Luke 19
1 And, having entered, he was passing through Jericho;
୧ଜିସୁ ଆରି ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ଜିରିଅ ବାଟେ ଜାଇତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
2 and lo! a man, by name called Zacchaeus, and, he, was a chief tax-collector, and [he] was rich.
୨ତେଇ ଜକିୟ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ମୁକିଅ ସିସ୍ତୁମାଙ୍ଗୁ ରଇଲା । ସେ ବେସି ସାଉକାର୍ ରଇଲା ।
3 And he was seeking to see Jesus, what sort of man he was, and could not for the multitude, because, in stature, he was, small.
୩ଜିସୁ କେନ୍ତାର୍ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ଦେକ୍ବାକେ ଜକିୟ ମନ୍ କର୍ତେ ରଇଲା । ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବେସି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜାଇତେ ରଇଲାଇକେ ତାକେ ଦେକିନାପାର୍ତେ ରଇଲା । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେ ବୁଟି ରଇଲା ।
4 And, running forward unto the front, he got up a sycamore-tree, that he might see him; for, by that way, was he about to pass.
୪ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ସେ, ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ପାଲାଇ ଜାଇ ଜିସୁକେ ଦେକ୍ବାକେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଡୁମ୍ରି ଗଚେ ଚଗ୍ଲା । କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ଜିସୁ ସେ ବାଟ୍ଦେଇ ଜିବାର୍ ରଇଲା ।
5 And, as he came up to the place, looking up, Jesus said unto him—Zacchaeus! make haste, and come down; For, to-day, in thy house, I must needs abide.
୫ଜିସୁ ସେ ଜାଗାଇ କେଟି ଉପ୍ରେ ଦେକିକରି ଜକିୟକେ କଇଲା, “ଜକିୟ ବିଗି ଉତ୍ରି ଆଉ, ଆଜି ମୁଇ ତମର୍ ଗରେ ରଇବି ।”
6 And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.
୬ତାର୍ ପଚେ ଜକିୟ ଦାପ୍ରେ ଉତ୍ରି ଆସି ବେସି ସାର୍ଦାଅଇ ଜିସୁକେ ତାର୍ ଗରେ ଡାକିନେଲା ।
7 And all, when they beheld, began to murmur, saying—With a sinful man, hath he gone in to lodge!
୭ସେଟା ଦେକି ତେଇ ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜିସୁ ଗଟେକ୍ ପାପି ଲକର୍ ଗରେ କାଇବାକେ ଗାଲାନି ବଲି ଗୁର୍ମୁରି ଜାଇତେରଇଲାଇ ।
8 But, taking his stand, Zacchaeus said unto the Lord—Lo! the half of my possessions, Lord, unto the destitute, I give; and, if, from anyone, I have taken aught by false accusation, I give back fourfold.
୮ଜକିୟ ଟିଆଅଇ ଜିସୁକେ କଇଲା, “ଏ ମାପ୍ରୁ, ସୁନା! ମର୍ ସଁପତିଅନି ଅଦାବାଗ୍ ଗରିବ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଦାନ୍ କରିଦେବି । ଆରି ସିସ୍ତୁ ମାଙ୍ଗ୍ବା ବେଲାଇ କାର୍ଟା ଅନିଆଇକରି ଆନି ରଇଲାଟା ମୁଇ ଚାର୍ଗୁନ୍ ଅଦିକ୍ ବାଉଡାଇ ଦେବି ।”
9 And Jesus said unto him—This day, salvation, unto this house, hath come, —for that, he too, is, a son of Abraham;
୯ଜିସୁ ଜକିୟକେ କଇଲା, “ଆଜି ଏ ଗରେ ମୁକ୍ତି ମିଲ୍ଲା । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଏ ମିସା ଗଟେକ୍ ଅବ୍ରାଆମର୍ ନାତିତିତି ।
10 For the Son of Man came, to seek and to save what was lost.
୧୦ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଟାନେଅନି ଆସିରଇବା ନର୍ପିଲା ମୁଇ ପାପେ ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ସେମନର୍ ପାପେଅନି ରକିଆ କର୍ବାକେ ଆସିଆଚି ।”
11 And, because they were hearing these things, he added and spake a parable, because of his being near Jerusalem, and their supposing that, instantly, was the kingdom of God to shine forth.
