Numbers 26
1 And it came to pass, after the plague, that Yahweh spake unto Moses, and unto Eleazar son of Aaron the priest, saying:
És lőn a csapás után, szóla az Úr Mózesnek és Eleázárnak, az Áron pap fiának, mondván:
2 Reckon ye up the sum of all the assembly of the sons of Israel from twenty years old and upwards, by their ancestral houses, —every one able to go forth to war in Israel.
Vegyétek számba Izráel fiainak egész gyülekezetét, húsz esztendőstől fogva és feljebb, az ő atyáiknak háznépe szerint; mindenkit, a ki hadba mehet Izráelben.
3 So then Moses and Eleazar the priest spake with them, in the waste plains of Moab, —by the Jordan near Jericho saying:
Szóla azért velök Mózes és Eleázár, a pap, a Moáb mezőségében a Jordán mellett, Jérikhó ellenében, mondván:
4 From twenty years old and upwards, As Yahweh commanded Moses, and the sons of Israel, who had come forth out of the land of Egypt.
Vegyétek számba a népet, húsz esztendőstől fogva és feljebb, a miképen parancsolta vala az Úr Mózesnek és Izráel fiainak, a kik kijöttek volt Égyiptom földéből.
5 Reuben, the firstborn of Israel, —the sons of Reuben, To Hanoch, pertained the family of the Hanochites; To Pallu, the family of the Palluites;
Rúben elsőszülötte Izráelnek. Rúben fiai ezek: Hánoktól a Hánokiták, Pallutól a Palluiták nemzetsége.
6 To Hezron, the family of the Hezronites, —To Carmi, the family of the Carmites.
Heczrontól a Heczroniták nemzetsége, Kármitól a Kármiták nemzetsége.
7 These, are the families of the Reubenites, —and they who were numbered of them were found to be—forty-three thousand, and seven hundred, and thirty.
Ezek a Rúbeniták nemzetségei. És lőn az ő számok negyvenhárom ezer, hétszáz és harmincz.
8 Now, the sons of Pallu, were Eliab;
És a Pallu fiai valának: Eliáb.
9 and the sons of Eliab, Nemuel, and Dathan and Abiram, —The same, Dathan and Abiram, notable men of the assembly, who contended against Moses and against Aaron in the assembly of Korah, when they contended against Yahweh;
Eliáb fiai pedig, Nemuél, Dáthán és Abirám. Ez a Dáthán és Abirám a gyülekezet előljárói valának, a kik feltámadtak vala Mózes ellen és Áron ellen.
10 and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up—with Korah also, when the assembly died, —when the fire consumed two hundred and fifty men, and they became a warning;
És megnyitá a föld az ő száját, és elnyelé őket és Kórét, meghalván az a gyülekezet, mivelhogy megemészte a tűz kétszáz és ötven férfiút, a kik intőpéldául lőnek.
11 But, the sons of Korah, died not.
Kóré fiai pedig nem halának meg.
12 The sons of Simeon, by their families, To Nemuel, pertained the family of the Nemuelites, To Jamin, the family of the Jaminites, —To Jachin, the family of the Jachinites:
Simeon fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint ezek: Nemuéltől a Nemuéliták nemzetsége, Jámintól a Jáminiták nemzetsége, Jákintól a Jákiniták nemzetsége.
13 To Zerah, the family of the Zerahites, —To Shaul, the family of the Shaulites:
Zerákhtól a Zerákhiták nemzetsége. Saultól a Sauliták nemzetsége.
14 These, are the families of the Simeonites, —two and twenty thousand and two hundred.
Ezek a Simeoniták nemzetségei: huszonkét ezer és kétszáz.
15 The sons of Gad, by their families, To Zephon, pertained the family of the Zephonites; To Haggi, the family of the Haggites, —To Shuni, the family of the Shunites;
Gád fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint ezek: Sefontól a Sefoniták nemzetsége, Haggitól a Haggiták nemzetsége, Súnitól a Súniták nemzetsége.
16 To Ozni, the family of the Oznites, —To Eri, the family of the Erites;
Oznitól az Ozniták nemzetsége, Éritől az Ériták nemzetsége.
