Joshua 15

1 So then the boundary of the tribe of the sons of Judah, by their families, —reached unto the boundary of Edom, the desert of Zin southward, on the extreme south;

2 so their south boundary beginneth at the end of the Salt Sea, —from the bay that turneth to the south;

Mondelo na yango ya sude ebandaki na suka ya ebale monene ya Barozo, longwa na eteni ya mabele oyo ekota kati na ebale monene oyo etalana na Negevi,

3 and goeth forth on the south of the cliffs of Akrabbim, and crosseth over to Zin, and goeth up on the south of Kadesh-barnea, —and passeth over by Hezron, and goeth up to Addar, and turneth round to Karka;

emataki kino na ngambo ya sude ya Akarabimi mpe elekaki na Tsini, sima emataki na ngambo ya sude ya Kadeshi-Barinea mpe ekitaki na Etsironi; emataki na ngambo ya Adari mpe ebalukaki na ngambo ya Karika.

4 and passeth over to Azmon, and goeth forth at the ravine of Egypt, and so the extensions of the boundary are to the sea. This, shall be your south boundary.

Elekaki na Atsimoni, ekendeki kotutana na moluka ya Ejipito mpe esukaki na Ebale monene. Yango nde ezali mondelo na bango na ngambo ya sude.

5 And, a boundary eastward, is the Salt Sea, as far as the end of the Jordan. And, the boundary on the north side, is from the bay of the sea, from the end of the Jordan.

Na ngambo ya este, mondelo ezalaki ebale monene ya Barozo kino na suka ya Yordani. Na ngambo ya nor, ezalaki longwa na eteni ya mabele oyo ekota kati na ebale kino na suka ya Yordani.

6 And the boundary goeth up Beth-hoglah, and passeth over, on the north, by Beth-arabah, —and the boundary goeth up by the Stone of Bohan, son of Reuben;

Mondelo emataki na Beti-Ogila, elekaki na ngambo ya nor ya Beti-Araba mpe emataki kino na Libanga ya Boani, mwana mobali ya Ribeni.

7 and the boundary goeth up towards Debir, out of the vale of Achor, then northward, turning unto Gilgal, which is over against the ascent of Adummim, which is on the south side of the ravine, —then the boundary passeth over unto the waters of En-shemesh, and so the extensions thereof are unto En-rogel:

8 then ascendeth the boundary by the valley of the son of Hinnom, to the side of the Jebusite, on the south, the same, is Jerusalem, —and the boundary goeth up unto the top of the mountain which faceth the valley of Hinnom, to the west, which is at the end of the Vale of Giants, northwards;

9 and the boundary turneth round, from the top of the mountain, unto the fountain of the waters of Nephtoah, and goeth out unto the cities of Mount Ephron, —then the boundary turneth round to Baalah, the same, is Kiriath-jearim;

Longwa na songe ya ngomba, mondelo yango ekatisaki kino na etima ya mayi ya Nefitoa, ebimaki na bingumba ya ngomba Efroni mpe ekitaki na ngambo ya Baala (oyo ezali Kiriati-Yearimi).

10 then the boundary goeth round from Baalah westward, unto Mount Seir, and passeth over unto the slope of Mount Yearim, on the north, the same, is Chesalon, —and descendeth Bethshemesh, and passeth over Timnah;

Longwa na Baala, mondelo yango ekatisaki na ngambo ya weste, pene ya ngomba Seiri; elekaki na mopanzi ya ngomba ya bazamba, na ngambo ya nor (oyo ezali ngomba Kesaloni); ekobaki kokita kino na Beti-Shemeshi mpe ekatisaki kino na Timina.

11 then the boundary goeth forth unto the side of Ekron, northward, then the boundary turneth round towards Shikkeron, and crosseth over Mount Baalah, and goeth out at Jabneel, —and the extensions of the boundary are to the sea.

Mondelo yango ekendeki na mopanzi ya ngambo ya nor ya Ekroni, ebalukaki na Shikeroni, elekaki pene ya ngomba Baala; ekendeki kino na Yabineyeli mpe esukaki na ebale monene.

12 And, as a west boundary, are the great sea and coast. This, is the boundary of the sons of Judah, round about, by their families.

Mondelo ya ngambo ya weste elekaki pembeni-pembeni ya ebale monene Mediterane. Yango nde ezalaki, na bangambo nyonso, eteni ya mabele ya bato ya libota ya Yuda kolanda bituka na bango.

13 And, to Caleb, son of Jephunneh, gave he a portion, in the midst of the sons of Judah, at the bidding of Yahweh, by Joshua, —even the City of Arba, father of Anak, the same, is Hebron.

Kolanda mitindo oyo Yawe apesaki ye, Jozue apesaki Kalebi, mwana mobali ya Yefune, eteni ya mabele: Kiriati-Ariba (oyo ezali Ebron), kati na libota ya bato ya Yuda. (Ariba azalaki tata ya Anaki).

