Mark 16
1 And, the Sabbath having passed, Mary the Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, that, coming, they might anoint him.
Sesudah Sabat berakhir, pagi-pagi sekali Maria Magdalena, Maria ibu Yakobus, dan Salome membeli minyak yang harum agar mereka bisa pergi dan meminyaki tubuh Yesus.
2 And, very early, on the first of the week, they are coming towards the tomb—when, the sun, arose.
Sangat awal pada hari pertama minggu itu, tepat saat matahari terbit, mereka pergi ke kuburan.
3 And they were saying one to another—Who, shall roll away for us the stone, out of the door of the tomb?
Mereka bertanya satu sama lain, “Siapa yang akan menggulingkan batu itu dari kubur untuk kita?”
4 And, looking up, they observe that the stone hath been rolled up, —for it was exceeding great.
Tetapi ketika mereka tiba di kuburan, mereka melihat bahwa batu yang sangat besar dan berat sudah terguling.
5 And, entering into the tomb, they saw a young man, sitting on the right, clothed with a white robe, —and they were greatly alarmed.
Ketika mereka pergi ke kuburan, mereka melihat seorang pemuda duduk di dalam gua sebelah kanan, mengenakan jubah putih panjang. Mereka menjadi sangat ketakutan.
6 But, he, saith unto them—Be not alarmed! Jesus, ye are seeking, the Nazarene, the crucified: He hath arisen! he is not here, —See! the place where they laid him!
Tetapi malaikat itu berkata kepada mereka, “Jangan takut! Kalian mencari Yesus, Orang Nazaret yang sudah disalibkan itu. Dia sudah bangkit dari kematian. Dia tidak ada di sini.
7 But go your way, tell his disciples, and Peter—He is going before you into Galilee: there, shall ye yourselves see him, —according as he said unto you.
Lihat, ini adalah tempat mereka membaringkan-Nya untuk beristirahat. Sekarang pergi, dan beritahu murid-murid-Nya dan Petrus bahwa Dia akan mendahului kalian ke Galilea. Kalian akan melihat Yesus di sana seperti yang Dia pernah katakan.”
8 And, going out, they fled from the tomb, for, trembling and transport, were holding them; and, unto no one, said they, anything, for they were afraid.
Mereka pergi dan berlari dari kuburan itu, karena gemetar dan bingung. Mereka tidak bicara apa-apa kepada siapa pun karena mereka terlalu takut.

10 She, going her way, bare tidings unto them who had come to be with him, as they were mourning and weeping.
Lalu Maria memberitahukan hal itu kepada orang-orang yang dulu bersamanya saat mereka masih berduka dan menangis.
11 And, they, hearing that he was living, and had been looked upon by her, disbelieved.
Ketika mereka mendengar bahwa Yesus sudah hidup kembali dari kematian dan bahwa dia sudah melihat-Nya, mereka tidak percaya.
12 But, after these things, unto two from among them, as they were walking, was he manifested, in a different form, as they were going unto a country place;
Kemudian Yesus menampakkan diri dalam bentuk yang berbeda kepada dua murid lainnya yang akan pergi ke sebuah desa.
13 and, they, departing, bare tidings unto the rest, —but, even them, they believed not.
Kedua murid itu kembali dan memberitahukan kepada yang lain, tetapi mereka tidak percaya juga.
14 But, afterwards, unto the eleven themselves, as they reclined, was he manifested, and he upbraided their disbelief and hardness of heart, —because, them who had looked upon him when arisen [from among the dead] they believed not;
Akhirnya Yesus memperlihatkan diri kepada sebelas murid-Nya saat mereka sedang makan. Dia menegur mereka karena mereka kurang percaya dan keras kepala, karena mereka tidak percaya kepada orang-orang yang telah melihatnya setelah dia bangkit.
15 and he said unto them—Go ye into all the world, and proclaim the glad-message, to the whole creation:
Kemudian Yesus berkata kepada mereka, “Pergilah ke seluruh dunia, dan beritakanlah Kabar Baik kepada semua orang.
16 He that hath believed, and been immersed, shall be saved; but, he that hath disbelieved, shall be condemned:
Siapa pun yang percaya kepada-Ku dan dibaptis akan diselamatkan, tetapi siapa pun yang memilih untuk tidak percaya akan dihukum.
17 Signs, moreover, shall follow, them who have believed, —these: —In my name, shall they cast, demons, out, with tongues, shall they speak, —[and, in their hands, ] they shall take up, serpents;
Dan tanda-tanda berikut akan menyertai mereka yang percaya kepada-Ku: dalam nama-Ku mereka akan mengusir setan; mereka akan berbicara bahasa baru;
18 And, if, any deadly thing, they have drunk, in nowise, shall it, hurt, them: Upon sick persons, shall they lay, hands, and, well, shall they remain.
mereka akan memegang ular dengan tangan mereka; jika mereka meminum sesuatu yang beracun mereka tidak akan sakit dan mati; mereka akan meletakkan tangan pada orang sakit dan menjadi sembuh.”
19 The Lord [Jesus], therefore, on the one hand, after talking with them, was taken up into heaven, and sat down on the right hand of God:
Kemudian, Tuhan Yesus, sesudah Dia selesai berbicara dengan murid-murid-Nya, Dia terangkat ke surga, di mana Dia duduk di sebelah kanan Allah.
20 They, on the other hand, going forth, proclaimed on every side, the Lord, co-working, and confirming, the word, through, the closely following signs. OTHERWISE. All the things given in charge unto the companions of Peter, they concisely reported. But, after these things, Jesus also, himself, from east even unto west, sent forth, through them, the sacred and incorruptible proclamation of the age-abiding salvation.
Lalu para murid Yesus pergi dan memberitakan Kabar Baik ke mana-mana, dan Tuhan Yesus menyertai mereka dan melakukan banyak keajaiban sebagai bukti bahwa Kabar Baik itu benar. Amin.
