Luke 16
1 And he went on to say, unto his disciples also, —There was, a certain rich man, who had a steward, and, the same, was accused to him as squandering his goods.
၁တပည့် တော်တို့အားတစ်ဖန် မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ငွေရတတ် သောသူ တစ် ယောက်၌ ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး ရှိ ၏။ ထို ဘဏ္ဍာစိုးသည် သခင် ၏ဥစ္စာ များကို ဖျက်ဆီး သည်အကြောင်း ကို သူတစ်ပါးတို့သည် သခင်ရှေ့၌အပြစ်တင် ကြသော်၊
2 And, accosting him, he said unto him—What is this I hear of thee? Render the account of thy stewardship, for thou canst no longer be steward.
၂သခင်သည် ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး ကို ခေါ် ၍ ၊ သင် ၏အမူအရာ၌ ငါကြား ရသောစကားကား အဘယ်သို့ နည်း။ ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး အရာ၌ မှတ်သားသော စာရင်း ကို ပေး လော့။ ယခု မှစ၍ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး မ လုပ်ရ ဟု ဆို ၏။
3 And the steward said within himself—What shall I do, because my lord taketh away the stewardship from me? Dig, I cannot: to beg, I am ashamed.
၃ထိုအခါ ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး က၊ ငါသည် အဘယ်သို့ ပြု ရမည်နည်း။ ငါ ၏သခင် သည် ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး အရာကို နှုတ် လေပြီ။ လယ် လုပ်ခြင်းငှာမ စွမ်းနိုင် ။ သူတောင်းစား လုပ်ခြင်းငှာရှက်ကြောက် ၏။
4 I know what I will do, that, when I am removed out of the stewardship, they may welcome me into their own houses.
၄ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး အရာမှ ကျ သည်နောက် သူတစ်ပါးတို့သည် မိမိ တို့အိမ် ၌ ငါ့ ကိုလက်ခံ စေခြင်းငှာအဘယ်သို့ ငါ ပြုရမည်ကို ငါသိ ၏ဟူ၍စိတ်ထဲ၌ ကြံစည်ပြီးမှ၊
5 And, calling unto him each one of the debtors of his own lord, he was saying unto the first, —How much owest thou my lord?
၅သခင် ၏ငွေ ရှိသောသူအပေါင်း တို့ကို ခေါ် ၍ ၊ ငါ ၏သခင် ကို ဆပ်ပေး ရန် သင်၌အဘယ်မျှလောက် ရှိ သနည်းဟု တစ်ယောက်ကိုမေး လျှင်၊
6 And, he, said—A hundred baths of oil. And, he, said unto him—Kindly take thine accounts, and, sitting down, make haste and write—Fifty!
၆ထိုသူက၊ ဆီ အခွက် တထောင် ပေးရန် ရှိပါသည်ဟုဆို ၏။ ဘဏ္ဍာစိုးကလည်း ၊ သင် ၏ စာရင်း ကိုယူ ၍ အသော့ ထိုင် ပြီးလျှင် ၊ အခွက်ငါးရာ ကို ရေးမှတ် လော့ဟုဆို ၏။
7 After that, unto another, he said—And how much owest, thou? And, he, said—A hundred homers of wheat. He saith unto him—Kindly take thine accounts, and write—Eighty!
