< Hosea 3 >
1 Then said Yahweh unto me, Once more, go love a woman who loveth a friend, and is an adulteress, —according to the love of Yahweh unto the sons of Israel, though they keep turning away unto other gods, and love [idolatrous] raisin-cakes.
LEUM GOD El fahk nu sik, “Sifilpa fahla ac fahkak lungse lom nu sin sie mutan su orek kosro yurin mukul kawuk lal. Kom enenu in lungse el oana ke nga srakna lungse mwet Israel, elos finne forla nu sin god ngia ac orek mwe kisa ke raisin nu ke ma sruloala.”
2 So I secured her to me, for fifteen pieces of silver, —and a homer of barley, and a half-homer of barley;
Ouinge nga sang ipin silver singoul limekosr ac bushel in barley itkosr in molela mutan sac kiuk.
3 and I said unto her, Many days, shalt thou tarry for me, thou shalt not be unchaste, neither shalt thou become another man’s, —moreover also, I, [will tarry] for thee.
Nga fahk nu sel lah el enenu in mutana yuruk ke pacl na loeloes ac tia oan yurin kutena mukul, ku orek kosro ac eis molin kosro lal. Ac ke pulan pacl sacn nga fah tia pac oan yorol.
4 For, many days, shall the sons of Israel tarry, without king, and without ruler, and without sacrifice, and without pillar; and without ephod, or household gods.
In ouiya se pacna inge, mwet Israel fah muta ke sie pacl na loes ke wangin tokosra ku mwet kol lalos, wangin mwe kisa, wangin sru eot mutal, wangin ma sruloala ku mwe lemlem in orekmakinyuk nu ke palye pacl tok ah.
5 Afterwards, shall the sons of Israel return, and seek Yahweh their God, and David their king, —and shall turn with throbbing hearts unto Yahweh and unto his goodness, in the afterpart of the days.
Tusruktu oasr pacl se ac fah tuku ke mwet Israel ac fah sifilpa forla nu sin LEUM GOD lalos, ac nu sin sie mwet ke fwilin tulik natul David tuh in tokosra lalos. Na elos ac fah sangeng sin LEUM GOD, ac El ac fah sang ma wo nu selos.
