< Numbers 15 >

1 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:
Chu in Pakaiyin Mose henga thu aseijin ahi.
2 Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou shall say unto them, —When ye shall enter into the land of your dwelling-places, which, I, am giving unto you;

3 and ye would offer, as an altar-flame unto Yahweh an ascending-offering or a sacrifice, for celebrating a vow or as a freewill-offering, or in your appointed seasons, —by way of offering a satisfying odour unto Yahweh, from the herd or from the flock,
Nangman pumgo maichamn thiltoh gimnamtui sellah Pathen heng nga napeh ding ahiye. Na gancha hon bong, kelngoi hon lah chule kelchal ho lah ajong ahoicheh pumgo maicham thiltoh kumlhunsih akibol banga chu napeh diu ahiye.

6 Or, with a ram, thou shalt offer a meal-offering, of fine meal, two tenths, —overflowed with oil, the third of a hin;

7 wine also, for a drink-offering, the third of a hin, shalt thou bring near as a satisfying odour unto Yahweh.
Chule lengpi thei tui chu khon thum tabang tuija maicham din sem in hichu Pathen adinga gimnam tui tah ahi.
8 And when thou wouldest offer a choice young bullock as an ascending-offering or sacrifice, —for celebrating a vow or as a peace-offering unto Yahweh,
Nangman bongchal nou pumgo maicham thilto nabol teng Pathen’na dia kipana maicham kisuh thengna na bol ji ding ahi.

11 Thus and thus, shall it be done, for each ox, and for each ram, —and for each young one among the sheep, or among the goats:
Pumgo maicham jouse aboncha Kelchal hihen, Kelpi hihen, Kelnou hihen, chule adang jong hitia chu na bolsoh kei diu ahi.
12 according to the number which ye shall offer, thus and thus, shall ye do for each one according to their number.
Nangman pumgo thilto napeh teng hiche thupeh hohi najui ding ahi.
13 Every one born in the land, thus and thus, shall offer these things, —when bringing near an altar-flame of a satisfying odour unto Yahweh.
Nang ho Israel mite hiche mumna peng jousen Pathen heng nga gimnamtui maicham, napeh teng ule hiche thupeh hohi najui’u angaiye.
14 And when there shall sojourn with you a sojourner, or one who is in your midst to your generations, and he would offer an altar-flame of a satisfying odour unto Yahweh, as ye offer, so, shall he offer,
Koi tobang nangho kom a kholjin mi aum ham ahi lou leh acheng den aum khah jong leh Amaho jong chun hiche dan hi ajui cheh diu ahi.
15 In the convocation, one statute, shall there be for you and for the sojourner who sojourneth, —an age-abiding statute unto your generations, as ye are, so, the sojourner, shall be before Yahweh:
Israel mite agam leiset muna peng dan hihen gampam ma kon hung pemlut mi hijong leh Pakai mitmu’a thakhat cheh ahiuve. Hijeh’a chu Dan khat noija um cheh ahiuve. Hiche hi nang ho dia tonsotna jui dinga dan kisem ahin hichu najui diuva kipe ahi tai.

Nangho ding hihen gamchom mi hung pemlut ho hiu jong leh, Hiche thupeh jui ding’a kigong hohi na bolcheh diu ahi.
17 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:
PakaiyinMose heng ah asei be kit in.
18 Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them, —When ye enter into the land whereinto I, am bringing you,
Israelte chu anoija thupeh thuhil ho hi seipeh tan, nangho ka pehna gam nalhun uva,
19 then shall it be, when ye eat the bread of the land, that ye shall heave up a heave-offering unto Yahweh.
Hiche gamsung gasoh ho naneh teng ule Pathen maicham ding jong na khen doh cheh cheh diu ahi.
20 Of the first of your meal, shall ye heave up, a cake, as a heave-offering, —like the heave-offering of grain, so shall ye heave it.
Na lousoh mim le chang aga masa penchu changbong a na suhdi ding changlhah lumma na sem ding hichu Pathen a dinga gamasa pen ahi jeh’a napeh doh ding ahi.
21 Of the first of your meal, shall ye give unto Yahweh a heave-offering, —unto your generations.

