Isaiah 38
1 In those days, was Hezekiah sick, unto death, —and Isaiah the prophet son of Amoz came in unto him, and said unto him—Thus, saith Yahweh, Set in order thy house, for, about to die thou art and shalt not recover.
၁ထိုကာလအခါ ဟေဇကိမင်းသည် သေနာစွဲ သဖြင့်၊ အာမုတ်သား ပရောဖက်ဟေရှာယသည် လာ၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ကိုယ်အိမ်အမှုကို စီရင်လော့။ သင်သည် အသက်မရှင်၊ သေရမည်ဟု အမိန့် တော်ကို ပြန်လေ၏။
2 Then Hezekiah turned his face unto the wall, —and prayed unto Yahweh;
၂ဟေဇကိမင်းသည်လည်း ထရံသို့ မျက်နှာလှည့် ၍၊ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ သစ္စာ စောင့်လျက်၊ စုံလင်သော စိတ်နှလုံးနှင့် ကျင့်၍၊ နှစ်သက် တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း ပြုကြောင်းကို အောက်မေ့တော် မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တောင်းပန်ပါ၏ဟု အလွန်ငိုကြွေးလျက်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ဆုတောင်းလေ၏။
3 and said, —I beseech thee, O Yahweh, remember, I pray thee, how I have walked before thee in faithfulness and with an undivided heart, and, that which is good in thine eyes, have I done. And Hezekiah wept aloud.

4 Then came the word of Yahweh unto, Isaiah, saying:
၄တဖန် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် ဟေရှာယသို့ရောက်၍၊
5 Go, and say unto Hezekiah—Thus, saith Yahweh, the God of David thy father: I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears, —Behold me! about to add unto thy days, fifteen years;
၅သင်သည် ဟေဇကိမင်းထံသို့ သွားပြီးလျှင်၊ သင့်အဘ ဒါဝိဒ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော် မူသည်ကား၊ သင်၏ ပဌနာစကားကို ငါကြားပြီ။ သင်၏ မျက်ရည်ကိုလည်း ငါမြင်ပြီ။ သင်၏ အသက်၌ တဆယ် ငါးနှစ်ကို ငါဆက်၍ ပေးမည်။
6 And out of the hand of the king of Assyria, will I deliver thee, and this city; And I will throw a covering over this city.
၆သင်နှင့် ဤမြို့ကို အာရှုရိရှင်ဘုရင်လက်မှ ငါ ကယ်လွှတ်မည်။ ဤမြို့ကို ငါ ကွယ်ကာစောင့်မမည် အရာကို ပြောလော့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
7 And, this, to thee, shall be the sign from Yahweh, —that Yahweh will do this thing which he hath spoken: —
၇ဟေရှာယက၊ ထာဝရဘုရား အမိန့်တော်ရှိသည် အတိုင်း ပြုတော်မူမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သင့်အား ပေးတော်မူသော လက္ခဏာသက်သေဟူမူကား၊
8 Behold me! causing the shadow on the steps, which hath come gone down on the steps of Ahaz with the sun, to return, backwards ten steps. So the sun returned ten steps, by the steps which it had come down.
၈ကြည့်ရှုလော့။ အာခတ်၏နေတိုင်းနာရီပေါ်မှာ ရွေ့သော အရိပ်ကို ဆယ်ချက်ပြန်စေမည်ဟု ဆို၏။ ဆိုသည်အတိုင်း ဆယ်ချက်ရွေ့ပြီးသော အရိပ်သော ဆယ်ချက်ပြန်လေ၏။
9 the writing of Hezekiah king of Judah, when he had been sick and then recovered from his sickness:
၉ယုဒမင်းကြီးဟေဇကိသည် အနာမှ ထမြောက် ၍ ရေးထားသော စာဟူမူကား၊
10 I, said—In the noontide of my days, I must enter the gates of hades, —I am deprived of the residue of my years! (Sheol h7585)
၁၀ငါသည် ငြိမ်သက်စွာ နေစဉ်အခါ၊ မရဏာနိုင်ငံ တံခါးသို့ ဝင်ရပါသည်တကား။ ငါ၌ ကြွင်းသော နှစ်များ ကို ငါ ရှုံးပြီဟု ငါဆိုသတည်း။ (Sheol h7585)
11 I said—I shall not see Yah, Yah, in the land of the living, I shall discern the son of earth no longer, with the dwellers in the quiet land.
၁၁အသက်ရှင်သော သူတို့၏ နေရာ၌၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ငါမမြင်ရ။ ငြိမ်းရာအရပ်သားတို့နှင့် ပေါင်း ဘော်ရသဖြင့်၊ နောက်တဖန် လူတို့ကို မမြင်ရ။
12 My dwelling, hath been broken up. And is stripped from me, like a shepherd’s tent, —I have rolled up—as a weaver—my life From the loom, doth he cut me off, From day until night, [I said] —Thou wilt finish me.
