Isaiah 10
1 Alas! for them who ordain iniquitous decrees, —And, busy writers, who make a business of writing mischief:
၁ငတ်မွတ်သောသူတို့ ကို တရားရှုံးစေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊
2 Turning aside from judgment, the poor, And robbing, of justice, the oppressed of my people, —So that, widows, become, their spoil, And of the fatherless, they make prey.
၂ငါ ၏လူမျိုး တွင် ဆင်းရဲ သားတို့၏ အခွင့် အရာကို ရုပ်သိမ်း ခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမ တို့ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ၍၊ မိဘ မရှိသောသူတို့၏ ဥစ္စာကိုလုယူ ခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ မတရား သဖြင့်စီရင် သောသူ၊ ကျပ်တည်း စွာသော မှတ်ချက် ကို မှတ်သား သော စာရေးတို့သည် အမင်္ဂလာ ရှိကြ၏။
3 What, then, will ye do for the day of visitation, And for the devastation, which from afar, shall come? Unto whom, will ye flee for help? And where will ye leave your gory?
၃ငါကြည့်ရှုစီရင် သည်ကာလ ၊ အဝေး က ရောက်လတံ့ သော ဖျက်ဆီး ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်ကာလ၌ ၊ သင်တို့သည် ချမ်းသာ ရအံသောငှါ ၊ အဘယ် သူထံ သို့ ပြေး ကြလိမ့်မည်နည်း။ သင် တို့စည်းစိမ် ဥစ္စာကို အဘယ်မှာ သို ထား ကြ လိမ့်မည်နည်း။
4 Without me, one hath bowed under a prisoner Yea under the slain, do they fall! For all this, hath his anger, not turned back, But still, is his hand outstretched.
၄ငါ့ကျေးဇူးကို မခံရသောသူတို့သည်၊ ချုပ်ထား လျက်ရှိသောသူတို့ အောက် မှာ ဦးချ ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ အသေသတ် ခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့ အောက် မှာ လဲ ရကြ လိမ့်မည်။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ အမျက် တော်သည်မ ငြိမ်း ၊ လက် တော်သည်ဆန့် လျက်ရှိသေး၏။
5 Alas! for Assyria, the rod of mine anger, —Yea, the very staff in their hand, is, my displeasure:
၅အာရှုရိ လူသည်အမင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။ ငါ့ အမျက် ၏ လှံတံ ဖြစ်၏။ သူ ကိုင် သောတောင်ဝေး သည် ငါ ဒဏ် ပေး စရာဘို့ ဖြစ်၏။
6 Against an irreligious nation, will I send him, Yea against the people with whom I am wroth, will I command him, —To capture spoil And lay hold on prey, And cause them to be trodden down as the mire of the lanes.
၆အဓမ္မ လူမျိုး ရှိရာသို့ သူ့ ကိုငါစေလွှတ် မည်။ ငါ့ အမျက် ခံရာ လူစု ကို လုယူ ဖျက်ဆီး ၍၊ လမ်း ၌ ရွှံ့ ကိုကဲ့သို့ ကျော် နင်းစေခြင်းငှါ ၊ သူ့ ကိုငါမှာ ထားမည်။
7 But as for him, not so, doth he deem, And in his heart, not so, doth he think, —For, to destroy, is in his heart, And to cut off nations, not a few;
၇သို့ သော်လည်း၊ သူသည်အခြားသောအကြံ၊ အခြားသော အလိုရှိ၏။ သူသည်ဖျက်ဆီး ၍ ၊ များစွာသောလူမျိုး တို့ကို ဖယ်ရှင်း ခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိ၏။
8 For he saith: —Are not, my generals, all alike, kings?
၈သူသည် အဘယ်သို့ဆိုသနည်းဟူမူကား၊ ငါ ၏ မှုးမတ် တို့သည် မင်းကြီး ဖြစ်ကြသည်မဟုတ် လော။
