< Leviticus 24 >
1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:
Awurade ka kyerɛɛ Mose se,
2 Command the sons of Israel, That they bring unto thee—pure oil olive, beaten, for giving light, —to cause the lamp to burn up continually.
“Ka kyerɛ Israelfo na wɔmmrɛ wo ngo kronkron na fa sɔ kanea sɛnea ɛrennum da.
3 Outside the veil of the testimony, in the tent of meeting, shall Aaron order it, from evening until morning, before Yahweh continually, —a statute age-abiding, to your generations.
Wɔ kaneadua a wɔde sikakɔkɔɔ ayɛ a esi ntwamtam a etwa kronkron mu kronkron no akyi no. Efi anwummere kosi anɔpa biara, Aaron bɛhwɛ akanea a ɛwɔ Awurade anim no so. Eyi bɛyɛ ayɛde a ɛbɛtena hɔ daa wɔ awo ntoatoaso nyinaa mu.
4 Upon the pure lampstand, shall he order the lamps, —before Yahweh, continually.
Ɛsɛ sɛ wɔhwɛ akanea a esisi sikakɔkɔɔ kaneadua so wɔ Awurade anim no so bere biara.
5 And thou shalt take fine meal, and bake it, in twelve cakes, —of two-tenths, shall each cake be.
“Momfa asikresiam muhumuhu nto brodo amuamu dumien a mua biara mode esiam lita anan ne fa na ɛbɛto.
6 And thou shalt set them in two rows, six in a row, —upon the pure table, before Yahweh.
Monhyehyɛ no ntaataaso abien, a asia wɔ ntaataaso baako biara mu wɔ sikakɔkɔɔ kann pon no so wɔ Awurade anim.
7 And thou shalt put upon each row pure frankincense, —so shall it belong unto the bread as a memorial, an altar-flame unto Yahweh.

8 Sabbath day by sabbath day, shall he order it before Yahweh continually, —from the sons of Israel as an age-abiding covenant:
Ɛsɛ sɛ wɔde saa brodo yi sisi Awurade anim Homeda biara; ɛbɛyɛ apam a enni awiei ama Israelfo.
9 so shall it be for Aaron and for his sons, and they shall eat it in a holy place, —for most holy, shall it be unto him from among the altar-flames of Yahweh, a statute age-abiding.
Brodo yi yɛ Aaron ne ne mmabarima de, na ɛsɛ sɛ wodi wɔ kronkronbea hɔ, efisɛ ɛyɛ kronkron pa ara wɔ wɔn kyɛfa a ɛwɔ afɔrebɔde a wɔhyew ma Awurade no mu.”
10 And forth went the son of a woman of Israel—he being the son of a man of Egypt—in the midst of the sons of Israel;
Da bi, aberante bi a ne na yɛ Israelni na nʼagya nso yɛ Misraimni ne Israelfo no baako nyaa ntɔkwaw wɔ wɔn atenae.
11 and the son of the woman of Israel, and a man of Israel, reviled one another in the camp. And the son of the Israelitish woman uttered contemptuously the Name, and reviled. So they brought him in unto Moses, —now, the name of his mother, was Shelomith, daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan;
Ntɔkwaw no mu no, Israelni babarima no domee Onyankopɔn enti wɔde no baa Mose nkyɛn sɛ wommu no atɛn. Na ne na din de Selomit a ɔyɛ Dibri a ofi Dan abusua mu no babea.
12 and they put him in ward, —that a clear answer might be given to them at the mouth of Yahweh.
Wɔde no too afiase twɛn Awurade akwankyerɛ.
13 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:
Awurade ka kyerɛɛ Mose se,
14 Bring forth him that reviled unto the outside of the camp, then shall all that heard [him] lean their hands upon his head, —and all the assembly shall stone him.
“Fa obusuyɛni no fi atenae ha kɔ na kɔka kyerɛ wɔn a wɔtee asɛm a ɔkae no nyinaa na wɔmfa wɔn nsa ngu nʼapampam; afei nnipa no nyinaa nsiw no abo nkum no.
15 And, unto the sons of Israel, shalt thou speak saying, —What man soever curseth his God shall bear his sin.
Ka kyerɛ Israelfo no se, ‘Obiara a ɔbɛdome Onyankopɔn no, ɛsɛ sɛ onya ho asotwe:
16 And, he that contemptuously uttereth the name of Yahweh, shall be, surely put to death, all the assembly shall, surely stone, him, —as the sojourner so the home-born, when he contemptuously uttereth the Name, he shall be put to death.
obiara a ogu Awurade din ho fi no, ɛsɛ sɛ wokum no. Ɛsɛ sɛ dɔm no nyinaa siw no abo. Ɔhɔho anaa Israelni biara a obegu Awurade din ho fi no, ɛsɛ sɛ wokum no.
17 And, when, any man, by smiting taketh the life of any human being, he shall be surely put to death,
“‘Obiara a okum ne yɔnko nipa no, ɛsɛ sɛ wokum no.
18 And he that by smiting taketh away the life of a beast, shall make it good, —life for life.
Obiara a okum aboa bi a ɛnyɛ ne dea no, ɛsɛ sɛ ɔhyɛ anan mu.
19 And, when, any man, inflicteth a blemish upon his neighbour, as he hath done, so, shall it be done to him:
Sɛ obi pira ne yɔnko a, ɔyɔnko no nso bepira no bi saa ara.
20 fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, as he inflicteth a blemish upon a human being, so, shall one be inflicted upon him.
Dompe mu bu nsi dompe mu bu anan mu; ani nsi ani anan mu; ɛse nsi ɛse anan mu. Sɛnea obi pira ɔfoforo, no saa ara na wompira ɔno nso.
21 And he that killeth a beast, shall make it good, -and he that killeth a human being, shall be put to death.
Obiara a obekum aboa bi no, ɛsɛ sɛ ɔhyɛ anan mu; nanso sɛ obi kum onipa a, ɛsɛ sɛ wokum no bi.
22 One rule, shall ye have, as the sojourner, so the home-born, shall be, —For, I—Yahweh, am your God.
Mmara koro no ara wɔ hɔ ma ɔhɔho ne kuroni. Mene Awurade, mo Nyankopɔn.’”
23 So then Moses spake unto the sons of Israel, and they took forth the reviler, unto the outside of the camp, and stoned him with stones. Thus, the sons of Israel did, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
Enti Mose kasa kyerɛɛ Israelfo no, na woyii obusuyɛni no fii atenae hɔ kosiw no abo. Israelfo no yɛɛ sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ Mose no.
