Philippians 4
1 So then, my brethren, beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, —thus, stand fast in the Lord, beloved.
Erah thoih, joon awaan loong, sen ah nga mongnook mina, ngah ih mamah ma ih jen beehaat rumha! Sen ih ngah mathan ih roonthuk hali nyia ngah sen tungthoi ih mathan ih khona lang! Arah likhiik ih sen roidong nah Teesu suh hanpi anno rongrong ih tong an.
2 Euodia, I exhort, and, Syntche, I exhort, —on the same thing, to be resolved in the Lord: —
Euodia nyia Sintaichi, ngah ih set suh baat we nyu hala, set ah soonah likhiik ih Teesu mendoh esiit ang we ansih.
3 Yea! I request thee also, true yokefellow, be thou helping together with these women, —who, indeed, in the joyful message, have maintained the combat with me, along with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow-workers, whose names, are in the book of life.
Nga joonwah an ih uh erah nuh nyi ah chosok ih weeuh; tumeah nengnyi ah nga damdi Rangte tiit baat rapne ih roong khoom nyu taha, erah dam ih Kolement nyia nga joonte wahoh loong ah nep marah men Rangte roidong leedap ni raangthiin cho loong damdoh ah.
4 Rejoice in the Lord always: again, I will say—rejoice!
Sen ah Teesu damdam ih saarookwih tenroon toom ih tong an. Ngah we jenglang: tenroon ang an!
5 Let, your considerateness, be known unto all men. The Lord, is near: —
Warep damdoh toongtang lam ih re an. Teesu ah echaan ih ra hala.
6 For nothing, be anxious, but, in everything, by your prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let, your petitions, be made known unto God;
Tumjih suh uh nak sootsaam an, erah nang ih bah jaatrep ah Rangte dowa sen ih jam han ah rangsoom lam ih suh an, sen ten nawa ih lakookmi jengkhaap ra lam ih ah.
7 And, the peace of God, which riseth above every mind, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts, in Christ Jesus.
Eno Rangte jiin nawa semroongroong ah mina ih lajen samthunka rah ih punpiipi senthung sentak nah Jisu Kristo damdoh toomroong tong thuk han.
8 For the rest, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are dignified, whatsoever things are righteous, whatsoever things are chaste, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, —if there be any virtue, and if any praise, the same, be taking into account;

9 The things which ye have both learned, and accepted, and heard, and seen in me, the same, practise; —and, the God of peace, shall be with you.
Sen ih nga jiin nawa jengkhaap angkoja oh reeraang angkoja oh tumjaat choh an nyia nyoot han loong ah sen lakmoot lam ih pakna reeraang kah an. Eno ba semroongroong kotte wah Rangte ah seng damdam ang ha.
10 Howbeit I have been made to rejoice in the Lord greatly—that, now, at length, ye have flourished in your care for me, —although, indeed, ye were caring, but lacked opportunity.
Nga roidong di Teesu damdi roongtang angdi nga rapne ih roonlang sen ih rekam lidi leksiit nga kooncha saapoot ah we choh noisok anno ah. Enoothong nga kooncha ah etoohaat ettan ih taliikang—enoisok saapoot ah tachotan.
11 Not that, as to coming short, I am speaking, for, I, have learned, in whatsoever circumstances I am, to be, independent:

12 I know [what it is] even to be kept low, and I know [what it is] to have more than enough, —in every way, and in all things, have I been let into the secret—both to be well fed, and to be hungering, both to have more than enough, and to be coming short:

13 I have might, for all things, in him that empowereth me.
Jirep saapoot doh jen naanjih chaan ah Jisu Kristo ih ngah suh koh etahang.
14 Nevertheless, nobly, have ye done, in taking fellowship with me in my tribulation.
Enoothong sen ih ngah chamchoh tokdi chosok tahe ah rapne ese ih reetan.
15 Ye know, moreover, even ye, Philippians, —that, in the beginning of the glad-message, when I went forth from Macedonia, not, so much as one assembly, with me had fellowship—in the matter of giving and receiving—save, ye alone, —
Philipi mina loong sen ih bah jat ehan ngah Mesidonia hadaang dowa Ruurang Ese tiit tumbaat suh teewadi kah dok khoomtang adi, sen Chaas luulu juuba angta ngah chosokte ah; sen luulu ih ba roongjat tahe nga thaapnya nyia ngah thaang dakchoh rah ah.
16 That, even in Thessalonica, both once and again, unto my need, ye sent: —
Ngah Thesolonika hadaang ni ang tokdi uh sen ih helek helek ih ngah suh hukkhaak kamaat kaat tahan.
17 Not that I seek after the gift, but I seek after the fruit that is to abound unto your account.
Sen ih lakchoh ih kotahe ah chothaang angno taliikang; erah nang ih bah sen lakkot thaang dakchoh ean rah chotup suh ramlang.
18 But I have all things in full, and have more than enough, I am filled, having welcomed from Epaphroditus the things that came from you, —a fragrance of sweet smell, an acceptable sacrifice, well pleasing unto God.
Sen ih ngah suh lakchoh ih chokoh tahe rah arah loong ah—eno erah loong ah laanlang ruh ehan angta! Amadi ngadi jirep eje, sen ih lakchoh ih kottahe loong ah Epaphroditus ih echoh kokaat ih tahang. 19 And, my God, will fill up your every need, according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Eno nga Rangte ih heh nyamka loong mong dowa rah ih, sen suh Jisu Kristo mendoh tumjih suh nook an erah ban kohan.
Seng loong Wah Rangte men ah roitang raang ih phaakjaaja toom ang ah! Amen. (aiōn g165)
21 Salute ye every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren who are with me, salute you.
Rangte mina loong esiit esiit suh Jisu Kristo mendi jengkhaapse raahang. Nga dam dowa hanpiite loong ih nep sen suh jengkhaapse maat halan.
22 All the saints salute you, but especially they who are of Caesar’s household.
Aa nawa Rangte mina loong ih, ehanthoon ah Luungwanglong Kesar nok dowa loong ah ih jengkhaapse maat halan.
23 The favour of our Lord Jesus Christ, be with your spirit.
Seng Teesu Jisu Kristo minchan ah sen loong damdam toom ang ha.