9 Is not, Calno, like Carchemish? Is not, Hamath, like Arpad? Is not, Samaria, like Damascus?
၉ကာလနော မြို့သည် ခါခေမိတ် မြို့ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ ဟာမတ် မြို့သည် အာပဒ် မြို့ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ ရှမာရိ မြို့သည် ဒမာသက် မြို့ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ဖြစ်သည် မဟုတ် လော။
10 As my hand hath reached unto the kingdoms of idols, —whose images did excel them of Jerusalem and Samaria,
၁၀ရှမာရိ ရုပ်တုနှင့် ယေရုရှလင် ရုပ်တုထက် သာ၍မြတ် သော ရုပ်တု ဆင်းတု ကို ကိုးကွယ်သော တိုင်း နိုင်ငံများကို ငါ လု ယူသကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊
11 Shall I not as I have done to Samaria and her idols, so, do to Jerusalem and her images?
၁၁ရှမာရိ မြို့နှင့် သူ ၏ ရုပ်တု တို့ကို ငါပြု သကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့နှင့် သူ ၏ ရုပ်တု တို့ကို ငါပြု မည် မဟုတ် လော ဟုဆို တတ်၏။
12 Wherefore it shall come to pass—When My Lord shall finish his whole work upon Mount Zion and upon Jerusalem, I will bring punishment—Upon the fruit of the greatness of heart of the king of Assyria. And upon the vainglory of his uplifted eyes,
၁၂သို့သော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ဇိအုန် တောင် နှင့် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ အမှုတော် ကို လက်စသတ် တော်မူပြီးမှ ၊ အာရှုရိ ရှင်ဘုရင် ၏ မာန ထောင်လွှားခြင်း၊ မော် သော မျက်နှာ နှင့် စော်ကား ခြင်းကို ငါကြည့်ရှု၍ စီရင် မည်။
13 For he hath said—By the strength of mine own hand, have I effectually wrought, And by my wisdom—for I have discernment, —That I might remove the bounds of peoples, Yea their treasures, have I plundered That I might lay prostrate as a mighty one the inhabitants;
၁၃ထိုမင်းက၊ ငါသည် ကိုယ် လက်ရုံး သတ္တိ နှင့် ကိုယ် ဉာဏ် အားဖြင့် ငါတတ် နိုင်၏။ ပညာ သတ္တိနှင့် ငါပြည့်စုံ၏။ လူမျိုး နေရာ အပိုင်းအခြားတို့ကို ငါရွှေ့ ပြီ။ သူ တို့၏ ဘဏ္ဍာ ကို လုယူ ပြီ။ ဘုရင် တို့ကို သူရဲ ကဲ့သို့ နှိမ့်ချ ပြီ။
14 And my hand hath found as a nest the wealth of the peoples, And as the gathering of eggs that are forsaken, all the earth, have, I, gathered, —And there was none to flap a wing, or open a mouth or chirp.
၁၄ငါ့ လက် သည် ငှက်သိုက် ကို တွေ့သကဲ့သို့ ၊ လူ တို့၏ဥစ္စာ ပစ္စည်းကို တွေ့ ပြီ။ စွန့်ပစ် သောငှက်ဥ တို့ကို သိမ်းယူ သကဲ့သို့ ၊ မြေကြီး တန်ဆာရှိသမျှ တို့ကိုငါ သိမ်းယူ ပြီ။ အဘယ်သူမျှအတောင် ကိုမ လှုပ် ၊ နှုတ် သီးကိုမဖွင့် ၊ မမြည် မတွန်ဟုဆို သည် ဖြစ်၍၊
15 Shall the axe boast itself against him that heweth therewith? Or, the saw, magnify itself, against him that wieldeth it? As if a rod, could wield, them who lift it up! As if a staff, could raise, what is, not wood!
၁၅ကြိမ်လုံး သည် ကိုင် သောသူကိုလှုပ် သကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ တောင်ဝေး သည် မိမိသခင်ကိုချီ ကြွသကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ ပုဆိန် သည် ခုတ် သောသူကို စော်ကား ရမည်လော။ လွှ သည် တိုက် သောသူကို ရန်ပြု၍ ထောင်လွှား ရမည်လော။
16 Therefore, shall the Lord, Yahweh of hosts, Send, among his fat ones, leanness, And under his glory, shall he kindle a kindling, like the kindling of fire;
၁၆ထိုကြောင့်၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင်အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ထိုမင်း ၏ ဆူဝ သောသူတို့၌ ပိန် ကျုံ့ ခြင်းကို သွင်းပေးတော်မူမည်။ သူ ၏ ဘုန်း အောက် ၌ လည်း မီး လောင် သကဲ့သို့ လောင်စေခြင်းငှါ ရှို့ တော်မူ မည်။
17 So shall, the Light of Israel, become, a fire, And his Holy One, a flame, Which shall burn and consume his thorns and his briars, in one day;
၁၇ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏အလင်း သည် မီး ဖြစ် တော်မူ မည်။ သန့်ရှင်း သော ဘုရားသည် မီးလျှံ ဖြစ်တော်မူမည်။ တနေ့ ခြင်းတွင် ၊ ထိုမင်း ၏ ဆူး ပင်အမျိုးမျိုးတို့ကို မီးရှို့၍၊ ကျွမ်း စေတော်မူမည်။
18 And the glory of his forest and of his garden land, both soul and body, shall it bring to an end, —And it shall be like the wasting away of a consumptive.
