< Galatians 5 >
1 With her freedom, Christ hath made you, free. Stand fast, therefore, and do not, again, with a yoke of servitude, be held fast!
Nakima sun tuma hi Almasihu a nota sun tu mbu kika lunde kri gbangba ndina lah k'ma hi tie gran na.
2 See! I, Paul, say unto you—if ye be getting circumcised, Christ will profit you, nothing.
3 Yea, I bear solemn witness again, unto every man getting circumcised, —that he is, a debtor, to do, the whole law.
Nakima mi toh du indji wa ba you nji ni yu ahi dole ka hu tre tron wawu'u.
4 Ye have been set aside from Christ, ye who, by law, are to be declared righteous, —out of his favour, ye have fallen;
5 For, we, in Spirit, by faith, for a hope of righteousness, are ardently waiting, —
6 For, in Christ [Jesus], neither, circumcision, availeth anything, nor uncircumcision, but faith, through love, energising.
Nimi Almasihu you gjin ko yo gji na he ana nitu koh.
7 Ye were running well: —who hath hindered you, that, by truth, ye are not to be persuaded?
Ni sen bana kru yi zi, ahi nha zu yi bubu hu najnji?
8 The persuasion, [is] not of him that calleth you: —
9 A little leaven, leaveneth, the whole lump.
Ai vi yisti fime ani du gbugbu mumu san.
10 I, am persuaded regarding you, in the Lord—that, for nothing else, ye will have any regard; but, he that is troubling you, shall bear the sentence, —whosoever he may be.
Mi he ni wa i ni se kpa hle niyi ni mi Bachi bina ri mre inkon ri nkan na wa a du yi kma ani ti yah, ko ahi nha.
11 I, however, brethren—if, circumcision, I yet proclaim, why am I yet persecuted? After all, the stumbling-block of the cross hath been set aside.
Mri ya inde hra zizan, bla tre you gji mi si bla, ingyen sa basi ti me yah?
12 Oh! that they would even leave off in dismay, who are unsettling you!
Mi yi fata biwa ba gyuru yi, ba kma tumbi ti na bana lilon na.
13 For, ye, on a footing of freedom, were called, brethren, —only, [turn] not your freedom into an occasion to the flesh, but, by means of your love, be serving one another;
Mri ya don Irji you yi rju nimi gran. Bika na du rju nimi gran du kma hi ni kpa. Nakima ni mi son ki ka zo kpa mbu.
14 For, the whole law, in one word, is summed up—[namely] in this, —Thou shall love thy neighbour as thyself.
Nakima itron wawu'u du shu ni mi doka riri. Wu ka son indji u kutra kahlan me na tu me.
15 If, however, one another, ye bite and devour, take heed lest, by one another, ye be consumed!
16 I say, moreover—by Spirit, be walking, and, fleshly coveting, ye will in nowise fulfil;
Mi tre du yi zren nimi Ruhu ndindima bina shu kpambi ni son u kpa na.
17 For, the flesh, coveted against the Spirit, but, the Spirit, against the flesh, —for, these, unto one another, are opposed, lest, whatsoever things ye chance to desire, these, ye should be doing!
Naki ikpa ani you shishi u gbengblen ni Ruhu ndindi, Ruhu ndindi me ani yo shishi ni kpa. Naki ma bina ya tie kpe wa bi son na.
18 And, if, by Spirit, ye are being led, ye are not under law.
19 Manifest, however, are the works of the flesh, which, indeed, are—fornication, impurity, wantonness,
Zizan'a indu u kpa ahe ni rira me, baba i ba tie fah, tsatsar na he ni bana son kpa,
20 idolatry, enchantment, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of wrath, factions, divisions, parties,
bi hu ibrji, bi tron, bi wa nyu, sen nyu, bi tie hwyu, bi tie nfu, bi rinra, biwa bana son si ni mri vayi mba na, bi ga kpamba,
21 envyings, drunkenness, revellings; —and such things as these: as to which I forewarn you, even as I have forewarned you, —that, they who such things as these do practise, shall not inherit, God’s kingdom.
bi tie ngu, bi hwa, ba hwa nda tsi, ni mbru kpi bi yi. Mi tre ni yiwu na mina tre ni yiwu ni sen, bi wa basi tie kpi biyi bana ri ni koh Irji na.
22 But, the fruit of the Spirit, is—love, joy, peace, long-suffering, graciousness, goodness, faithfulness,
23 meekness, self-control; —against such things as these, there is no law.
katu grji, vutu, itron na he ni mi kpi bi yi na.
24 And, they who are of Christ Jesus, have crucified, the flesh, with its susceptibilities and covetings.
Biwa ba u Almasihu Yesu ba klo halin kpa ni titan kpi bi meme yah.
25 If we live by Spirit, by Spirit, let us also walk.
Inde ki sun nimi Ruhu ndindi ki ka zren nimi Ruhu ndindi.
26 Let us not become vain-glorious, —one another, challenging, one another, envying.
Kina he na biwa ba nzutu mba na, ko kina ta w nyu ni kpa mbu na, kina ta tie hwyu ni kpa mbu na.
