< Jude 1 >

1 Jude, Jesus Christ’s servant, and brother of James, unto, the called, by God the Father, beloved, and, by Jesus Christ preserved, —
Jesu Khrih a tyihzawih pynoet na ak awm Jakob a naa, Juda ing, Khy na awm nawh, Pa Khawsa ing a lungnaak Jesu Khrih ak caming khoem na ak awmkhqi venawh:
2 Mercy to you, and peace, and love, be multiplied!
Am qeennaak, ngaihding naak ingkaw lungnaak ce nangmih aham khawzah awm seh.
3 Beloved! though I was using all diligence to be writing unto you concerning our common salvation, yet have I had necessity to write at once unto you, exhorting you to be earnestly contending for, the faith, once for all delivered unto the saints.
Ka lungnaak ka pyikhqi, kaimih ing ka mik kqawn thaawngnaak akawng ce qee aham ngaih soeih hlai nyng, thlakciimkhqi boeih a venawh hypboet peek na ak awm cangnaak awh ngaih tlypnaak nami taak aham ca qee aham poek nyng.
4 For there have crept in unobserved certain men, who, from of old, have been publicly notified for this sentence, ungodly, men, the favour of our God, turning into wantonness, and, our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ, denying.
Ikawtih maa na nangmih ak khuiawh ang hyp na ak kun thlakche na ak awm thlang pynoet akawng ce qee na awm hawh hy. Cemyih ak thlangkhqi cetaw Khawsa amak sim, Khawsa qeennaak nu ingkaw pa thawlhnaak benna ak hawi lat ingkaw ningnih a sawsang soeih ingkaw Bawipa Jesu Khrih ak oelhkhqi na awm uhy.
5 I am minded, therefore, to put you in remembrance, —though ye know all things once for all, That the Lord, when a people out of Egypt he had saved, in, the next place, them that believed not, destroyed.
Vemyihkhqi ve sim boeih hawh hlai uhyk ti, Bawipaing ak thlangkhqi ce Izip qam awhkawng sawi hy, cehlai a hu nataw amak cangnaak thlangkhqi ce him hy.
6 Messengers also, even them who had not kept their own principality, but had forsaken their proper dwelling, unto the judgment of the great day in perpetual bonds under thick gloom, hath he reserved. (aïdios g126)
A mimah a saithainaak dyih hun awh a awm poe kaana a mimah a im a mik cehtaak khan ceityihkhqi – ce thannaak ak khuiawh tahy, awidengnaak khawnyn bau awh awi deng aham kumqui thiqui ing khit hy. (aïdios g126)
7 As, Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them, having in like manner to these given themselves over to fornication, and gone away after other kind of flesh, lie exposed as an example, a penalty of age-abiding fire, undergoing. (aiōnios g166)
Cemyih lawtna, Sodom ingkaw Gomorrah ingkaw a kengsam awhkaw khawkhqi ing nu ingkaw pa thawlh sainaak awh a mimah ingkaw a mimah ce pe qu uhy. Kumqui mai awh ak khuikha thlangkhqi aham dan kawina a mingmih ce awm uhy. (aiōnios g166)
8 In like manner, nevertheless, even these, in their dreamings, flesh indeed defile, while lordship they set aside, and dignities they defame.
Cemyih bai lawtna, vemyihna mang ak hankhqi ing a mimah a pum ce tyih ak cu na sai uhy, saithainaak ak takhqi ce qoeng unawh, khawnghi na ak awmkhqi ce ak che na kqawn uhy.
9 Whereas, Michael, the chief-messenger, when, with the adversary, disputing, he was reasoning about the body of Moses, durst not impose on him a defamatory sentence, but said—The Lord rebuke thee!
Cehlai khan ceityih hqam Mikal ing zani Mosi a pum ce setan ing a ning qawt qu awh, ak che na anih ak khanawh thawlh puk aham kqih nawh, “Bawipa ing ni zyi seh!” tina hy.
10 But, these, whatsoever things, indeed, they know not, they defame; but, whatsoever things, naturally, like the irrational creatures, they well understand, by these, are they, bringing themselves to ruin.
Cehlai ve ak thlangkhqi ingtaw ama ming zaksim ik-oeih ingkaw cyihnaak ing a sim ik-oeih ak khanawh awm qamsa amyihna poeknaak a taak kaana amak thym na ak che na kqawn uhy – vemyihkhqi ing a mingmih ce plawci sak khqi hy.
11 Alas for them! because—in the way of Cain have they gone, and, in the error of Balaam’s wage, have they run riot, and, in the gainsaying of Korah, have they perished.
Khaw na map uhy! Kain a lam ce hquut uhy; hawihkhangnaak ami ngaih aih awh Balam a sai thawlhnaak khuiawh cawn uhy; Korah a qaal thawhnaak awh plawci kang hawh uhy.
