< Matthew 25 >
1 Then, will the kingdom of the heavens become like unto, ten virgins, who, taking their torches, went forth to meet the bridegroom.
Te phoeiah vaan ram tah oila parha neh vai uh. Te rhoek loh amamih kah hmaiim te a khuen tih yulokung doenah la cet uh.
2 Now, five of them, were foolish, and, five, prudent.
Amih khuikah panga tah hlang ang la om uh tih panga tah cueih.
3 For, the foolish—though they took, their torches, took not with them, oil:
Aka ang rhoek loh amamih kah hmaiim te a khuen uh dae situi te amamih taengah khuen uh pawh.
4 But, the prudent, took oil in their vessels, with their torches.
Aka cueih rhoek tah amamih kah hmaiim te palang dongkah situi neh a khuen uh.
5 Now, the bridegroom, delaying, they all became drowsy, and were sleeping.
Yulokung te a di dongah boeih ngam uh tih ip uh.
6 And, at midnight, an outcry hath been made—Lo! the bridegroom! Be going forth to meet him!
Khoyin boengli atah, 'Yulokung ke, Amah doe hamla cet uh laeh,’ tila tamlung a soeh.
7 Then, arose all those virgins, and trimmed their torches.
Te vaengah oila rhoek tah boeih thoo uh tih a hmaiim te a tok uh.
8 And, the foolish, unto the prudent, said—Give us of your oil, because, our torches, are going out.
Aka ang rhoek loh aka cueih rhoek taengah, 'Nangmih kah situi te kaimih m'pae uh laem, kaimih kah hmaiim tah thi pawn ni,’ a ti uh.
9 But the prudent, answered, saying—Lest once, by any means, there be not enough for us and you, be going rather unto them that sell, and buy for yourselves
Tedae aka cueih loh a doo uh tih, 'Te koinih nangmih ham neh kaimih ham rhoeh voel mahpawh, aka yoi rhoek taengah lat cet uh lamtah namamih ham lai uh,’ a ti nah.
10 But, as they were going away to buy, the bridegroom came; and, they who were ready, went in with him, into the marriage-feast, and, the door was locked.
Lai hamla a caeh uh vaengah yulokung tah ha pawk. Te dongah aka sikim rhoek tah yulueinah khuiah amah neh kun uh tih thohka te a khaih.
11 But, afterwards, came the other virgins also, saying—Lord! Lord! open unto us!
A tloe oila rhoek tah hnukkhueng la pawk uh van tih, “Boeipa, boeipa, kaimih ham khaw ong dae,” a ti uh.
12 And, he, answering, said—Verily, I say unto you, I know you not.
Tedae a doo tih, “Nangmih taengah rhep kan thui nangmih te kan ming moenih,” a ti nah.
13 Be watching, therefore, because ye know, neither the day nor the hour.
Te dongah hak uh laeh, a tue neh khohnin te na ming uh moenih.
14 For it is, just as a man, who, going from home, called his own servants, and delivered up to them his substance;
Aka yiin ham hlang loh a sal rhoek te a khue tih a khuehtawn te amih taengah a tloeng pah.
15 And, to one, indeed, gave he five talents, and, to another, two, and, to another, one, —to each according to his particular ability, and went from home.
Te phoeiah amamih kah a thaomnah tarhing la pakhat te talen panga, pakhat te panit, pakhat te pakhat rhip a paek tih yiin.
16 Straightway, he who, the five talents, had received, went and traded with them, and gained other five:
Talen panga aka dang tah tlek cet tih te rhoek nen te a saii dongah a tloe panga a dang thil.
17 Likewise, he of the two, gained other two:
Panit aka dang long khaw a tloe panit a dang thil tangloeng.
18 But, he who the one had received, went away, and digged up ground, and hid the silver of his lord.
Tedae pakhat aka dang tah cet tih diklai a too. Te phoeiah a boeipa kah tangka te a thuh.
19 And, after a long time, cometh the lord of those servants, and reckoneth with them.
A tue a sen phoeiah boeipa loh sal rhoek te a paan tih amih taengah bitat te a soepsoei.