၁၈တော ၏ဘုန်း ကို၎င်း၊ အသီးအနှံထွက်သောလယ် ၏ ဘုန်းကို၎င်း၊ သူ၏ ကိုယ် ခန္ဓာနံ ဝိညာဉ်နှင့်တကွ ကုန် စေတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ထိုမင်းသည် နာ သောသူကဲ့သို့ အားလျော့ လိမ့်မည်။
19 And, the remnant of his forest-trees, few in number, shall become, —yea, a child, might describe them!
၁၉ကြွင်း သော တောပင် တို့ကို သူငယ် သည် စာရင်း ယူနိုင်အောင်၊ အနည်းငယ် မျှသာ ဖြစ် လိမ့်မည်။
20 And it shall come to pass in that day, That the remnant of Israel. And the escaped of the house of Jacob Shall, no more again, lean upon him that smote them, —But shall lean upon Yahweh the Holy One of Israel, in truth.
၂၀ထိုအခါမှစ၍၊ ဘေးလွတ် လျက် ကြွင်း သော ဣသရေလ အမျိုးနှင့် ယာကုပ် အမျိုးသား တို့သည်၊ မိမိ တို့ ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောသူ၌ နောက် တဖန်မ ကိုးစား ဘဲ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ သန့်ရှင်း သောအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ အမှန်ကိုးစား ကြလိမ့်မည်။
21 A remnant, shall return, The remnant of Jacob, —unto the mighty GOD;
၂၁ကြွင်း သောသူတည်းဟူသော၊ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး၌ ကြွင်း သောသူတို့သည် တန်ခိုးကြီး တော်မူသောဘုရား သခင့်ထံသို့ ပြန် လာကြလိမ့်မည်။
22 For though thy people, O Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, A [mere] remnant, shall return of them, —A full end decreed, bringeth in, justice, like a flood;
၂၂အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုး ၊ သင်၏အမျိုးသားတို့သည် သမုဒ္ဒရာ သဲလုံး နှင့် အမျှ များသော်လည်း ၊ ကြွင်း သောသူတို့ သာလျှင် ပြန် လာကြလိမ့်မည်။ စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်သော သုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်း ခြင်းသည် တရား သဖြင့် လွှမ်းမိုး ရ လိမ့်မည်။
23 For, a full end and that a decreed one, is My Lord Yahweh of hosts executing in the midst of all the earth.
၂၃ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ ရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မြေ တပြင်လုံး အလယ် ၌ စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်သော၊ သုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှားခြင်းကို ပြု တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
24 Therefore, thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh of hosts, Do not fear O my people dwelling in Zion, because of Assyria, —When with his rod, he would smite thee, And when his staff, he would lift up against thee in the manner of Egypt;
၂၄ထိုကြောင့်၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင် အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ဇိအုန် မြို့၌နေ သောငါ ၏လူမျိုး ၊ အာရှုရိ မင်းကြောင့် မ ကြောက် နှင့်။ သူ၏ ကြိမ်လုံး နှင့် သင့် ကိုရိုက် မည်။ အဲဂုတ္တု မင်း ပြု သည်နည်းတူ သူ ၏လှံတံ ကို သင် ၏အပေါ် မှာမိုး လိမ့်မည်။
