Isaiah 38
1 In those days, was Hezekiah sick, unto death, —and Isaiah the prophet son of Amoz came in unto him, and said unto him—Thus, saith Yahweh, Set in order thy house, for, about to die thou art and shalt not recover.
၁ထိုအချိန်ကာလလောက်၌ပင် ဟေဇကိမင်း သည်သေလုမတတ်ဖျားနာ၍လာ၏။ အာမုတ် ၏သားပရောဖက်ဟေရှာယသည်မင်းကြီး အားလာရောက်ကြည့်ရှုပြီးနောက်``အရှင်သည် ပြန်လည်ကျန်းမာလာတော့မည်မဟုတ်သ ဖြင့် အရှင်နောက်ဆုံးမှာကြားရန်ရှိသည်တို့ ကိုမှာကြားခဲ့ရန်ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော် မူပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍နတ်ရွာစံရန်အသင့်ပြင် ပါလော့'' ဟုဆို၏။
2 Then Hezekiah turned his face unto the wall, —and prayed unto Yahweh;
၂ဟေဇကိသည်နံရံဘက်သို့မျက်နှာလှည့် လျက်၊-
3 and said, —I beseech thee, O Yahweh, remember, I pray thee, how I have walked before thee in faithfulness and with an undivided heart, and, that which is good in thine eyes, have I done. And Hezekiah wept aloud.
၃``အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားရိုးဖြောင့်စွာသစ္စာနှင့် ကိုးကွယ်ဝတ်ပြုလျက် ကိုယ်တော်ပြုစေလို သည့်အတိုင်းကြိုးစားပြုကျင့်သည်ကို အောက်မေ့သတိရတော်မူပါ'' ဟုဆု တောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုပြီးလျှင်ဝမ်းနည်း ပက်လက်ငိုကြွေးတော်မူ၏။
4 Then came the word of Yahweh unto, Isaiah, saying:
၄ထိုနောက်ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ဟေရှာယ အား၊-
5 Go, and say unto Hezekiah—Thus, saith Yahweh, the God of David thy father: I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears, —Behold me! about to add unto thy days, fifteen years;
၅ဟေဇကိထံသို့ပြန်လည်စေလွှတ်တော်မူ ကာ``သင်၏ဘိုးတော်ဒါဝိဒ်၏ဘုရားသခင်၊ ငါထာဝရဘုရားသည်သင့်၏ဆုတောင်း ပတ္ထနာကိုကြားတော်မူ၍ သင်၏မျက်ရည် များကိုမြင်တော်မူပြီ။ ငါသည်သင့်အား နောက်ထပ်တစ်ဆယ့်ငါးနှစ်အသက်ရှင်စေ မည်။-
6 And out of the hand of the king of Assyria, will I deliver thee, and this city; And I will throw a covering over this city.
၆ငါသည်သင်နှင့်ဤယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို အာရှုရိဧကရာဇ်၏လက်မှကယ်ဆယ်မည်။ ဤမြို့ကိုဆက်လက်၍ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက် မည်ဟုဟေဇကိမင်းအားပြောကြားလော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
7 And, this, to thee, shall be the sign from Yahweh, —that Yahweh will do this thing which he hath spoken: —
၇ဟေရှာယက``ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏ ကတိတော်အတိုင်းပြုတော်မူမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အရှင်သိရှိစေရန်နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာတစ်ခု ကိုပြတော်မူပါလိမ့်မည်။-
8 Behold me! causing the shadow on the steps, which hath come gone down on the steps of Ahaz with the sun, to return, backwards ten steps. So the sun returned ten steps, by the steps which it had come down.
၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည်အာခပ်မင်းစိုက်ထူ ထားသည့်နေနာရီတွင် အရိပ်ကိုနောက်သို့ ဆယ်ဒီဂရီဆုတ်စေတော်မူပါလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုပြန်လည်လျှောက်ထား၏။ ဆိုသည့်အတိုင်း အရိပ်သည်ဆယ်ဒီဂရီဆုတ်လေ၏။
9 the writing of Hezekiah king of Judah, when he had been sick and then recovered from his sickness:
၉ဟေဇကိသည် ပြန်လည်ကျန်းမာလာပြီး နောက် အောက်ပါချီးမွမ်းသီချင်းကိုရေးစပ် စီကုံးတော်မူ၏။
10 I, said—In the noontide of my days, I must enter the gates of hades, —I am deprived of the residue of my years! (Sheol h7585)
၁၀ငါသည်သက်တမ်းစေ့နေရတော့မည်မဟုတ်။ အရွယ်ကောင်းချိန်၌ပင်မရဏနိုင်ငံသို့ သွားရတော့မည်ဟုငါထင်မှတ်ခဲ့ပါ၏။ (Sheol h7585)
11 I said—I shall not see Yah, Yah, in the land of the living, I shall discern the son of earth no longer, with the dwellers in the quiet land.
၁၁ဤသက်ရှိလောက၌ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားအားလည်းကောင်းသက်ရှိ လူသတ္တဝါတို့အားလည်းကောင်း၊ နောက်တစ်ဖန်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှတွေ့ မြင်ရတော့မည် မဟုတ်ဟုထင်မှတ်ခဲ့ပါ၏။
12 My dwelling, hath been broken up. And is stripped from me, like a shepherd’s tent, —I have rolled up—as a weaver—my life From the loom, doth he cut me off, From day until night, [I said] —Thou wilt finish me.
