Isaiah 15
1 The oracle on Moab: Because, in a night, was laid waste Ar of Moab—destroyed! Because, in a night, was laid waste Kir of Moab—destroyed,
Ang pamahayag mahitungod sa Moab. Sa pagkatinuod, sa usa kagabii magun-ob ug malaglag ang Ar sa Moab; nagun-ob ug nalaglag usab ang Kir sa Moab sa usa lamang ka gabii.
2 He hath gone up to Bayith and Dibon, to the high places, to weep, —On Nebo and on Medeba, Moab is howling, On all their heads, a baldness, Every beard, clipped.
Niadto sila sa templo, nitungas ang katawhan sa Dibon sa habog nga mga dapit aron sa paghilak; magbangotan ang Moab alang sa Nebo ug sa Medeba. Kiskisan nila ang ilang mga ulo ug ang ilang ang mga bangas.
3 In their streets, have they girded them with sackcloth, —On their housetops, and in their broadways, every one is howling—melting in tears;
Nagbisti sila ug sako sa ilang kadalanan; magbakho ang tanan didto sa ilang mga atop ug sa plasa, nagdangoyngoy pag-ayo.
4 And Heshbon, hath made outcry, and Elealeh, Unto Jahaz, hath been heard their voice, —For this cause, do the armed men of Moab roar, Every man’s soul, quivereth to him.
Nagpakitabang ang Hesbon ug Eleale; nadungog ang ilang mga tingog sama kalayo sa Jahas. Busa nagpakitabang ang kasundalohan sa Moab; nangurog sila.
5 Mine own heart, for Moab continueth to make outcry, Her fugitive, as far as Zoar, is like a heifer of three years; For the accent of Luhith, with weeping, they ascend, For by the way of Horonaim—an outcry of destruction, they excite;
Mihilak ang akong kasingkasing alang sa Moab; nikalagiw ang iyang katawhan ngadto sa Zoar ug ngadto sa Eglat Shilishia. Nitungas sila nga naghilak didto sa tungasonon nga Luhit; nitiyabaw sila sa dalan sa Horonaim tungod sa ilang kalaglagan.
6 For, the waters of Nimrim, shall become desolation, —For grass, hath dried up, Herbage hath failed, Green thing, hath not sprung up!
Nahubas ang mga tubig sa Nimrim; nalaya ang sagbot ug namatay ang bag-ong tubo nga sagbot; wala nay lunhaw.
7 For this cause, the savings they had made and that which they had stored, Over the torrent-bed of the willows, shall they bear them.
Ang kadagaya nga ilang gipatubo ug gitigom gidala na didto sa tabok sa lugot sa poplars.
8 For the outcry hath gone round the boundary of Moab, —As far as Eglaim, the howling thereof, And to Beer-elim, the howling thereof.
Nadunggan ang panaghilak palibot sa ginsakopan sa Moab; ang pagbakho ingon kalayo sa Eglaim ug sa Beer Elim.
9 For the waters of Dimon, are full of blood, For I will lay upon Dimon new troubles, —To the escaped of Moab, the lions, Even to the survivors on the soil.
Kay napuno sa dugo ang katubigan sa Dibon; apan magpadala pa ako ug mas labaw pa ngadto sa Dibon. Tukbon sa liyon ang moikyas gikan sa Moab ug kadtong mahibilin usab didto sa yuta.
