< Philippians 2 >
1 If there be, therefore, any encouragement in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of spirit, if any tender affections and compassions,
Labha kuliwo okukomesibhwa mu Kristo. Labha kuliwo okufung'ama okusoka ku lyenda lyaye. Labha bhuliwo obhumwi bhwa Mwoyo. Labha chiliwo echigongo no okusasila.
2 Fill ye up my joy—that, the same thing, ye esteem, the same love, possessing, joined in soul, the one thing, esteeming, —
Mbe mumalishe ubhukondelwa bhwani kwo obhwiganilisha bhumwi muli ne elyenda limwi, muli no obhumwi mu mwoyo, na muli na injila imwi.
3 Nothing by way of faction, nothing by way of vain-glory, —but, in lowliness of mind, accounting, one another, superior to yourselves, —
Mwasiga kukolela omutubho no okwikuya. Tali mubhe bhololo nimulola abhandi okubha bhekisi muno okukila emwe.
4 Not, to your own things, severally looking, but, to the things of others, severally: —
Bhuli umwi wemwe asiga okwangalila ubhukene bhwaye enyele, tali angalile obhukene bhwa abhandi ona
5 The same thing, esteem, in yourselves, which also, in Christ Jesus, [ye esteem], —
Mbe mubhe no obhwiganilisha lwa bhunu alinabhwo Kristo.
6 Who, in form of God, subsisting, not, a thing to be seized, accounted the being equal with God,
Ko omwene atateshenye na Nyamuanga. Nawe ateyunguywe ati okubha lwa Nyamuanga ni chinu cho okulumatana nacho.
7 But, himself, emptied, taking, a servant’s form, coming to be, in men’s likeness;
Nasiga jona ejo, omwenekili nekeya. Nagega olususo lwo omukosi. Naja agegele olususo lwo mwanamunu.
8 And, in fashion, being found, as a man, humbled himself, becoming obedient as far as death, yea, death upon a cross.
Omwene ekeyishe nabha wokungwa okukingila nafwa, nafwa kumusalabha.
9 Wherefore also, God, uplifted him far on high, and favoured him with the name which is above every name, —
Kulwejo Nyamuanga amukusishe muno. Amuyanile lisina ekulu likilile bhuli esina.
10 In order that, in the name of Jesus, every knee might bow—of beings in heaven, and on earth, and underground, —
Akolele kutyo koleleki mwi lisina lya Yesu bhusibhusi bhuli munu atele ebhiju. Ebhiju bya bhanu bhali mulwile na bhanu bhali ingulu ne emwalo ya insi.
11 And, every tongue, might openly confess—that Jesus Christ is, Lord, unto the glory of God the Father.
Akolele kutyo koleleki bhuli lulimi lwaike ati Yesu Kristo ni Mukama, kulwa likusyo lyo Lata Nyamuanga.
12 So, then, my beloved—even as ye have always obeyed, not [as] in my presence only, but, now, much more, in my absence, with fear and trembling, your own salvation, be working out;
Kulwejo, bhendwa bhani lwakutyo omungwa nsiku jona, kutali ati nikasanga niliamwi nemwe nawe nolwo nikasanga nitaliwo, mubhe na amanaga no omwelulo gwemwe kwo obhubha no kuyalala.
13 For it is, God, who energiseth within you, both the desiring and the energising, in behalf of his good pleasure.
Kulwokubha Nyamuanga niwe kakola emilimu munda yemwe koleleki abhasakile okwiganilisha no okukola amagambo ganu agamukondelesha.
14 All things, be doing, apart from murmurings and disputings;
Mukole amagambo gona obhutalunduma no okuyakana.
15 In order that ye may become faultless and inviolate, children of God, blameless amidst a crooked and perverted generation, amongst whom ye appear as luminaries in the world,
Mukole kutyo koleleki mutalundumilwa, mubhe bhana bha Nyamuanga bhalengelesi mutali na kakojole. Mbe mukole kutyo koleleki mubhe lumuli lwe echalo, mu lwibhulo olunyamuke no olubhibhi.
16 A word of light, holding forth, —as a matter of boasting unto me, for the day of Christ, —that, not in vain, I ran, nor, in vain, I toiled: —
Mugwatilile muno omusango gwo obhuanga koleleki nibhe na insonga yo okukusha kulunaku lwa Kristo. Niwo nimenye ati nitabhilimaga kubhusha omwanya nolwo nitenyashaga bhila nsonga.
