Micah 4
1 But it shall come to pass, in the afterpart of the days, that the mountain of the house of Yahweh shall be, set up, as the head of the mountains, and, exalted, shall it be, above the hills, —and peoples, shall stream thereunto;
१परंतु नंतरच्या दिवसात असे होईल की, परमेश्वराच्या घराचा पर्वत, इतर पर्वतांवर स्थापित केला जाईल व तो डोंगरावर उंचावला जाईल. आणि लोकांचा प्रवाह त्याकडे येईल.
2 Yea many nations, shall go, and say—come ye, and let us ascend unto the mountain of Yahweh, and unto the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us of his ways, and we may walk in his paths, —for, out of Zion, shall go forth a law, and, the word of Yahweh, out of Jerusalem;
२पुष्कळ देश त्याच्याकडे जातील व म्हणतील, “या, आपण परमेश्वराच्या पर्वतावर, याकोबाच्या देवाच्या घराकडे जाऊ या. मग तो त्याचे मार्ग आपल्याला शिकवील, आणि आपण त्याच्या मार्गांचे अनुसरण करू.” कारण सियोनमधून नियमशास्त्र आणि यरूशलेमेतून परमेश्वराचे वचन निघेल.
3 And he will judge between many peoples, and be umpire to strong nations far and wide, —and they will beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into pruning-hooks, Nation—against nation—shall not lift up sword, neither shall they learn—any more—to make war.
३तेव्हा पुष्कळ लोकांच्यामध्ये तो न्याय करील, आणि तो दूरच्या राष्ट्रांविषयी निर्णय ठरवील. ते आपल्या तलवारी मोडून ठोकून त्यांचे नांगर बनवतील, आणि आपल्या भाल्यांचे कोयते करतील. राष्ट्र राष्ट्रांविरुद्ध तलवार उचलणार नाही, आणि त्यांना युध्दाचे शिक्षण दिले जाणार नाही.
4 And they shall dwell—every man—under his own vine and under his own fig-tree, with none to make them afraid, —for, the mouth of Yahweh of hosts, hath spoken.
४त्याऐवजी, प्रत्येक मनुष्य आपल्या द्राक्षवेलीखाली आणि आपल्या अंजिराच्या झाडाखाली बसेल. त्यांना कोणीही घाबरवणार नाही. कारण सेनाधीश परमेश्वराच्या तोंडची ही वाणी आहे.
5 For, all the peoples, walk, every man in the name of his god, —we, therefore, will walk in the name of Yahweh our God, to times age-abiding and beyond.
५कारण सर्व लोक, प्रत्येकजण आपापल्या देवाच्या नावाने चालतात. पण आम्ही आमचा देव परमेश्वर याच्या नावात सदासर्वकाळ चालू.
6 In that day, Declareth Yahweh, will I take up her teat is lame, and, her that hath been an outcast, will I carry, —even whomsoever I have afflicted;
६परमेश्वर म्हणतो, “त्या दिवसात, मी लंगड्यांना एकत्र करीन, आणि जे बहिष्कृत व ज्यांना मी पीडले, त्यांना मी एकवट करीन.
7 And will make of her that was lame a residue, and of her that was removed far away a strong nation, —and Yahweh, shall be king, over them, in Mount Zion, from henceforth, even unto times age-abiding.
७मी लंगड्यांना शेष म्हणून ठेवीन, आणि दूर घालवलेल्यांचे बलशाली राष्ट्र करीन.” आणि आता व सदासर्वकाळ, मी परमेश्वर सियोन पर्वतावरून त्यांच्यावर राज्य करीन.
8 Thou, therefore, O Migdal-eder, mound of the daughter of Zion, as far as thee, shall it come, —so shall arrive the chief dominion, the kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.
८आणि तू, कळपासाठीच्या बुरूजा, सियोन कन्येच्या टेकड्या, तुझे पूर्वीचे राज्य तुला परत येईल. यरूशलेमेच्या कन्येचे राज्य तुला प्राप्त होईल.
9 Meanwhile, wherefore shouldst thou cry out aloud? King, is there none within thee? or hath, thy counselor, perished? for labour, hath seized thee, as a woman in child-birth: —
९आता, तू एवढ्या मोठ्याने का रडत आहेस? काय तुझ्यात राजा नाही? काय तुझा सल्लागर नष्ट झाला आहे? कारण प्रसवत्या स्त्रीसारख्या कळा तुला लागल्या आहेत.
10 Be in labour, and bear, O daughter of Zion, as a woman in child-birth, —for, meanwhile, shalt thou go forth out of the city, and dwell in the field, and shalt come as far as Babylon, there, shalt thou be delivered, there, will Yahweh, redeem thee, out of the grasp of thine enemies.
१०सियोनच्या कन्ये, प्रसवतीप्रमाणे वेदना पावून प्रसुत हो, कारण आता तू शहरातून बाहेर जाशील, शेतात राहशील, आणि बाबेलला जाशील. तेथे तुझी सुटका होईल, आणि परमेश्वर तुला तुझ्या शत्रूंच्या हातातून सोडवील.
11 Meanwhile, therefore, shall be gathered against thee many nations, —who are saying—Let her be defiled, and let our eyes gaze upon Zion.
११आता पुष्कळ राष्ट्रे तुझ्याविरुध्द गोळा झाली आहेत. ती म्हणतात, “ती भ्रष्ट करण्यात येवो; आणि आमचे डोळे सियोनेवर तृप्त होवोत.”
12 But, they, know not the purposes of Yahweh, neither have they discerned his counsel, —for he hath gathered them, as sheaves, to a threshing-floor.
१२संदेष्टा म्हणतो, त्यांना परमेश्वराचे विचार कळत नाहीत, आणि त्यांना त्याच्या योजना समजत नाहीत. कारण जशा पेंढ्या खळ्यात गोळा करतात तसे परमेश्वराने त्यांना गोळा केले आहे.
13 Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion, for, thy horn, will I make to be iron, and, thy hoofs, will I make to he bronze, so shalt thou beat in pieces many peoples, —and shalt devote to Yahweh their unrighteous gain, and their substance, to the Lord of all the earth.
१३परमेश्वर म्हणतो, “सियोनेच्या कन्ये, ऊठ आणि मळणी कर, मी तुला लोखंडाची शिंगे व कास्याचे खूर करीन. तू पुष्कळ लोकांचा चुराडा करशील. मी त्यांची संपत्ती परमेश्वरास आणि त्यांचे धन जगाच्या प्रभूला समर्पित करीन.”
