Nehemiah 3
1 Then arose Eliashib the high priest and his brethren the priests, and built the sheep-gate, they, hallowed it, and set up the doors thereof, —even unto the tower of Hammeah, hallowed they it, unto the tower of Hananel;
Potem powstał najwyższy kapłan Eliaszib wraz ze swoimi braćmi kapłanami i odbudowali Bramę Owczą. Poświęcili ją i wstawili jej wrota. Poświęcili ją aż do wieży Mea i aż do wieży Chananeela.
2 and, at his hand, built, the men of Jericho, —and at his [other] hand built Zaccur, son of Imri.
Obok niego budowali mężczyźni z Jerycha, a obok nich budował Zakkur, syn Imriego.
3 And, the fish-gate, did the sons of Hassenaah build, —they, laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof;
A Bramę Rybną budowali synowie Senaa, którzy założyli też jej belki, wstawili jej wrota, zamki i rygle.
4 and, at their hand, repaired, Meremoth son of Uriah son of Hakkoz, and, at their hand, repaired, Meshullum son of Berechiah son of Meshezabel, —and, at their hand, repaired, Zadok son of Baana;
Obok nich naprawiał Meremot, syn Uriasza, syna Kosa, a obok nich naprawiał Meszullam, syn Berechiasza, syna Meszezabeela. Obok nich naprawiał Sadok, syn Baany.
5 and, at their hand, repaired, the Tekoites, —but, their chiefs, put not their neck into the service of their lords.
Obok nich naprawiali Tekoici, lecz ich dostojnicy nie ugięli swego karku do pracy dla swego Pana.
6 And, the old gate, did Joiada son of Paseah, and Meshullam, son of Besodeiah, repair, —they, laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks thereof, and the bars thereof;
A Bramę Starą naprawiali Jojada, syn Paseacha, i Meszullam, syn Besodiasza. Założyli jej belki i wstawili jej wrota, zamki i rygle.
7 and, at their hand, repaired, Melatiah the Gibeonite and Jadon the Meronothite, men of Gibeon and of Mizpah, —who pertained to the throne of the pasha Beyond the River;
Obok nich naprawiali Melatiasz Gibeonita, Jadon Meronotyta oraz mężczyźni z Gibeonu i Mispy aż do tronu namiestnika z tej strony rzeki.
8 at his hand, repaired, Uzziel son of Harhaiah, goldsmiths, and, at his hand, repaired Hananiah son of the perfumers, —and they fortified Jerusalem, as far as the broad wall;
Obok nich naprawiał Uzziel, syn Charchajasza, [jeden] ze złotników, a obok niego naprawiał Chananiasz, syn aptekarza. Obwarowali Jerozolimę aż do Muru Szerokiego.
9 and, at their hand, repaired, Rephaiah son of Hur, ruler of a half-circuit of Jerusalem;
Obok nich naprawiał Refajasz, syn Chura, przełożony połowy okręgu Jerozolimy.
10 and, at their hand, repaired, Jedaiah son of Harumaph, even over against his own house, —and, at his hand, repaired, Hattush, son of Hashabneiah;
Obok nich naprawiał Jedajasz, syn Charumafa, naprzeciw swego domu. A obok niego naprawiał Chattusz, syn Chaszabnejasza.
11 a second length, did Malchijah son of Harim and Hasshub son of Pahath-moab, repair, —also the tower of the ovens;
Drugi odcinek i Wieżę Pieców zaś naprawiał Malkiasz, syn Charima, i Chaszub, syn Pachat-Moaba.
12 and, at his hand, repaired, Shallum son of Hallohesh, ruler of a half-circuit of Jerusalem, —he and his daughters.
Obok niego naprawiał Szallum, syn Hallochesza, przełożony połowy okręgu Jerozolimy, on i jego córki.
13 The valley-gate, did Hanun and the inhabitants of Zanoah, repair, —they, built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, —also a thousand cubits in the wall, as far as the dung-gate.
Bramę nad Doliną naprawiali Chanun i mieszkańcy Zanoach. Odbudowali ją, wstawili jej wrota, zamki i rygle i [naprawili] tysiąc łokci muru aż do Bramy Gnojnej.
14 And, the dung-gate, did Malchijah son of Rechab, ruler of the circuit of Beth-haccherem, repair, —he, built it, and set up the doors thereof, he locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
Lecz Bramę Gnojną naprawiał Malkiasz, syn Rekaba, przełożony okręgu Bet-Hakkerem. On ją odbudował i wstawił jej wrota, zamki i rygle;
15 And, the fountain-gate, did Shallun son of Col-hozeh ruler of the circuit of Mizpah, repair, he, built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, —also the wall of the pool of Shelah, by the garden of the king, even as far as the stairs that go down from the city of David;
Bramę Źródlaną naprawiał Szallun, syn Kol-Chozego, przełożony okręgu Mispa. On ją zbudował, pokrył [dachem] i wstawił jej wrota, zamki i rygle oraz wzniósł mur nad stawem Sziloach przy ogrodzie królewskim aż do schodów prowadzących do miasta Dawida.
