Galatians 5
1 With her freedom, Christ hath made you, free. Stand fast, therefore, and do not, again, with a yoke of servitude, be held fast!
ఖ్రీష్టోఽస్మభ్యం యత్ స్వాతన్త్ర్యం దత్తవాన్ యూయం తత్ర స్థిరాస్తిష్ఠత దాసత్వయుగేన పున ర్న నిబధ్యధ్వం|
2 See! I, Paul, say unto you—if ye be getting circumcised, Christ will profit you, nothing.
పశ్యతాహం పౌలో యుష్మాన్ వదామి యది ఛిన్నత్వచో భవథ తర్హి ఖ్రీష్టేన కిమపి నోపకారిష్యధ్వే|
3 Yea, I bear solemn witness again, unto every man getting circumcised, —that he is, a debtor, to do, the whole law.
అపరం యః కశ్చిత్ ఛిన్నత్వగ్ భవతి స కృత్స్నవ్యవస్థాయాః పాలనమ్ ఈశ్వరాయ ధారయతీతి ప్రమాణం దదామి|
4 Ye have been set aside from Christ, ye who, by law, are to be declared righteous, —out of his favour, ye have fallen;
యుష్మాకం యావన్తో లోకా వ్యవస్థయా సపుణ్యీభవితుం చేష్టన్తే తే సర్వ్వే ఖ్రీష్టాద్ భ్రష్టా అనుగ్రహాత్ పతితాశ్చ|
5 For, we, in Spirit, by faith, for a hope of righteousness, are ardently waiting, —
యతో వయమ్ ఆత్మనా విశ్వాసాత్ పుణ్యలాభాశాసిద్ధం ప్రతీక్షామహే|
6 For, in Christ [Jesus], neither, circumcision, availeth anything, nor uncircumcision, but faith, through love, energising.
ఖ్రీష్టే యీశౌ త్వక్ఛేదాత్వక్ఛేదయోః కిమపి గుణం నాస్తి కిన్తు ప్రేమ్నా సఫలో విశ్వాస ఏవ గుణయుక్తః|
7 Ye were running well: —who hath hindered you, that, by truth, ye are not to be persuaded?
పూర్వ్వం యూయం సున్దరమ్ అధావత కిన్త్విదానీం కేన బాధాం ప్రాప్య సత్యతాం న గృహ్లీథ?
8 The persuasion, [is] not of him that calleth you: —
యుష్మాకం సా మతి ర్యుష్మదాహ్వానకారిణ ఈశ్వరాన్న జాతా|
9 A little leaven, leaveneth, the whole lump.
వికారః కృత్స్నశక్తూనాం స్వల్పకిణ్వేన జసయతే|
10 I, am persuaded regarding you, in the Lord—that, for nothing else, ye will have any regard; but, he that is troubling you, shall bear the sentence, —whosoever he may be.
యుష్మాకం మతి ర్వికారం న గమిష్యతీత్యహం యుష్మానధి ప్రభునాశంసే; కిన్తు యో యుష్మాన్ విచారలయతి స యః కశ్చిద్ భవేత్ సముచితం దణ్డం ప్రాప్స్యతి|
11 I, however, brethren—if, circumcision, I yet proclaim, why am I yet persecuted? After all, the stumbling-block of the cross hath been set aside.
పరన్తు హే భ్రాతరః, యద్యహమ్ ఇదానీమ్ అపి త్వక్ఛేదం ప్రచారయేయం తర్హి కుత ఉపద్రవం భుఞ్జియ? తత్కృతే క్రుశం నిర్బ్బాధమ్ అభవిష్యత్|
12 Oh! that they would even leave off in dismay, who are unsettling you!
యే జనా యుష్మాకం చాఞ్చల్యం జనయన్తి తేషాం ఛేదనమేవ మయాభిలష్యతే|
13 For, ye, on a footing of freedom, were called, brethren, —only, [turn] not your freedom into an occasion to the flesh, but, by means of your love, be serving one another;
హే భ్రాతరః, యూయం స్వాతన్త్ర్యార్థమ్ ఆహూతా ఆధ్వే కిన్తు తత్స్వాతన్త్ర్యద్వారేణ శారీరికభావో యుష్మాన్ న ప్రవిశతు| యూయం ప్రేమ్నా పరస్పరం పరిచర్య్యాం కురుధ్వం|
