Leviticus 3
1 But, if a peace-offering, be his oblation, if, of the herd, he himself, be bringing near, —whether male or female, without defect, shall he bring it near before Yahweh.
Om hans offer är ett tackoffer, af fä, antingen oxe eller ko, skall han offra för Herranom det utan vank är;
2 Then shall he lean his hand upon the head of his oblation, and slay it at the entrance of the tent of meeting, —and the sons of Aaron the priests shall dash the blood against the altar round about,
Och skall lägga sina hand på dess hufvud, och slagta det för dörrene af vittnesbördsens tabernakel; och Presterna, Aarons söner, skola stänka blodet på altaret allt omkring;
3 Then shall he bring near out of the peace-offering, an altar-flame unto Yahweh, —the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards;
Och skall offra af det tackoffret Herranom, nämliga allt det feta på inelfverna;
4 and the two kidneys, and the fat which is upon them, which is upon the loins, —and the caul upon the liver, upon the kidneys, shall he remove it.
Och båda njurarna med det feta, som derpå är vid länderna, och det nätet öfver lefrena med njurarna.
5 Then shall the sons of Aaron make thereof a perfume at the altar, upon the ascending-sacrifice which is on the wood, which is on the fire, —an altar-flame of a satisfying odour unto Yahweh.
Och Aarons söner skola det uppbränna på altaret för ett bränneoffer på vedenom, som ligger på eldenom. Det är ett offer, som väl luktar för Herranom.
6 But, if out of the flock, be his oblation for a peace-offering unto Yahweh, whether male or female—without defect, shall he bring it near.
Men vill han göra Herranom ett tackoffer af små boskap, antingen gummar eller gymmer, så skall det vara utan all vank.
7 If a young sheep, he himself, be bringing near as his oblation, then shall he bring it near, before Yahweh.
Är det ett lamb, så skall han hafva det fram för Herran;
8 And he shall lean his hand upon the head of his oblation, and shall slay it before the tent of meeting, —and the sons of Aaron shall dash the blood thereof against the altar round about.
Och skall lägga sina hand på dess hufvud, och slagta det inför vittnesbördsens tabernakel; och Aarons söner skola stänka dess blod på altaret allt omkring;
9 Then shall he bring near out of the peace-offering, an altar-flame unto Yahweh, the fat thereof the fat-tail thereof entire close to the backbone, shall he remove it, —and the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards;
Och alltså offra Herranom af tackoffrena, nämliga dess feta; hela stjerten med ryggenom, det feta som är öfver inelfven, samt med allt det feta som invärtes är;
10 and the two kidneys, with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, —and the caul that is on the liver, on the kidneys, shall he remove it.
Och båda njurarna med allt det feta, som derpå är vid länderna, och det nätet om lefrena och njurarna.
11 Then shall the priest make a perfume, at the altar, —the food of an altar-flame, unto Yahweh.
Och Presten skall uppbränna det på altaret, till offrens spis Herranom.
12 But if a goat, be his oblation, then shall he bring it near, before Yahweh.
Är hans offer en get, och bär henne fram för Herran;
13 And he shall lean his hand upon its head, and shall slay it before the tent of meeting, —and the sons of Aaron shall dash its blood against the altar, round about.
Skall han lägga sina hand på hennes hufvud, och slagta henne för vittnesbördsens tabernakel; och Aarons söner skola stänka hennes blod på altaret allt omkring;
14 Then shall he bring near therefrom as his oblation an altar-flame unto Yahweh, —the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards;
Och skall deraf offra ett offer Herranom, nämliga det feta som är omkring inelfverna, och allt det feta som invärtes är;
15 and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them which is on the loins, —the caul upon the liver, on the kidneys, shall he remove it.
Båda njurarna med det feta, som derpå är vid länderna, och nätet öfver lefrena med njurarna.
16 Then shall the priest make a perfume at the altar, —the food of an altar-flame for a satisfying odour, —all the fat—unto Yahweh.
Och Presten skall uppbrännat på altaret till offrens spis, till en söt lukt. Allt det feta hörer Herranom till.
17 An age-abiding statute to your generations, in all your dwellings, —none of the fat nor of the blood, shall ye eat.
Det vare en evig sed med edra efterkommande uti alla edra boningar, att I intet fett eller blod äten.