17 To Arod, the family of the Arodites, —To Arelites, the family of the Arelites:
Arodtól az Aroditák nemzetsége, Arélitől az Aréliták nemzetsége.
18 These, are the families of the sons of Gad, as to them who were numbered of them, —forty thousand and five hundred.
Ezek Gád fiainak nemzetségei; az ő számok szerint negyven ezer és ötszáz.
19 The sons of Judah, Er and Onan, —but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan.
Júda fiai: Ér és Onán. És meghala Ér és Onán a Kanaán földén.
20 And so, as to the sons of Judah, by their families, it was found that—To Shelah, pertained the family of the Shelanites, To Perez, the family of the Perezites, —To Zerah, the family of the Zerahites;
Júda fiai pedig az ő nemzetségeik szerint ezek valának: Séláhtól a Séláhiták nemzetsége, Pérecztől a Pérecziták nemzetsége, Zerákhtól a Zerákhiták nemzetsége.
21 And, as to the sons of Perez, it was found that—To Hezron, pertained the family of the Hezronites, —To Hamul, the family of the Hamulites:
Pérecz fiai valának pedig: Heczrontól a Heczroniták nemzetsége; Hámultól a Hámuliták nemzetsége.
22 These, are the families of Judah, as to them who were numbered of them, —seventy-six thousand, and five hundred,
Ezek Júda nemzetségei az ő számok szerint: hetvenhat ezer ötszáz.
23 The sons of Issachar, by their families, Unto Tola, pertained the family of the Tolaites, —To Puvah, the family of the Puvites;
Izsakhár fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint ezek: Thólától a Thóláiták nemzetsége; Puvától a Puviták nemzetsége;
24 To Jashub, the family of the Jashubites, —To Shimron, the family of the Shimronites:
Jásubtól a Jásubiták nemzetsége; Simrontól a Simroniták nemzetsége.
25 These, are the families of Issachar. as to them who were numbered of them, —sixty-four thousand, and three hundred.
Ezek Izsakhár nemzetségei az ő számok szerint: hatvannégy ezer háromszáz.
26 The sons of Zebulun, by their families, To Sered, pertained the family of the Seredites, To Elon, the family of the Elonites, —To Jahleel, the family of the Jahleelites:
Zebulon fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint ezek: Szeredtől a Szerediták nemzetsége, Élontól az Éloniták nemzetsége, Jahleéltől a Jahleéliták nemzetsége.
27 These are the families of the Zebulunites as to them who were numbered of them, —sixty thousand, and five hundred.
Ezek a Zebuloniták nemzetségei az ő számok szerint: hatvan ezer ötszáz.
28 The sons of Joseph by their families, —Manasseh, and Ephraim.
József fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint ezek: Manasse és Efraim.
29 The sons of Manasseh, To Machir, pertained the family of the Machirites, and, Machir, begat Gilead, —To Gilead, pertained the family of the Gileadites.
Manasse fiai: Mákirtól a Mákiriták nemzetsége. Mákir nemzé Gileádot; Gileádtól a Gileáditák nemzetsége.
30 These are the sons of Gilead: Iezer, the family of the Iezerites, —To Helek, the family of the Helekites;
Ezek Gileád fiai: Jezertől a Jezeriták nemzetsége, Hélektől a Hélekiták nemzetsége.
31 And Asriel, the family of the Asrielites; And, Shechem, the family of the Shechemites;
És Aszriéltől az Aszriéliták nemzetsége; Sekemtől a Sekemiták nemzetsége.
32 And Shemida, the family of the Shemidaites; And, Hepher, the family of the Hepherites.
És Semidától a Semidáták nemzetsége és Héfertől a Héferiták nemzetsége.
33 Now Zelophehad, son of Hepher, had no sons, but only, daughters, —and, the names of the daughters of Zelophehad, were Mahlah and Noah, Hoglah Milcah, and Tirzah.
Czélofhádnak pedig, a Héfer fiának nem voltak fiai, hanem leányai; és a Czélofhád leányainak nevei ezek: Makhla, Nóa, Hogla, Milkha és Thircza.
34 These, are the families of Manasseh, —and, they who were numbered of them, —fifty-two thousand, and seven hundred.
Ezek Manasse nemzetségei, és az ő számok ötvenkét ezer és hétszáz.
