< Hebrews 13 >
1 Let brotherly love continue.
Ke tuʻumaʻu pe ʻae feʻofoʻofani fakakāinga.
2 Of the entertaining of strangers, be not forgetful, for, hereby, unawares, have some entertained, messengers.
ʻOua naʻa ngalo ke fakaafe ʻae kakai muli: he kuo fakaafe ai ʻe he niʻihi ʻae kau ʻāngelo ʻi he taʻeʻilo.
3 Bear in mind them who are in bonds, as having become jointly bound, —them who are suffering ill-treatment, as being yourselves also in the body.
Manatuʻi ʻakinautolu ʻoku moʻua ʻi he haʻi, ʻo hangē kuo haʻisia mo kimoutolu; mo kinautolu ʻoku ngaohikoviʻi, ʻo hangē ko hoʻomou kei ʻi he sino foki.
4 Let marriage be honourable in all, and the bed undefiled, for, fornicators and adulterers, God, will judge.
Ko e fakamaʻu mali mo e mohenga taʻeʻuliʻi, ʻoku lelei ia ki he kakai kotoa pē, ka koe kau feʻauaki mo e kau tono fefine ʻe fakamaau ʻe he ʻOtua.
5 Without fondness for money, be your way of life, —being content with the present things, —for, he, hath said: In nowise, thee, will I leave, no indeed! in nowise, thee, will I forsake:
Ke taʻemanumanu [hoʻomou ]ʻulungāanga; pea mou fiemālie ʻi he ngaahi meʻa ʻoku mou maʻu: he kuo pehē mai ʻe ia, “E ʻikai te u liʻaki koe, pea ʻe ʻikai te u ʻalu ʻiate koe.”
6 So that, taking courage, we may be saying—The Lord, hasteth to my cry, —I will not be put in fear: what shall, man, do unto me?
Ko ia ʻoku tau lea mālohi ai, “Ko hoku tokoni ʻae ʻEiki pea ʻe ʻikai te u manavahē ki ha meʻa ʻe fai ʻe he tangata kiate au.”
7 Be mindful of them who are guiding you, who, indeed, have spoken unto you, the word of God: the outgoing of whose behaviour, reviewing, be imitating, their faith.
Manatuʻi ʻa homou kau fakahinohino, ʻakinautolu naʻe leaʻaki ʻae folofola ʻae ʻOtua kiate kimoutolu, pea faʻifaʻitaki ki heʻenau tui, ʻo fakatokanga ki he ngataʻanga ʻo ʻenau ʻulungāanga.
8 Jesus Christ, yesterday, and to-day, is the same, —and unto the ages. (aiōn )
Ko Sisu Kalaisi ʻoku tatau ʻi he ʻaneafi, mo e ʻaho ni, pea taʻengata. (aiōn )
9 With teachings, manifold and strange, be not carried aside; for it is, noble, that, with gratitude, should, the heart, be getting confirmed, —not with matters of food, in which, they who are walking, have not been profited.
Ke ʻoua naʻa feʻaveʻaki fano ʻakimoutolu ʻe he ngaahi akonaki ʻoku kehekehe hono anga mo foʻou. He ko e meʻa lelei ke tuʻumaʻu ʻae loto ʻi he ʻofa; ʻikai ʻi he ngaahi meʻakai, ʻaia naʻe ʻikai ʻaonga kiate kinautolu naʻe moʻua ki ai.
10 We have an altar—to eat out of which, they, have no right, who in the tent are doing divine service;
ʻOku ai ʻetau ʻesifeilaulau, ʻaia ʻoku ʻikai totonu ke kai mei ai ʻekinautolu ʻoku tauhi ʻi he fale fehikitaki.
11 For, in the case of those living creatures, whose blood for sins is carried into the holy place, through means of the high-priest, the bodies of these, are burned up, outside the camp.
Kaeʻumaʻā ia, ʻoku tutu ʻi tuaʻā kolo ʻae sino ʻoe fanga manu ko ia, ʻaia ʻoku ʻomi honau toto ʻe he taulaʻeiki lahi ki he potu tapu, koeʻuhi ko e angahala.
12 Wherefore, Jesus also, that he might hallow the people through means of his own blood, outside the gate, suffered:
Ko ia naʻe mamahi foki ʻa Sisu, ʻi he tuaʻā kolo, koeʻuhi ke ne fakamāʻoniʻoni ʻae kakai ʻaki hono taʻataʻa ʻoʻona.
