Nehemiah 12
1 Now, these, are the priests and the Levites, who came up with Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua, —Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra;

7 Sallu, Amok, Hilkiah, Jedaiah, —these, were the chiefs of the priests and their brethren, in the days of Jeshua.

8 And, the Levites, Jeshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, Mattaniah, —over the choirs, he and his brethren;

9 and Bakbukiah and Unno their brethren, were over against them, in wards.
Nagtindog sa atbang si Bakbukia ug si Uni, ug ang ilang mga kaubanan samtang nag-alagad.
10 And Jeshua, begat Joiakim, —and Joiakim, begat Eliashib, and, Eliashib, [begat] Joiada;
Si Jeshua ang amahan ni Joyakim, si Joyakim ang amahan ni Eliashib, si Eliashib ang amahan ni Joyada,
11 and, Joiada, begat Jonathan, —and, Jonathan, begat Jaddua.

12 And, in the days of Joiakim, were priests, ancestral chiefs, —of Seraiah, Meraiah, of Jeremiah, Hananiah;

13 of Ezra, Meshullam, —of Amariah, Jehohanan;

14 of Malluchi, Jonathan, —of Shebaniah, Joseph;

16 of Iddo, Zechariah, —of Ginnethon, Meshullam;
si Zacarias ang pangulo ni Ido, si Meshulam ang pangulo ni Gineton, ug
17 of Abijah, Zichri, —of Miniamin, of Moadiah, Piltai;
si Zicri ang pangulo ni Abija, si Abija ang pangulo ni Miniamin. Si Piltai ang pangulo ni Moadia.
18 of Bilgah, Shammua, —of Shemaiah, Jehonathan;
Si Shamua ang pangulo ni Bilga, si Jehonatan ang pangulo ni Shemaya,
19 and, of Joiarib, Mattenai, —of Jedaiah, Uzzi;
si Matenai ang pangulo ni Joyarib, si Uzi ang pangulo ni Jedaya,
20 of Sallai, Kallai, —of Amok, Eber;
si Kalai ang pangulo ni Salai, si Eber ang pangulo ni Amok,
21 of Hilkiah, Hashabiah, —of Jedaiah, Nethanel.
si Hashabia ang pangulo ni Hilkia, ug si Netanel ang pangulo ni Jedaya.
22 The Levites—in the days of Eliashib, Joiada, and Johanan, and Jaddua, were recorded as ancestral chiefs, —also the priests, unto the reign of Darius the Persian.
Sa kapanahonan ni Eliashib, ang Levita nga si Eliashib, Joyada, Johanan, ug si Jadua mao ang nalista nga mga pangulo sa mga pamilya, ug ang mga pari nalista panahon sa paghari ni Darius nga taga-Persia.
23 the sons of Levi, ancestral heads, were written in the book of Chronicles, —even until the days of Johanan, son of Eliashib.

24 And, the chiefs of the Levites, Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua son of Kadmiel, with their brethren over against them, to praise—to give thanks, by the commandment of David the man of God, —ward joined to ward.
Ang mga pangulo sa mga Levita mao sila si Hashabia, Sherebia, ug si Jeshua nga anak nga lalaki ni Kadmiel, uban ang ilang mga kaubanan, nga nagtindog atbang kanila aron magdayeg ug maghatag ug pagpasalamat, nga magtubag-tubag sa pag-awit kada pundok, agig pagtuman sa sugo ni David, nga tawo sa Dios.
25 Mattaniah and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon, Akkub, were watchers, doorkeepers of the ward, in the storehouses of the gates.

26 These, were in the days of Joiakim, son of Jeshua, son of Jozadak, —and in the days of Nehemiah the pasha, and Ezra the priest the scribe.