୧୧ସେମନ୍ ଜିରୁସାଲାମ୍ ଲଗେ ଆଇଲା ବେଲାଇ ଜିସୁର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜିବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାର୍ କଇବା ସବୁ କାତା ସୁନ୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ତାର୍ କାତା ସୁନ୍ଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ରାଇଜର୍ ସାସନ୍ ଦାପ୍ରେ ଅଇସି ବଲି ବାବ୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
12 He said, therefore—A certain man, of noble birth, went into a country far away, to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.
୧୨ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ସେ ଏ କାତାନି କଇଲା, ଗଟେକ୍ ବଡ୍ ଗରେ ଜନମ୍ ଅଇଲା ଲକ୍ ଦୁର୍ ଦେସେ ଜିବାକେ ତିଆର୍ ଅଇଲା । କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ତେଇ ତାକେ ରାଜା କରାଇବାଇ । ସମାନ୍ ବେଲାଇ ତାର୍ ଦେସେ ସେ ବାଉଡି ଆଇସି ।
13 And, calling ten servants of his own, he gave unto them ten minas, and said unto them—Do business, till I come.
୧୩ତାର୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ସେ ତାର୍ ଦସ୍ଟା ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାମନ୍କେ ଡାକି, ଗଟେକ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ସୁନାର୍ ଡାବୁ ଦେଇ କରି କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ବାଉଡି ଆଇବାଜାକ ଏ ଡାବୁ ବେବାର୍ କରି ବୁତେକ୍ କରି ରୁଆ ।”
14 But, his citizens, hated him, and sent off an embassy after him, saying—We desire not, this, man, to be made king over us!
୧୪ମାତର୍ ତାର୍ ଦେସର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାକେ ଇନ୍ କର୍ତେରଇଲାଇ । ଆରି ସାସନ୍ କର୍ବା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଲଗେ କବର୍ କଇ ପାଟାଇଲାଇ, “ଏ ଲକ୍ ଆମ୍କେ ସାସନ୍ କର ବଲି ଆମେ ମନ୍ କରୁନାଇ ।”
15 And it came to pass, when he returned, having received the kingdom, that he bade be called unto him these servants, to whom he had given the silver, that he might take note, what business they had done.
୧୫ଏନ୍ତି ବଲି କଇଲେ ମିସା, ସେ ରାଜାଅଇ ଗରେ ବାଉଡି ଆଇଲା । ଆରି ସେ କାକେ କାକେ ସୁନାର୍ ଡାବୁ ଦେଇ ରଇଲା, ସେମନ୍ କେତେକ୍ ଲାକା ଲାବ୍ କଲାଇ ଆଚତ୍ ବଲି ଜାନ୍ବାକେ ଡାକାଇ ପାଟାଇଲା ।
16 And the first came near, saying—Lord! thy mina, hath made, ten minas.
୧୬ତେଇ ପର୍ତୁମର୍ ଲକ୍ ଆସି କଇଲା, “ଏ ଆଗିଆଁ, ତମେ ଦେଲା ଗଟେକ୍ ସୁନାର୍ ଡାବୁ ନେଇ ଆରି ଦସ୍ଟା କଲିଆଚି ।”
17 And he said to him—Well done! good servant. Because, in a very small thing, thou hast been, faithful, have thou authority over, ten cities.
୧୭ସେ ରାଜା ସାର୍ଦା ଅଇ ତାକେ କଇଲା “ତୁଇ ନିକ ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା, ଅଲପ୍ ବିସଇ ଦାଇତ୍ ନେଇ କାମ୍ କଲୁସ୍ । ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ମୁଇ ତକେ ଦସ୍ଟା ଗଡ୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ସାସନ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ସର୍ପି ଦେଲିନି ।”
18 And the second came, saying—Thy mina, lord, hath made five minas.
୧୮ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଆସି କଇଲା, “ଆଗିଆଁ, ତୁଇ ଦେଇରଇଲା ସୁନାର୍ ଡାବୁ ନେଇ ଆରି ପାଁଚ୍ଟା ଲାବ୍ କଲିଆଚି ।”
19 And he said, to him also, And, thou, be over five cities.
୧୯ସେ ରାଜା ତାକେ ମିସା କଇଲା “ତକେ ସାସନ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ପାଁଚ୍ଟା ଗଡ୍ ସର୍ପିଦେଲିନି ।”
20 And, the other, came, saying—Lord, lo! thy mina, which I kept lying by in a napkin;
୨୦ମାତର୍ ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍ ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ରାଜାର୍ ଲଗେ ଆସି କଇଲା, “ଏ ଆଗିଆଁ, ତମେ ଦେଇରଇଲା ସୁନାର୍ ଡାବୁ ଏଦେ ଦେକା, ଗଟେକ୍ ଗର୍ଣ୍ଡାଇ ଗୁଡିଆ ବାନ୍ଦି ସଙ୍ଗଇ ଦେଇରଇଲି ।
21 For I was afraid of thee, because, a harsh man, thou art, —Thou takest up, what thou layedst not down, and reapest, what thou sowedst not!
