< Matthew 12 >

1 In that season, went Jesus, on, the sabbath, through the cornfields, —and, his disciples, hungered, and began to pluck ears of corn, and to eat.
Gene malangago, a Yeshu bhatendaga pita mmigunda ja ngano Lyubha lya Pumulila. Bhai, bhaajiganywa bhabho gubhakwetenje shibhanga, gubhatandwibhenje kupulula maashe ga ngano, nitauna.
2 But, the Pharisees, observing it, said unto him, Lo! thy disciples, are doing what is not allowed to do, on sabbath.
Mapalishayo bhakagabhonanjeje genego, gubhaalugulilenje a Yeshu, “Nnole, bhaajiganywa bhenu bhanatendanga indu ikapinjikwa tenda Lyubha lya Pumulila.”
3 And he said unto them, have ye never read what, David, did, when he hungered, and they who were with him? how
A Yeshu gubhaajangwilenje, “Bhuli, nkanabhe shomanga ibhatendile a Daudi na ashaajabhonji pubhalinginji na shibhanga?
4 he entered into the house of God and, the presence-bread, did eat, which it was not, allowable, for him to eat, nor for them who were with him, —save for the priests, alone?
Shibhashite jinjila nnyumba ja a Nnungu gubhalile mikate jabhishilwe kwa ligongo lya a Nnungu jila. Pabha bhenebho nkali na ashaajabhonji bhakaapinjikwangaga kulya jene mikatejo, ikabhe bhaabhishilape.
5 Or have ye not read, in the law, that, on the sabbaths, the priests, in the temple, the sabbath, profane, and are, blameless?
Eu bhuli, nkanabhe shomanga nshitabhu sha Shalia ja a Musha kuti, puyakoposhelaga Lyubha lya Pumulila bhaabhishilanga bhatendaga lekanga kagula Shalia nniekalu, ikabheje bhakaganishiwanga kuti bhanalebhanga?
6 But I say unto you, —Something greater than the Temple, is here!
Bhai, ngunakummalanjilanga kuti pepano apali ali jwankulungwa kupunda liekalu.
7 If, however, ye had known what this meaneth—Mercy, I desire, and not, sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the blameless;
Kaliji nkamumanyinji malombolelo ga gene malobhe gano, ‘Shingupinga shiya nngabha mbepei,’ nkanaaukumulanje bhandunji bhangalebhanga.
8 For, the Son of Man, is, Lord of the Sabbath.
Pabha, Mwana juka Mundu, ni nkulungwa jwa Lyubha lya Pumulila.”
9 And, passing on from thence, he came into their synagogue;
A Yeshu gubhashoshile penepo, gubhajinjile nshinagogi jabhonji.
10 and lo! a man having, a withered hand, and they questioned him, saying, Is it allowable, on the sabbath, to heal? that they might accuse him.
Ashinkupagwa mundu akwete nkono upolweshe. Bhai, bhandu gubhaabhushiyenje a Yeshu, “Bhuli, ilipinjikwa kunamiya mundu Lyubha lya Pumulila?” Bhashinkwaabhuyanga nkupinga bhapatanje shiumilo sha kwaashitakia.
11 And said unto them, What man, from among yourselves, [shall there be], —Who shall have one sheep, and, if this should fall, on the sabbath, into a pit, will not lay hold of it, and raise it?
Ikabheje a Yeshu gubhaabhalanjilenje, “Tujile mundu munkumbi gwenunji, ngondolo jwakwe atumbushilaga nniimbo, bhuli, akanshoya mwenemo pabha Lyubha lya Pumulila?
12 How much better, then, a man, than, a sheep? So that it is allowable, on the sabbath, nobly, to act.
Na mundu ni jwa mana kupunda ngondolo! Bhai, shalia jetu jinakutupinga kutenda ya mmbone Lyubha lya Pumulila.”
13 Then saith he unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand! And he stretched it forth, —and it was restored, whole, as the other.
Kungai gubhannugulile mundu jula, “Goloya nkono gwako.” Gwaugolweye, ukulamaga nibha malinga guna gula.
14 And the Pharisees, going forth, took, counsel, against him, to the end that, him, they might destroy.
Ikabheje Ashimapalishayo gubhakopokenje palanga, gubhatendilenje nkungulu shanabhuli shibhaabhulaganje a Yeshu.
15 But, Jesus, taking note, retired from thence, —and many followed him, and he cured them all;
A Yeshu bhakagamanyeje genego, gubhajabhwile kweneko. Bhandu bhabhagwinji gubhaakagwilenje, nigubhaalamiyenje bhalwelenji bhowe,
16 and straitly charged them, lest they should make him, manifest:
gubhaamulishenje bhanannugulilanje mundu ga bhenebho,
17 that it might be fulfilled, which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying: —
nkupinga gamalile malobhe gubhabhelekete a Ishaya ankulondola bha a Nnungu bhalinkuti,
18 Lo! my servant, whom I have chosen, My beloved, in whom, my soul, delighteth, —I will put my Spirit upon him, and, justice, unto the nations, will he report:
“Nnole ntumishi jwangu juninng'agwile, Jungumpinga anonyela muntima gwangu. Shimishe Mbumu yangu muka jwenejo, Jwalakwe shalunguye ya aki ku bhandunji bhangabha Bhayaudi.