35 These are the sons of Ephraim by their families, To Shuthelah, pertained the family of the Shuthelahites, To Becher, the family of the Becherites, —To Tahan, the family of the Tahanites.
Ezek Efraim fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint: Suthelákhtól a Suthelákhiták nemzetsége, Békertől a Békeriták nemzetsége, Tahántól a Tahániták nemzetsége.
36 And, these, are the sons of Shuthelah, To Eran, pertained the family of the Eranites.
Ezek pedig a Suthelákh fiai: Érántól az Érániták nemzetsége.
37 These, are the families of the sons of Ephraim, as to them who were numbered of them, —thirty-two thousand, and five hundred, These, are the sons of Joseph by their families.
Ezek Efraim fiainak nemzetségei az ő számok szerint: harminczkét ezer és ötszáz. Ezek József fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint.
38 The sons of Benjamin by their families, To Bela, pertained the family of the Belaites, To Ashbel, the family of the Ashbelites, —To Ahiram, the family of the Ahiramites;
Benjámin fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint ezek: Belától a Belaiták nemzetsége; Asbéltől az Asbéliták nemzetsége; Ahirámtól az Ahirámiták nemzetsége.
39 To Shephupham, the family of the Shuphamites, —To Hupham, the family of the Huphamites.
Sefufámtól a Sefufámiták nemzetsége; Hufámtól a Hufámiták nemzetsége.
40 And the sons of Bela were Ard and Naaman, —[To Ard, pertained] the family of the Ardites, To Naaman, the family of the Naamites.
Bela fiai pedig valának: Ard és Naamán: Ardtól az Arditák nemzetsége; Naamántól a Naamániták nemzetsége.
41 These, are the sons of Benjamin by their families, —and they who were numbered of them, —were forty-five thousand and six hundred.
Ezek Benjámin fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint, és számok: negyvenöt ezer és hatszáz.
42 These, are the sons of Dan, by their families: To Shuham, pertained the family of the Shuhamites, —These, are the families of Dan by their families:
Ezek Dán fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint: Suhámtól a Suhámiták nemzetsége. Ezek Dán nemzetségei, az ő nemzetségeik szerint.
43 All the families of the Shuhamites, as to them who were numbered of them, were, sixty-four thousand, and four hundred.
A Suhamiták minden nemzetsége az ő számok szerint: hatvannégy ezer és négyszáz.
44 The sons of Asher, by their families: To Imnah, pertained the family of the Imnites, To Ishvi, the family of the Ishvites, —To Beriah, the family of the Beriites;
Áser fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint ezek: Jimnától a Jimnaiták nemzetsége; Jisvitől a Jisviták nemzetsége; Bériától a Bérihiták nemzetsége.
45 To the sons of Beriah, To Heber, pertained the family of the Heberites, To Malchiel, the family of the Malchielites;
A Béria fiaitól: Khébertől a Khéberiták nemzetsége, Malkiéltől a Malkiéliták nemzetsége.
46 And, the name of the daughter of Asher, was Serah.
Áser leányának pedig neve vala Sérah.
47 These, are the families of the sons of Asher as to them who were numbered of them, —fifty-three thousand and four hundred.
Ezek Áser fiainak nemzetségei az ő számok szerint: ötvenhárom ezer és négyszáz.
48 The sons of Naphtali, by their families, To Jahzeel, pertained the family of the Jahzeelites; To Guni, the family of the Gunites:
Nafthali fiai az ő nemzetségeik szerint ezek: Jakhczeéltől a Jakhczeéliták nemzetsége, Gúnitól a Gúniták nemzetsége.
49 To Jezer, the family of the Jezerites; To Shillem, the family of the Shillemites.
Jéczertől a Jéczeriták nemzetsége; Sillémtől a Sillémiták nemzetsége.
50 These are the families of Naphtali, by their families, —and they who were numbered of them, were forty-five thousand and four hundred.
Ezek Nafthali nemzetségei az ő nemzetségeik szerint: az ő számok pedig negyvenöt ezer és négyszáz.
