Isaiah 32
1 Lo! in righteousness, shall reign a king, Yea even princes, with equity, shall bear rule.
১চোৱা, এজন ৰজাই ধাৰ্মিকতাৰে ৰাজত্ব কৰিব, আৰু শাসনকৰ্তাসকলে ন্যায়বিচাৰেৰে শাসন কৰিব।
2 So shall each one become As a hiding-place from the wind And a covert from the storm, —As channels of water in a dry place, As the shadow of a massive cliff in a weary land.
২খৰাং ঠাইত পানীৰ সোঁতৰ দৰে, আৰু পৰিশ্রান্ত দেশত বৃহৎ শিলৰ ছাঁৰ দৰে, তেওঁলোক প্ৰতিজনে বতাহৰ পৰা আশ্রয়, আৰু ধুমুহাৰ পৰা নিৰাপতা পাব,
3 And the eyes of them who are ready to see, shall not be closed, —And, the ears of them who are ready to hear, shall hearken;
৩তেতিয়া চকুৰে দেখা পোৱা সকলৰ চকু অস্পষ্ট নহ’ব, আৰু কাণেৰে শুনা সকলে মনোযোগেৰে শুনিব;
4 And the heart of the hurried, shall take note of knowledge, And the tongue of stammerers, shall make haste to speak plainly.
৪অবিবেচক সকলে সাৱধানেৰে বিবেচনাৰে কৰিব, আৰু খুনাসকলে সহজে স্পষ্টকৈ কথা ক’ব।
5 A base man, shall no longer be called, noble, —Nor, a knave, be named, liberal;
৫মূৰ্খ লোকক সন্মানীয় বুলি আৰু মতা নহ’ব, নাইবা প্রবঞ্চকলোকক নিয়ম নীতি মানি চলা বুলি কোৱা নহ’ব।
6 For, a base man, with baseness, will speak, And, his heart, will practise iniquity, —Practising profanity, And speaking, against Yahweh that which misleadeth, Emptying the soul of the hungry, And the drink of the thirsty, he causeth to fail;
৬কিয়নো অপবিত্ৰ কাৰ্য কৰিবলৈ, যিহোৱাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে ভ্ৰান্তিজনক কথা কব, ক্ষুধাতুৰ পেট শুদা ৰাখিব, আৰু তৃষ্ণাতুৰৰ পানীৰ অভাৱ কৰাব, কাৰণ মুৰ্খই মুৰ্খতাৰ কথা ক’ব, আৰু তেওঁৰ হৃদয়েৰে অধৰ্ম চিন্তা কৰিব।
7 Yea, a knave, his weapons are wicked, —He, base schemes, hath devised To ruin the oppressed with speeches of falsehood Even when the needy pleadeth, for justice.
৭প্রবঞ্চকলোকৰ প্রণালী মন্দ। তেওঁ নীতিহীন পদ্ধতিৰ পৰিকল্পনা কৰে, দুখীয়াই সঁচা কথা ক’লেও দুখীয়ালোকক মিছা কথাৰে ধ্বংস কৰিব।
8 But, a noble man, noble things, hath devised, —And, he, upon noble things, will stand,
৮কিন্তু সন্মানীয় লোকে সৎ বিষয়ৰৰ পৰিকল্পনা কৰে, আৰু তেওঁৰ সৎ কার্যৰ কাৰণে তেওঁ থিৰে থাকিব।
9 Ye women in comfort! arise hear my voice, Ye daughters so confident give ear to my speech: —
৯হে নিশ্চিন্তে থকা মহিলাসকল, উঠা, আৰু মোৰ কথা শুনা; হে চিন্তা-ভাবনা নকৰা যুৱতীসকল, মোৰ বাক্য শুনা।
10 Some days beyond a year, ye shall be troubled ye confident ones, —For failed hath the vintage, No, gathering, cometh in.
