Numbers 15

1 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:

၁တဖန် မောရှေ အား ထာဝရဘုရား က၊

2 Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou shall say unto them, —When ye shall enter into the land of your dwelling-places, which, I, am giving unto you;

၂သင်သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့ကို ဆင့်ဆို ရမည်မှာ၊ သင် တို့နေရာ ဖြစ်သော ငါ ပေး သော ပြည် သို့ ရောက် ၍ နေကြသောအခါ၊

3 and ye would offer, as an altar-flame unto Yahweh an ascending-offering or a sacrifice, for celebrating a vow or as a freewill-offering, or in your appointed seasons, —by way of offering a satisfying odour unto Yahweh, from the herd or from the flock,

၃သစ္စာ ဂတိရှိ၍ ပူဇော် သော်၎င်း ၊ အလိုလို ပူဇော်သော်၎င်း ၊ ပွဲ သဘင်ခံ၍ ပူဇော်သော်၎င်း ၊ မီးရှို့ ရာယဇ် အစရှိသော အခြားသောယဇ်ကို မီး ဖြင့်ပူဇော်၍၊ သိုး နွား အားဖြင့်ထာဝရဘုရား အဘို့ မွှေးကြိုင် သော အနံ့ ကို ပြု ခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိလျှင်၊

4 then shall he that bringeth near his oblation bring near unto Yahweh a meal-offering, of fine meal a tenth part [of an ephah] overflowed with the fourth part of a hin of oil;

၄ထာဝရဘုရား အား ပူဇော်သက္ကာ ကိုပြု သောသူသည်၊ သိုးသငယ် ကိုပူဇော်လျှင်၊ မီးရှို့ရာယဇ် ဖြစ်စေ ၊ အခြားသောယဇ် ဖြစ်စေ၊

5 wine also for a drink-offering, the fourth part of a hin, shalt thou offer with the ascending-offering or with the sacrifice, —for each he-lamb.

၅ယဇ်နှင့်တကွ ဘောဇဉ် ပူဇော်သက္ကာကို ဆီ သုံး လောဃရော သောမုန့်ညက် တဩမဲ ကို၎င်း၊ သွန်းလောင်း ရာပူဇော်သက္ကာဘို့ စပျစ်ရည် သုံး လောဃကို၎င်း၊ ပြင်ဆင် ၍ဆောင် ခဲ့ရမည်။

6 Or, with a ram, thou shalt offer a meal-offering, of fine meal, two tenths, —overflowed with oil, the third of a hin;

၆သိုး ကိုပူဇော်လျှင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား အဘို့မွှေးကြိုင် သောအနံ့ ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊

7 wine also, for a drink-offering, the third of a hin, shalt thou bring near as a satisfying odour unto Yahweh.

၇ဘောဇဉ် ပူဇော်သက္ကာဘို့ ဆီ လေး လောဃရော သောမုန့်ညက် နှစ် ဩမဲကိုပြင်ဆင် ၍ သွန်းလောင်း ရာပူဇော်သက္ကာဘို့ စပျစ်ရည် လေး လောဃကိုပူဇော် ရမည်။

8 And when thou wouldest offer a choice young bullock as an ascending-offering or sacrifice, —for celebrating a vow or as a peace-offering unto Yahweh,

၈ထာဝရဘုရား အား မီးရှို့ ရာယဇ်၊ သစ္စာ ဂတိရှိ၍ ပူဇော်သောယဇ် ၊ မိဿဟာယ ယဇ်ဘို့ နွား ကို ပြင်ဆင် လျှင်၊

9 then shall he bring near with his choice young bullock, a meal-offering, of fine meal three tenths, —overflowed with half a hin of oil;

၉မီး ဖြင့်ပူဇော်၍ ထာဝရဘုရား အဘို့ မွှေးကြိုင် သော အနံ့ ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊

10 wine also, shalt thou bring near for a drink-offering, half a hin, —for an altar-flame of satisfying odour unto Yahweh.

၁၀နွား နှင့်တကွဘောဇဉ် ပူဇော်သက္ကာဘို့ ဆီ ခြောက် လောဃရော သောမုန့်ညက် သုံး ဩမဲကို၎င်း၊ သွန်းလောင်း ရာပူဇော်သက္ကာဘို့ စပျစ်ရည် ခြောက် လောဃကို၎င်းဆောင် ခဲ့ရမည်။

11 Thus and thus, shall it be done, for each ox, and for each ram, —and for each young one among the sheep, or among the goats:

၁၁နွား တ ကောင်၊ သိုး တ ကောင်၊ သိုးသငယ် တကောင်၊ ဆိတ်သငယ် တကောင်ကို ယဇ်ပူဇော်သောအခါထိုသို့ ပြု ရမည်။

12 according to the number which ye shall offer, thus and thus, shall ye do for each one according to their number.

