< Leviticus 7 >

1 And this, is the law of the guilt-bearer, —most holy, it is!
Likewise this is the lawe of the trespasse offering, it is most holy.
2 In the place where they slay the ascending-sacrifice, shall they slay the guilt-bearer; and, the blood thereof, shall one dash against the altar, round about;
In the place where they kill the burnt offering, shall they kill the trespasse offering, and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle rounde about vpon the altar.
3 and, as for all the fat thereof, one shall bring near therefrom, —the fat-tail, and the fat that covereth the inwards;
All the fat thereof also shall he offer, the rumpe, and the fat that couereth the inwardes.
4 and the two kidneys, with the fat that is upon them, which is upon the loins, —and the caul upon the liver, up to the kidneys, shall he remove it.
After he shall take away the two kidneis, with the fat that is on them and vpon the flankes, and the kall on the liuer with the kidneis.
5 And the priest shall make a perfume with them at the altar, an altar-flame unto Yahweh—a guilt-bearer, it is,
Then the Priest shall burne them vpon the altar, for an offring made by fire vnto the Lord: this is a trespasse offring.
6 Any male among the priests, may eat thereof, —in a holy place, shall it be eaten, most holy, it is.
All the males among the Priestes shall eate thereof, it shalbe eaten in the holy place, for it is most holy.
7 As the sin-bearer, so the guilt-bearer, —one law, for them, —the priest who maketh a propitiatory-covering, therewith, —to him, shall it belong,
As the sinne offring is, so is the trespasse offring, one lawe serueth for both: that wherewith the Priest shall make atonement, shalbe his.
8 And, as for the priest who bringeth near the ascending-sacrifice of any man, the skin of the ascending-sacrifice which he hath brought near, to the priest himself, shall it belong.
Also the Priest that offereth any mans burnt offring, shall haue the skinne of the burnt offring which he hath offered.
9 And as for any meal-offering that may be baked in an oven, or anything that hath been prepared in a boiler or on a girdle, to the priest that bringeth it near—to him, shall it belong,
And all the meate offring that is baken in the ouen, and that is dressed in the pan, and in the frying pan, shall be the Priestes that offereth it.
10 And, as for any meal-offering overflowed with oil or dry, —to all the sons of Aaron, shall it belong, to one as much as to another.
And euery meate offering mingled with oyle, and that is dry, shall pertaine vnto all the sonnes of Aaron, to all alike.
11 And, this, is the law of the peace-offering which one may bring near unto Yahweh.
Furthermore, this is the lawe of the peace offrings, which he shall offer vnto the Lord.
12 If, for thanksgiving, he bring it near, then shall he bring near, with the thanksgiving sacrifice perforated cakes unleavened, overflowed with oil, and wafers unleavened anointed with oil, —and of fine flour moistened, perforated cakes overflowed with oil.
If he offer it to giue thankes, then he shall offer for his thankes offering, vnleauened cakes mingled with oyle, and vnleauened wafers anointed with oyle, and fine floure fryed with the cakes mingled with oyle.
13 With perforated cakes of leavened bread, shall he bring near his oblation, with his peace-offering of thanksgiving,
He shall offer also his offring with cakes of leauened bread, for his peace offrings, to giue thankes.
14 Then shall he bring near therefrom one of each oblation, a heave-offering unto Yahweh, —to the priest who dasheth [against the altar] the blood of the peace-offering—to him, shall it belong.
And of all the sacrifice he shall offer one cake for an heaue offering vnto the Lord, and it shalbe the Priestes that sprinckleth the blood of the peace offrings.
15 But, as for the flesh of his peace-offering of thanksgiving, on the day of bringing it near, shall it be eaten, —he shall not leave thereof until morning,
Also the flesh of his peace offerings, for thankesgiuing, shalbe eaten the same day that it is offered: he shall leaue nothing thereof vntill the morning.
16 But, if, a vow or a freewill offering, be his sacrifice of oblation, in the day he bringeth near his sacrifice, shall it be eaten, and on the morrow, then may the remainder thereof, be eaten;
But if the sacrifice of his offring be a vow, or a free offering, it shalbe eaten the same day that he offreth his sacrifice: and so in the morning the residue thereof shalbe eaten.
17 but as for the remainder of the flesh of the sacrifice, on the third day—in fire, shall it be consumed.
But as much of the offered flesh as remaineth vnto the third day, shalbe burnt with fire.
18 And, if any of the flesh of his peace-offering, be at all eaten, on the third day, he that brought it near [shall not be accepted] it shall not be reckoned to him, unclean, shall it be, —and the person who shall eat thereof, shall bear his iniquity.
For if any of the flesh of his peace offrings be eaten in the third day, he shall not be accepted that offereth it, neither shall it be reckoned vnto him, but shalbe an abomination: therefore ye person that eateth of it shall beare his iniquitie.
19 And, the flesh that toucheth anything unclean, shall not be eaten, in fire, shall it be consumed, —but, as for the [other] flesh, any one who is clean, may eat flesh.