27 And, at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem, they sought the Levites, out of all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem, —to keep the dedication and the rejoicing, both with thanksgiving and with music, cymbals, harps, and with lyres.
Sa pagpahinungod sa pader sa Jerusalem, gipangita sa katawhan ang mga Levita sa bisan asang dapit nga ilang gipuy-an, aron sa pagdala kanila sa Jerusalem alang sa pagsaulog sa pagpahinungod uban ang kalipay, uban ang mga pagpasalamat ug pag-awit gamit ang mga piyangpiyang, mga alpa, ug uban ang mga lira.
28 So the sons of the singers gathered themselves together, —both out of the circuit round about Jerusalem, and out of the villages of the Netophathites;
Nanagtigom ang pundok sa mga mag-aawit gikan sa distrito libot sa Jerusalem ug gikan sa mga baryo sa Netofatihanon.
29 also out of Beth-gilgal, and out of the fields of Geba, and Azmaveth, —for, villages, had the singers builded for themselves, round about Jerusalem.
Gikan usab sila sa Bet Gilgal ug gikan sa kaumahan sa Geba ug Azmavet, tungod kay nagtukod man ug mga baryo libot sa Jerusalem ang mga mag-aawit alang sa ilang kaugalingon.
30 And the priests and the Levites purified themselves, —and purified the people, and the gates, and the wall.
Giputli sa mga pari ug sa mga Levita ang ilang mga kaugalingon, ug unya ilang giputli ang mga katawhan, ang mga ganghaan, ug ang pader.
31 Then brought I up the rulers of Judah upon the wall, —and I appointed two large choirs, even to go in procession to the right, upon the wall, towards the dung-gate;
Unya akong gipaadto sa ibabaw sa pader ang mga pangulo sa Juda, ug nagpili akog duha ka dagkong pundok sa mga mag-aawit nga nanagpasalamat. Ang usa miadto sa tuong bahin sa pader padulong sa Ganghaan sa Hugaw sa Hayop.
32 and after them went Hoshaiah, and half the rulers of Judah;
Nagsunod kanila si Hoshaya ug ang katunga sa mga pangulo sa Juda,
33 then Azariah, Ezra, and Meshullam;
ug sunod kanila si Azaria, Ezra, Meshulam,
34 Judah, and Benjamin, and Shemaiah, and Jeremiah;
Juda, Benjamin, Shemaya, Jeremias,
35 and, of the sons of the priests, with trumpets, Zechariah—son of Jonathan—son of Shemaiah—son of Mattaniah, son of Micaiah, son of Zaccur, son of Asaph;
ug ang pipila sa mga anak sa pari uban ang mga trumpeta, ug si Zacarias nga anak nga lalaki ni Jonatan nga anak nga lalaki ni Shemaya nga anak nga lalaki ni Matania nga anak nga lalaki ni Micaya nga anak nga lalaki ni Zacur nga anak nga lalaki ni Asaf.
36 and his brethren—Shemaiah and Azarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethanel, and Judah, Hanani, with the instruments of music of David, the man of God, —with Ezra the scribe before them;
Anaa usab ang mga paryente ni Zacarias, nga sila si Shemaya, Azarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Netanel, Juda, Hanani, uban ang mga instrumento sa musika ni David nga tawo sa Dios. Anaa sa ilang atubangan ang escriba nga si Ezra.
37 and, over they fountain gate and straight before them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the going up of the wall, —above the house of David, even as far as the water-gate, eastward.
Gikan sa Ganghaan sa Tuboran sa Tubig miadto sila sa hagdanan sa siyudad ni David, gikan sa hagdanan sa pader ibabaw sa palasyo ni David, hangtod sa Ganghaan sa Tubig sa sidlakan.
38 And, the second choir, was going over against them, I, following it, —with the half of the people upon the wall, above the tower of the ovens, even as far as the broad wall;
Misubay sa laing agianan ang laing mga mag-aawit nga tigpasalamat. Gisundan ko sila sa pader uban ang katunga sa katawhan, ibabaw sa Tore sa mga Hudno, hangtod sa Lapad nga Pader,
