< Isaiah 32 >

1 Lo! in righteousness, shall reign a king, Yea even princes, with equity, shall bear rule.
Denggenyo, agturayto a sililinteg ti maysa nga ari, ken agturayto dagiti prinsipe nga addaan hustisia.
2 So shall each one become As a hiding-place from the wind And a covert from the storm, —As channels of water in a dry place, As the shadow of a massive cliff in a weary land.
Maiyarigto ti tunggal maysa iti maysa a salaknib manipud iti angin ken maysa a pagkamangan manipud iti bagyo, kas kadagiti karayan iti namaga a disso, kas iti linong ti maysa a dakkel a bato iti natikag a daga.
3 And the eyes of them who are ready to see, shall not be closed, —And, the ears of them who are ready to hear, shall hearken;
Ket saanto nga agkudrep dagiti mata dagiti makakita, ken dumngegto a nalaing dagiti lapayag dagiti makangngeg.
4 And the heart of the hurried, shall take note of knowledge, And the tongue of stammerers, shall make haste to speak plainly.
Ti darasudos ket agpanunotto a nalaing nga addaan iti pannakaawat, ken ti atel ket nalaka ken nalawagto nga agsao.
5 A base man, shall no longer be called, noble, —Nor, a knave, be named, liberal;
Ti maag ket saanen a maawagan a madaydayaw, ken saanen a maawagan a natakneng ti manangallilaw.
6 For, a base man, with baseness, will speak, And, his heart, will practise iniquity, —Practising profanity, And speaking, against Yahweh that which misleadeth, Emptying the soul of the hungry, And the drink of the thirsty, he causeth to fail;
Ta ti maag ket agsasao iti minamaag, ken agpangpangep ti pusona iti dakes ken saan a nadiosan nga ar-aramid, ken agsasao isuna iti biddut maibusor kenni Yahweh. Saanna nga ik-ikkan dagiti mabisin, saanna nga ik-ikkan iti danum dagiti mawaw.
7 Yea, a knave, his weapons are wicked, —He, base schemes, hath devised To ruin the oppressed with speeches of falsehood Even when the needy pleadeth, for justice.
Dakes dagiti wagas ti manangallilaw. Mangpanpanunot isuna kadagiti nadangkes a panggep tapno dadaelenna dagiti marigrigat babaen iti inuulbod, uray no ibagbaga dagiti marigrigat ti pudno.
8 But, a noble man, noble things, hath devised, —And, he, upon noble things, will stand,
Ngem ti tao a mararaem ket nasayaat dagiti panggepna; ket gapu kadagiti nasayaat nga aramidna, agtalinaedto ti kinaprogresona.
9 Ye women in comfort! arise hear my voice, Ye daughters so confident give ear to my speech: —
Bumangonkayo, dakayo a babbai a nanam-ay, ken denggenyo ti timekko; dakayo nga awan ti pakadanaganna nga annak a babbai, dumngegkayo kaniak.
10 Some days beyond a year, ye shall be troubled ye confident ones, —For failed hath the vintage, No, gathering, cometh in.
Ta kalpasan iti makatawen, mariribukankayonto, dakayo a babbai nga awan ti pakadanaganna, ta awanto iti maapityo nga ubas, saanto a dumteng ti panagaapit.
11 Tremble, ye women in comfort, Be troubled ye daughters so confident, —Strip! and bare yourselves, and gird somewhat on your loins:
Agtigergerkayo, dakayo a babbai nga awan iti pakadanaganna; mariribukankayo, dakayo nga awan ti pakadanaganna; ussobenyo dagiti napipintas a pagan-anayyo ket aglabuskayo; agbidangkayo iti nakersang a lupot.
12 Upon your breasts, continue smiting: For desirable fields, For fruitful vine.
Agdung-awkayonto gapu kadagiti napipintas a taltalon, gapu kadagiti nabunga a puon ti ubas.
13 Over the soil of my people, thorns and briars shall grow, —Yea over all houses of joy, thou city exultant!
Agtubonto dagiti siit ken dagiti mulmula a nasiit iti daga dagiti tattaok, uray dagiti amin a balbalay a sigud a naragsak iti siudad ti ragragsak.
14 For the palace, is abandoned, the tumult of the city, hath ceased—Hill and watch-tower, serve as caves, unto times age-abiding, The joy of wild-asses, The pasture of flocks: —
Ta mabaybay-anto ti palasio, mapanawanto ti ili nga adu ti taona; ti turod ken ti pagwanawanan ket agbalinto a rukib iti agnanayon, pagragsakan dagiti atap nga asno, pagaraban dagiti arban;
15 Until there be poured out upon us the spirit, from on high, —Then shall the wilderness become, garden-land, And the garden-land, for a forest, be reckoned;
agingga a maibukbok kadatayo ti Espiritu nga aggapu iti ngato, ken agbalin a nabunga a talon ti let-ang, ken maibilang a kabakiran ti nabunga a talon.
16 Then shall, justice inhabit, the wilderness, And righteousness, in the garden-land, shall abide;
Kalpasanna, agnaedto ti hustisia iti let-ang; ken agtaengto ti kinalinteg iti nabunga a talon.
17 And the yield of righteousness, shall be, peace, —And the tillage of righteousness, quietness, and confidence! to times age-abiding;
Ti aramidto ti kinalinteg ket talna; ken ti pagbanagan ti kinalinteg, agnanayon a kinaulimek ken kinatalged.
18 And my people shall dwell, In a borne of peace, —and In habitations of security, and In resting-places of comfort.
Agnaedto dagiti tattaok iti natalna a pagianan, kadagiti natalged a balbalay, ken kadagiti naulimek a paginanaan.
19 But it shall hail during the felling of the forest, And in a sunken place, shall, the city, sink.
Ngem uray no agtudo iti yelo ket madadael ti kabakiran, ken madadael a naan-anay ti siudad,
20 How happy are ye who sow beside all waters, —Who send forth the foot of the ox and the ass.
mabendisionankayonto nga agmulmula iti igid dagiti amin a waig, dakayo a mangibulbulos kadagiti baka ken asnoyo tapno agarab.