51 These, are they who were numbered of the sons of Israel, six hundred and one thousand, —seven hundred and thirty,
Ezek Izráel fiainak megszámláltjai: hatszáz egyezer hétszáz harmincz.
52 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:
Szóla pedig az Úr Mózesnek, mondván:
53 Unto these, shall be apportioned the land as an inheritance by the number of names.
Ezeknek osztassék el az a föld örökségül, az ő neveiknek száma szerint.
54 For the large one, thou shalt make large his inheritance, and for the small one, thou shalt make small his inheritance, —unto each one, in proportion to them who were numbered of him, shall be given his inheritance.
A nagyobb számúnak adj nagyobb örökséget, a kisebb számúnak pedig tedd kisebbé az ő örökségét; mindeniknek az ő száma szerint adattassék az ő öröksége.
55 Nevertheless by lot, shall the land be apportioned, —by the names of the tribes of their fathers, shall they inherit.
De sorssal osztassék el a föld; az ő atyjok törzseinek nevei szerint örököljenek.
56 At the bidding of the lot, shall be apportioned his inheritance, —between large and small.
A sors szerint osztassék el az örökség, mind a sok és mind a kevés között.
57 And these, are they who were numbered of the Levites by their families, To Gershon, pertained the family of the Gershonites, To Kohath, the family of the Kohathites; To Merari, the family of the Merarites.
Ezek pedig Lévi megszámláltjai az ő nemzetségeik szerint: Gérsontól a Gérsoniták nemzetsége; Kéháttól a Kéhátiták nemzetsége; Méráritól a Méráriták nemzetsége.
58 These, are the families of Levi—The family of the Libnites, The family of the Hebronites, The family of the Mahlites, The family of the Mushites, The family of the Korahites, —And, Kohath, begat Amram;
Ezek Lévi nemzetségei: a Libniták nemzetsége, a Hébroniták nemzetsége, a Makhliták nemzetsége, a Músiták nemzetsége, a Kórahiták nemzetsége. Kéhát pedig nemzé Amrámot.
59 and the name of the wife of Amram, was Jochebed daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Egypt, —and she bare to Amram Aaron and Moses, and Miriam their sister:
Amrám feleségének neve pedig Jókebed, a Lévi leánya, a ki Égyiptomban született Lévinek; és ő szülte Amrámnak Áront, Mózest, és Miriámot, az ő leánytestvéröket.
60 And, there were born to Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, —Eleazar and Ithamar;
És születének Áronnak: Nádáb és Abihu, Eleázár és Ithamár.
61 But Nadab and Abihu died, —when they brought near strange fire before Yahweh:
És meghalának Nádáb és Abihu, mikor idegen tűzzel áldozának az Úr előtt.
62 And they who were numbered of them were found to be—twenty-three thousand, all the males from one month old and upwards—for they had not numbered themselves in the midst of the sons of Israel, because there was given unto them no inheritance, in the midst of the sons of Israel.
És vala azoknak száma: huszonhárom ezer, mind férfiak, egy hónapostól fogva és feljebb; mert nem voltak beszámlálva az Izráel fiai közé, mivel nem adatott nékik örökség Izráel fiai között.
63 These, are they who were numbered by Moses, and Eleazar, the priest, —when they numbered the sons of Israel, in the waste plains of Moab, by Jordan, near Jericho.
Ezek Mózesnek és Eleázárnak, a papnak megszámláltjai, a kik megszámlálák Izráel fiait a Moáb mezőségében, Jérikhó átellenében a Jordán mellett.
64 And among these, was there not found a man of them who had been numbered by Moses, and Aaron the priest, —when they numbered the sons of Israel in the desert of Sinai.
Ezek között pedig nem volt senki a Mózestől és Áron paptól megszámláltattak közűl, mikor megszámlálták vala Izráel fiait a Sinai pusztájában.
65 For Yahweh had said of them, They shall surely die, in the desert. And there was not left of them a man, save only, Caleb son of Jephunneh, and Joshua son of Nun.
Mert az Úr mondotta vala nékik: Bizonynyal meghalnak a pusztában; és senki nem maradt meg azok közül, hanem csak Káleb, a Jefunné fia, és Józsué, a Nún fia.