20 And he who the five talents had received, coming forward, brought other five talents, saying, —Lord! five talents, to me, thou didst deliver up: See! other five talents, I gained.
Te vaengah talen panga aka dang loh talen panga han khuen thil tih a paan. Te phoeiah, “Boeipa, Kai he talen panga nan paek tih talen panga ka dang thil he,” a ti nah.
21 His lord said unto him—Well-done! good and faithful servant, —Over a few things wast thou faithful, over many things, will I appoint thee: Enter into the joy of thy lord.
A boeipa loh anih te, “Then, uepom neh sal then a yool soah uepom la na om dongah nang tah a yet soah khaw kang khueh pai eh. Na boeipa kah omngaihnah khuiah kun van,” a ti nah.
22 He also of the two talents, coming forward, said—Lord! two talents, to me, didst thou deliver up: See! other two talents, I gained.
Talen panit long khaw a paan tih, “Boeipa kai taengah talen panit nan paek tih talen panit ka dang thil he,” a ti nah.
23 His lord said unto him—Well-done! good and faithful servant, —Over a few things, wast thou faithful, over many things, will I appoint thee: Enter into the joy of thy lord.
A boeipa loh anih te, “Then, uepom neh sal then a yool soah uepom la na om tih nang te a yet soah kang khueh ni. Na boeipa kah omngaihnah khuiah kun van,” a ti nah.
24 But he also who, the one talent, had received, coming forward, said—Lord I knew thee, that thou art a, hard, man, reaping, where thou hast not sown, —and gathering, whence thou hast not winnowed;
Talen pakhat aka dang long khaw a paan tih, “Boeipa, nang he mangkhak hlang la na om, na tuh pawt nah ah te na ah tih na haeh pawt nah ah na yoep te ka ming.
25 And, overcome with fear, I went away, and hid thy talent in the ground: See! thou hast what is thine!
Ka rhih dongah ka ceah neh nang kah talen te lai ah ka thuh. Na khueh te om ta he,” a ti nah.
26 And his lord, answering, said unto him—O wicked servant, and cowardly, knewest thou that I reap, where I have not sown, and gather, whence I have not winnowed?
Tedae a boeipa loh anih te a doo tih, 'Sal boethae neh yaikat aw, ka tuh pawt ah ka ah tih ka haeh pawt ah ka coi te na ming.
27 It was binding on thee, therefore, to cast my silver into the money-changers, —and, I, when I, came, might have obtained what was mine, with interest.
Namah khaw a kuek ta, kai kah tangka te tangkapu taengah na khueh ham om. Te daengah man kai ka pawk vaengah a casai neh ka tangka te ka dang ve.
28 Therefore take away, from him, the talent, and give unto him that hath the ten talents;
Te dongah anih taengkah talen te lo uh lamtah talen parha aka khueh te pae uh.
29 For, to every one that hath, shall be given, and he shall be made to abound; but, from him that hath not, even what he hath, shall be taken away from him:
Aka khueh boeih te a paek thil vetih a coih pah ni. Tedae aka khueh pawt te a khueh duen pataeng te a taeng lamkah loh a loh pa ni.
30 And, the unprofitable servant, cast ye forth into the darkness, outside: There, shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Te dongah sal hlangkhue hlangvaih te poengben kah yinnah khuila voei uh, te ah te rhah neh no rhuengnah neh om ni.
31 But, whensoever the Son of Man shall come in his glory, and all the messengers with him, then will he sit on his throne of glory;
Hlang Capa tah amah kah thangpomnah dongah a taengkah puencawn rhoek boeih neh ha pawk vetih a thangpomnah ngolkhoel dongah ngol ni.
32 And there will be gathered before him, all the nations, and he will separate them one from another, just as, the shepherd! separateth the sheep from the goats, —
Te vaengah namtom boeih tah amah hmaiah a coi vetih tudawn loh maae taeng lamkah tu te a hoep bangla amih te rhip a hoep ni.
