< Isaiah 65 >

1 I have let myself be consulted by them who had not asked, I have suffered myself to be found by them who had not sought me, —I have said, Here I am! Here I am! Unto a nation that had not been called by my name,
“Ana m egosipụta onwe m nye ndị ahụ na-adịghị ajụ ase m. Ọ bụkwa ndị ahụ na-adịghị achọsi m ike na-achọta m. Ana m agwa mba ahụ nke na-adịghị akpọku aha m, asịrị m, ‘Lee m, anọ m nʼebe a.’
2 I have spread out my hands all the day, Unto a rebellious people, —Who walk In the way that is not good, After their own devices.
Ogologo ụbọchị niile ka m gbasapụrụ aka m abụọ nye ndị na-enupu isi, bụ ndị na-agbaso ụzọ na-ezighị ezi ndị a na-agbaso ihe ọbụla ha tụpụtara nʼuche ha,
3 The people who are provoking me to anger to my face continually, —Sacrificing in gardens, and Burning incense upon bricks;
ndị na-anọgide na-akpasu m iwe nʼihu m mgbe niile, ndị na-achụ aja nʼubi ha a gbara ogige, nʼebe ịchụ aja eji brik wuo,
4 Who tarry among graves, And in the secret places, do lodge, Who eat the flesh of swine, And the broth of refuse things is in their vessels, —
ndị na-anọdụ nʼetiti ili, ma na-anọdụkwa ọnọdụ abalị nʼebe nzuzo dị iche iche; ndị na-eri anụ ezi, ndị ite ofe ha jupụtara nʼanụ na-adịghị ọcha;
5 Who say—Draw near by thyself, Do not approach with me, For I am holier than thou! These, are A smoke in my nostrils, A fire, burning all the day.
ndị na-asịrịta onwe ha, ‘Nọdụ iche, Abịala m nso, nʼihi na ị ga-emerụ m, adị m nsọ karịa gị!’ Ma ndị dị otu a dịka anwụrụ ọkụ nʼimi m. Ha bụ ọkụ na-enwu ehihie na nʼabalị.
6 Lo! it is written before me, —I will not keep silence, But I have recompensed, and will recompense into their bosom:
“Lee, edeela ya rịị nʼihu m sị: Agaghị m agba nkịtị, aga m akwụghachi nʼuju. E, aga m akwụghachi ha.
7 Your own iniquities, And the, iniquities of your fathers together, Saith Yahweh, Who have burned incense upon the mountains, And upon the hills, have reproached me, —Therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.
Ọ bụghị naanị maka mmehie ha, kama maka mmehie nna nna ha niile,” Otu a ka Onyenwe anyị kwuru, “Nʼihi na ha surere aja nsure ọkụ nʼelu ugwu dị iche iche, kparịakwa m nʼelu ugwu nta niile. Aga m akwụghachi ha nʼuju, nʼihi ihe ndị a niile ha mere nʼoge gara aga.”
8 Thus, saith Yahweh—As, new wine, is found, in the cluster, And one saith, Do not destroy it, for a blessing is in it, So, will I do for the sake of my servants, That I may not destroy the whole [nation];
Otu a ka Onyenwe anyị na-ekwu, “Dịka a na-achọta mmanya site nʼụyọkọ mkpụrụ vaịnị ndị mmadụ asị, ‘Ebibila ya, nʼihi na ngọzị ka dị nʼime ha,’ otu a ka m ga-eme nʼihi ndị ohu m; Agaghị m ebibicha ha niile.
9 Therefore will I bring forth Out of Jacob, a seed, and Out of Judah, an inheritor of my mountains, That my chosen ones may inherit it, And, my servants, dwell there;
Aga m eme ka mkpụrụ site na Jekọb pụta, sitekwa na Juda nweta ndị ga-enweta ugwu m niile. Ndị m họpụtara ga-eketa ha, ndị ohu m ga-ebikwa nʼebe ahụ.
10 Then shall, Sharon, become, a fold for flocks, And the vale of Achor for the lying down of herds, —For my people who have sought me.
Sharọn ga-aghọkwa ebe ịta nri nke igwe anụ ụlọ; Ndagwurugwu Akọ ga-abụkwa ebe izuike nye igwe ehi, na ndị m na-achọsi m ike.
11 But, ye are they—Who forsake Yahweh Who forget my holy mountain—Who prepare, for Fortune, a table and Who fill for Destiny, mixed wine;
“Ma unu ndị wezugara onwe unu site nʼebe Onyenwe anyị nọ, ndị chezọrọ ugwu nsọ m, ndị na-edozi tebul maka Ihuọma, ndị na-agbaju mmanya agwara ọgwa nʼiko maka Akara aka.
12 Therefore will I destine you to the sword, And, ye all, to the slaughter, shall bow down. Because I called and ye answered not, I spake, and ye hearkened not, —But did that which was wicked in mine eyes, And of that wherein I delighted not, ye made choice,
Aga m eme ka unu zute mma agha; unu niile ga-adakwa mgbe a na-egbu unu. Nʼihi na akpọrọ m unu ma unu azaghị; mgbe m gwara unu okwu, unu aṅaghị ntị. Unu kpachapụrụ anya mehie megide m nʼihu, họrọkwa ime ihe ndị ahụ unu maara nke ọma na m kpọrọ asị.”
13 Therefore, Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, —Lo! my servants, shall eat but, ye, shall be famished, Lo! my servants, shall drink but, ye shall be thirsty, —Lo! my servants, shall rejoice but ye, shall turn pale;
Ya mere, nke a bụ ihe Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị na-ekwu, “Ndị ohu m ga-eriju afọ, ma unu ga-anọ agụụ, akpịrị ga-akpọkwa unu nkụ, ma ha ga-aṅụ mmiri. Unu ga-anọ nʼọnụma na ihere, ma ha ga-anọ nʼọṅụ.
