Job 25

1 Then responded Bildad the Shuhite, and said: —

Apo Bilidadi wa ku Suki anayankha kuti,

2 Dominion and dread, are with him, who causeth prosperity among his lofty ones;

“Ulamuliro ndi kuopsa ndi za Mulungu, Iye amakhazikitsa bata mu ufumu wake kumwambako.

3 Is there any number to his troops? And upon whom ariseth not his light?

Kodi magulu ake ankhondo nʼkuwerengeka? Kodi kuwala kwake sikuwalira ndani?

4 How then shall, a mortal, be just with GOD? Or how shall he be pure who is born of a woman?

Kodi munthu angakhale bwanji wolungama pamaso pa Mulungu? Kodi munthu wobadwa mwa mayi angakhale wangwiro?

5 Look as far as the moon, and it is not clear, and, the stars, are not bright in his eyes!

Ngati mwezi sutha kuwala kwenikweni, ndipo nyenyezi sizitha kuwala pamaso pake,

6 How much less a mortal who is a creeping thing? Or a son of the earth-born who is a worm?

nanji tsono munthu amene ali ngati mphutsi, mwana wa munthu amene ali ngati nyongolotsi!”