39 and above the gate of Ephraim, and upon the old gate, and upon the fish-gate, and the tower of Hananel, and the tower of Hammeah, even as far as the sheep-gate, —and they came to a stand, at the gate of the guard.
ug ibabaw sa Ganghaan sa Efraim, ug gikan sa Ganghaan nga Karaan, ug padulong sa Ganghaan sa Isda ug sa Tore ni Hananel ug sa Tore sa Usa ka Gatos, hangtod sa Ganghaan sa Karnero, ug nihunong sila sa Ganghaan sa Guwardiya.
40 So the two choirs, came to a stand, at the house of God, —and I, and half the deputies with me;
Busa gipahimutang sa balay sa Dios ang duha ka pundok sa mga mag-aawit nga tigpasalamat, ug gipahimutang ko usab ang akong kaugalingon uban ang katunga sa mga opisyal.
41 and, the priests—Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Micaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, and Hananiah, with trumpets;
Unya gipahimutang usab sa mga pari ang ilang kaugalingon: Eliakim, Maasea, Miniamin, Micaya, Elyoenai, Zacarias, ug Hanania, uban ang mga trumpeta,
42 and Maaseiah and Shemaiah and Eleazar and Uzzi and Jehohanan and Malchijah and Elam and Ezer, —and the musicians sounded, aloud with Jezrahiah who was over them.
ug usab si Maasea, Shemaya, Eleazar, Uzi, Jehohanan, Malkia, Elam, ug Ezer, unya nanganta ang mga mag-aawit nga gipangulohan ni Jezrahia.
43 And they sacrificed, on that day, great sacrifices, and rejoiced, for, God, had caused them to rejoice with great joy, moreover also, the women and children, rejoiced, —so that the rejoicing of Jerusalem was heard afar off.
Naghalad sila ug dakong mga halad nianang adlawa, ug naglipay, tungod kay gilipay sila sa Dios uban ang dakong pagsadya. Naglipay usab ang mga kababayen-an ug ang mga kabataan. Busa madungog ang pagsadya sa Jerusalem hangtod sa layong dapit.
44 And there were set in charge, on that day, certain men, over the chambers for the treasures, for the heave-offerings, for the firstfruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them, out of the fields of the cities, the portions appointed by the law, for the priests, and for the Levites, —for, the joy of Judah, was over the priests and over the Levites, who were remaining.
Nianang adlawa, nagpili sila ug mga kalalakin-an nga magdumala sa mga lawak nga tipiganan alang sa mga amot, sa mga unang bunga, ug sa mga ikanapulo, aron tigomon didto kanila ang mga bahin nga gikinahanglan sa balaod alang sa mga pari ug sa mga Levita. 45 So they kept the charge of their God, and the charge of the purification, and [so did] the singers and the doorkeepers, —according to the commandment of David and of Solomon his son.
Nag-alagad sila sa ilang Dios, ug ang seremonya sa pagputli, ug lakip na usab ang mga mag-aawit ug ang mga magbalantay sa ganghaan, aron sa pagtuman sa sugo ni David ug ni Solomon nga iyang anak nga lalaki.
46 For, in the days of David and Asaph, of old, there were chiefs of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving, unto God.
Tungod kay kaniadto, sa kapanahonan ni David ug ni Asaf, adunay pangulo sa mga mag-aawit, ug adunay kanta sa pagdayeg ug sa pagpasalamat sa Dios.
47 Now, all Israel—in the days of Zerubbabel, and in the days of Nehemiah, used to give the portions of the singers and the doorkeepers, the need of a day upon its day, —and they hallowed them unto the Levites, and, the Levites, hallowed them unto the sons of Aaron.
Sa kapanahonan ni Zerubabel ug sa kapanahonan ni Nehemias, nagahatag ang tibuok Israel ug matag adlaw nga bahin alang sa mag-aawit ug sa mga magbalantay sa ganghaan. Gigahin nila ang bahin nga alang sa mga Levita, ug gigahin sa mga Levita ang bahin nga alang sa mga kaliwat ni Aaron.
