Genesis 6
1 And it came to pass when men had begun to multiply on the face of the ground and daughters had been born to them,
Като почнаха човеците да се размножават по лицето на земята и им се раждаха дъщери,
2 that the sons of God saw the daughters of men! that they were, fair, —so they took to themselves wives of whomsoever they chose,
Божиите синове, като гледаха, че човешките дъщери бяха красиви, вземаха си за жени от всички, които избираха.
3 And Yahweh said—My spirit shall not rule in man to times age—abiding, for that, he also, is flesh, —Yet his days shall be a hundred and twenty years.
И тогава рече Господ; Духът който съм му дал не ще владее вечно в човека; в блуждаенето си той е плът; затова дните му ще бъдат сто и двадесет години.
4 The giants, were in the earth in those days, and also, after that, when the sons of God began to go in unto the daughters of men, and sons were born to them, the same, were the heroes that were from age-past times the men of renown.
В ония дни се намираха исполините на земята; а при това, след като Божиите синове влизаха при човешките дъщери, и те им раждаха синове, тези бяха ония силни и прочути старовременни мъже.
5 Then Yahweh saw that great, was the wickedness of man in the earth, and that, every purpose of the devices of his heart, was only wicked all the day;
И като видя Господ, че се умножава нечестието на човека по земята и че всичко, което мислите на сърцето му въображяваха, беше постоянно само зло,
6 and it grieved Yahweh, that he had made man in the earth, —and he took sorrow unto his heart.
разкая се Господ, че беше направил човека на земята, и огорчи се в сърцето Си.
7 And Yahweh said—I must wipe off man whom I created from off the face of the ground, from man unto beast unto creeping thing, and unto the bird of the heavens, —for I am grieved that I made them.
И рече Господ: Ще изтребя от лицето на земята човека, когото създадох, - човеци, зверове, влечуги и въздушни птици, - понеже се разкаях, че ги създадох.
8 But, Noah, had found favour in the eyes, of Yahweh.
А Ной придоби Господното благоволение.
9 These, are the generations of Noah, Noah, was, a righteous man blameless, in his generations, —with God, did Noah walk.
Ето Ноевото потомство. Ной беше човек праведен, непорочен между съвременниците си; той ходеше по Бога.
10 And Noah begat three sons, —Shem, Ham and Japheth.
И Ной роди три сина: Сима, Хама и Яфета.
11 And the earth corrupted itself before God, —and the earth was filled with violence,
И земята се разврати пред Бога; земята се изпълни с насилие.
12 And God beheld the earth, and lo! it had corrupted itself, —surely all flesh had corrupted its way, on the earth.
И Бог видя земята; и, ето, тя бе развратена защото всяка твар се обхождаше развратно на земята.
13 So God said unto Noah: the end of all flesh, hath come in before me, for, filled, is the earth with violence, because of them, —behold me, then, destroying them with the earth.
И рече Бог на Ноя: Краят на всяка твар се предвижда от Мене, защото земята се изпълни с насилие чрез тях; затова, ето, ще ги изтребя заедно със земята.
14 Make for thee an ark of timbers of gopher, rooms, shalt thou make with the ark, —and thou shalt cover it within and without with pitch.
Направи си ковчег от гоферово дърво; стаи да направиш в ковчега; и да го измажеш отвътре и отвън със смола.
15 And, this, is how thou shalt make it, —three hundred cubits, the length of the ark, fifty cubits, the breadth thereof, and thirty cubits the height thereof.
Направи го така: дължината на ковчега да бъде триста лакти, широчината му петдесет лакти, а височината му тридесет лакти.
16 A place for light, shalt thou make to the ark and to a cubit, shalt thou finish it upwards, and the opening of the ark—in the side thereof, shalt thou put, —with lower, second and third stories, shalt thou make it.
Прозорец направи на ковчега, като изкараш ковчега без един лакът до върха, а вратата на ковчега постави отстрана; направи го с долен, среден и горен етаж.
17 And, I, behold me! bringing in the flood—even waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh wherein is the spirit of life, from under the heavens, —everything that is in the earth, shall cease to breathe:
ето, Аз ще докарам на земята потоп от вода, за да изтребя под небето всяка твар, която има в себе си жизнено дихание; всичко що се намира на земята ще измре.
18 therefore will I establish my covenant with thee, —and thou shalt enter into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons’ wives, with thee.
Но с тебе ще поставя завета Си; и ще влезеш в ковчега ти, синовете ти, жена ти и снахите ти с тебе.
19 Moreover of all the living creatures of all flesh—two of each, shalt thou bring into the ark to keep alive with thee, —male and female, shall they be.
И от всичко, от всякакъв вид твар, която живее, да вкараш в ковчега по две от всеки вид, за да опазиш живота им със себе си; мъжко и женско да бъдат.
20 Of the bird after its kind and of the beast after its kind, [and] of every creeping thing of the ground after its kind, two of each, shall come in unto thee. for keeping alive.
От птиците според вида им, от добитъка според вида му, и от всичките земни животни според вида им, по две от всички да влязат при тебе, за да им опазиш живота.
21 But thou, take to thee of all food that is eaten, and gather it unto thee, —and it shall be for thee and for them for food.
А ти си вземи от всякаква храна, която се яде, и събери я при себе си, та да послужи за храна на тебе и на тях.
22 And Noah did [so], —according to all that God commanded him, so did he.
И Ной извърши всичко според както му заповяда Бог; така стори.