14 For, the whole law, in one word, is summed up—[namely] in this, —Thou shall love thy neighbour as thyself.
యస్మాత్ త్వం సమీపవాసిని స్వవత్ ప్రేమ కుర్య్యా ఇత్యేకాజ్ఞా కృత్స్నాయా వ్యవస్థాయాః సారసంగ్రహః|
15 If, however, one another, ye bite and devour, take heed lest, by one another, ye be consumed!
కిన్తు యూయం యది పరస్పరం దందశ్యధ్వే ఽశాశ్యధ్వే చ తర్హి యుష్మాకమ్ ఏకోఽన్యేన యన్న గ్రస్యతే తత్ర యుష్మాభిః సావధానై ర్భవితవ్యం|
16 I say, moreover—by Spirit, be walking, and, fleshly coveting, ye will in nowise fulfil;
అహం బ్రవీమి యూయమ్ ఆత్మికాచారం కురుత శారీరికాభిలాషం మా పూరయత|
17 For, the flesh, coveted against the Spirit, but, the Spirit, against the flesh, —for, these, unto one another, are opposed, lest, whatsoever things ye chance to desire, these, ye should be doing!
యతః శారీరికాభిలాష ఆత్మనో విపరీతః, ఆత్మికాభిలాషశ్చ శరీరస్య విపరీతః, అనయోరుభయోః పరస్పరం విరోధో విద్యతే తేన యుష్మాభి ర్యద్ అభిలష్యతే తన్న కర్త్తవ్యం|
18 And, if, by Spirit, ye are being led, ye are not under law.
యూయం యద్యాత్మనా వినీయధ్వే తర్హి వ్యవస్థాయా అధీనా న భవథ|
19 Manifest, however, are the works of the flesh, which, indeed, are—fornication, impurity, wantonness,
అపరం పరదారగమనం వేశ్యాగమనమ్ అశుచితా కాముకతా ప్రతిమాపూజనమ్
20 idolatry, enchantment, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of wrath, factions, divisions, parties,
ఇన్ద్రజాలం శత్రుత్వం వివాదోఽన్తర్జ్వలనం క్రోధః కలహోఽనైక్యం
21 envyings, drunkenness, revellings; —and such things as these: as to which I forewarn you, even as I have forewarned you, —that, they who such things as these do practise, shall not inherit, God’s kingdom.
పార్థక్యమ్ ఈర్ష్యా వధో మత్తత్వం లమ్పటత్వమిత్యాదీని స్పష్టత్వేన శారీరికభావస్య కర్మ్మాణి సన్తి| పూర్వ్వం యద్వత్ మయా కథితం తద్వత్ పునరపి కథ్యతే యే జనా ఏతాదృశాని కర్మ్మాణ్యాచరన్తి తైరీశ్వరస్య రాజ్యేఽధికారః కదాచ న లప్స్యతే|
22 But, the fruit of the Spirit, is—love, joy, peace, long-suffering, graciousness, goodness, faithfulness,
కిఞ్చ ప్రేమానన్దః శాన్తిశ్చిరసహిష్ణుతా హితైషితా భద్రత్వం విశ్వాస్యతా తితిక్షా
23 meekness, self-control; —against such things as these, there is no law.
పరిమితభోజిత్వమిత్యాదీన్యాత్మనః ఫలాని సన్తి తేషాం విరుద్ధా కాపి వ్యవస్థా నహి|
24 And, they who are of Christ Jesus, have crucified, the flesh, with its susceptibilities and covetings.
యే తు ఖ్రీష్టస్య లోకాస్తే రిపుభిరభిలాషైశ్చ సహితం శారీరికభావం క్రుశే నిహతవన్తః|
25 If we live by Spirit, by Spirit, let us also walk.
యది వయమ్ ఆత్మనా జీవామస్తర్హ్యాత్మికాచారోఽస్మాభిః కర్త్తవ్యః,
26 Let us not become vain-glorious, —one another, challenging, one another, envying.
దర్పః పరస్పరం నిర్భర్త్సనం ద్వేషశ్చాస్మాభి ర్న కర్త్తవ్యాని|