12 These are they—who, in your love-feasts, are hidden rocks, as they fare sumptuously together, fearlessly, themselves, shepherding, —clouds without water, by winds swept along, trees autumnal, fruitless, twice dead, uprooted,
Vemih ak thlangkhqi ve nangmih lungnaak buhveel kung awh coet ak kap na awm uhy, ngaihseetnaak tehca awm a taak kaana nangmih anglakawh buh ai uhy – amah ingkaw amah doeng ak cah qu tuukhaikhqi na awm uhy. Zilh ing a zawn mailai khawtlan tui amak awm cingmaikhqi ni; ak kqa nakawng phu qu nawh ak thaih amak awm, lo mai awhkaw thing – hih voei na ak thikhqi ni.
13 Wild waves of sea, foaming out their own infamies, wandering stars, for whom the gloom of darkness age-abiding hath been reserved. (aiōn g165)
Tuicunli awhkaw tuibak ak tho, chahnaak ak awm ik-oeih ak cunkhqi ingkaw ak cet hyhy aihchikhqi ni, a mingmih aham kumqui na ak hyp thannaak ce taak peek ce na awm hawh hy. (aiōn g165)
14 But the seventh from Adam, Enoch, prophesied, even of these, saying—Lo! the Lord hath come with his holy myriads, —
Adam awhkawng ak khqih naak Enok ing ve ak thlangkhqi akawng ve anak kqawn oepchoeh hy: “Toek lah, Bawipa taw amah ak thlangciim thong sang ingkaw
15 To execute judgment against all, and to convict all the ungodly—of all their works of ungodliness, which they committed in ungodliness, and of all the hard things which they have spoken against him—sinners, ungodly!
Khawsa amak sim thlangkhqi boeih ing Khawsa ak kawngaih am na Khawsa ak kawngaih am lam awh amah ak kawngaih doeng ak hquut, thlang ak theetkhqi ce law kaw,” tinawh kqawn law uhy.
16 These, are murmurers, complainers, according to their covetings, going on, —and, their mouth, speaketh great swelling words, —holding persons in admiration, for profit’s sake.
Vemih ak thlangkhqi ve nangmih anik pek thlangkhqi ni, khawmdek simnaak mai mai ak hquut thlangkhqi na awm unawh myihla am ta uhy.
17 But, ye, beloved! remember the things which were foretold by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Cehlai ka pyikhqi, ningnih a Bawipa Jesu Khrih a ceityihkhqi ing ami nak kqawn ce ce poek lah uh.
18 How that they used to say to you—In the last time, there shall be mockers, —according to their own ungodly covetings, going on.
Cekkhqi ing nangmih a venawh, “A tym a hukhit na taw Khawsa ak kawngaih am a mimah a hy ngaihnaak a hu awh amik cet thlang ak kqawn chekhqi awm law kaw,” tinawh a mik kqawn law ce.
19 These, are they who make complete separation, mere men of soul, Spirit, not possessing.
Cekkhqi ing nangmih ce ni pek khqi kaw, cekkhqi taw khawmdek simnaak ak hquut zapkhqi ingkaw Myihla amak ta ak thlangkhqi ni.
20 But, ye, beloved! building yourselves up in your most holy faith, in Holy Spirit, praying,
Cehlai ka lungnaak ka pyikhqi, nangmih taw cangnaak ak ciim ing dyi unawh taw Ciim Myihla awh cykcah lah uh.
21 Yourselves, in God’s love, keep, —awaiting the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, unto age-abiding life. (aiōnios g166)
Nangmih a venawh kumqui hqingnaak ak haw law hly kawi ningnih a Bawipa Jesu Khrih ce nami qeh amyihna Khawsa a lungnaak ing awm lah uh. (aiōnios g166)
22 And, on some, indeed, have mercy, —such as are in doubt, be saving, out of the fire, snatching them;
Upvoetnaak kawlung ak ta thlangkhqi venawh qeennaak ta law uh;
23 But, on others, have mercy with fear, hating even, the garment, spotted by the flesh.
mai ak khuiawh kawng thlang ce qawt law unawh taw hul law lah uh; thlang a venawh qeennaak dang law sak uh, kqihnaak ing pumsa thawlhnaak ing ak sui a bai ce sawh law na uh.
24 Now, unto him who is able—to guard you from stumbling, and to set you in the presence of his glory, without blemish, with exultation, —
Nangmih anik thawh khqi thaikung ingkaw amah a boeimangnaak a haiawh thawlhnaak a awm kaana zeelnaak ak bau soeih nangmih anik pekung –
25 Unto God alone our Saviour, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, greatness, dominion, and authority, before all the [by-gone] age, and now, and unto all the [coming] ages. Amen! (aiōn g165)
Khawsa ningnih a Hulkung doeng a venawh thangleeknaak, boeimang naak, thaawm naak ingkaw saithainaak, Jesu Khrih ningnih a Bawipa ak caming ak cykca ingkaw tuh awhkawng kumqui dyna awm seh! Amen. (aiōn g165)