16 after him, repaired, Nehemiah son of Azbuk, ruler of the half-circuit of Beth-zur, —as far as over against the sepulchres of David, even unto the pool which had been made, and unto the house of heroes;
Za nim naprawiał Nehemiasz, syn Azbuka, przełożony połowy okręgu Bet-Sur, aż [do miejsca] naprzeciw grobów Dawida i aż do stawu sztucznego, i aż do domu mocarzy.
17 after him, repaired, the Levites, Rehum son of Bani, —at his hand, repaired, Hashabiah, ruler of the half-circuit of Keilah, for his circuit;
Za nim naprawiali Lewici: Rechum, syn Baniego, obok niego naprawiał Chaszabiasz, przełożony połowy okręgu Keila, za swój okręg.
18 after him, repaired, their brethren, Bavvai son of Henadad, —ruler of the [other] half-circuit of Keilah;
Za nim naprawiali ich bracia: Bawaj, syn Chenadada, przełożony połowy okręgu Keila.
19 and there repaired at his hand, Ezer son of Jeshua, ruler of Mizpah, a second length, —over against the ascent of the armoury, at the corner;
Obok niego naprawiał Ezer, syn Jeszuy, przełożony Mispy, następny odcinek naprzeciw wejścia do zbrojowni przy rogu.
20 after him, zealously repaired Baruch son of Zabbai, a second length, —from the corner, unto the opening of the house of Eliashib, the high priest;
Za nim naprawiał gorliwie Baruch, syn Zabbaja, dalszy odcinek od rogu aż do drzwi domu arcykapłana Eliasziba.
21 after him, repaired, Meremoth son of Uriah son of Hakkoz, a second length, —from the opening of the house of Eliashib, even unto the end of the house of Eliashib;

22 and, after him, repaired, the priests, the men of the Circuit;
Za nim naprawiali kapłani, którzy mieszkali na równinie.
23 after him, repaired, Benjamin and Hasshub, over against their own house, —after him, repaired, Azariah son of Maaseiah son of Ananiah, beside his own house;
Za nimi naprawiali Beniamin i Chaszub, naprzeciw swoich domów. Za nimi naprawiał Azariasz, syn Maasejasza, syna Ananiasza, obok swego domu.
24 after him, repaired, Binnui son of Henadad, a second length, —from the house of Azariah, unto the corner, even unto the pinnacle:
Za nim naprawiał Binnuj, syn Chenadada, następny odcinek od domu Azariasza aż do zakrętu i do narożnika.
25 Palal, son of Uzai, from over against the corner, and the tower that projecteth from the upper house of the king, which belongeth to the court of custody, —after him, Pedaiah son of Parosh.
Palal, syn Uzaja, [naprawiał] naprzeciw rogu i wieży wystającej z domu królewskiego, która [była] przy więzieniu. Za nim [naprawiał] Pedajasz, syn Parosza.
26 Now, the Nethinim, were dwelling in Ophel, —as far as over against the water-gate, on the east, and the tower that projecteth;
A Netinici, mieszkający na Ofelu, [naprawiali] aż naprzeciw Bramy Wodnej na wschodzie i do wieży wystającej.
27 after him, repaired, the Tekoites, a second length, —from over against the great tower that projecteth, even unto the wall of Ophel:
Za nimi naprawiali Tekoici dalszy odcinek, naprzeciw wielkiej wieży wystającej aż do muru Ofel.
28 from beside the horse-gate, repaired the priests, every one over against his own house;
Znad Bramy Końskiej naprawiali kapłani, każdy naprzeciw swego domu.
29 after him, repaired, Zadok son of Immer, over against his own house, —and, after him, repaired, Shemaiah son of Shecaniah, keeper of the east-gate;
Za nimi naprawiał Sadok, syn Immera, naprzeciw swego domu, a za nim naprawiał Szemajasz, syn Szekaniasza, stróż Bramy Wschodniej.
30 after him, repaired, Hananiah son of Shelemiah, and Hanun sixth son of Zalaph, a second length, —after him, repaired, Meshullam son of Berechiah, over against his chamber;
Za nim naprawiał Chananiasz, syn Szelemiasza, i Chanun, szósty syn Salafa, następny odcinek. Za nim naprawiał Meszullam, syn Berechiasza, naprzeciw swojej komnaty.
31 after him, repaired, Malchijah son of Zorphi, as far as the house of the Nethinim, and the traders, —over against the muster-gate, even unto the ascent of the pinnacle;
Za nim naprawiał Malkiasz, syn złotnika, aż do domu Netinitów i handlarzy, naprzeciw Bramy Sądowej i aż do Sali Narożnej.
32 and, between the ascent of the pinnacle and the sheep-gate, repaired, the goldsmiths, and the traders.
A pomiędzy Salą Narożną a Bramą Owczą naprawiali złotnicy i handlarze.