19 He will not strive, nor will he cry out, nor shall any hear, in the broadways, his voice:
Akakola mitau wala kujobhela, Wala lilobhe lyakwe likapilikanika mmipanda.
20 A bruised cane, will he not break, and, a smoking wick, will he not quench, —until he urge on, justice, to victory,
Nnai upondeshe akautemanya, Wala utambi ushoya lyoi akauima, Mpaka pushatende ukumu jipinjikwa jitagwale.
21 And, in his name, shall nations hope.
Bhandu bhangabha Bhayaudi shibhalikulupalilanje lina lyakwe.”
22 Then they brought unto him, one demonized, blind and dumb, —and he cured him, so that the dumb did speak and see.
Penepo bhandu gubhaapeleshelenje a Yeshu mundu jumo nangalole aliji bhubhu ligongo ashinkukola maoka. A Yeshu gubhanshoshiye lioka jula, gwakombwele kubheleketa na lola.
23 And all the multitudes were beside themselves, and were saying, Can, this one, be, the Son of David?
Lugwinjili lowe gubhakanganigwenje bhalinkutinji, “Bhuli, pana jweneju Ulongo gwa a Daudi?”
24 But, the Pharisees, hearing it, said, This one, doth not cast out the demons, save in Beelzebul ruler of the demons.
Ikabheje Mapalishayo bhakapilikananjeje genego, gubhashitenje, “Jwene munduju anashoya maoka kwa mashili gaka Bhelishebhuli, nkulungwa jwa maoka.”
25 And, knowing their inward thoughts, he said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself, is laid waste, —and, no city or house divided against itself, will stand;
A Yeshu, bhakaimanyeje ng'aniyo yabhonji, gubhaalugulilenje, upalume gogowe ugabhanikaga makundi nikanana, shiugwe, na shilambo eu likaja lyolyowe ligabhanikaga makundi nikanana, likalonjeya.
26 And, if, Satan, is casting, Satan, out, against himself, hath he become divided, —How then shall, his kingdom, stand?
Ibhaga Lishetani anashoya maoka, bhai, upalume gwakwe shigulonjeye shanabhuli?
27 And, if, I, in Beelzebul, am casting out the demons, In whom are, your sons, casting them out? Wherefore, they, shall be, judges of you.
Mmanganya nkutinji ngunashoya maoka kwa mashili gaka Bhelishebhuli, bhuli, bhaakulupalila bhenunji bhanakwashoyanga kwa mashili gakeni? Kwa lyene ligongolyo bhanganyabho shibhanng'ukumulanje.
28 But, if, in God’s Spirit, I, am casting out the demons, then doubtless hath come upon you unawares, the kingdom of God!
Ikabheje monaga ngunashoya maoka kwa mashili ga Mbumu jwa a Nnungu, bhai, mmumanyanje kuti Upalume gwa a Nnungu ung'ishilenje.
29 Or how can one enter the house of the mighty and, seize his goods, unless, first, he bind the mighty one? and, then, his house, he will plunder.
“Jwakwa mundu akombola kujinjila nnyumba jika mundu akwete mashili nikumpokonyola indu yakwe, gwangali tandubha kuntabha. Penepo shakombole kumpokonyola indu yakwe.
30 He that is no with me, is, against me, —and, he that gathereth not with me, scattereth
“Jojowe akakwiilunda na nne, anangana, naka jojowe akalopola pamo na nne, anajaanganya.
31 Wherefore, I say unto you, All sin and profane speaking, shall be forgiven unto men, —but, the speaking profanely of the Spirit, shall not be forgiven;
Kwa lyene ligongolyo, ngunakummalanjilanga, bhandu shibhaleshelelwanje yambi yabhonji yowe, na matukano gowe, ikabheje ga kuntukana Mbumu jwa Ukonjelo bhakaleshelelwanga.
32 And, whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him, —but, whosoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age, or the coming. (aiōn g165)
Na kabhili, abheleketa lilobhe lya kuntauka Mwana juka Mundu shaleshelelwe, ikabheje abheleketa lilobhe lya kuntauka Mbumu jwa Ukonjelo, akaleshelelwa, wala nshilambolyo sha nnaino shino, wala shikwiyasho. (aiōn g165)
33 Either make the tree good, and its fruit good, or make the tree worthless, and its fruit worthless; for, from the fruit, the tree is known.
“Nkongo ubhaga gwa mmbone na iepo yakwe shiibhe ya mmbone, na nkongo ubhaga gwangali gwa mmbone na iepo yakwe shiibhe yangali ya mmbone, pabha nkongo pukumanyika kwa iepo yakwe.
34 Broods of vipers! How can ye speak, good things, being, evil? For, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh.
Mmanganya nninginji malinga majoka! Nkukombolanga bhuli kubheleketa indu ya mmbone nninginji mmangali bha mmbonenji? Pabha mundu yabheleketa ingumbele muntima gwakwe.