22 And when ye shall make a mistake, and not observe all these commandments, —which Yahweh hath spoken unto Moses;
I-ham tia Pakaiyin Mose henga athupeh chengse hi nahsahmo jeh hilouva, hetthem lou jeh joh’a na suhmil khah uva,
23 even all that Yahweh hath given unto you in command, by the hand of Moses, —from the day that Yahweh gave command, and onward unto your generations,
Khonung’a Na chilhah ho jeng in jong Pathen thupeh ho a suhmil khah uva,
24 then shall it be—if, any from the eyes of the assembly, it hath been done by mistake, that all the assembly shall offer one choice young bullock for an ascending-sacrifice as a satisfying odour unto Yahweh, with the meal-offering thereof and the drink-offering thereof, according to the regulation, —and one young he-goat as a sin-bearer.
Hiche suhkhelna chu mipi jousen ana hetthem lou jeh ahi khah tahleh Israel mipi techun Bongchal nou khat Pathen heng’a gim namtui thilto dia ato diu ahi. Chuleh Anneh ding thilto leh don ding thil to toh, chonset thilto adia kelnou khat ato tha diu ahi.
25 So shall the priest put a propitiatory, covering over all the assembly of the sons of Israel and pardon shall be granted unto them, —because a mistake, it was, they, therefore have brought in their offering—an altar-flame unto Yahweh and their sin-bearer before Yahweh for their mistake:
Hiche ho jouse toh hin thempupan Israel mipiho chu Pakai ma-sang’a a suhtheng ding chu teng amaho chu ngaidam ma umdiu ahi. Ajeh chu amahon achonset nau chu ana hetlou jeh’u ahin, a maicham thilto jal uva, kingaidam diu ahi. Pathen heng’a chonset thilto leh kilhaina abol jal uva chu ngaidam kichan diu ahi.
26 and pardon shall be granted unto all the assembly of the sons of Israel and unto the sojourner that sojourneth in their midst, —for, in the case of all the people, it was, by mistake.
Israel mipite leh gampam mi abonchauva ngaidam a um nahi tauve.
27 And if, any one person, shall sin by mistake, then shall he bring near a she-goat of the first year as a sin-bearer;
Koi tobang khat nin hethem louva chonset na ahin bol tah leh, amapa chun kelpi kumkhat lhingset khat a chonset thilto ahin tohdoh ding ahi.
28 and the priest shall put a propitiatory-covering over the person who hath made the mistake, when he hath sinned by mistake before Yahweh, even put a propitiatory-covering over him, and pardon shall be granted him.
Thempu chun hiche Pasal chu Pakai masanga asuh theng ding chu teng amapa chu ngaidam ma um ding ahitai.
29 For the native born among the sons of Israel, and for the sojourner that sojourneth in their midst, one law, shall there be unto you—for acting by mistake.
Hiche thuhil hin nangma ho Israel chilhah ho na hiuvin chule mi dang, chi dang nam dang nagam uva khopem ho jouse jong ahopsoh kei ahi.
30 But, as for the person who acteth with a high hand—of the native born or of the sojourners, Yahweh himself, he, reproacheth, —therefore shall that person be cut off out of the midst of his people.
Hinlah nangho lah a koitobang ahe nasa’a Pathen deilam bollou vang chu Pathen taitom kiti ding chule amaho chu Isarelte lah a pat’a chomkhen’a um ding ahiuve.
31 Because the word of Yahweh, hath he despised, and his commandment, hath he broken, that person shall be surely cut off, his iniquity, is in himself.
Amahon Pathen thupeh chu he nasa a khohsah louva akoitah jeh un amaho jouse chu pum noa no mang ding ahi tauve chule achonset nau jeh’a gim gentheina a thoh diu ahi.
32 While the sons of Israel were in the desert, they found a man gathering sticks on the sabbath day.

33 And they who found him gathering sticks, brought him near, unto Moses and unto Aaron and unto all the assembly.
Israelte lah’a pasalpa thilbol mudoh jouse chun amapa chu Mose le Aaron chule mipi lah ahin puiyun ahi.
34 And they put him in ward, —because it was not clear what they should do unto him.
Amahon ipi lo ding ham atheilou jeh uvin munkhat na aumsah un ahi.
35 Then said Yahweh unto Moses, The man shall be, put to death, —all the assembly, stoning him with stones, outside the camp.
Hichun Pakaiyin Mose chu a houlimpi tan “Hiche Pasalpa hi thina channa gotna chang ding ama chu khopi pam lamma mipin song’a ase lih ding ahi,” ati.
36 So then all the assembly, put him forth, outside the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
Hichun mipi’n amapa chu ngahmun pam lam’a akai doh un song in asep lih tauve, hichu PakaiyinMose henga thu apeh bang banga abol’u ahi.
37 And Yahweh spake unto Moses saying:
Chu in Pakaiyin Mose henga thu aseiyin ahi.
38 Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them, That they shall make them fringes on the corners of their garments unto their generations—and shall put upon the fringe of the corner a cord of blue:
Israelte chu anoiya thuchang kihil na ding hohi seipeh kit tan. A ponmang jouse’u chu alum khat aba diu ahi. alum laichu ajem adum a na boldiu ahi. hichu akhang akhang a akivon diu ahi.
39 so shall they serve you as fringes, and when ye see then, then shall ye call to mind all the commandments of Yahweh, and shall do them, —and shall not spy out, after your own hearts, and after your own eyes for things, after which, ye, are ready to go unchastely away:
“Nangman hiche pon mangjem chu namu teng na Pathen thupeh sang’a tahsa ngaichat na joh nasuh bukim nomlou na diu ahi” ati.
40 to the intent ye may call to mind, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.
Hiche pon dum chun thupeh jui ding’a umho chu na hin tilkhou diu Pathen a theng’a umpa toh na kinai sah jing diu ahi, ati.
41 I—Yahweh, am your God—who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to become your God, —I, —Yahweh, am your God.
Keima na Pakai na Pathen Egypt gamma petna na hin puidoh pachu kahi ati.