17 Nay! if I am even to be poured out as a drink-offering, upon the sacrifice and public ministry of your faith, I rejoice, yea rejoice together with you all, —
Nawe nolwo labha abhanyisiga lwe echiyanwa ingulu ye echitambo na ohhufulubhendi bhwe elikilisha lyemwe, enikondelelwa, na enikondelelwa amwi nemwe bhona.
18 For the same cause, moreover, do, ye also, rejoice, yea rejoice together with me.
Emwe ona omukondelelwa, no omukondelelwa amwi nanye.
19 I am hoping, however, in the Lord Jesus—Timothy, shortly, to send unto you, in order that, I also, may be of cheerful soul, when I have ascertained the things that concern you.
Nawe eniikanya ku Mukama Yesu okumutuma Timoteo kwimwe akatungu kanu, koleleki nitulwemo omwoyo nikamenya emisango jemwe.
20 For, no one, have I, of equal soul, who, genuinely, as to the things that concern you, will be anxious;
Kulwokubha nitanaundi lwo omwene unu ali no obhumenyi bhwo okulola amagambo lwo omwene, unu ali nobhwiganilisha bhwe echimali ingulu yemwe.
21 For, they all, their own things, do seek, not the things of Christ Jesus;
Abhandi abho nakatumile abhemenya ku bhwebhwe, emisango ja Yesu Kristo bhatajimenya.
22 But, of the proof of him, be taking note, —that, as child, with father, with me, hath he done service for the glad-message;
Nawe omumenya obhukonde bhwaye, kulwokubha ali lwo omwana kutyo kasakila esemwene, nikwo kutyo akolele nanye emilimu ja Iinjili.
23 Him, indeed, therefore, am I hoping to send—as soon as I can look off from the things that concern myself, —forthwith.
Kulwejo eniikanya okumutuma bhwangu nikamenya chinu chilija okumbona.
24 I am assured, however, in the Lord, —that I, myself, shall shortly come.
Nawe enikomelesha ku Mukama ati anye omwene omwanya gutali mulela nilija.
25 Needful, nevertheless have I accounted it—Epaphroditus, my brother and fellow worker and fellow soldier, but your apostle and public minister to my need, to send unto you;
Nawe eniganilisha ati ni kisi okumusubhya Epafuradito kwemwe. Omwene ni muili wani na ni mukosi wejasu na nimusilikale wejasu, ni musolwa na nimukosi wemwe ingulu yo obhukene bhwani.
26 Since he hath been longing to see, you all, and hath been in great distress, because ye had heard he was sick; —
Kulwokubha aliga no obhubha na aliga nenda okwiyanja amwi nemwe bhona, okubha mwonguywe aliga nasibhwa.
27 And, in fact, he was sick, nigh unto death; but, God, had mercy on him, —and, not on him only, but, on me also, lest, sorrow upon sorrow, I should have.
Kunsonga nichimali aliga nasibhwa alimugafwa. Nawe Nyamuanga namusasila, na echigongo echo chaliga chitali ingulu yaye ela, tali chaliga chili ingulu yani ona, koleleki nitalibhona obhusulumbaye bhunene.
28 The more promptly, therefore, have I sent him, that, seeing him again, ye may rejoice, and, I, the less sorrowful, may be.
Kulwejo namusubhya kwemwe bhwangu, koleleki mkamubhona lindi mukondelelwe amwi nanye nikawamo olujugumo.
29 Be giving him welcome, therefore, in the Lord, with all joy; and, such as he, in honour, be holding, —
Mumukaribhishe Epafradito mwisina lyo Omukama no obhukondelelwa bhwafu. Muyanega echibhalo abhanu bhejabho unu.
30 Because, for the sake of the work of the Lord, unto death, he drew nigh, running hazard with his life, that he might fill up your lack of the public service, towards me.
Kulwokubha kulwe emilimu ja Kristo alebheleye okufwa. Ateye obhulame bhwaye muntambala koleleki anchungule, nakola echo mutatulile okukola okunfulubhendela kwokubha mwaliga mulikula nanye.
