John 1
1 Originally, was, the Word, and, the Word, was, with God; and, the Word, was, God.
| در ابتدا کلمه بود و کلمه نزد خدا بود وکلمه خدا بود. | ۱ |
2 The same, was originally, with God.
| همان در ابتدا نزد خدا بود. | ۲ |
3 All things, through him, came into existence, and, without him, came into existence, not even one thing: that which hath come into existence,
| همه‌چیز به واسطه او آفریده شد و به غیر از اوچیزی از موجودات وجود نیافت. | ۳ |
4 in him, was, life, and, the life, was, the light of men.—
| در او حیات بود و حیات نور انسان بود. | ۴ |
5 And, the light, in the darkness, shineth; and, the darkness, thereof, laid not hold.
| و نور در تاریکی می‌درخشد و تاریکی آن را درنیافت. | ۵ |
6 There arose a man, sent from God, whose name was, John:
| شخصی از جانب خدا فرستاده شد که اسمش یحیی بود؛ | ۶ |
7 The same, came, for a witness, That he might bear witness, concerning the light, that, all, might believe, through him.
| او برای شهادت آمد تا بر نورشهادت دهد تا همه به وسیله او ایمان آورند. | ۷ |
8 He, was not the light, —but, that he might bear witness concerning the light,
| اوآن نور نبود بلکه آمد تا بر نور شهادت دهد. | ۸ |
9 It, was—The real light that enlighteneth every man—Coming into the world.
| آن نور حقیقی بود که هر انسان را منور می‌گرداند ودر جهان آمدنی بود. | ۹ |
10 In the world, he was, and, the world, through him, came into existence, and, the world, knew him not.
| او در جهان بود و جهان به واسطه او آفریده شد و جهان او را نشناخت. | ۱۰ |
11 Into his own possessions, he came, and, his own people, received him not home.
| به نزد خاصان خود آمد و خاصانش او را نپذیرفتند؛ | ۱۱ |
12 But, as many as did receive him, he gave, unto them, authority, children of God, to become, —unto them who were believing on his name:
| و اما به آن کسانی که او را قبول کردند قدرت داد تا فرزندان خدا گردند، یعنی به هر‌که به اسم اوایمان آورد، | ۱۲ |
13 Who—not of bloods, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but—of God, were born.
| که نه از خون و نه از خواهش جسد و نه از خواهش مردم، بلکه از خدا تولدیافتند. | ۱۳ |
14 And, the Word, became, flesh, and pitched his tent among us, and we gazed upon his glory, —a glory, as an Only-begotten from his Father. Full of favour and truth.
| و کلمه جسم گردید و میان ما ساکن شد، پراز فیض و راستی و جلال او را دیدیم، جلالی شایسته پسر یگانه پدر. | ۱۴ |
15 (John beareth witness concerning him, and hath cried aloud, saying—the same, was he that said—He who, after me, was coming, before me, hath advanced; because, my Chief, was he.)
| و یحیی بر او شهادت داد و ندا کرده، می‌گفت: «این است آنکه درباره اوگفتم آنکه بعد از من می‌آید، پیش از من شده است زیرا که بر من مقدم بود.» | ۱۵ |
16 Because, out of his fulness, we all, received, even favour over against favour.
| و از پری او جمیع ما بهره یافتیم و فیض به عوض فیض، | ۱۶ |
17 Because, the law, through Moses, was given, favour and truth, through Jesus Christ, came into existence.
| زیراشریعت به وسیله موسی عطا شد، اما فیض وراستی به وسیله عیسی مسیح رسید. | ۱۷ |
18 No one, hath seen, God, at any time: An Only Begotten God, The One existing within the bosom of the Father, He, hath interpreted [him].
| خدا راهرگز کسی ندیده است؛ پسر یگانه‌ای که درآغوش پدر است، همان او را ظاهر کرد. | ۱۸ |
19 And, this, is the witness of John, when the Jews sent forth unto him, out of Jerusalem, priests and Levites, —that they might question him—Who art, thou?
| و این است شهادت یحیی در وقتی که یهودیان از اورشلیم کاهنان و لاویان را فرستادندتا از او سوال کنند که تو کیستی، | ۱۹ |
20 and he confessed, and did not deny, —and he confessed—I, am not, the Christ;
| که معترف شدو انکار ننمود، بلکه اقرار کرد که من مسیح نیستم. | ۲۰ |
21 and they questioned him—What then? Art, thou, Elijah? and he saith—I am not; The prophet, art, thou? and he answered—No!
