< Genesis 8 >
1 And God remembered Noah, and all the wild—beasts and all the tame-beasts that were with him in the ark, —and God caused a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided;
Pinanunot ti Dios ni Noe, dagiti amin nga atap nga ayup, ken dagiti amin a dingwen a kaduana iti uneg ti daong. Pinagpuyupoy ti Dios ti angin iti entero a daga, ket nangrugi a bimmaba ti danum.
2 and the fountains of the roaring-deep were shut, and the windows of the heavens, —and the heavy rain was restrained from the heavens;
Nairikep dagiti ubbog iti uneg ti daga ken dagiti tawa iti tangatang, ket nagsardeng a nagtudo.
3 and the waters returned from off the earth they went on returning, —and so the waters decreased at the end of a hundred and fifty days.
Nagtultuloy nga immababaw ti danum. Ket kalpasan iti 150 nga aldaw, ababaw metten ti danum.
4 And the ark rested, in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, —on the mountains of Ararat.
Simmadsad ti daong kadagiti bantay ti Ararat iti maika-pito a bulan, iti maika-17 nga aldaw iti bulan.
5 But, the waters went on decreasing, until the tenth month, —in the tenth [month], on the first of the month, were seen the tops of the mountains.
Nagtultuloy nga immababaw ti danum agingga iti maika-sangapulo a bulan. Iti umuna nga aldaw iti bulan, nagparang dagiti tuktok dagiti bantay.
6 And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark that he had made;
Napasamak a kalpasan iti uppat a pulo nga aldaw, linukatan ni Noe ti tawa ti daong nga inaramidna.
7 and sent forth a raven, —and it kept going forth and returning, until the drying up of the waters from off the earth.
Nangipatayab isuna iti uwak ket nagsublisubli daytoy aginggana a nagmaga ti danum manipud iti daga.
8 And he sent forth a dove from him, —to see whether the waters had abated, from off the face of the ground;
Kalpasanna, nangipatayab isuna iti kalapati tapno makitana no immababawen ti danum,
9 but the dove found no resting-place for the sole of her foot so she returned unto him into the ark, for, waters, were on the face of all the earth; and he put forth his hand and took her, and brought her in unto him, into the ark.
ngem awan ti nasarakan ti kalapati a lugar a pagdissoan ti sakana, ket nagsubli daytoy kenkuana iti uneg ti daong, ta linipus pay laeng iti danum ti entero a daga. Inyunnatna ti imana ket innalana ken inyunegna daytoy iti daong.
10 Then stayed he yet seven days more, —and, again sent forth the dove out of the ark.
Naguray manen isuna iti pito nga aldaw ket nangipatayab manen iti kalapati manipud iti daong.
11 And the dove came in unto him at eventide, and lo! a newly sprouted olive-leaf, in her mouth, —so Noah knew that the waters had abated from off the earth.
Nagsubli kenkuana ti kalapati iti karabianna. Ket adda nalangto a bulong ti olibo iti sippitna. Ngarud, naammoan ni Noe nga immababawen ti danum.
12 And he stayed yet seven days more, —and sent forth the dove, but she returned not again unto him any more.
Naguray manen isuna iti pito nga aldaw, ket pinatayabna manen ti kalapati. Saanen daytoy a nagsubli kenkuana.
13 So it came to pass in the six hundred and first year at the beginning, on the first of the month, that the waters had dried up from off the earth, —and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked and lo! the face of the ground was dried.
Dimteng iti maika-601 a tawen, iti umuna a bulan, iti umuna nga aldaw ti bulan, nga agmagmagan ti daga. Inikkat ni Noe ti kalub ti daong, kimmita iti ruar, ket nakitana a namagaanen ti rabaw ti daga.
14 And in the second month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month, was the earth dry.
Iti maikadua a bulan, iti maika-27 nga aldaw iti bulan, natiananen ti daga.
15 So then, God spake to Noah, saying:
Kinuna ti Dios kenni Noe,
16 Come forth out of the ark, —thou and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons’ wives with thee.
“Rumuarkayo iti daong, sika, ti asawam, dagiti annakmo, ken dagiti assawa dagiti annakmo.”
17 All the living creatures that are with thee of all flesh among birds, and among beasts, and among all the creeping things that creep on the earth, bring forth with thee, —and they shall swarm in the earth, and be fruitful and multiply, on the earth.
Paruarem ti tunggal sibibiag a parsua iti amin a lasag a kaduam, karaman dagiti billit, dagiti dingwen, ken tunggal banag nga agkarkarayam iti rabaw ti daga, tapno umaduda iti entero a daga, agbungada, ken agpaaduda iti rabaw ti daga.”
18 So Noah came forth, —and his sons and his wife, and his sons’ wives with him:
Rimuar ngarud ni Noe a kaduana dagiti annakna, ti asawana, ken dagiti assawa dagiti annakna.
19 All the living creatures, all that move along, and all birds, and all that moveth along over the earth—by their families, came forth out of the ark.
Tunggal agbibiag a parsua, tunggal parsua nga agkarkarayam, ken tunggal billit, amin nga aggargaraw iti daga segun kadagiti pamiliada ket pinanawanda ti daong.
20 And Noah builded an altar to Yahweh, —and took of all the clean beasts and of all the clean birds, and caused ascending Sacrifices to go up on the altar.
Nangaramid ni Noe iti altar para kenni Yahweh. Nangala isuna iti sumagmamano kadagiti nadalus nga ayup ken sumagmamano kadagiti nadalus a billit, ket nangidaton isuna kadagiti daton a maipuor iti altar.
21 And Yahweh smelled a satisfying odour, so Yahweh said to himself. I will not, again, curse any more the ground for man’s sake, although the device of the heart of man, be wicked from his youth, —neither will I again, any more smite every living thing, as I have done.
Nalang-ab ni Yahweh ti makaay-ayo nga ayamuom ket kinunana iti pusona, “Saankonton nga ilunod pay ti daga gapu iti sangkata-oan, uray pay no dagiti kababalin dagiti pusoda ket dakes sipud kinaubingda. Saanko met a dadaelen dagiti amin a banag a sibibiag, a kas iti inaramidko.
22 During all the days of the earth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat and summer and winter, and day and night, shall not cease.
Bayat nga adda ti daga, addanto latta tiempo ti panagmula ken panagapit, lammiis ken pudot, panawen ti pudot ken lam-ek, aldaw ken rabii.