୨୧ତୁଇ ସାସନ୍ କର୍ବା ଲକ୍ ବଲି ଡରିକରି ମୁଇ ସେଟା ନେଇ ବେବାର୍ କରିନାଇ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଜାକେ ଦେଇ ନ ରଉସ୍ ତାର୍ତେଇଅନି ମାଙ୍ଗିନେଇସୁ । ଆରି ଜନ୍ତି ବୁନି ନ ରଉସ୍ ତେଇଅନି କାଟି ନେଇସୁ ।”
22 He saith to him—Out of thy mouth, do I judge thee, O wicked servant! Thou knewest that, I, a harsh man, am, —taking up, what I laid not down, and reaping, what I did not sow;
୨୨ସେ ରାଜା ରିସାଅଇ କଇଲା, “ଅଇରେ ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା, ତର୍ କାତା ଇସାବେ ଆକା ତକେ ବିଚାର୍ କର୍ବି । ମୁଇ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜନ୍ଟା ଦେଇ ନ ରଇ ସେଟା ମାଗିନେବି, ଆରି ଜନ୍ତେଇ ବୁନି ନ ରଇ ତେଇଅନି କାଟ୍ବି, ସେଟା ଜାନିରଇଲୁସ୍ ।
23 Wherefore, then, didst thou not place my silver upon a [money-changer’s] table, and, I, when I came, with interest might have exacted it?
୨୩ସେନ୍ତାର୍ଆଲେ ମର୍ ସୁନାର୍ ଡାବୁ କାଇକେ ବେଁକେ ସଙ୍ଗଉସ୍ ନାଇ? ସଙ୍ଗଇ ରଇଲେ ତେଇଅନି ମକେ କଲନ୍ତର୍ ମିଲ୍ତା ।”
24 And, unto the by-standers, he said—Take, from him, the mina, and give unto him that hath, the ten minas; —
୨୪ଆରି ସେ ଲଗେ ଟିଆଅଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ରାଜା କଇଲା, “ତାର୍ ତେଇଅନି ଏ ଅଦ୍ଲି ମାଗିନେଇ ଜେ ଦସ୍ଟା ଅଦ୍ଲି ଲାବ୍କଲା ଆଚେ, ତାକେ ଦିଆସ୍ ।”
25 And they said to him, Lord! he hath ten minas; —
୨୫ମାତର୍ ସେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ରାଜାକେ ପାଚାର୍ଲାଇ, “ଏ ଆଗିଆଁ ତାର୍ଟାନେ ଦସ୍ଟା ଆଚେ ଆରି ତାକେ କାଇକେ ଦେଉଁ?”
26 I tell you—Unto everyone that hath, shall be given, whereas, from him that hath not, even what he hath, shall be taken away.
୨୬ସେ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ କଇଲିନି, ଜାକେ ଆଚେ ତାକେ ଅଦିକ୍ ଦିଆଅଇସି, ମାତର୍ ଜାର୍ ନାଇ, ତାର୍ତେଇ ରଇଲା ଅଲପ୍ ମିସା ଚାଡାଇ ନିଆଅଇସି ।
27 But, these mine enemies who desired not that I should be made king over them, bring ye here, and slay them outright before me.