14 And Caleb dispossessed from thence, the three sons of Anak, —Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai, the descendants of Anak.

Kalebi abenganaki, wuta na Ebron, bakitani misato ya Anaki: Sheshayi, Ayimani mpe Talimayi.

15 And he went up from thence, against the inhabitants of Debir, —now, the name of Debir, formerly, was Kiriath-sepher.

Longwa wana, akendeki kobundisa bavandi ya Debiri oyo kombo na yango ezalaki na kala « Kiriati-Seferi. »

16 Then said Caleb, He that smiteth Kiriath-sepher, and captureth it, I will give unto him Achsah, my daughter, to wife.

Kalebi alobaki: « Nakopesa na libala Akisa, mwana na ngai ya mwasi, epai ya moto nyonso oyo akobundisa mpe akobotola Kiriati-Seferi. »

17 And Othniel son of Kenaz, brother of Caleb, captured it, —so he gave unto him Achsah, his daughter, to wife.

Otinieli, mwana mobali ya Kenazi, ndeko mobali ya Kalebi, abotolaki yango; boye Kalebi apesaki Akisa, mwana na ye ya mwasi, na libala epai ya Otinieli.

18 And it came to pass, when she came, that she moved him to ask of her father a field, and, when she alighted from off the ass, Caleb said unto her—What aileth thee?

Nzokande, tango Akisa akomaki na ndako ya Otinieli, atindikaki ye ete asenga elanga epai ya Kalebi, tata na ye. Boye, tango Akisa akitaki wuta na ane na ye, Kalebi atunaki ye: — Olingi nini?

19 And she said—Give me a present, for, dry land, hast thou given me, therefore must thou give me, pools of water. So he gave her upper pools and lower pools.

Akisa azongisaki: — Salela ngai ngolu. Lokola opesaki ngai eteni ya mabele kati na Negevi, pesa ngai lisusu bitima. Boye, Kalebi apesaki ye bitima ya likolo mpe ya se.

20 This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Judah, by their families.

Yango nde ezalaki eteni ya mabele oyo bato ya libota ya Yuda bazwaki lokola libula, kolanda mabota na bango.

21 And the uttermost cities of the tribe of the sons of Judah, towards the boundary of Edom in the south, were, —Kabzeel and Eder, and Jagur,

Tala bingumba oyo ezalaki na suka ya eteni ya mabele ya bato ya libota ya Yuda, na ngambo ya mondelo ya Edomi, na Negevi: Kabiseyeli, Ederi, Yaguri,

22 and Kinah and Dimonah, and Adadah, —

Kina, Dimona, Adada,

23 and Kedesh and Hazor, and Ithnan,

Kedeshi, Atsori, Itinani,

24 Ziph and Talem, and Bealoth,

Zifi, Telemi, Bealoti,

25 and Hazor-hadattah and Kerioth-hezron, the same, is Hazor;

Atsori-Adata, Kerioti-Etsironi oyo bazalaki mpe kobenga Atsori,

26 Amam and Shema, and Moladah,

Amami, Shema, Molada,

27 and Hazar-gaddah and Heshmon, and Beth-pelet.

Atsari-Gada, Eshimoni, Beti-Paleti,

28 and Hazarshual and Beer-sheba, with the hamlets thereof,

Atsari-Shuwali, Beri-Sheba, Biziotia,

29 Baalah and Iyyim, and Ezem,

Baala, Iyimi, Atsemi,

30 and Eltolad and Chesil, and Hormah,

Elitoladi, Kesili, Orima,

31 and Ziklag and Madmannah, and Sansannah,

Tsikilagi, Madimana, Sanisana,

32 and Lebaoth and Shilhim, and En-rimmon, —all the cities are twenty-nine, with their villages.

Lebaoti, Shilimi, Ayini mpe Rimoni: bingumba nyonso ezalaki tuku mibale na libwa elongo na bamboka na yango ya mike-mike.

33 In the lowland, —Eshtaol and Zorah, and Ashnah,

Tala bingumba oyo ezalaki na etando, pene ya ebale monene: Eshitaoli, Tsorea, Ashina,

34 and Zanoah and En-gannim, Tappuah, and Enam;

Zanoa, Eyini-Ganimi, Tapua, Enami,

35 Jarmuth, and Adullam, Socoh, and Azekah;

Yarimuti, Adulami, Soko, Azeka,

36 and Shaaraim, and Adithaim, and Gederah, and Gederothaim, —fourteen cities, with their villages.

Shaarayimi, Aditayimi, Gedera to Gederotayimi: bingumba nyonso ezalaki zomi na minei elongo na bamboka na yango ya mike-mike.