| آنگاه از او سوال کردند: «پس چه؟ آیا توالیاس هستی؟ گفت: «نیستم.» | ۲۱ |
22 So they said unto him—Who, art thou? that, an answer, we may give, unto them who sent us, —What sayest thou, concerning thyself?
| آنگاه بدو گفتند: «پس کیستی تا به آن کسانی که ما را فرستادند جواب بریم؟ درباره خود چه می‌گویی؟» | ۲۲ |
23 He said—I, am a Voice, of one crying aloud; —In the desert, make ye straight, the way of the Lord: according as said Isaiah the prophet.
| گفت: «من صدای ندا کننده‌ای دربیابانم که راه خداوند را راست کنید، چنانکه اشعیانبی گفت.» | ۲۳ |
24 And they had been sent forth from among the Pharisees;
| و فرستادگان از فریسیان بودند. | ۲۴ |
25 and they questioned him, and said unto him—Why, then, dost thou immerse, —if, thou, art not, the Christ, nor Elijah, nor, the Prophet?
| پس از اوسوال کرده، گفتند: «اگر تو مسیح و الیاس و آن نبی نیستی، پس برای چه تعمید می‌دهی؟» | ۲۵ |
26 John answered them, saying—I, immerse, in water. In the midst of you, standeth one, whom, ye, know not; —
| یحیی در جواب ایشان گفت: «من به آب تعمیدمی دهم و در میان شما کسی ایستاده است که شمااو را نمی شناسید. | ۲۶ |
27 after me, coming: —Of whom, I, am not worthy that I should unloose the thong of the sandal.
| و او آن است که بعد از من می آید، اما پیش از من شده است، که من لایق آن نیستم که بند نعلینش را باز کنم.» | ۲۷ |
28 These things, in Bethany, came to pass, beyond the Jordan, where John was, immersing.
| و این دربیت عبره که آن طرف اردن است، در جایی که یحیی تعمید می‌داد واقع گشت. | ۲۸ |
29 On the morrow, he beholdeth Jesus, coming unto him, and saith—See! the Lamb of God, who taketh away the sin of the world.
| و در فردای آن روز یحیی عیسی را دید که به‌جانب او می‌آید. پس گفت: «اینک بره خدا که گناه جهان را برمی دارد! | ۲۹ |
30 This, is he, of whom, I, said—After me, cometh a man, who, before me, hath advanced, because, my Chief, was he.
| این است آنکه من درباره او گفتم که مردی بعد از من می‌آید که پیش از من شده است زیرا که بر من مقدم بود. | ۳۰ |
31 And, I, knew him not, but, that he might be manifested unto Israel, therefore, came, I, in water, immersing.
| و من اورا نشناختم، لیکن تا او به اسرائیل ظاهر گردد، برای همین من آمده به آب تعمید می‌دادم.» | ۳۱ |
32 And John bare witness, saying—I have gazed upon the Spirit, descending like a dove, out of heaven, —and it abode upon him.
| پس یحیی شهادت داده، گفت: «روح را دیدم که مثل کبوتری از آسمان نازل شده، بر او قرارگرفت. | ۳۲ |
33 And, I, knew him not, —but, he that sent me to immerse in water, he, unto me, said—Upon whomsoever thou shalt see the Spirit descending and abiding upon him, the same, is he that immerseth in Holy Spirit.
| و من او را نشناختم، لیکن او که مرافرستاد تا به آب تعمید دهم، همان به من گفت برهر کس بینی که روح نازل شده، بر او قرار گرفت، همان است او که به روح‌القدس تعمید می‌دهد. | ۳۳ |
34 I, therefore, have seen, and borne witness—That, this, is, the, Son of God.
| و من دیده شهادت می‌دهم که این است پسرخدا.» | ۳۴ |
35 On the morrow, again, was John standing, and, from among his disciples, two;
| و در روز بعد نیز یحیی با دو نفر از شاگردان خود ایستاده بود. | ۳۵ |
36 and, looking at Jesus walking, he saith—See! the Lamb of God!
| ناگاه عیسی را دید که راه می‌رود؛ و گفت: «اینک بره خدا.» | ۳۶ |
37 and the two disciples hearkened unto him speaking, and they followed Jesus.
| و چون آن دو شاگرد کلام او را شنیدند، از پی عیسی روانه شدند. | ۳۷ |
38 But Jesus, turning, and looking at them following, saith unto them—What seek ye? And, they, said unto him—Rabbi! which meaneth, when translated, Teacher, Where abidest thou?