୨୭ମାତର୍ ଜେମନ୍ ମୁଇ ତାକର୍ ରାଜା ଅଇବାକେ ମନ୍ ନ କର୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ, ସେମନ୍କେ ଡାକି ଆନି ମର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ମରାଇଦିଆସ୍ ।”
28 And, having said these things, he was moving on in front, going up into Jerusalem.
୨୮ଜିସୁ ଏ ସବୁ କାତା କଇସାରାଇ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଜିରୁସାଲାମ୍ ବାଟେ ଗାଲା ।
29 And it came to pass, as he drew near unto Bethphage, and Bethany, unto the mount which is called the Mount of Olives, he sent off two of his disciples,
୨୯ଜେଡେବଲ୍ ଜିସୁ ଆରି ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ଜିତ୍ଗଚ୍ମନ୍ ରଇଲା ଡଙ୍ଗର୍ ପାଲି ଆରି ବେତ୍ପାଗି ଆରି ବେତ୍ନିଆ ଗଡେ କେଟ୍ଲାଇ, ସେ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଅନି ଦୁଇ ଲକ୍କେ, ସେମନ୍ ଜିବା ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଏନ୍ତାରି କଇପାଟାଇଲା ।
30 saying—Go your way unto the opposite village, in which, as ye are entering, ye shall find a colt, bound, whereon, no man, hath, ever sat, —and, having loosed him, bring him.
୩୦ତମର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ରଇବା ଗାଏଁ ଜାଆ । ସେ ଗାଏଁ ଗାଲେ, କେ କେବେ ମିସା ଚଗିନରଇବା ଗଦପିଲା ବାନ୍ଦିଅଇରଇଲାଟା ଦେକ୍ସା । ତାକେ ମେଲି ଦାରିଆସା ।
31 And, if any one question you—Wherefore are ye loosing him? thus, shall ye say—His Lord, hath, need.
୩୧ଜେ ଜଦି ତମ୍କେ “କାଇକେ ମେଲି ନେଲାସ୍ନି?” ବଲି କଇଲେ “ଏଟା ଗୁରୁକେ ଦର୍କାର୍ ଆଚେ ବଲି କୁଆ ।”
32 And they who were sent, departing, found as he had said to them.
୩୨ପଚେ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ସେ ଗାଏଁ ଜାଇ, ଜିସୁ ଜେନ୍ତି କଇରଇଲା ସେନ୍ତି ଦେକ୍ଲାଇ ।
33 And, as they were loosing the colt, his lords said unto them—Why are ye loosing the colt?
୩୩ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ସେ ଗଦପିଲାକେ ମେଲ୍ବାବେଲେ ଗଦ ପିଲାର୍ ସାଉକାର୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “କାଇକେ ଗଦପିଲାକେ ମେଲ୍ଲାସ୍ନି?”
34 And, they, said—His Lord, hath, need.
୩୪ସିସ୍ମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ, “ଏ ଗଦପିଲା ଗୁରୁକେ ଦର୍କାର୍ ଆଚେ ।”
35 And they brought him unto Jesus; and, throwing their mantles over the colt, they seated Jesus thereon.
୩୫ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ଗଦ ପିଲାକେ ଜିସୁର୍ ଲଗେ ଆନି ନିଜର୍ ନିଜର୍ ଲୁଗା ଗଦର୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ଡାବି ଜିସୁକେ ତାର୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ବସାଇଲାଇ ।
36 And, as he moved along, they were spreading their own mantles in the way.
୩୬ଆରି ଜିସୁ ଗାଲା ବାଟେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ନିଜର୍ ନିଜର୍ ପଚିଆମନ୍ ଅଚାଇ ଦେଲାଇ ।
37 And, when he was drawing near, already, unto the descent of the Mount of Olives, one-and-all the throng of the disciples began joyfully to be praising God with a loud voice, concerning all the mighty works which they had seen;
୩୭ଜିସୁ ଜେଡେବଲ୍ ଜିତ୍ଗଚ୍ମନ୍ ରଇଲା ଗଡ୍ଗଡା ଜାଗା ଲଗେ କେଟ୍ଲା, ସେବେଲା ତେଇ ରଇଲା ତାର୍ ଜେତ୍କି ସିସ୍ ମାନ୍ଦା ସେ କରିରଇଲା କାବାଅଇଜିବା କାମ୍ ଏତାଇ, ସାର୍ଦାଅଇ ଆଉଲିଅଇକରି ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ଜୁଆର୍ କରି କଇଲାଇ,
38 saying—Blessed is he that cometh… The king! In the name of the Lord! In heaven, peace! And glory in the highest!