25 For, yet a very little while, and displeasure shall end, Yea, mine anger, over their destruction.
၂၅သို့သော်လည်း၊ ခဏ ကြာပြီးမှ သူ တို့သည်ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့ရောက်သောအားဖြင့် ၊ ငါ့အမျက် သည်ငြိမ်း ၍၊ ငါ့ စိတ်လည်းပြေလိမ့်မည်။
26 And Yahweh of hosts, will brandish over him, a scourge—Like the smiting of Midian at the rock Oreb, —And his staff being over the sea, He will lift it up in the manner of Egypt;
၂၆ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဩရဘ ကျောက် နား မှာ မိဒျန် အမျိုးသားတို့ကို ဒဏ်ခတ် သကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ ပင်လယ် ကိုလှံတံ တော်နှင့် မိုး သကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ထိုမင်းအဘို့ ဘေးဥပဒ်ကို ပြင်ဆင်၍၊ အဲဂုတ္ထု လက်ထက်၌ကဲ့သို့ တဖန် လှံတံ တော်ကို ချီ တော်မူမည်။
27 And it shall come to pass, in that day, That his burden shall remove from off thy shoulder, And his yoke from off thy neck, —Yea, the yoke shall be broken because of fatness.
၂၇ထို ကာလ ၌ သူ ၏ဝန် ကို သင် ၏ပခုံး ပေါ် က ၎င်း၊ သူ ၏ထမ်းဘိုး ကိုသင် ၏လည်ပင်း ပေါ် က ၎င်း ချ ရ၏။ ဆူဝ ခြင်းကျေးဇူးကြောင့် ထမ်းဘိုး ပျက်စီး ရ၏။
28 He hath come in unto Ayyath, Hath passed through Migron, —At Michmash, storeth his baggage:
၂၈အာရပ် မြို့သို့ ရောက် လေပြီ။ မိဂရုန် မြို့တိုင်အောင် လွန် သွားပြီ။ မိတ်မတ် မြို့၌ လှည်း များကို ချ ထားပြီ။
29 They have passed over the pass, Geba is his halting-place, —Terror-stricken is Ramah, Gibeah of Saul, hath fled!
၂၉တောင်ကြားကို လွန် ကြပြီ။ ဂေဗ မြို့၌ စားခန်း ချ ကြပြီ။ ရာမ မြို့သည် ကြောက်လန့် လျက်ရှိ၏။ ရှောလု နေရာဂိဗာ မြို့သည် ပြေး ၏။
30 Make shrill thy voice, O daughter of Gallim! Hearken, O Laishah, Answer, O Anathoth!
၃၀အိုဂလ္လိမ် မြို့သမီး ၊ ကြွေးကြော် လော့။ အိုလဲရှ မြို့၊ နားထောင် လော့။ အာနသုတ် မြို့သည် အမင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။
31 Madmenah, hath fled, —The inhabitants of Gebim, have gone into safety:
၃၁မာဒမေန မြို့သည် ပြောင်း သွားပြီ။ ဂေဗိပ် မြို့သား တို့သည် လွတ်အောင်ပြေး ကြ၏။
32 While yet to-day, in Nob, he tarrieth, He brandisheth his hand toward The mount of the daughter of Zion, The hill of Jerusalem.
၃၂နောဘ မြို့၌ တရက်နေပြီးမှ၊ ဇိအုန် သတို့သမီး ၏ တောင် တည်းဟူသောယေရှုရှလင် တောင် ကိုရွယ်၍၊ မိမိ လက် ကို လှုပ် လိမ့်မည်။
33 Behold! the Lord, Yahweh of hosts, is about to lop off a tree-crown, with a crash, —Then shall, they who are lifted on high, be hewn down, And, the lofty, be laid low;
၃၃ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင် အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သော အခြင်းအရာနှင့် သစ်ပင်အထွဋ်ကို ပယ်ရှင်း တော်မူမည်။ အရပ် မြင့် သော အခက် တို့ကို ခုတ်လှဲ ၍ ၊ ကြီးမား သော အခက်တို့ကို နှိမ့်ချ တော်မူမည်။
34 Then will he fell the thickets of the forest with iron, —And, Lebanon by a majestic one shall fall.
၃၄တော အုပ်ကို ပုဆိန် နှင့် ခုတ် ပယ်တော်မူ၍ ၊ လေဗနုန် တောသည် တန်ခိုး ကြီးသောသူ ၏လက်အားဖြင့်လဲ လျက်နေလိမ့်သတည်း။