၁၂ပြင်ဆင် သော သိုး နွားအရေအတွက် သို့ လိုက်၍၊ တကောင်တကောင် ကို ထိုသို့ ပြု ရမည်။

13 Every one born in the land, thus and thus, shall offer these things, —when bringing near an altar-flame of a satisfying odour unto Yahweh.

၁၃ပြည်သား အပေါင်း တို့သည် မီး ဖြင့် ပူဇော် ၍ ထာဝရဘုရား အဘို့ မွှေးကြိုင် သော အနံ့ ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ထိုသို့ နှင့်အညီပြု ရကြမည်။

14 And when there shall sojourn with you a sojourner, or one who is in your midst to your generations, and he would offer an altar-flame of a satisfying odour unto Yahweh, as ye offer, so, shall he offer,

၁၄သင် တို့တွင် တည်းခို သော တပါး အမျိုးသားဖြစ်စေ ၊ အခြား တပါးသောသူဖြစ်စေ၊ မီး ဖြင့် ပူဇော် ၍ ထာဝရဘုရား အဘို့ မွှေးကြိုင် သောအနံ့ ရှိစေခြင်းငှါအလိုရှိ လျှင်၊ သင်တို့ပြု သည်နည်းတူ သူသည်လည်း ပြု ရမည်။

15 In the convocation, one statute, shall there be for you and for the sojourner who sojourneth, —an age-abiding statute unto your generations, as ye are, so, the sojourner, shall be before Yahweh:

၁၅ပရိသတ် အဝင်ဖြစ်သောသူ၊ သင် တို့တွင် တည်းခို သော တပါး အမျိုးသားဖြစ်သောသူတို့သည်၊ သင် တို့အမျိုး အစဉ်အဆက် စောင့်ရသောတပါးတည်းသော ထုံးစံ ရှိ၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ သင် တို့သည် ဖြစ် သည်နည်းတူ သူသည်လည်း ဖြစ် ရမည်။

16 one law and one regulation, shall there be for yourselves and for the sojourner that sojourneth with you.

၁၆သင် တို့ကိုယ်တိုင်မှစ၍ သင် တို့တွင် တည်းခို သော တပါး အမျိုးသားတို့သည် တပါးတည်း သော တရား ၊ တပါးတည်း သော ထုံးစံ ရှိ ရကြမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

17 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:

၁၇တဖန် မောရှေ အား ထာဝရဘုရား က၊ သင်သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့အား ဆင့်ဆို ရမည်မှာ၊

18 Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them, —When ye enter into the land whereinto I, am bringing you,

၁၈ငါ ပို့ဆောင် သော ပြည် သို့ သင် တို့သည် ရောက် ၍ ၊

19 then shall it be, when ye eat the bread of the land, that ye shall heave up a heave-offering unto Yahweh.

၁၉ထိုပြည် ၌ဖြစ်သော မုန့် ကို စား ကြသောအခါ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား အား ချီမြှောက် ရာ ပူဇော်သက္ကာကို ဆက် ရမည်။

20 Of the first of your meal, shall ye heave up, a cake, as a heave-offering, —like the heave-offering of grain, so shall ye heave it.

၂၀အဦး နယ်သော မုန့်စိမ်း ဖြင့် လုပ်သော မုန့်ပြား ကို ချီမြှောက် ရာ ပူဇော်သက္ကာပြု၍၊ ကောက်နယ် တလင်း ထဲက ချီမြှောက် ရာ ပူဇော်သက္ကာကို ပြုသကဲ့သို့ ချီမြှောက် ရမည်။

21 Of the first of your meal, shall ye give unto Yahweh a heave-offering, —unto your generations.

၂၁သင် တို့အမျိုး အစဉ်အဆက်တို့သည်၊ အဦး နယ် သော မုန့်စိမ်း ထဲက ချီမြှောက် ရာ ပူဇော်သက္ကာကိုထာဝရ ဘုရား အား ဆက် ရကြမည်။

22 And when ye shall make a mistake, and not observe all these commandments, —which Yahweh hath spoken unto Moses;

၂၂ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မောရှေ ကို မှာထား သော နေ့ မှစ၍ ၊ မောရှေ အားဖြင့် သင် တို့၌ ထား တော်မူသောပညတ်၊

23 even all that Yahweh hath given unto you in command, by the hand of Moses, —from the day that Yahweh gave command, and onward unto your generations,

၂၃သင် တို့အမျိုး အစဉ်အဆက်၌ ထားတော်မူလတံ့သောပညတ် အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို သင်တို့သည် မ စောင့် မှားယွင်း ခြင်းသို့ရောက်ကြသည်အမှုမှာ၊

24 then shall it be—if, any from the eyes of the assembly, it hath been done by mistake, that all the assembly shall offer one choice young bullock for an ascending-sacrifice as a satisfying odour unto Yahweh, with the meal-offering thereof and the drink-offering thereof, according to the regulation, —and one young he-goat as a sin-bearer.