୩୮“ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ନାଉଁ ନେଇକରି ଜନ୍ ରାଜା ଆଇଲାନି ତାକେ ସେ ଆସିର୍ବାଦ୍ କର । ସର୍ଗେ ସାନ୍ତି ଅ, ଆରି ସବୁର୍ଟାନେ ଅନି ବଡ୍ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ମଇମା ଅ ।”
39 And, certain of the Pharisees from the multitude, said unto him—Teacher! rebuke thy disciples.
୩୯ସେ ସିସ୍ ମାନ୍ଦାର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କେତେଟା ପାରୁସିମନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ କଇଲାଇ, “ଏ ଗୁରୁ ତର୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଇବା ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ଚିମ୍ରାଅଇ ରଇବାକେ କଅ ।”
40 And he answered and said—I tell you—If, these, shall hold their peace, the stones, will cry out.
୪୦ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ କଇଲିନି, ଏ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଚିମ୍ରାଅଇ ରଇଲେ ପାକ୍ନାମନ୍ ତାକର୍ ନିଜେ ନିଜେ ଆଉଲି ଅଇବାଇ ।”
41 And, when he drew near, beholding the city, he wept over it, saying—
୪୧ଜିସୁ ଜିରୁସାଲାମ୍ ଲଗେ କେଟ୍ଲା ବେଲେ ସେ ଗଡ୍ ଦେକି କାନ୍ଦିକରି କଇଲା,
42 If thou hadst got to know, in this day, even thou, the conditions of peace… But, now, are they hid from thine eyes:
୪୨“ସାନ୍ତି ପାଇବାକେ କାଇଟା ଦର୍କାର୍, ସେଟା ଜଦି ତମେ ଆଜି ଜାନିରଇତାସ୍ ଆଲେ, କେତେ ନିକ ଅଇତା! ମାତର୍ ସେସବୁ ଏବେ ତମେ ଦେକି ନାପାର୍ଲାସ୍ନି ।
43 Because days will have come upon thee, that thine enemies will throw around a rampart against thee, and enclose thee; and hem thee in from every side, —
୪୩ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ବଲି ଏନ୍ତି ବେସି ବାଦା ଅଇଜିବା ଦିନ୍ ଆଇସି । ତମର୍ ସତ୍ରୁମନ୍ ତମର୍ ଚାରିବେଟ୍ତି ପାଚୁରି ବାନ୍ଦି ଅଟ୍କାଇବାଇ ଆରି ଚାରିବେଡ୍ତି ଅନି ତମର୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ମାଣ୍ଡି ଆଇବାଇ ।
44 And will level thee with the ground, and thy children within thee, and will not leave, stone on stone, within thee: because thou didst not get to know the season of thy visitation.
୪୪ସେମନ୍ ତମ୍କେ ଆରି ତମର୍ ପାଚୁରି ତେଇ ରଇବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ନସାଇ କୁଟ୍କୁଟା କରିଦେବାଇ । ଗଟେକ୍ ପାକ୍ନା ମିସା ନିଜର୍ ଜାଗାଇ ନ ଚାଡତ୍ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତମ୍କେ ରକିଆ କର୍ବାକେ ଆସିରଇଲା, ସେବେଲା ତମେ ଜାନି ନାପାର୍ଲାସ୍ ।”
45 And, entering into the temple, he began to be casting out them who were selling;
୪୫ଆରି ଜିସୁ ଜିରୁସାଲାମ୍ ମନ୍ଦିର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ପୁରିକରି ତେଇ ଗେନାବିକା କର୍ବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ବାର୍କରାଇଦେବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲା ।
46 saying unto them—It is written, And, my house, shall be, a house of prayer; but, ye, have made, it, a den of robbers.
୪୬ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଦରମ୍ ସାସ୍ତରେ ଏନ୍ତାରି ଲେକାଅଇଲା ଆଚେ, ମର୍ ଗର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ଗର୍ ଅଇସି । ମାତର୍ ତମେ ସେଟା ଚର୍ମନର୍ ଲୁଚ୍ବା ଜାଗା କରିଆଚାସ୍ ।”
47 And he was teaching day by day in the temple; but, the High-priests and the Scribes, also the chiefs of the people, were seeking to destroy him, —
୪୭ତାର୍ ପଚେ ଜିସୁ ସବୁଦିନେ ଜିରୁସାଲାମ୍ ମନ୍ଦିରେ ସିକିଆ ଦେଇତେ ରଇଲା । ମାତର୍ ମୁକିଅ ପୁଜାରିମନ୍, ସାସ୍ତର୍ ସିକାଉମନ୍ ଆରି ନେତାମନ୍ ମିସି ଜିସୁକେ ମରାଇବାକେ ଚେସ୍ଟା କର୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
48 and could not find what they might do, for, the people, one and all, were hanging upon him, as they hearkened.