၇ထိုနောက် အခြား သောသူကိုခေါ်၍၊ ငါ၏ သခင်ကိုဆပ်ပေး ရန်သင် ၌ အဘယ်မျှလောက် ရှိသနည်းဟု မေး လျှင် ၊ ထို သူက၊ ဂျုံ စပါးအတင်း တစ်ထောင် ပေးရန်ရှိပါသည်ဟု ဆို ၏။ ဘဏ္ဍာစိုးကလည်း၊ သင် ၏ စာရင်း ကိုယူ ၍ အတင်းရှစ်ရာ ကို ရေးမှတ် လော့ဟု ဆို ၏။
8 And the lord praised the unrighteous steward, in that with forethought he acted: —Because, the sons of this age, have more forethought than the sons of light, respecting their own generation. (aiōn g165)
၈မတရား သော ထို ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး သည် လိမ္မာ စွာပြု သည်ကို သခင် သည် ချီးမွမ်း လေ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ လောကီ သား တို့သည် မိမိ တို့အမှုကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် ၊ အလင်း သို့ရောက်သောသူ တို့ထက် သာ၍လိမ္မာ ကြ၏။ (aiōn g165)
9 And, I, unto you, say—For yourselves, make ye friends, with the unjust Riches, in order that, as soon as it shall fail, they may welcome you into the age-abiding tents. (aiōnios g166)
၉တဖန် ငါ ဆို သည်ကား၊ သင်တို့သည် စုတေ့ သောအခါ ၊ အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်သော ဗိမာန် ၌ သင် တို့ကို လက်ခံ လတံ့သော အဆွေ ရှိစေခြင်းငှာ မ မြဲသော လောကီစည်းစိမ် ကိုသုံးဆောင် ကြလော့။ (aiōnios g166)
10 The faithful in least, in much also, is, faithful, and, he that in least is unrighteous, in much also, is, unrighteous.
၁၀အနည်းငယ် သော အမှု၌ သစ္စာ ရှိသောသူ သည် ကြီး သောအမှု၌ လည်း သစ္စာ ရှိ လိမ့်မည်။ အနည်းငယ် သောအမှု၌ သစ္စာ မရှိသောသူ သည် ကြီး သောအမှု၌ သစ္စာ မရှိ။
11 If therefore, in the unjust Riches ye proved unfaithful, the true, who, unto you, will entrust?
၁၁သို့ဖြစ်၍ မ မြဲသော လောကီ စည်းစိမ်ကို သုံးရာတွင် သင်တို့သည် သစ္စာ မ ရှိ လျှင် ၊ မှန် သောစည်းစိမ်ကို သင် တို့၌ အဘယ်သူ အပ် မည်နည်း။
12 And, if, in what was another’s, ye proved unfaithful, your own, who will give unto you?
၁၂သူတစ်ပါး အမှု ၌ သင်တို့သည် သစ္စာ မ ရှိလျှင် ၊ အဘယ်သူ သည် အပိုင် ပေး မည်နည်း။
13 No domestic, can, unto two masters, be in service; for either, the one, he will hate, and, the other, love, or, unto the one, he will hold, and, the other, despise: Ye cannot, unto God, be in service, and unto Riches.
၁၃အဘယ် အစေခံ မျှ သခင် နှစ် ဦးအစေ ကို မခံနိုင် ။ သခင်တစ်ဦး ကိုမုန်း ၍ တစ်ဦး ကိုချစ် မည်။ သခင်တစ်ဦး မှီခို ၍ တစ်ဦး ကို မခန့်မညား ပြုမည်။ သင်တို့သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ အစေ ကို၎င်း ၊ လောကီစည်းစိမ် ၏အစေကို၎င်း မ ခံနိုင် ကြ ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
14 Now the Pharisees, who were, lovers of money, were hearing all these things, and were openly sneering at him.
၁၄ငွေ ကို တပ်မက်သော ဖာရိရှဲ တို့သည် ထို စကားများ ကို ကြား လျှင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ပြက်ယယ်ပြု ကြ၏။
15 And he said unto them—Ye, are they who justify themselves before men, but, God, knoweth your hearts; because, that which amongst men is lofty, is an abomination before God.
၁၅ယေရှုကလည်း၊ သင် တို့သည် လူ များရှေ့ မှာ ဖြောင့်မတ် ဟန်ဆောင်သော်လည်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည် သင် တို့၏စိတ်နှလုံး ကို သိမြင် တော်မူ၏။ လူ သဘော အားဖြင့် အမြတ် ထားသောအရာသည် ဘုရားသခင့် ရှေ့ တော်၌ စက်ဆုပ် ရွံရှာဘွယ်ဖြစ်၏။
16 The law and the prophets, were until John, —from that time, the good news of the kingdom of God, is being proclaimed, and, everyone, thereinto, is forcing his way.