၁၂ဖြိုဖျက်၍ချလိုက်သည့်တဲကဲ့သို့လည်းကောင်း၊ ယက်ကန်းစင်မှဖြတ်၍ထုတ်လိုက်သည့် အဝတ်ကဲ့သို့လည်းကောင်း၊ ငါ၏အသက်တာသည်ဖြတ်၍ ကုန်ဆုံးသွားလေပြီ။
13 I cried out, until morning, like a lion, Thus, will he break all my bones! From day until night, Thou wilt finish me!
၁၃ငါ၏အရိုးများကိုခြင်္သေ့ဝါး၍နေဘိ ကဲ့သို့ ငါသည်နာကျင်ခြင်းဝေဒနာနှင့်တစ်ညဥ့်လုံး ငိုကြွေးရပါ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်သည်ငါ၏အသက်ကို ကုန်ဆုံးစေတော်မူပြီဟုငါထင်မှတ် ပါ၏။
14 As a twittering swallow, so, do I chatter, I coo as a dove, —Mine eyes languish through looking on high, O My Lord! distress is upon me—my Surety!
၁၄ငါ၏အသံသည်တုန်တုန်ချိချိဖြစ်၍ နေပါ၏။ ငါသည်ချိုးကဲ့သို့ညည်းညူပါ၏။ မိုးကောင်းကင်သို့မျှော်ကြည့်ရဖန်များ သဖြင့် ငါ၏မျက်စိများသည်ညောင်းလျက်ရှိပါ၏။ အို ထာဝရဘုရားဤဒုက္ခအပေါင်းမှ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူပါ။
15 What can I say? Since he hath promised for me, Himself, will perform. I will go softly, all my years. Because of the bitterness of my soul,
၁၅ဤအမှုကိုထာဝရဘုရား ပြုတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ငါအဘယ်သို့ပြောဆိုနိုင်ပါမည်နည်း။ ငါသည်ပူပင်သောကရောက်လျက် အိပ်၍မပျော်နိုင်ပါ။
16 O My Lord! on those things do men live, —And, altogether in them, is the life of my spirit, When thou hast strengthened me and made me live.
၁၆အို ထာဝရဘုရားကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အတွက်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်တစ်ပါးတည်းအတွက် အသက်ရှင်ပါမည်။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အနာရောဂါကိုပျောက်ကင်း စေတော်မူ၍၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအသက်ရှင်ခွင့်ပြုတော်မူပါ။
17 Lo! for well-being, I had bitterness—bitterness, —But, thou, cleaving unto my soul, hast raised me from the pit of corruption, For thou hast cast, behind thy back all my sins.
၁၇ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ပူပင်သောကသည်စိတ်ငြိမ်း အေးမှု အဖြစ်သို့ပြောင်းလဲသွားပါလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ အသက်ကိုဘေးအန္တရာယ်အပေါင်းမှ ကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အပြစ်မှန်သမျှကိုလည်း ဖြေလွှတ်တော်မူပါ၏။
18 For, hades, cannot praise thee Nor, death, celebrate thee, —They who go down to the pit cannot wait for thy faithfulness. (Sheol h7585)
၁၈မရဏနိုင်ငံတွင်အဘယ်သူမျှကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ထောမနာမပြုနိုင်ပါ။ သူသေတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သစ္စာတော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကိုးစားနိုင်စွမ်းမရှိပါ။ (Sheol h7585)
19 The living, the living, he, can praise thee, As I do this day, —A father, to his children, can make known thy faithfulness.
၁၉ယခုကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားကျွန်တော်မျိုး ထောမနာပြုသကဲ့သို့၊ အသက်ရှင်သူများသာလျှင်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ထောမနာပြုကြပါ၏။ ဖခင်တို့သည်သားသမီးများအားကိုယ်တော် ရှင်၏ သစ္စာတော်အကြောင်းကိုပြောကြားကြပါ၏။
20 Yahweh, [was willing] to save me, —Therefore, on my stringed instruments, will we play—All the days of our life By the house of Yahweh.
၂၀အို ထာဝရဘုရားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အနာရောဂါကိုပျောက်ကင်း စေတော်မူပါပြီ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်စောင်းများကိုတီး၍ ကိုယ်တော်၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကိုချီးမွမ်း၍ သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။ မိမိတို့အသက်ရှင်သမျှကာလပတ်လုံး ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဗိမာန်တော်တွင်ထောမနာ ပြု၍ သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။
21 And Isaiah had said, Let them take a cake of figs, and let them press it over the boil, that he may recover.
၂၁ဟေရှာယသည်မင်းကြီးအား``အရှင်၏အနာ စိမ်းကိုသင်္ဘောသဖန်းသီးဖြင့်အုံ၍ထားပါမူ ထိုအနာသည်သက်သာပျောက်ကင်းသွားပါ လိမ့်မည်'' ဟုလျှောက်၏။-
22 And Hezekiah had said—What is the sign—that I shall go up unto the house of Yahweh?
၂၂ထိုအခါမင်းကြီးက``ငါသည်ဗိမာန်တော် သို့သွားရောက်နိုင်လိမ့်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အဘယ် နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာကိုထောက်၍သိရှိနိုင်ပါမည် နည်း'' ဟုမေးတော်မူ၏။