The flesh also that toucheth any vncleane thing, shall not be eaten, but burnt with fire: but of this flesh all that be cleane shall eate thereof.
20 But as for the person who shall eat flesh from the peace-offering, which pertaineth unto Yahweh, while his uncleanness is on him, then shall that person be cut off from among his kinsfolk.
But if any eate of the flesh of the peace offerings that pertaineth to the Lord, hauing his vncleannesse vpon him, euen the same person shalbe cut off from his people.
21 Yea, as for, any person, whensoever he shall touch anything unclean—the uncleanness of man or an unclean beast, or any unclean disgusting thing, —and then eateth of the flesh of a peace-offering that pertaineth unto Yahweh, then shall that person be cut off from among his kinsfolk.
Moreouer, whe any toucheth any vncleane thing, as the vncleannesse of man, or of an vncleane beast, or of any filthie abomination, and eate of the flesh of the peace offrings, which pertaineth vnto the Lord, euen that person shalbe cut off from his people.
22 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying—
Againe ye Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
23 Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, —No fat, of ox or sheep or goat, shall ye eat:
Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say, Ye shall eate no fat of beeues, nor of sheepe, nor of goates:
24 and though the fat of what dieth of itself and the fat of that which has been torn in pieces, may be used for any other service, yet shall ye, in nowise eat it.
Yet the fat of the dead beast, and the fat of that, which is torne with beastes, shalbe occupied to any vse, but ye shall not eate of it.
25 Nay, as touching any one who eateth the fat of any beast, wherefrom he might bring near an altar-flame unto Yahweh, then shall the person that eateth be cut off from among his kinsfolk.
For whosoeuer eateth the fat of the beast, of the which he shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord, euen the person that eateth, shalbe cut off from his people.
26 And no manner of blood, shall ye eat, in any of your dwellings, —whether of bird or of beast:
Neither shall ye eate any blood, either of foule, or of beast in all your dwellings.
27 as touching any person who eateth any manner of blood, then shall that person be cut off from among his kinsfolk.
Euery person that eateth any blood, euen the same person shall be cut off from his people.
28 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying,
And the Lord talked with Moses, saying,
29 Speak unto the sons of Israel saying, —He that offereth his peace-offering unto Yahweh, shall bring in his own oblation unto Yahweh out of his peace-offering:
Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say, Hee that offereth his peace offerings vnto the Lord, shall bring his gifte vnto the Lord of his peace offerings:
30 his own hands shall bring in the altar-flames of Yahweh, —the fat with the breast, he shall bring it in, the breast, to wave it as a wave-offering before Yahweh.
His handes shall bring the offerings of the Lord made by fire: euen the fatte with the breast shall he bring, that the breast may be shaken to and from before the Lord.
31 Then shall the priest make a perfume with the fat at the altar, —and the breast shall be for Aaron and for his sons.
Then the Priest shall burne the fatte vpon the Altar, and the breast shall be Aarons and his sonnes.
32 But, the right shoulder, shall ye give as a heave-offering, unto the priest, —from among your peace-offerings
And the right shoulder shall ye giue vnto the Priest for an heaue offering, of your peace offrings.
33 he that bringeth near the blood of the peace-offerings and the fat from among the sons of Aaron, to him, shall belong the right shoulder for a portion.
The same that offreth the blood of ye peace offrings, and the fatte, among the sonnes of Aaron, shall haue the right shoulder for his parte.
34 For, the wave-breast and the heave-shoulder, have I taken of the sons of Israel, out of their peace-offerings, —and have given them unto Aaron the priest and unto his sons as an age-abiding statute, from the sons of Israel.
For the breast shaken to and from, and the shoulder lifted vp, haue I taken of the children of Israel, euen of their peace offrings, and haue giuen them vnto Aaron the Priest and vnto his sonnes by a statute for euer from among the children of Israel.
35 This, is what pertaineth to the anointing of Aaron and to the anointing of his sons out of the altar-flames of Yahweh, —[granted] in the day when he brought them near, to minister as priests unto Yahweh:
This is the anointing of Aaron, and the anointing of his sonnes, concerning the offerings of the Lord made by fire, in the day when he presented them to serue in the Priestes office vnto the Lord.
36 which Yahweh commanded to give them in the day when he anointed them, from among the sons of Israel, —an age-abiding statute to their generations.
The which portions the Lord commanded to giue them in the day that he anointed them from among the children of Israel, by a statute for euer in their generations.
37 This is the law—for the ascending-sacrifice, for the meal-offering, and for the sin-bearer, and for the guilt-bearer, —and for the installation-offerings, and for the peace-offering:
This is also the lawe of the burnt offring of the meate offring, and of the sinne offring, and of the trespasse offring, and of the consecrations, and of the peace offrings,
38 which Yahweh commanded Moses in Mount Sinai, —in the day when he commanded the sons of Israel to bring near their oblations unto Yahweh in the desert of Sinai.
Which the Lord commanded Moses in the mount Sinai, when he commanded the children of Israel to offer their giftes vnto the Lord in the wildernesse of Sinai.