၂၄ပရိသတ် အပေါင်းတို့သည် မသိဘဲ သတိလစ် ၍ မှားယွင်း ခြင်းသို့ရောက် လျှင် ၊ ပရိသတ် အပေါင်း တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား အဘို့ မွှေးကြိုင် သောအနံ့ ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ထုံးဖွဲ့ သော ထုံးစံရှိသည်အတိုင်း ဘောဇဉ် ပူဇော်သက္ကာ၊ သွန်းလောင်း ရာ ပူဇော်သက္ကာနှင့်တကွ၊ အသက်ပျို သော နွားထီး ဖြင့် မီးရှို့ ရာယဇ်ကို၎င်း ၊ ဆိတ် ဖြင့် အပြစ် ဖြေရာ ယဇ်ကို၎င်းပူဇော် ရကြမည်။

25 So shall the priest put a propitiatory, covering over all the assembly of the sons of Israel and pardon shall be granted unto them, —because a mistake, it was, they, therefore have brought in their offering—an altar-flame unto Yahweh and their sin-bearer before Yahweh for their mistake:

၂၅ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် သည်၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား ပရိသတ် အပေါင်း တို့အဘို့ အပြစ် ဖြေခြင်းကို ပြုရသဖြင့် ၊ သူတို့သည် သတိလစ် ၍ ပြစ်မှားသောကြောင့် ၊ ထိုအပြစ် ကို လွှတ်ရလိမ့်မည်။ သူ တို့သည်လည်း သတိလစ် သော အပြစ်ကြောင့် ၊ အပြစ် ဖြေရာယဇ်နှင့်တကွ၊ မီး ဖြင့်ပြုသောပူဇော်သက္ကာ ကို ထာဝရဘုရား ထံ တော်သို့ ဆောင် ခဲ့ရကြမည်။

26 and pardon shall be granted unto all the assembly of the sons of Israel and unto the sojourner that sojourneth in their midst, —for, in the case of all the people, it was, by mistake.

၂၆ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင် ၊ လူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ပြစ်မှားသော်လည်း၊ သတိလစ် ၍ ပြစ်မှားသောကြောင့် ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား ပရိသတ် အပေါင်း ကို၎င်း ၊ သူ တို့ထံမှာ တည်းခို သော တပါး အမျိုးသားကို၎င်းထိုအပြစ် မှ လွှတ်ရ လိမ့်မည်။

27 And if, any one person, shall sin by mistake, then shall he bring near a she-goat of the first year as a sin-bearer;

၂၇လူတစုံတယောက် သည် သတိလစ် ၍ ပြစ်မှား လျှင် ၊ အပြစ် ဖြေရာ ယဇ်ဘို့ အခါမလည် သော ဆိတ်မ တကောင်ကိုဆောင် ခဲ့ရမည်။

28 and the priest shall put a propitiatory-covering over the person who hath made the mistake, when he hath sinned by mistake before Yahweh, even put a propitiatory-covering over him, and pardon shall be granted him.

၂၈ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ သတိလစ် ၍ ပြစ်မှား မိသော ထိုသူအဘို့ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် သည် အပြစ် ဖြေခြင်း ကို ပြုရသဖြင့် ထိုအပြစ် ကို လွှတ်ရလိမ့်မည်။

29 For the native born among the sons of Israel, and for the sojourner that sojourneth in their midst, one law, shall there be unto you—for acting by mistake.

၂၉ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား ဖြစ်သောသူ၊ တည်းခို သော တပါး အမျိုးသားဖြစ်သောသူတို့သည် သတိလစ် ၍ ပြစ်မှား သောအခါ၊ တပါးတည်း သော တရား ကို စောင့် ရကြမည်။

30 But, as for the person who acteth with a high hand—of the native born or of the sojourners, Yahweh himself, he, reproacheth, —therefore shall that person be cut off out of the midst of his people.