33 And he will set, the sheep, indeed, on his right hand, but, the goats, on the left.
Tu rhoek tah amah kah bantang ah, maae rhoek te banvoei ah a pai sak ni.
34 Then, will the king say to those on his right hand: Come ye, the blessed of my Father! Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;
Te vaengah manghai loh a bantang ben kah rhoek te, “Halo, a pa kah a uem rhoek, Diklai a tongnah lamloh nangmih ham a rhoekbah ram te pang uh.
35 For I hungered, and ye gave me to eat, I thirsted, and ye gave me drink, a stranger, was I, and ye took me home,
Ka pong vaengah caak ham te kai nan paek uh, ka halh vaengah kai nan tul uh. Yinlai la ka om vaengah kai nan khue uh.
36 Naked, and ye clothed me, sick, and ye visited me, in prison, was I, and ye came unto me.
Ka pumtling vaengah kai nan khuk uh. Ka tlohtat vaengah kai nan hip ah ka om vaengah kai taeng la na pawk uh,’ a ti nah ni.
37 Then, will the righteous answer him, saying: Lord! when, saw we thee—hungry, and fed thee, or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
Te vaengah aka dueng rhoek loh, “Boeipa me vaengah lae na bungpong te ka hmuh uh tih kang khut uh, na halh vaengah kan tul uh?
38 And, when, saw we thee—a stranger, and took thee home, or naked, and clothed thee?
Me vaengah nim nang te yinlai la kam hmuh uh tih kang khue uh, na pumtling tih kang khuk uh?
39 And, when, saw we thee—sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
Me vaengah lae na tlohtat te kan hmuh uh tih thongim ah khaw nang taengla ka pawk uh,’ a ti uh ni.
40 And, answering, the king will say unto them: Verily, I say unto you—Inasmuch as ye did it unto one of these my least brethren, unto me, ye did it.
Te vaengah manghai loh amih te a doo vetih, 'Nangmih taengah rhep ka thui, ka manuca rhoek khuiah a yit koek pakhat taengah na saii uh te tah kai taengah ni na saii uh,’ a ti nah ni.
41 Then, will he say unto those also, on his left hand: Depart ye from me, accursed ones! Into the age-abiding fire, which hath been prepared for the adversary and his messengers; (aiōnios )
Te phoeiah banvoei kah rhoek te khaw, 'Thaephoei thil rhoek, kai taeng lamkah loh, rhaithae neh a puencawn rhoek ham a hmoel pah dungyan hmai khuila cet uh. (aiōnios )
42 For I hungered, and ye gave me not to eat, [and] I was thirsty, and ye gave me not to drink,
Ka pong vaengah caak ham khaw kai nan pae uh pawt tih, ka halh vaengah kai te nan tul uh moenih.
43 A stranger, was I, and ye took me not home, naked, and ye clothed me not, sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
Yinlai la ka om vaengah kai nang khue uh moenih. Ka pumtling vaengah kai nan khuk uh moenih. Ka tattloel neh thongim ah kai nan hip uh moenih,’ a ti nah ni.
44 Then, will, they also, answer, saying: Lord! when saw we thee—hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and ministered not unto thee?
Te vaengah amih rhoek loh a doo uh vetih, 'Boeipa me vaengah lae na pong, halh tih yinlai neh na pumtling te khaw ka hmuh uh? Me vaengah lae na tattloel neh thongim ah nang kan talong uh pawh? a ti uh ni.
45 Then, will he answer them, saying: Verily, I say unto you—Inasmuch as ye did it not, unto one of these least, neither unto me, did ye it.
Te vaengah amih te a doo vetih, 'Nangmih taengah rhep ka thui, he rhoek khuiah a yit ca pakhat ham pataeng na saii uh pawt te tah kai ham na saii uh pawt la om,’ a ti nah ni.
46 And, these, shall go away, into, age-abiding, correction, but, the righteous, into, age-abiding, life. (aiōnios )
Te vaengah amih te dungyan dantatnah khuila cet uh ni. Tedae aka dueng roek tah dungyan hingnah khuila kun uh ni,” a ti nah. (aiōnios )