১০হে দায়িত্বহীন মহিলা, এবছৰ হৈ কিছু দিন গ’লে তোমালোকৰ আত্মবিশ্বাস চূৰ্ণ বিচূৰ্ণ হ’ব, কাৰণ দ্ৰাক্ষাক্ষেত্ৰ নষ্ট হ’ব, ফল চপোৱা সময় নাহিব।
11 Tremble, ye women in comfort, Be troubled ye daughters so confident, —Strip! and bare yourselves, and gird somewhat on your loins:
১১হে নিশ্চিন্তে থকা মহিলা কম্পিত হোৱা; হে আত্মবিশ্বাসী কম্পমান হোৱা, উত্তম বস্ত্র সোলোকাই বিবস্ত্ৰ হোৱা, আৰু কঁকালত চট বান্ধা।
12 Upon your breasts, continue smiting: For desirable fields, For fruitful vine.
১২তোমালোকে মনোহৰ খেতি, আৰু ফলৱতী দ্ৰাক্ষালতাৰ বাবে বিলাপ কৰিবা।
13 Over the soil of my people, thorns and briars shall grow, —Yea over all houses of joy, thou city exultant!
১৩মোৰ লোকসকলৰ ভুমি, এনে কি, এটা সময়ত ৰং-ৰহইচেৰে আনন্দত থকা ঘৰবোৰৰ বাৰীত, কাঁইটিয়া বন আৰু কাঁইট গছৰে ভৰি পৰিব।
14 For the palace, is abandoned, the tumult of the city, hath ceased—Hill and watch-tower, serve as caves, unto times age-abiding, The joy of wild-asses, The pasture of flocks: —
১৪কাৰণ ৰাজপ্রসাদ পৰিত্যাগ হ’ব, ঘনবসতিপূৰ্ণ নগৰ মৰুভূমি হ’ব, পাহাৰ আৰু পৰীয়া ঘৰ সৰ্ব্বকাললৈ গুহাস্বৰূপ হ’ব, বনৰীয়া গাধৰ ধেমালি কৰা ঠাই, পশুৰ জাকবোৰ চৰা ঠাই হ’ব।
15 Until there be poured out upon us the spirit, from on high, —Then shall the wilderness become, garden-land, And the garden-land, for a forest, be reckoned;
১৫ওপৰৰ পৰা আমাৰ ওপৰত ঈশ্বৰৰ আত্মা বাকী নিদিয়া পর্যন্ত, মৰুপ্রান্তৰ ফলৱতী উদ্যান নোহোৱালৈকে, আৰু ফলৱতী উদ্যান অৰণ্য বুলি গণিত নোহোৱালৈকে তেনে অৱস্থাতে থাকিব।
16 Then shall, justice inhabit, the wilderness, And righteousness, in the garden-land, shall abide;
১৬তাৰ পাছত সেই মৰুপ্রান্তত ন্যায়বিচাৰ বাস কৰিব, আৰু সেই ফলৱতী উদ্যানত ধাৰ্মিকতাই বসতি ল’ব।
17 And the yield of righteousness, shall be, peace, —And the tillage of righteousness, quietness, and confidence! to times age-abiding;
১৭ধাৰ্মিকতাৰ কাৰ্যৰে শান্তিৰ হ’ব, আৰু ধাৰ্মিকতাৰ ফল চিৰকাললৈ সুস্থিৰ আৰু বিশ্বাসযোগ্য হ’ব।
18 And my people shall dwell, In a borne of peace, —and In habitations of security, and In resting-places of comfort.
১৮মোৰ লোকসকলে শান্তিপূর্ণ বাসস্থানত, নিৰাপত্তাহীন ঘৰবোৰত, আৰু শান্তিপূর্ণ বিশ্ৰামৰ ঠাইবোৰত বাস কৰিব।
19 But it shall hail during the felling of the forest, And in a sunken place, shall, the city, sink.
১৯কিন্তু তথাপিও যদি শিলাবৃষ্টি হয়, অৰণ্য ধ্বংস হ’ব, আৰু নগৰবোৰ সম্পূৰ্ণৰূপে বিলুপ্ত হ’ব।
20 How happy are ye who sow beside all waters, —Who send forth the foot of the ox and the ass.
২০জল সমূহৰ কাষত বীজ সিঁচা সকলে, আৰু ষাঁড় গৰু আৰু গাধক চৰিবলৈ এৰি দিয়া সকলে সকলোৱে আশীর্বাদপ্রাপ্ত হ’ব।