၃၀ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားဖြစ်စေ ၊ တပါး အမျိုးသားဖြစ်စေ ၊ ရဲရင့် စွာပြစ်မှား လျှင် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မ ရိုသေရာသို့ ရောက်သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ထို သူကို သူ ၏အမျိုး မှ ပယ်ရှင်း ရမည်။

31 Because the word of Yahweh, hath he despised, and his commandment, hath he broken, that person shall be surely cut off, his iniquity, is in himself.

၃၁ထာဝရဘုရား ၏စကား တော်ကို မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြု ၍ ပညတ် တော်ကို လွန်ကျူး သောကြောင့် ၊ ထိုသူကို ရှင်းရှင်းပယ်ရှား ရမည်။ မိမိ အပြစ် ကို မိမိခံရမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

32 While the sons of Israel were in the desert, they found a man gathering sticks on the sabbath day.

၃၂ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့သည် တော ၌ ရှိ ကြ သောအခါ ၊ တနေ့သောဥပုသ် နေ့ ၌ ထင်းခွေ သောသူ တယောက်ကို တွေ့ လေ၏။

33 And they who found him gathering sticks, brought him near, unto Moses and unto Aaron and unto all the assembly.

၃၃တွေ့ သောသူတို့သည်၊ ထိုသူ ကို မောရှေ ၊ အာရုန် ၊ ပရိသတ် အပေါင်း တို့ ရှေ့သို့ ခေါ် ခဲ့ကြ၏။

34 And they put him in ward, —because it was not clear what they should do unto him.

၃၄သူ ၏အမှုကို စီရင် ရာလမ်းမ ထင်ရှား သေးသောကြောင့် ချုပ် ထားကြ၏။

35 Then said Yahweh unto Moses, The man shall be, put to death, —all the assembly, stoning him with stones, outside the camp.

၃၅ထာဝရဘုရား ကလည်း ၊ ထိုသူသည် အသေ သတ်ခြင်းကို အမှန်ခံရမည်။ ပရိသတ် အပေါင်း တို့သည် တပ် ပြင် မှာ သူ့ ကို ကျောက်ခဲ နှင့် ပစ် ရကြမည်ဟု မောရှေ အား မိန့် တော်မူ၍ ၊

36 So then all the assembly, put him forth, outside the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.

၃၆ထိုအမိန့် တော်အတိုင်း ပရိသတ် အပေါင်း တို့ သည် ထိုသူကို တပ် ပြင် သို့ ဆောင် သွား၍ ၊ ကျောက်ခဲ နှင့် ပစ် ကြသဖြင့် သူသည် အသေ ခံရ၏။

37 And Yahweh spake unto Moses saying:

၃၇တဖန် မောရှေ အား ထာဝရဘုရား က၊ သင် သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့အား ဆင့်ဆို ရမည်မှာ၊

38 Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them, That they shall make them fringes on the corners of their garments unto their generations—and shall put upon the fringe of the corner a cord of blue:

၃၈သူ တို့အမျိုး အစဉ်အဆက်တို့သည်၊ အဝတ် စွန်း တို့၌ ဆွဲစရာဘို့ ပန်းပွား တို့ကို လုပ် ၍ ၊ ပြာ သော ကြိုး နှင့် ချည် တွဲရကြမည်။

39 so shall they serve you as fringes, and when ye see then, then shall ye call to mind all the commandments of Yahweh, and shall do them, —and shall not spy out, after your own hearts, and after your own eyes for things, after which, ye, are ready to go unchastely away:

၃၉ထိုပန်းပွား တို့ကို သင်တို့သည် ကြည့် မြင်သောအခါ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ပညတ် တော်မူသမျှ တို့ကို အောက်မေ့ ၍ ကျင့် ကြမည်အကြောင်း၊ အထက်က ကိုယ် အလို သို့ လိုက်လျက်၊ ကိုယ် ဉာဏ် ကို မှီဝဲလျက် မှားယွင်း သကဲ့သို့မ လိုက် မမှီဝဲ၊

40 to the intent ye may call to mind, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.

၄၀ငါ ပညတ် သမျှ တို့ကို အောက်မေ့ ၍ ကျင့် သဖြင့် ၊ သင် တို့ဘုရားသခင် အဘို့ သန့်ရှင်း မည်အကြောင်းထိုသို့ ပြု ရမည်။

41 I—Yahweh, am your God—who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to become your God, —I, —Yahweh, am your God.

၄၁ငါသည် သင် တို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ဖြစ် ခြင်းငှါ ၊ သင် တို့ကို အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည် မှ နှုတ်ဆောင် ခဲ့သော သင် တို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်၏။ ငါ သည် သင် တို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်သည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