| پس عیسی روی گردانیده، آن دو نفر رادید که از عقب می‌آیند. بدیشان گفت: | ۳۸ |
39 He saith unto them—Be coming, and ye shall see. They came, therefore, and saw where he abode, and, with him, they abode that day. It was about the tenth, hour.
| «چه می‌خواهید؟» بدو گفتند: «ربی (یعنی‌ای معلم )در کجا منزل می‌نمایی؟» | ۳۹ |
40 One of the two that heard from John and followed him, was Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter.
| بدیشان گفت: «بیایید و ببینید.» آنگاه آمده، دیدند که کجا منزل دارد، و آن روز را نزد او بماندند و قریب به ساعت دهم بود. | ۴۰ |
41 The same findeth, first, his own brother Simon, and saith unto him—We have found the Messiah! which is, when translated, Anointed.
| و یکی از آن دو که سخن یحیی را شنیده، پیروی او نمودند، اندریاس برادر شمعون پطرس بود. | ۴۱ |
42 He led him unto Jesus. Jesus, looking at him, said—Thou, art Simon, the son of John, —thou, shalt be called, Cephas; which is to be translated, Peter.
| او اول برادر خود شمعون را یافته، به اوگفت: «مسیح را (که ترجمه آن کرستس است )یافتیم.» و چون او را نزد عیسی آورد، عیسی بدونگریسته، گفت: «تو شمعون پسر یونا هستی؛ واکنون کیفا خوانده خواهی شد (که ترجمه آن پطرس است ).» | ۴۲ |
43 On the morrow, he desired to go forth into Galilee. And Jesus findeth Philip, and saith unto him—Be following me!
| بامدادان چون عیسی خواست به سوی جلیل روانه شود، فیلپس را یافته، بدو گفت: «ازعقب من بیا.» | ۴۳ |
44 Now Philip was from Bethsaida, of the city of Andrew and Peter.
| و فیلپس از بیت صیدا از شهراندریاس وپطرس بود. | ۴۴ |
45 Philip, findeth, Nathanael, and saith unto him—Him, of whom wrote Moses in the law, and the Prophets, have we found.—Jesus, son of Joseph, him from Nazareth!
| فیلیپس نتنائیل را یافته، بدو گفت: «آن کسی را که موسی در تورات و انبیامذکور داشته‌اند، یافته‌ایم که عیسی پسر یوسف ناصری است.» | ۴۵ |
46 And Nathanael said unto him—Out of Nazareth, can any good thing come? Philip saith unto him—Come, and see!
| نتنائیل بدو گفت: «مگرمی شود که از ناصره چیزی خوب پیدا شود؟» فیلپس بدو گفت: «بیا و ببین.» | ۴۶ |
47 Jesus saw Nathanael coming unto him, and saith concerning him—See! Truly, an Israelite, in whom is no guile.
| و عیسی چون دید که نتنائیل به سوی او می‌آید، درباره اوگفت: «اینک اسرائیلی حقیقی که در او مکری نیست.» | ۴۷ |
48 Nathanael saith unto him—Whence, dost thou, know, me? Jesus answered, and said unto him—Before Philip called thee, —when thou wast under the fig-tree, I saw thee.
| نتنائیل بدو گفت: «مرا از کجامی شناسی؟» عیسی در جواب وی گفت: «قبل ازآنکه فیلپس تو را دعوت کند، در حینی که زیردرخت انجیر بودی تو را دیدم.» | ۴۸ |
49 Nathanael answered him—Rabbi! thou, art, the Son of God: Thou, art, King, of Israel.
| نتنائیل درجواب او گفت: «ای استاد تو پسر خدایی! توپادشاه اسرائیل هستی!» | ۴۹ |
50 Jesus answered, and said unto him—Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig-tree, believest thou? A greater thing than these, shalt thou see!
| عیسی در جواب اوگفت: «آیا از اینکه به تو گفتم که تو را زیر درخت انجیر دیدم، ایمان آوردی؟ بعد از این چیزهای بزرگتر از این خواهی دید.» | ۵۰ |
51 And he saith unto him—Verily, verily, I say unto you: Ye shall see heaven—when set open, and, the messengers of God, ascending and descending unto the Son of Man.
| پس بدو گفت: «آمین آمین به شما می‌گویم که از کنون آسمان را گشاده، و فرشتگان خدا را که بر پسر انسان صعودو نزول می‌کنند خواهید دید.» | ۵۱ |