37 Zenan and Hadashah, and Migdal-gad,

Tsenani, Adasha, Migidali-Gadi,

38 and Dilan and Mizpeh, and Joktheel,

Dileani, Mitsipe, Yokiteyeli,

39 Lachish and Bozkath, and Eglon,

Lakishi, Botsikati, Egiloni,

40 and Cabbon and Lahmas, and Chithlish,

Kaboni, Lakimasi, Kitilishi,

41 and Gederoth, Beth-dagon and Naamah, and Makkedah, —sixteen cities, with their villages.

Gederoti, Beti-Dagoni, Naama mpe Makeda: bingumba nyonso ezalaki zomi na motoba elongo na bamboka na yango ya mike-mike.

42 Libnah and Ether, and Ashan,

Libina, Eteri, Ashani;

43 and Iphtah and Ashnah, and Nezib,

Yifita, Ashina, Netsibi,

44 and Keilah and Achzib, and Mareshah, —nine cities, with their villages.

Keila, Akizibi mpe Maresha: bingumba nyonso ezalaki libwa elongo na bamboka na yango ya mike-mike.

45 Ekron with her towns, and her villages.

Engumba ya Ekroni elongo na bamboka na yango mpe bamboka na yango ya mike-mike oyo ezingelaki yango,

46 From Ekron, even unto the sea, —all that were by the side of Ashdod with their villages.

longwa na Ekroni mpe na ngambo ya weste, mabele nyonso oyo ezalaki pene ya Asidodi mpe bamboka na yango;

47 Ashdod, her towns and her villages. Gaza, her towns and her villages, as far as the ravine of Egypt, —and the great sea and coast.

Asidodi, bingumba na yango mpe bamboka na yango ya mike-mike; Gaza, bingumba na yango mpe bamboka na yango ya mike-mike kino na moluka ya Ejipito, ebale monene Mediterane mpe bazingazinga na yango.

48 And in the hill-country, —Shamir and Jattir, and Socoh,

Na mokili ya bangomba: Shamiri, Yatiri, Soko,

49 and Dannah and Kiriath-sannah, the same, is Debir,

Dana, Kiriati-Sana oyo bazalaki mpe kobenga Debiri,

50 and Anab and Eshtemoh, and Anim,

Anabi, Eshitemoa, Animi,

51 and Goshen and Holon, and Giloh, —eleven cities, with their villages.

Gosheni, Oloni mpe Gilo: bingumba nyonso ezalaki zomi na moko elongo na bamboka na yango ya mike-mike.

52 Arab and Rumah and Eshan,

Arabi, Duma, Esheani,

53 and Janim and Beth-tappuah and Aphekah,

Yanumi, Beti-Tapua, Afeki,

54 and Humtah, and Kiriath-arba, the same, is Hebron, and Zior, —nine cities, with their villages.

Umeta, Kiriati-Ariba oyo bazalaki mpe kobenga Ebron, mpe Tsiori: bingumba nyonso ezalaki libwa elongo na mboka na yango ya mike-mike.

55 Maon, Carmel, and Ziph and Jutah,

Maoni, Karimeli, Zifi, Yuta,

56 and Jezreel and Jokdeam, and Zanoah,

Jizireyeli, Yokideami, Zanoa,

57 Kain, Gibeah and Timnah, —ten cities, with their villages.

Kayini, Gibea mpe Timina: bingumba nyonso ezalaki zomi elongo na bamboka na yango ya mike-mike.

58 Halhul, Beth-zur, and Gedor,

Aliwuli, Beti-Tsuri, Gedori,

59 and Maarath and Beth-anoth, and Eltekon, —six cities, with their villages.

Maarati, Beti-Anoti mpe Elitekoni: bingumba nyonso ezalaki motoba elongo na bamboka na yango ya mike-mike.

60 Kiriath-baal, the same, is Kiriath-jearim, and Rabbah, —two cities, with their villages.

Kiriati-Bala oyo bazalaki mpe kobenga Kiriati-Yearimi, mpe Raba: bingumba nyonso ezalaki mibale elongo na bamboka na yango ya mike-mike.

61 In the desert, —Beth-arabah, Middin, and Secacah,

Tala bingumba oyo ezalaki na esobe: Beti-Araba, Midini, Sekaka,

62 and Nibshan and the City of Salt, and En-gedi, —six cities, with their villages.

Nibishani, Iri-Amelayi mpe Eyini-Gedi: bingumba nyonso ezalaki motoba elongo na bamboka na yango ya mike-mike.

63 But, as for the Jebusites, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the sons of Judah could not dispossess them, —so the Jebusites have dwelt with the sons of Judah, in Jerusalem, until this day.

Bato ya libota ya Yuda bakokaki te kobengana bato ya Yebusi oyo bazalaki kovanda na Yelusalemi. Boye, kino na mokolo ya lelo, bato ya Yebusi bazali kovanda na Yelusalemi elongo na bato ya libota ya Yuda.
