Leviticus 1
1 Then called he unto Moses, —and Yahweh spake unto him, out of the tent of meeting, saying:
Ary Jehovah niantso an’ i Mosesy ka niteny taminy tao amin’ ny trano-lay fihaonana hoe:
2 Speak thou unto the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them When any man, would bring near from among you an oblation, unto Yahweh, from the beasts, from the herd or from the flock, shall ye bring near your oblation.
Mitenena amin’ ny Zanak’ Isiraely hoe: Raha misy aminareo manatitra biby fiompy ho fanatitra ho an’ i Jehovah, dia omby na ondry na osy no haterinareo ho fanatitrareo.
3 If an ascending-sacrifice, be his oblation—of the herd, a male without defect, shall he bring near, —unto the entrance of the tent of meeting, shall he bring it, for its acceptance, before Yahweh.
Raha omby no ateriny ho fanatitra dorana, dia lahy tsy misy kilema no hateriny; eo anoloan’ ny varavaran’ ny trano-lay fihaonana no hanaterany azy, mba hankasitrahana eo anatrehan’ i Jehovah izy.
4 Then shall he lean his hand, upon the head of the ascending-sacrifice, —and it shall be accepted for him to put a propitiatory covering over him;
Ary hametraka ny tànany eo amin’ ny lohan’ ny fanatitra dorana izy, dia hahazoany fankasitrahana izany, hanaovana fanavotana ho azy.
5 and he shall slay the young bullock before Yahweh, —and the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall bring near the blood, and shall dash the blood against the altar round about, [even the altar] that is at the entrance of the tent of meeting.
Dia hamono ny zanak’ omby eo anatrehan’ i Jehovah izy; ary ireo mpisorona, zanak’ i Arona, dia hanatitra ny rà ka hanopy azy manodidina amin’ ny lafin’ ny alitara, izay eo anoloan’ ny varavaran’ ny trano-lay fihaonana;
6 Then shall he flay the ascending-sacrifice, —and cut it up into its pieces.
ary hohodirany ny fanatitra dorana, dia horasainy tsara.
7 And the sons of Aaron the priest shall place fire upon the altar, —and arrange wood, upon the fire.
Ary ireo zanak’ i Arona mpisorona dia hanisy afo eo ambonin’ ny alitara ka handahatra kitay eo amin’ ny afo.
8 And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall arrange the pieces, the head and the fat, —upon the wood, that is on the fire, that is on the altar.
Ary ireo mpisorona, zanak’ i Arona, dia handahatra ny voarasa mbamin’ ny lohany sy ny saborany eo ambonin’ ny kitay eo amin’ ny afo izay eo ambonin’ ny alitara;
9 But its inwards and its legs, shall they bathe with water, —then shall the priest make, of the whole, a perfume at the altar, an ascending-sacrifice an altar-flame of a satisfying odour unto Yahweh.
fa ny taovany, sy ny tongony kosa hosasany amin’ ny rano; dia hodoran’ ny mpisorona ho fofona izy rehetra eo ambonin’ ny alitara; fanatitra dorana izany, dia fanatitra atao amin’ ny afo ho hanitra ankasitrahana ho an’ i Jehovah.
10 But, if of the flock, be his oblation, —of the sheep or of the goats, for an ascending-sacrifice, a male without defect, shall he bring near.
Ary raha ondry na osy no ateriny ho fanatitra dorana, dia lahy tsy misy kilema koa no hateriny.
11 And he shall slay it on the side of the altar northward, before Yahweh, —and the sons of Aaron the priests shall dash its blood against the altar round about.
Dia hamono azy eo avaratry ny alitara eo anatrehan’ i Jehovah izy; ary ireo mpisorona, zanak’ i Arona, dia hanopy ny rà manodidina amin’ ny lafin’ ny alitara.
12 And he shall cut it up into its pieces, and its head, and its fat, —and the priest shall arrange them upon the wood that is on the fire, that is on the altar,
Dia horasainy tsara izy mbamin’ ny lohany sy ny saborany; ary halahatry ny mpisorona eo ambonin’ ny kitay izy eo amin’ ny afo izay eo ambonin’ ny alitara;
13 But the inwards and the legs, shall he bathe in water, —then shall the priest bring near the whole and make a perfume at the altar, an ascending-sacrifice, it is an altar-flame of a satisfying odour, unto Yahweh.
fa ny taovany sy ny tongony kosa hosasany amin’ ny rano; dia ho entin’ ny mpisorona izy rehetra ka hodorany ho fofona eo ambonin’ ny alitara; ho fanatitra dorana izany, dia fanatitra atao amin’ ny afo ho hanitra ankasitrahana ho an’ i Jehovah.
14 But, if, of birds, be the ascending-sacrifice of his oblation unto Yahweh, then shall he bring near of the turtle-doves or of the young pigeons, his oblation.
Ary raha vorona no ateriny ho an’ i Jehovah ho fanatitra dorana, dia domohina na zana-boromailala no hateriny ho fanatiny.
15 And the priest shall bring it near unto the altar shall nip off its head, and make a perfume at the altar, —and its blood shall be drained out upon the wall of the altar.
Ary haterin’ ny mpisorona ho eo amin’ ny alitara izany, ka hotapahiny amin’ ny hoho ny lohany, dia hodorany ho fofona eo ambonin’ ny alitara, ary hofiazany eo amin’ ny rindrin’ ny alitara ny ràny;
16 Then shall he take away its crop with its plumage, —and cast it beside the altar, eastward, into the place of fat ashes;
ary hesoriny ny takorobabony sy ny ao anatiny, ka hariany eo atsinanan’ ny alitara, dia eo amin’ ny fitoeran-davenona;
17 and he shall cleave it in its wings—he shall not divide it asunder, so shall the priest make a perfume therewith, at the altar, upon the wood that is on the fire, —an ascending-sacrifice, it is, an altar-flame of a satisfying odour, unto Yahweh.
ary hosamahany amin’ ny elany no fameraka azy, fa tsy hohenteriny; ary ny mpisorona handoro azy ho fofona eo ambonin’ ny alitara, ambonin’ ny kitay izay eo amin’ ny afo; fanatitra dorana izany, dia fanatitra atao amin’ ny afo ho hanitra ankasitrahana ho an’ i Jehovah.