၁၂သိုးထိန်းတဲကဲ့သို့ ငါနေသော အိမ်ကို နှုတ်ပယ် ၍၊ အခြားတပါးသို့ ဆောင်သွားပြီ။ ရက်ကန်းသည် ပြုသကဲ့သို့ ငါ့အသက်သည် လိပ်လျက်ရှိ၍၊ ရက်ကန်းစင် မှ ငါ့ကို ပယ်ဖြတ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ တနေ့ခြင်းတွင် ငါ့ကို ဆုံးစေ တော်မူလိမ့်မည်ဟု ငါဆိုသတည်း။
13 I cried out, until morning, like a lion, Thus, will he break all my bones! From day until night, Thou wilt finish me!
၁၃ငါ့အရိုးရှိသမျှတို့ကို ချိုးတော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါသည် ခြင်္သေ့ဟောက်သကဲ့သို့ နံနက်တိုင်အောင် မြည်ရ ၏။ တနေ့ခြင်းတွင် ငါ့ကို ဆုံးစေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်ဟု ငါဆိုသတည်း။
14 As a twittering swallow, so, do I chatter, I coo as a dove, —Mine eyes languish through looking on high, O My Lord! distress is upon me—my Surety!
၁၄ငါသည် တီတီတွတ်နှင့် ဇရက်ကဲ့သို့ မြည်၍ ချိုးကဲ့ သို့ ညည်းတွန်ရ၏။ ငါ့မျက်စိတို့သည် မျှော်ကြည့်၍ အားလော့ကြပြီ။ အိုဘုရားရှင်၊ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကို ခံရသော အကျွန်ုပ်ဘက်၌ နေတော်မူပါ။
15 What can I say? Since he hath promised for me, Himself, will perform. I will go softly, all my years. Because of the bitterness of my soul,
၁၅အဘယ်သို့ ငါပြောရမည်နည်း။ ငါ့အား ဂတိ ပေးတော်မူပြီ။ ဂတိတော်အတိုင်းလည်း ပြုတော်မူပြီ။ ငါ၌ ကျန်ကြွင်းသော နှစ်စဉ်ကာလပတ်လုံး၊ ငါသည် စိတ် ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို အောက်မေ့၍၊ ဖြည်းဖြည်းသွားပါမည်။
16 O My Lord! on those things do men live, —And, altogether in them, is the life of my spirit, When thou hast strengthened me and made me live.
၁၆အို ဘုရားရှင်၊ ထိုသို့သောအားဖြင့် အသက်ရှင် ရပါ၏။ ထိုအရာရှိသမျှတို့၌ အကျွန်ုပ်ဝိညာဉ်၏ အသက် တည်ရပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အနာရောဂါကို ငြိမ်းစေ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို ရှင်စေတော်မူ၏။
17 Lo! for well-being, I had bitterness—bitterness, —But, thou, cleaving unto my soul, hast raised me from the pit of corruption, For thou hast cast, behind thy back all my sins.
၁၇အကျွန်ုပ်ခံရသော ဝေဒနာသည် ငြိမ်းပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဝိညာဉ်ကို သနား၍၊ ဖျက်ဆီးရာ တွင်းထဲက နှုတ်ယူတော်မူပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်အပြစ်ရှိသမျှတို့ကို နောက် တော်သို့ ပစ်လိုက်တော်မူပြီ။
18 For, hades, cannot praise thee Nor, death, celebrate thee, —They who go down to the pit cannot wait for thy faithfulness. (Sheol h7585)
၁၈အကယ်စင်စစ် မရဏာနိုင်ငံသည် ဂုဏ်တော်ကို မချီးမွမ်းရပါ။ သေနေသော သူသည် ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်းမဆိုရပါ။ တွင်းထဲသို့ ဆင်းသော သူသည် သစ္စာတော်ကို မမြော်လင့်ရပါ။ (Sheol h7585)
19 The living, the living, he, can praise thee, As I do this day, —A father, to his children, can make known thy faithfulness.
၁၉အသက်ရှင်သောသူ၊ အသက်ရှင်သော သူသာ လျှင်၊ ယနေ့ အကျွန်ုပ်ပြုသကဲ့သို့၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ရပါလိမ့်မည်။ အဘသည် သားတို့အား သစ္စာတော်ကို ဘော်ပြရပါလိမ့်မည်။
20 Yahweh, [was willing] to save me, —Therefore, on my stringed instruments, will we play—All the days of our life By the house of Yahweh.
၂၀ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူပြီ။ ထိုကြောင့်၊ ငါတို့သည် တသက်လုံး ဗိမာန်တော်၌ စောင်း တီး၍ သီချင်းဆိုကြလိမ့်သတည်း။
21 And Isaiah had said, Let them take a cake of figs, and let them press it over the boil, that he may recover.
၂၁ဟေရှာယကလည်း၊ သင်္ဘောသဖန်းသီးအလုံး အထွေးကိုယူ၍ နယ်ပြီးမှ၊ အနာကို အုံကြလော့။ ထိုသို့ ပြုလျှင် မင်းကြီးသည် သက်သာရလိမ့်မည်ဟု ဆိုလေ၏။
22 And Hezekiah had said—What is the sign—that I shall go up unto the house of Yahweh?
၂၂ဟေဇကိမင်းကလည်း၊ ငါသည် ဗိမာန်တော်သို့ တက်လိမ့်မည်ဆိုသော်၊ အဘယ်လက္ခဏာ သက်သေရှိ သနည်းဟု မေး၏။