၁၆ယောဟန် မရောက်မှီတိုင်အောင် ပညတ္တိ ကျမ်းနှင့် အနာဂတ္တိ ကျမ်းရှိ၏။ ယောဟန်လက်ထက်မှစ၍ ဘုရားသခင် ၏နိုင်ငံ တော်နှင့် ယှဉ်သောဧဝံဂေလိ တရားကို ဟောလျက်ရှိ၏။ လူများတို့သည်လည်း နိုင်ငံတော် ကို အနိုင်အထက်ဝင် ကြ၏။
17 But it is, easier, for heaven and earth to pass away, than that, of the law, one little point, should fail.
၁၇ပညတ္တိ ကျမ်း၌ အငယ်ဆုံးသော ဗိန္ဓု တစ် လုံးပျက်စီး လွယ် ထက် ၊ ကောင်းကင် နှင့် မြေကြီး ပျက်စီး လွယ်၏။
18 Every one divorcing his wife and marrying another, committeth adultery; and, he that marrieth a woman divorced from a husband, committeth adultery.
၁၈အကြင်သူသည် မိမိ မယား နှင့်ကွာ ၍ အခြားသောမိန်းမ နှင့်စုံဘက် ခြင်းကိုပြု၏။ ထိုသူသည်မိမိမယား ကို ပြစ်မှား ၏။ လင် ကွာ သောမိန်းမနှင့်စုံဘက် ခြင်းကို ပြုသောသူ သည်လည်း သူ့ မယားကိုပြစ်မှားသည် ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
19 Now, a certain man, was rich, and he used to clothe himself with purple and fine linen, making merry day by day, brilliantly.
၁၉တစ်ဖန်တုံ ၊ သူဌေး တစ် ယောက်သည် နီမောင်း သော ကမ္ဗလာနှင့် ပိတ်ချော ကိုဝတ်ဆင် ၍ ၊ ကာမဂုဏ် စည်းစိမ် ၌ နေ့တိုင်း ပျော်မွေ့ လျက်နေ၏။
20 And, a certain beggar, by name Lazarus, used to be cast near his gate, full of sores,
၂၀လာဇရု အမည် ရှိသော သူဆင်းရဲ တစ် ယောက်သည် တကိုယ်လုံး၌ အနာစိမ်း ပေါက်၍ ၊
21 and to long to be fed from the crumbs that fell from the table of the rich man: nay! even, the dogs, used to come and lick his sores.
၂၁သူဌေး ၏စားပွဲ မှ ကျ သောစားနုပ်စားပေါက် ကို စား ပါရစေဟု တောင့်တ သောစိတ်နှင့် သူဌေး အိမ် တံခါး နား မှာ တုံးလုံး နေ၏။ ခွေး တို့သည် လာ ၍ အနာစိမ်း များကို လျက် ကြ၏။
22 And it came to pass that the beggar died, and was carried away by the messengers, into the bosom of Abraham. And, the rich man also, died, and was buried.
၂၂တနေ့သ၌ ထိုဆင်းရဲသား သည် သေ လွန်၍ ၊ ကောင်းကင်တမန် တို့သည် အာဗြဟံ ၏ရင်ခွင် သို့ ပို့ဆောင် ကြ၏။ သူဌေး သည်လည်း သေ လွန်၍ သင်္ဂြိုဟ် ခြင်းကို ခံရလေ၏။
23 And, in hades, lifting up his eyes, being in torments, he seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. (Hadēs g86)
၂၃မရဏာ နိုင်ငံ၌ ပြင်းပြ စွာသောဝေဒနာကို ခံရ လျက် မျှော်ကြည့် ၍ ၊ အာဗြဟံ ကို၎င်း ၊ အာဗြဟံ ၏ ရင်ခွင် ၌ လာဇရု ကို၎င်းအဝေး က မြင် လျှင်၊ (Hadēs g86)
24 And, he, calling out, said—Father Abraham! have mercy upon me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue, —because I am in anguish in this flame.