13 Now, therefore, let us be going forth unto him, outside the camp, his reproach bearing.
Ko ia ke tau ʻalu atu kiate ia kituaʻā kolo, ʻo fua hono manuki.
14 For we have not here an abiding city, but, unto that which is to be, are we seeking our way.
He ʻoku ʻikai maʻu ʻekitautolu ʻi heni ha kolo ʻe tuʻumaʻu, ka ʻoku tau kumi ki ha taha ʻe hoko.
15 Through him, let us be offering up a sacrifice of praise, continually, unto God; that is, a fruit of lips confessing unto his name.
Ko ia ke tau ʻatu ʻiate ia ʻae feilaulau ʻoe fakafetaʻi ki he ʻOtua ʻo maʻuaipē, ʻaia ko e fua ʻoe loungutu ʻoka atu ai ʻae fakafetaʻi ki hono huafa.
16 But, of the doing good and of fellowship, be not forgetful; for, with such sacrifices as these, is, God, well-pleased.
Ka ko e fai lelei, mo e foaki, ke ʻoua naʻa ngalo: he ko e ngaahi feilaulau pehē ʻoku leleiʻia ai ʻae ʻOtua.
17 Be yielding unto them who are guiding you, and submit yourselves; for they are watching over your souls, as having an account to render, that, with joy the same they may be doing, and not with sighing, —for, unprofitable unto you, were, this.
Mou talangofua kiate kinautolu ʻoku fakahinohino ʻakimoutolu, pea mou fakavaivai: he ʻoku nau leʻohi homou laumālie, he te nau fakamatala ki ai, pea koeʻuhi ke nau fai ia ʻi he fiefia, kaeʻoua naʻa ʻi he mamahi: he ʻoku taʻeʻaonga ia kiate kimoutolu.
18 Be praying for us; for we persuade ourselves that an honourable conscience have we, in all things honourably, desiring to behave ourselves.
Hūfia ʻakimautolu: he ʻoku mau ʻilo kuo ʻiate kimautolu ʻae ʻatamai lelei, pea ʻoku mau loto ke moʻui angatonu ʻi he meʻa kotoa pē.
19 But, much more abundantly, do I exhort you the same to do, that, more speedily, I may be restored, unto you.
Ka ʻoku ou kole ke mou tokanga lahi ki ai, koeʻuhi ke tuku au ke vave kiate kimoutolu.
20 But, the God of peace, He that led up from among the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep, with the blood of an age-abiding covenant, —our Lord Jesus, (aiōnios )
Ko eni, ko e ʻOtua ʻoe monūʻia, naʻa ne toe ʻomi mei he pekia ʻa hotau ʻEiki ko Sisu, ko e tauhi lahi ʻoe fanga sipi ʻi he taʻataʻa ʻoe fuakava taʻengata. (aiōnios )
21 Fit you, by every good work, for the doing of his will, doing within us, that which is well-pleasing, before him through Jesus Christ: to whom be the glory, unto the ages of ages. Amen. (aiōn )
ʻOfa ke ne ngaohi ʻakimoutolu ke mou haohaoa ʻi he ngaue lelei kotoa pē, ke fai hono finangalo, ʻo ne fai ʻiate kimoutolu ʻaia ʻoku lelei ʻi hono ʻao, ʻia Sisu Kalaisi; ke ʻiate ia ʻae ongoongolelei ʻo taʻengata pea taʻengata. ʻEmeni. (aiōn )
22 Now I exhort you, brethren, bear with the word of exhortation, —for, even with brief [words], have I sent unto you.
Pea ʻoku ou kole kiate kimoutolu, ʻe kāinga, mou tali ʻae lea ʻoe akonaki ni: he kuo u tohi ʻae tohi kiate kimoutolu ʻi he ngaahi lea siʻi pe.
23 Know ye that our brother Timothy hath been set at liberty, —with whom, if more speedily he be coming, I will see you.
ʻOku mou ʻilo kuo mamaʻo atu hotau kāinga ko Timote; ʻa ia, ka vave ʻene haʻu, te ma mamata mo ia kiate kimoutolu.
24 Salute all them who are guiding you, and all the saints: they from Italy, salute you.
ʻOfa atu kiate kinautolu kotoa pē ʻoku fakahinohino ʻakimoutolu, mo e kāinga māʻoniʻoni kotoa pē. ʻOku ʻofa atu kiate kimoutolu kotoa ʻakinautolu ʻi ʻItali.
25 Favour be with you all.
Ke ʻiate kimoutolu kotoa pē ʻae ʻaloʻofa. ʻEmeni.