14 Lo! my servants, shall shout in triumph for mirth of heart But, ye, shall make outcry, for pain of heart, And for a breaking of spirit, shall ye howl.
Ndị ohu m ga-abụ abụ nʼihi ọṅụ nke jupụtara nʼobi ha, ma unu ga-akwa akwa, nʼihi ihe mgbu nke obi unu, tiekwa mkpu akwa nʼihi obi ntiwa nke mmụọ unu.
15 So shall ye leave your name for an oath, to my chosen ones, —So then My Lord Yahweh, will slay thee, —And his servants, will he, call by another name:
Unu ga-ahapụ aha unu nye ndị m họpụtara nye onwe m ka ọ bụrụ ihe ha ji abụ ọnụ; nʼihi na Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị ga-etigbu unu, ma ọ ga-akpọ ndị ohu ya aha ọzọ.
16 So that he who blesseth himself in the earth, Will bless himself in the God of faithfulness, And he who sweareth in the earth Will swear by the God of faithfulness—Because the former troubles have been forgotten, and Because they are hid from mine eyes.
Onye ọbụla na-ekpe ekpere nʼala ahụ, ga-eme otu a nʼaha Chineke nke eziokwu, onye ọbụla na-aṅụkwa iyi nʼime ala ahụ ga-aṅụ iyi nʼaha Chineke nke eziokwu. Nʼihi na-echezolam nsogbu niile ndị gara aga, zokwa ha site nʼanya m.
17 For, behold me! Creating new heavens, and a new earth, —And the former shall not be mentioned, neither shall they come up on the heart,
“Nʼihi na lee, ana m eke eluigwe ọhụrụ na ụwa ọhụrụ. Ọ dịghị onye ga-echetakwa ndị ochie ahụ ọzọ; ọ gaghị abatakwa nʼechiche onye ọbụla.
18 But joy ye and exult, perpetually, in what I am about to create, —For, behold me! Creating Jerusalem an exultation and Her People a joy;
Ma ṅụrịanụ ọṅụ, tegharịakwa mgbe niile nʼobi ụtọ nʼihi ihe nke mụ onwe m na-eke, nʼihi na-aga eke Jerusalem ka ọ bụrụ ihe ọṅụ ndị ya ga-abụkwa ihe obi ụtọ.
19 Therefore will I Exult in Jerusalem, and Joy in my People, —And there shall be heard in her, no more The sound of weeping, or the sound of a cry:
Aga m aṅụrị ọṅụ nʼihi Jerusalem, nweekwa obi ụtọ nʼihi ndị m; a gaghị anụkwa olu ịkwa akwa nʼime ya ọzọ, maọbụ olu iti mkpu akwa.
20 There shall be thenceforward, no more, A suckling of a few days, or an elder Who filleth not up his days, —But, a youth a hundred years old, may die, Yea a sinner a hundred years old, shall be accursed,
“Ọ dịghịkwa nwa ọhụrụ nwụchuru anwụchu ga-adị nʼebe ahụ ọzọ, a gaghị ahụkwa agadi nwoke nke na-anọzughị ụbọchị ndụ ya; nʼihi na a ga-agụnye onye nwụrụ mgbe ọ gbara narị afọ tupu ọ nwụọ dị ka nwantakịrị; a ga-agụkwa onye na-anọrughị narị afọ dịka onye a bụrụ ọnụ.
21 Then shall they build houses and dwell in them, —And plant vineyards and eat the fruit of them;
Ha ga-ewu ụlọ, biekwa nʼime ya; ha ga-akụkwa ubi vaịnị, riekwa mkpụrụ ha.
22 They shall not build, and another, dwell, They shall not plant, and, another, eat, —For as the days of a tree, shall be the days of my people, And, the work of their own hands, shall my chosen ones, use to the full:
Ndị m agaghị ewukwa ụlọ hapụrụ ya ndị ọzọ, maọbụ ghaa mkpụrụ nʼubi nke ndị ọzọ ga-aghọrọ rie. Nʼihi na dịka osisi si adị ndụ ogologo oge otu a ka ndị m ga-esi dịkwa ndụ ogologo oge. Ha ga-aṅụrịkwa ọṅụ nʼihe ahụ ha ji aka ha rụpụta.
23 They shall not labour in vain, Nor have children for terror, —For the seed of the blessed ones of Yahweh, shall they be, And their offspring, with them.
Ha agaghị adọgbu onwe ha nʼọrụ nʼefu. Ha agaghị amụtakwa ụmụ ndị ga-emesịa nwụchuo ọnwụ. Nʼihi na ha ga-abụ ndị Onyenwe anyị gọziri, ha na ụmụ ụmụ ha.
24 And it shall come to pass—That before they call, I, will answer, And while yet they are speaking, I, will hear.
Tupu ha akpọkuo m, aga m aza ha. Mgbe ha ka nọ na-agwa m banyere mkpa ha, aga m anụ, zakwa ekpere ha.
25 The wolf and the lamb, shall feed, in unity, And, the lion, as an ox, shall eat straw; But as for the serpent, dust, shall be his food: They shall not harm—Nor shall they destroy, In all my holy mountain, saith Yahweh.
Nkịta ọhịa na nwa atụrụ ga-atakọ nri nʼotu ebe, ọdụm ga-ata ahịhịa dịka ehi, ma agwọ ọjọọ niile ga-ata aja! Ha agaghị emerụ ihe ọbụla ahụ, maọbụ bibie ihe ọbụla nʼugwu nsọ m.” Ka Onyenwe anyị kwuru.