35 The good man, out of the good treasure, putteth forth, good things; and, the evil man, out of the evil treasure, putteth forth, evil things.
Mundu jwa mmbone anatenda indu ya mmbone, pabha nshibhiko shakwe mushigumbala indu ya mmbone, ikabheje mundu jwa nyata ntima, anatenda indu ya nyata pabha ntima gwakwe ushigumbala indu ya nyata.
36 But I say unto you, That, every useless expression that men shall utter, they shall render, concerning it, an account, in a day of judgment;
“Bhai, ngunakummalanjilanga, lyubha lya ukumu bhandu bhapinga kwiya jangulanga ga malobhe gowe gangali ga mmbone gubhabheleketenje.
37 For, by thy words, shalt thou be, justified, and, by thy words, shalt thou be condemned.
Pabha kwa malobhe genu shinnjiye bhoneka kuti nkwete aki, na kwa malobhe genu shinng'ukumulwe.”
38 Then, answered him, certain of the Scribes and Pharisees, saying, Teacher! we desire of thee, a sign, to behold.
Penepo Mapalishayo na bhaajiganya bha Shalia bhananji gubhaalugulilenje a Yeshu, “Mmaajiganya, tunapinga tushibhone shilangulo kopoka kwenu mmwe.”
39 But, he, answering, said unto them, A wicked and adulterous generation, a sign, doth seek, and, a sign, will not be, given, it, save the sign of Jonah the prophet.
Nabhalabho gubhaajangwilenje, “Alu lubhelekolu lwa lebha na lukakulupalika kwa a Nnungu! Nnapinganga shilangulo, nkapegwanga ikabheje shilangulo sha a Yona ankulondola bha a Nnungu.
40 For, just as was Jonah in the belly of the sea-monster three days and three nights, so, will be the Son of Man, in the heart of the earth, three days and three nights.
Shibhashite tama a Yona mobha gatatu shilo na mui nnipitiu lika shamaki, nneyo peyo Mwana juka Mundu shatame mobha gatatu nnitaka shilo na mui.
41 Men of Nineveh, will rise up in the judgment, with this generation, and will condemn it, —because they repented into the proclamation of Jonah; and lo! something greater than Jonah, here.
Bhandu bha ku Ninawi shibhakoposhelanje mobha ga ukumu, nabhalabhonji shibhaluukumulanje alu lubhelekolu kuti lushilebha, pabha bhandu bha ku Ninawi bhaipetilenje kwa ligongo lya miungu ja a Yona, na mbena apano apali ali nkulungwa kupunda a Yona.
42 The queen of the south, will arise in the judgment with this generation and will condemn it—because she came out of the ends of the earth, to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and lo! something greater than Solomon, here.
A Malikiya bha kwibhanda shibhakoposhele alu lubhelekolu pushiluukumulwe, na bhalabho shibhaluukumule kuti lushilebha, pabha bhenebho bhashinkukopoka kwa taliya, nkupinga bhapilikane malobhe ga lunda ga a Shelemani, na mbena apano apali ali nkulungwa kupunda a Shelemani.
43 But, when the impure spirit goeth out of the man, it passeth through waterless places, seeking rest, —and findeth it not.
“Lioka anshokaga mundu, anatimbililatimbilila nng'anga nkuloleya pa pumulila na anapabhone.
44 Then, it saith, Into my house, will I return whence I came out, —and, coming, findeth it empty [and] swept and adorned.
Penepo anakwilugulila nnyene, ‘Shimuje kumui kungoposhele,’ ikabheje pabhuja nakupaimana pangali shindu, pali papyejilwe nikonjelewa,
45 Then, it goeth, and taketh along with itself, seven diverse spirits, more wicked than itself, —and, entering, abideth there; and, the last state of that man, becometh, worse than the first. So, shall it be, with this, wicked, generation.
46 While yet he was speaking unto the multitudes, lo! his mother and brethren, were standing without, seeking to speak with him.
A Yeshu bhali nkubheleketa na bhandu bhabhagwinji, anyinabhabho na ashaapwabho gubhaikengene nijimangana palanga, bhalipinganga kubheleketa nabho.
47 [And one said to him, Lo! thy mother and thy brethren, without, are standing, seeking, to speak, with thee.]
Bhai, mundu jumo gwabhalugulile, “Anyinabhenu na ashaapwenu pubhalinginji palanga, bhanapinganga kubheleketa na mmwe.”
48 But, he, answering, said unto him that was telling him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
Ikabheje a Yeshu gubhaajangwile bhandu bhala, “A mama nne agani? Na ashapwanga nne ashigani?”
49 And, stretching forth his hand towards his disciples, he said, Lo! my mother and my brethren!
Kungai gubhaagolosheyenje nkono kwaalanguyanga bhaajiganywa bhabho, bhalinkuti, “Nnole abha ashaamama na ashaapwanga!
50 For, whosoever shall do the will of my Father who is in the heavens, he, is my, brother, and sister, and mother.
Pabha jojowe atenda yakupinga Atati bhali kunnungu, jwenejo ni mpwanga nne na nnumbwangu nne na a mama nne.”
