1 And it came to pass, on the day when Moses made an end of rearing up the habitation and anointing it, and hallowing it, and all the furniture thereof, and the altar, and all the utensils thereof, —both of anointing them, and hallowing them,
Mose alipomaliza kuisimamisha Maskani, aliitia mafuta na kuiweka wakfu pamoja na samani zake zote. Pia alitia madhabahu mafuta na kuiweka wakfu, pamoja na vyombo vyake vyote.
2 that the princes of Israel, the heads of their ancestral houses, made an offering, —they being princes of the tribes, they being the men who stood over them who were numbered:
Ndipo viongozi wa Israeli, wale wakuu wa jamaa waliokuwa viongozi wa kabila wasimamizi wa wale waliohesabiwa, wakatoa sadaka.
3 yea then brought they in as their offering, before Yahweh—six covered waggons, and twelve oxen, a waggon for every two of the princes and an ox for each one, —yea they brought them near before the habitation.
Walizileta kama matoleo yao mbele za Bwana: magari sita ya kukokotwa yaliyofunikwa, pamoja na maksai kumi na wawili; yaani maksai mmoja kutoka kwa kila kiongozi, na gari moja la kukokotwa kutoka kwa kila viongozi wawili. Haya waliyaleta mbele ya Maskani.
4 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:
Bwana akamwambia Mose,
5 Take [them] of them, so shall they be for doing the laborious work of the tent of meeting, —and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to the need of his laborious work.
“Vikubali vitu hivi kutoka kwao, ili viweze kutumika katika kazi kwenye Hema la Kukutania. Wapatie Walawi kama kazi ya kila mtu itakavyohitaji.”
6 So Moses took the waggons, and the oxen, —and gave them unto the Levites:
Hivyo Mose akachukua yale magari ya kukokotwa pamoja na maksai, na kuwapa Walawi.
7 two of the waggons and four of the oxen, gave he unto the sons of Gershon, —according to the need of their laborious work;
Aliwapa Wagershoni magari mawili ya kukokotwa na maksai wanne, kama walivyohitaji kwa kazi yao,
8 and four of the waggons, and eight of the oxen, gave he unto the sons of Merari, —according to the need of their laborious work, in the hand of Ithamar son of Aaron the priest;
na pia aliwapa Wamerari magari manne ya kukokotwa na maksai wanane, kama kazi yao ilivyohitaji. Wote walikuwa chini ya maelekezo ya Ithamari mwana wa kuhani, Aroni.
9 but, unto the sons of Kohath, gave he none, —because as to the laborious work of the sanctuary which pertained unto them, upon their shoulders, were they to carry it.
Lakini Mose hakuwapa Wakohathi chochote kati ya hivyo, kwa sababu walitakiwa kubeba vitu vitakatifu mabegani mwao, vile walikuwa wanawajibika.
10 So then the princes offered for the dedication of the altar, on the day it was anointed, —yea the princes offered their oblation before the altar,
Wakati madhabahu yalitiwa mafuta, viongozi walileta sadaka zao kwa ajili ya kule kuwekwa wakfu kwake na kuziweka mbele ya madhabahu.
11 And Yahweh said unto Moses: Each prince on his appointed day, thus shall they offer their oblation, for the dedication of the altar.
Kwa maana Bwana alikuwa amemwambia Mose, “Kila siku kiongozi mmoja ataleta sadaka yake ili kuwekwa wakfu madhabahu.”
12 And so it was, that, he who on the first day, offered his oblation, —was Nahshon son of Amminadab of the tribe of Judah;

13 and his offering, was—one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil for a meal-offering;

14 one spoon of ten shekels of gold full of incense;

15 one choice young bullock one ram one he-lamb of the first year, as an ascending-sacrifice;

16 one young he-goat, as a sin-bearer;
mbuzi dume mmoja kwa ajili ya sadaka ya dhambi;
17 and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Nashon, son of Amminadab.

18 On the second day, Nethanel, son of Zuar, prince of Issachar, brought his offering.
Siku ya pili yake Nethaneli mwana wa Suari, kiongozi wa kabila la Isakari, alileta sadaka yake.
19 He offered as his oblation—one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

25 his offering, —one charger of silver a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

30 On the fourth day, the prince of he sons of Reuben, —Elizur, son of Shedeur:
Siku ya nne Elisuri mwana wa Shedeuri, kiongozi wa kabila la Reubeni, alileta sadaka yake.
31 his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of Silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil, as a meal-offering;

Siku ya tano Shelumieli mwana wa Surishadai, kiongozi wa watu wa Simeoni, alileta sadaka yake.
37 his offering, one charger of silver a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

43 his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl, of silver, seventy shekels, by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil, as a meal-offering;

49 his offering, one charger of silver a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels, by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

55 his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl, of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

Siku ya tisa Abidani mwana wa Gideoni, kiongozi wa watu wa Benyamini, alileta sadaka yake.
61 his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, —one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil, as a meal-offering;

Siku ya kumi Ahiezeri mwana wa Amishadai, kiongozi wa watu wa Dani, alileta sadaka yake.
67 his offering, one charger of silver a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, —one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

Siku ya kumi na moja Pagieli mwana wa Okrani, kiongozi wa watu wa Asheri, alileta sadaka yake.
73 his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl, of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

Siku ya kumi na mbili Ahira mwana wa Enani, kiongozi wa watu wa Naftali, alileta sadaka yake.
79 his offering, one charger of silver a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil, as a meal-offering;

84 This, was the offering for the dedication of the altar in the day when it was anointed, from the princes of Israel, —twelve chargers of silver twelve tossing bowls of silver, twelve spoons of gold;
Hizi ndizo zilikuwa sadaka za viongozi wa Israeli madhabahu yalipowekwa wakfu, wakati yalitiwa mafuta: sahani kumi na mbili za fedha, bakuli kumi na mbili za fedha za kunyunyizia, na masinia kumi na mawili ya dhahabu.
85 a hundred and thirty [shekels], each charger of silver, and seventy, each tossing bowl, —all the silver of the vessels, two thousand and four hundred [shekels], by the shekel of the sanctuary;
