Isaiah 32
1 Lo! in righteousness, shall reign a king, Yea even princes, with equity, shall bear rule.
Indro, fa araka ny fahamarinana no hanjakan’ ny mpanjaka, ary ny lehibe hanaraka araka ny rariny.
2 So shall each one become As a hiding-place from the wind And a covert from the storm, —As channels of water in a dry place, As the shadow of a massive cliff in a weary land.
Ary hisy lehilahy ho fierena amin’ ny rivotra sy ho fialofana amin’ ny ranonoram-baratra; Ho ranovelona ao amin’ ny tany karankaina izy, ho alo-batolampy lehibe amin’ ny tany mahana.
3 And the eyes of them who are ready to see, shall not be closed, —And, the ears of them who are ready to hear, shall hearken;
Ary tsy hikimpy ny mason’ izay mahita, ary ny sofin’ izay mandre dia hihaino.
4 And the heart of the hurried, shall take note of knowledge, And the tongue of stammerers, shall make haste to speak plainly.
Ny fon’ izay maimaika hahazo fahalalana, ary ny lelan’ izay mikodedidedy hahay miteny mahitsy.
5 A base man, shall no longer be called, noble, —Nor, a knave, be named, liberal;
Ny adala tsy holazaina intsony hoe mitoetr’ andriana, ary ny mpifetsy tsy holazaina hoe mahafoy be.
6 For, a base man, with baseness, will speak, And, his heart, will practise iniquity, —Practising profanity, And speaking, against Yahweh that which misleadeth, Emptying the soul of the hungry, And the drink of the thirsty, he causeth to fail;
Fa ny adala mbola miteny fahadalana ihany, ary ny fony mamoron-keloka, mba hanaovany fihatsaram-belatsihy sy hitenenany hevi-diso ny amin’ i Jehovah ary hanaovany izay tsy hahazoan’ ny noana hanina sy izay tsy hahazoan’ ny mangetaheta rano hosotroina.
7 Yea, a knave, his weapons are wicked, —He, base schemes, hath devised To ruin the oppressed with speeches of falsehood Even when the needy pleadeth, for justice.
Ary ratsy ny hafetsen’ ny mpifetsy; Mamoron-tsain-dratsy izy hanimbany ny ory amin’ ny teny lainga, na dia miteny manan-drariny aza ny malahelo;
8 But, a noble man, noble things, hath devised, —And, he, upon noble things, will stand,
Fa ny mitoetr’ andriana kosa dia mamoron-tsaina araka izay mahamendrika andriana, ary izay mahamendrika andriana no ifikirany.
9 Ye women in comfort! arise hear my voice, Ye daughters so confident give ear to my speech: —
Mitsangàna, ry vehivavy miadana, ka mandrenesa ny feoko; Ry zazavavy matokitoky foana, mihainoa ny teniko.
10 Some days beyond a year, ye shall be troubled ye confident ones, —For failed hath the vintage, No, gathering, cometh in.
Raha afaka herintaona mahery dia ho raiki-tahotra ianareo, ry vehivavy matokitoky foana; Fa hanjahitra ny taom-piotazam-boaloboka, ary tsy hisy ny fanangonam-boankazo
11 Tremble, ye women in comfort, Be troubled ye daughters so confident, —Strip! and bare yourselves, and gird somewhat on your loins:
Mangovita, ry vehivavy miadana, mangorohoroa, ry vehivavy matokitoky foana; Endaho ny akanjonao, ka mitanjaha, ary misikìna lamba fisaonana.
12 Upon your breasts, continue smiting: For desirable fields, For fruitful vine.
Miteha-tratra izy, fa malahelo ny saha nahafinaritra sy ny voaloboka vokatra.
13 Over the soil of my people, thorns and briars shall grow, —Yea over all houses of joy, thou city exultant!
Ho rakotry ny tsilo sy ny hery ny tanin’ ny oloko, eny, na dia ny ao amin’ ny trano mahafaly rehetra ao an-tanàna ravoravo aza;
14 For the palace, is abandoned, the tumult of the city, hath ceased—Hill and watch-tower, serve as caves, unto times age-abiding, The joy of wild-asses, The pasture of flocks: —
Fa ho foana ny lapan’ ny mpanjaka; Hitsahatra ny fihorikoriky ny tanàna; Ofela sy ny tilikambo fitazanana ho tonga naman’ ny zohy ho mandrakizay, dia fikarenjen’ ny boriki-dia sy fiandrasana ny andian’ ny ondry aman’ osy,
15 Until there be poured out upon us the spirit, from on high, —Then shall the wilderness become, garden-land, And the garden-land, for a forest, be reckoned;
Mandra-pandatsaka ny fanahy avy amin’ ny avo ho amintsika, ka ny efitra ho tonga saha mahavokatra, ary ny saha mahavokatra hoheverina ho ala.
16 Then shall, justice inhabit, the wilderness, And righteousness, in the garden-land, shall abide;
Ary hitoetra any an-efitra ny rariny, Ary ny fahamarinana honina ao amin’ ny saha mahavokatra.
17 And the yield of righteousness, shall be, peace, —And the tillage of righteousness, quietness, and confidence! to times age-abiding;
Ny asan’ ny fahamarinana ho fiadanana; Ary ny vokatry ny fahamarinana dia ho fiadanana sy fahatokiana mandrakizay;
18 And my people shall dwell, In a borne of peace, —and In habitations of security, and In resting-places of comfort.
Ary ny oloko hitoetra ao amin’ ny fonenana mandry fahizay sy ao amin’ ny fitoerana mahatoky ary ao amin’ ny fialan-tsasatra feno fiadanam-po;
19 But it shall hail during the felling of the forest, And in a sunken place, shall, the city, sink.
Nefa hilatsaka ny havandra, rehefa aripaka ny ala, ary halamaka dia halamaka ny tanàna.
20 How happy are ye who sow beside all waters, —Who send forth the foot of the ox and the ass.
Sambatra izay mamafy eny amoron’ ny rano rehetra sady mampiriaria ny omby sy ny boriky.