၂၄အိုအဘ အာဗြဟံ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်မ သနားတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဤ မီးလျှံ ၌ ပြင်းစွာ ခံရသောကြောင့် ၊ လာဇရု သည် မိမိ လက် ဖျား ကို ရေ ၌နှစ် ၍ အကျွန်ုပ် လျှာ ကို အေး စေခြင်းငှာ သူ့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရှိရာသို့ စေလွှတ် တော်မူပါဟု ဟစ်ကြော် လေ၏။
25 But Abraham said—Child! remember—That thou didst duly received thy good things in thy life, and, Lazarus, in like manner, the evil things; but, now, here, he is comforted, and, thou, art in anguish.
၂၅အာဗြဟံ ကလည်း ၊ ငါ့သား ၊ သင် သည် အသက် ရှင်စဉ်အခါ ချမ်းသာ ရ သည်ကို၎င်း၊ လာဇရု သည် ဆင်းရဲ စွာနေရသည်ကို၎င်း အောက်မေ့ လော့။ ယခု မူကား ၊ သူသည်သက်သာ ခြင်းရှိ၏။ သင် သည် ဒုက္ခ ဝေဒနာ ကို ခံရ၏။
26 And, besides all these things, betwixt us and you, a great chasm, hath been fixed, —so that, they who might wish to cross over from hence unto you, should not be able, nor any, from thence unto us, be crossing over.
၂၆ထိုမှတပါး ၊ ငါ တို့နှင့် သင် တို့ စပ်ကြား ၌ အလွန် နက်လှသော ချောက် ကြီးတည် လျက်ရှိ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် ဤအရပ်မှ သင် တို့ရှိရာသို့ ကူးချင် သောသူ မ ကူး နိုင် ။ ထို အရပ်မှ ငါ တို့ရှိရာသို့ ကူး ချင်သောသူလည်း မ ကူးနိုင် ဟု ဆို ၏။
27 But he said—I request thee then, father, that thou wouldst send him unto my father’s house, —
၂၇သူဌေး ကလည်း၊ အိုအဘ ၊ ထိုသို့ မှန်လျှင်၊
28 for I have five brethren; —that he may solemnly testify unto them, lest, they also, come into this place of torment.
၂၈အကျွန်ုပ်၌ ညီ ငါး ယောက်ရှိ ပါသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ သူ တို့သည်ဤ ပြင်းပြ စွာခံရာအရပ် သို့ မ ရောက် မည် အကြောင်း ၊ သူ တို့အား သက်သေခံ စေခြင်းငှာ ၊ လာဇရု ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အဘ ၏အိမ် သို့ စေလွှတ် တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တောင်းပန် ပါ၏ဟု ပြောဆို လျှင်၊
29 But Abraham saith—They have Moses and the Prophets: Let them hearken unto them.
၂၉အာဗြဟံ က၊ သင်၏ညီတို့၌ မောရှေ မှစ၍ ပရောဖက် များရှိ ကြ၏။ ပရောဖက် တို့၏ စကားကို နားထောင် ကြစေဟုဆို ၏။
30 But, he, said—Nay! father Abraham, but, if one, from the dead, should go unto them, they would repent.
၃၀သူဌေးကလည်း၊ မ ဟုတ်ပါ အဘ အာဗြဟံ ။ သေ သောလူစုထဲက တစ်ယောက်သောသူသည် ထမြောက်၍ သူ တို့ရှိရာသို့ သွား လျှင် ၊ သူတို့သည် နောင်တရ ကြပါလိမ့်မည်ဟုဆို သော်၊
31 But he said unto him—If, unto Moses and the Prophets, they do not hearken, neither, if one, from among the dead, should arise, would they be persuaded.
၃၁အာဗြဟံက၊ သူတို့သည် မောရှေ ၏စကား၊ ပရောဖက် တို့၏စကားကို နား မ ထောင်လျှင် ၊ တစ်ယောက် သောသူသည် သေ ခြင်းမှ ထမြောက် သော်လည်း မ ယုံကြည် နိုင်ကြဟု အာဗြဟံဆိုသည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
