< Hebrews 1 >
1 Whereas, in many parts and in many ways of old, God spake unto the fathers, in the prophets,
Ahlana Pamhnam naw sahmae üngkhyüh tuilam khawhah üng mi pupae khawvei jah ngthumin püiki,
2 At the end of these days, He hath spoken unto us in his Son, —whom he hath appointed heir of all things, through whom also he hath made the ages; (aiōn )
lüpi ahina akpaihnak mhnüpe üngta a Cakpa üngkhyüh jah ngthungmin püiki. Ani üngkhyüh khawliva mhnün lü akpaihnaka anaküt kanak khaia Pamhnam naw a xü päng ni. (aiōn )
3 Who, being an eradiated brightness of his glory, and an exact representation of his very being, also bearing up all things by the utterance of his power, purification of sins, having achieved, sat down on the right hand of the majesty in high places:
Ani naw Pamhnama hlüngtainak akvai ja Pamhnama kya lü ani am akcang atängnak cun mdan lü johitmahki a ngthukhyü am khawliva pi a taih ni. Nghngicim avana mkhye a jah mhlätei käna khankhawa Johitmah Säihki Pamhnama khet da ngawki ni.
4 By so much becoming superior to the messengers, by as much as, going beyond them, he hath inherited a more distinguished name.
Cakpa cun khankhawngsä he kthaka dämduhkia thawn lü Pamhnam naw ngming a pet pi amimi kthaka dämduhki ni.
5 For unto which of the messengers said he at any time—My Son, art, thou, I, this day have begotten thee? and again—I, will become, his father, and, he, shall become my Son?
6 But, whensoever he again introduceth the first-begotten into the habitable earth, he saith—And let all God’s messengers worship him!
Lüpi Pamhnam naw a Ca kcük khawmdeka a tüih law hlü üng, “Pamhnama khankhawngsä he avan naw ani cun hjawkhah yah khaie,” a ti.
7 Even as to the messengers, indeed, he saith—Who maketh his messengers, winds, and his ministers of state, a fiery flame;
Pamhnam naw khankhawngsä hea mawng ta, “Pamhnam naw a khankhawngsä he cun khawkhi jah pyan lü a mpyae mei kdäia kba a jah thawnsak,” a ti.
8 but, as to the Son, —Thy throne, O God, is unto times age-abiding, and—A sceptre of equity, is the sceptre of his kingdom, (aiōn )
Lüpi, Pamhnam naw a Cakpaa mawng ta: “Pamhnam aw, na pe anglät se ngkhäng khai ni! Na khyange na jah up hin tala khai. (aiōn )
9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated lawlessness, —For this cause, hath God, thy God, anointed thee with the oil of exultation, beyond thy partners;
Akcang kphyanaki lü akhye na cawkei khai. Acun hin Pamhnam, na Pamhnam naw ning xü lü na püipawe a jah peta kthaka dämduh lü leisawng vaia jenak cun nang üng a ning pet ni.”
10 and—Thou, by way of beginning, Lord, the earth, didst found, and, the works of thy hands, are the heavens, —
Ani naw, “Nang, Bawipa, akcük säiha khawmdek mhnün lü namäta kute am khankhawe na jah pyangki.
11 They, shall perish, but, thou, abidest still, and, all, as a mantle, shall be worn out,
Amimi khyük u lü nang na mä khai; amimi cun suisakea kba phyüm khaie.
12 And, as if a robe, wilt thou fold them up, —as a mantle, and they shall be changed; but, thou, art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
Nang naw jiha kba jah khep lü suisakea kba nghlai khaie. Lüpi nang ta ngläta mä lü, na sak pi a päihnak am ve,” a ti.
13 But, to which of the messengers, hath he said, at any time—Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thy foes thy footstool?
Pamhnam naw a khankhawngsä he mat üngpi: Na yee na khaw mtaihnak vaia ka jah tak vei cäpa, Ka khet da hia ngawa” ti lü am pyen khawi.
14 Are they not, all, spirits, doing public service, —for ministry, sent forth, for the sake of them who are about to inherit salvation?
Acukba ta khankhawngsä he ta ie ni? Amimi cun ngmüimkhyaa kya u lü Pamhnam khüih u lü küikyannak yah law khaie phäh jah bükteng khaia a jah tüih ni.
