ পায়, আৰু যি বস্তুৱে সিহঁতক সুখী কৰিব পাৰে, তেনে তেওঁ সিহঁতক দিয়ে। তেওঁৰ স্বামীয়ে তেওঁক প্ৰশংসা কৰি কয়,
29 Many daughters, have done virtuously, but, thou, excellest them all!
২৯“অনেক জীয়েকে ভাল কাৰ্য কৰে, কিন্তু তুমি তেওঁলোক সকলোকে অতিক্রম কৰিলা।”
30 Deceitful is loveliness and vain is beauty, The woman that revereth Yahweh, she, shall be praised:
৩০সৌন্দৰ্য বিভ্রান্তিকৰ, লাৱণ্য মূল্যহীন, কিন্তু যিহোৱালৈ ভয় ৰখা মহিলা প্ৰশংসনীয়।
31 Give her of the fruit of her own hands, and let her own works, praise her in the gates.
৩১তেওঁৰ হাতৰ শ্রম অনুসাৰে তেওঁক ফল দিয়া, আৰু দুৱাৰত তেওঁৰ কামবোৰক প্রশংসা কৰা।
