1 Now, upon the sealed writings, were, —Nehemiah the governor, son of Hacaliah, and Zedekiah;

28 And, the rest of the people—the priests, the Levites, the doorkeepers, the singers, the Nethinim, and all who had separated themselves from the peoples of the lands unto the law of God, their wives, their sons and their daughters, —every one having knowledge and understanding,
Ndambo mosusu ya bana ya Isalaele bayaki kosangana na bango: kati na Banganga-Nzambe, kati na Balevi, kati na bakengeli bikuke, kati na bayembi, kati na basali ya Tempelo mpe kati na bato nyonso oyo bakabwanaki na bikolo ya bapaya oyo ezalaki zingazinga na bango mpo na kotosa Mobeko ya Nzambe, elongo na basi na bango, bana na bango nyonso ya mibali mpe ya basi, bato nyonso oyo bazali na makoki ya kososola.
29 were holding fast unto their distinguished brethren, and were entering into a curse and into an oath, to walk in the law of God, which was given through Moses the servant of God, —and to observe and do, all the commandments of Yahweh our Lord, and his regulations, and his statutes;

30 and that we would not give our daughters unto the peoples of the land, —and, their daughters, would we not take for our sons;
Balobaki: « Topesi elaka ete tokobalisa lisusu te bana na biso ya basi epai ya bapaya oyo bazali elongo na biso to bana na biso ya mibali epai ya bana na bango ya basi.
31 and, if the peoples of the land should be bringing in wares, or any corn on the sabbath day, to sell, we would not buy of them on the sabbath, or on a holy day, —and that we would remit the seventh year, and the loan of every hand.
Tokosomba lisusu te epai ya bapaya oyo bazali elongo na biso, biloko nyonso to mbuma nyonso oyo bakoya kotekela biso na mokolo ya Saba to na mikolo mosusu ya bule. Sima na mibu sambo nyonso, tokopemisa mabele mpe tokotikela bato baniongo na biso nyonso.
32 And we laid on ourselves charges, appointing for ourselves the third of a shekel, yearly, —for the service of the house of our God:
Tozwi lisusu mokano ya kotosa mibeko, ya kopesa bagrame minei ya mbongo ya bibende ya palata mobu na mobu, mpo na misala ya Ndako ya Nzambe na biso,
33 for the bread to set in array, and the continual meal-offering, and for the continual ascending-sacrifice, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the appointed feasts, and for things hallowed, and for victims bearing sin, to put a propitiatory-covering over Israel, —and for all the work of the house of our God.
mpo na mapa oyo batiaka na mesa liboso ya Yawe, mpo na makabo ya ble ya mokolo na mokolo, mpo na mbeka ya kotumba ya tango nyonso, mpo na makabo ya mikolo ya Saba, ya ebandeli ya sanza mpe ya bafeti oyo ekatama, mpo na makabo ya bule, mpo na bambeka ya bolimbisi masumu ya Isalaele mpe mpo na misala nyonso ya Ndako ya Nzambe na biso. »
34 Also, lots, did we cast, concerning the offering of wood among the priests, the Levites, and the people, to bring it unto the house of our God, by our ancestral houses, at times arranged, year by year, —to burn upon the altar of Yahweh our God, as it is written in the law.
Biso, Banganga-Nzambe, Balevi mpe bato, tobetaki zeke mpo na kokata tango oyo libota na libota kati na biso ekomema likabo ya bakoni na Ndako ya Nzambe na biso, na mibu nyonso mpo na kopelisa moto na etumbelo ya Yawe, Nzambe na biso, kolanda ndenge ekomama kati na Mobeko.
35 And that we would bring in the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruit of all fruit of all trees, year by year, —unto the house of Yahweh;
Tozwi lisusu mokano ya komema mobu na mobu na Tempelo ya Yawe, bambuma ya liboso ya bilanga na biso mpe ya nzete nyonso oyo ebotaka mbuma, mpo na Tempelo ya Yawe.
36 also that, the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, —and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, we would bring in unto the house of our God, unto the priests who should be in attendance in the house of our God;
Tokomema lisusu bana ya liboso kati na bana na biso ya mibali, kati na bangombe na biso, kati na bameme mpe kati na bantaba na biso, na Ndako ya Nzambe na biso, epai ya Banganga-Nzambe oyo basalaka mosala kuna, ndenge ekomama na Mobeko.
37 and, the first part of our meal and our heave-offerings and the fruit of all trees, new wine and oil, would we bring in unto the priests, into the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithe of our ground unto the Levites, —the Levites themselves, taking the tithes in all our cities of agriculture.
Tokomema lisusu epai ya Banganga-Nzambe, na bibombelo ya Ndako ya Nzambe na biso, ndambo oyo eleki kitoko ya farine na biso, ya makabo na biso ya ble, ya mbuma ya nzete na biso nyonso, ya vino na biso ya sika mpe ya mafuta na biso. Tokomema mpe eteni ya zomi ya milona na biso epai ya Balevi, pamba te bango nde bazali na mokumba ya kokongola eteni yango ya zomi kati na bingumba nyonso epai wapi tosalelaka mosala.
38 And the priest the son of Aaron should be with the Levites, when the Levites should take the tithes, —and the Levites, should bring up the tithe of the tithe, unto the house of our God, into the chambers pertaining unto the treasure-house.
Nganga-Nzambe moko, mokitani ya Aron, asengeli kotambola nzela moko na Balevi na tango ya kokongola eteni ya zomi, mpe Balevi bakozala na mokumba ya komema eteni ya zomi ya eteni ya zomi, na bibombelo ya Ndako ya Nzambe na biso.
39 For, into the chambers, should the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi bring in the heave-offering of the corn, the new wine and the oil, since, there, are the utensils of the sanctuary, and the priests who are in attendance, and the doorkeepers, and the singers, —so would we not neglect the house of our God.
Bana ya Isalaele elongo na Balevi basengeli komema makabo na bango ya ble, ya vino ya sika, ya mafuta, na bibombelo epai wapi babombaka bisalelo ya Esika ya bule, mpe epai wapi Banganga-Nzambe basalaka mosala na bango mpe bakengeli bikuke elongo na bayembi batelemaka. Boye, tokotika Ndako ya Nzambe na biso te.
