Ezra 10
1 Now, when Ezra had prayed and when he had made confession, weeping and casting himself down, before the house of God, there gathered unto him out of Israel, an exceeding large convocation—men and women and children, for the people wept with a very bitter weeping.
၁ဧဇရသည်ဗိမာန်တော်ရှေ့တွင်ခေါင်းငုံ့လျက် ငိုကြွေးကာ ဤအပြစ်များကိုဖော်ပြဝန်ခံ လျက်ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုနေစဉ် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား၊ အမျိုးသမီးနှင့်ကလေးပါ ဝင်သောလူအုပ်ကြီးသည်ငိုကြွေးလျက် သူ့ထံစုရုံးကြကုန်၏။-
2 Then responded Shecaniah son of Jehiel of the sons of Elam, and said unto Ezra, We, have been faithful with our God, and have married foreign women from among the peoples of the land, —yet, now, there is hope for Israel concerning this thing.
၂ထိုအခါဧလံသားချင်းစုမှယေဟေလ၏ သား ရှေကနိကဧဇရအား``အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် လူမျိုးခြားအမျိုးသမီးများနှင့်ထိမ်းမြား စုံဖက်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်ကိုသစ္စာ ဖောက်ကြပါပြီ။ သို့သော်လည်းဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့အတွက် မျှော်လင့်စရာရှိ ပါသေး၏။-
3 Now, therefore, let us solemnize a covenant unto our God—to put away all the women and such as have been born of them, in the counsel of my lord, and them who tremble at the commandment of our God, —and, according to the law, let it be done.
၃ယခုအကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည်ထိုမိန်းမများနှင့် သားသမီးများကိုစွန့်ကြပါမည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ဘုရားသခင်အားကျိန်ဆိုကတိပြု ရကြမည်။ ဘုရားသခင်၏အမိန့်တော်များ ကိုရိုသေလေးစားကြသောအရှင်နှင့် အခြား သူများအကြံပေးသည့်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ပြုကြပါမည်။ ဘုရားသခင်၏တရား တော်ပြဋ္ဌာန်းသည့်အတိုင်းပြုပါမည်။-
4 Arise, for, upon thee, resteth the thing, but, we, are with thee, —be strong, and act.
၄ဤအမှုကိုအရှင်တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက် တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည်အရှင်အား ဝိုင်းဝန်းကူညီကြပါမည်။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ရဲရင့် စွာဆောင်ရွက်တော်မူပါ'' ဟုပြော၏။
5 Then arose Ezra and made the rulers of the priests, the Levites, and all Israel, swear to do according to this word—and they sware.
၅ထို့ကြောင့်ဧဇရသည်ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့ ၏ခေါင်းဆောင်များ၊ လေဝိအနွယ်ဝင်တို့၏ ခေါင်းဆောင်များ၊ ပြည်သူတို့၏ခေါင်းဆောင် များအားရှေကနိပေးသည့်အကြံအတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပါမည်ဟူသောသစ္စာကတိကို ပြုစေ၏။-
6 Then arose Ezra from before the house of God, and went into the chamber of Jehohanan son of Eliashib, —and, when he came thither, bread, did he not eat, and, water, did he not drink, for he was mourning over the unfaithfulness of them of the Exile.
၆ထိုနောက်သူသည်ဗိမာန်တော်ရှေ့မှထသွား၍ ဧလျာရှိပ်၏သားယောဟနန်၏အခန်းသို့ သွားပြီးလျှင် ပြည်နှင်ဒဏ်သင့်ရာမှပြန်လာ သူတို့သစ္စာမဲ့မှုကြောင့်တစ်ညဥ့်လုံးမစား မသောက်ဘဲညဉ်းတွားမြည်တမ်းလျက်နေ၏။
7 Then made they a proclamation throughout Judah and Jerusalem, unto all the Sons of the Exile, to gather themselves together unto Jerusalem;
၇ထိုနောက်ပြည်နှင်ဒဏ်သင့်ရာမှပြန်လာသူ အပေါင်းတို့သည် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူးများနှင့် ပြည်သူခေါင်းဆောင်များ၏အမိန့်အရ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့သို့သုံးရက်အတွင်းလာ ရောက်စုရုံးကြရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ယင်း သို့လာရောက်ရန်ပျက်ကွက်သူများသည် မိမိတို့တွင်ရှိသမျှသောဥစ္စာပစ္စည်းများ ကိုအသိမ်းခံရကာ ဣသရေလအမျိုး သားအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းမှထုတ်ပယ်ခြင်း ကိုခံကြရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကို ယေရု ရှလင်မြို့နှင့်ယုဒပြည်တစ်လျှောက်လုံး ၌ကြေညာကြ၏။-
8 and, whosoever should not come within three days, according to the counsel of the rulers and the elders, all his goods should be devoted, —and, himself, be separated from the convocation of them of the Exile.
၈
9 Then were gathered together all the men of Judah and Benjamin unto Jerusalem, within three days, the same, was the ninth month, on the twentieth of the month, —and all the people remained in the broadway of the house of God, trembling concerning the thing, and because of the heavy rains.
၉ယုဒနှင့်ဗင်္ယာမိန်နယ်မြေများတွင်နေထိုင် သူယောကျာ်းအပေါင်းတို့သည် သုံးရက်အတွင်း နဝမလနှစ်ဆယ်ရက်နေ့၌ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့ဗိမာန်တော်ရှေ့တံတိုင်းသို့လာရောက် စုဝေးကြ၏။ ထိုအခါ၌မိုးသည်းထန် စွာရွာလျက်နေ၏။ လူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ရာသီဥတုအခြေအနေကြောင့်လည်း ကောင်း၊ အစည်းအဝေးအရေးကြီးမှု ကြောင့်လည်းကောင်းတုန်လှုပ်လျက်နေ ကြ၏။
10 Then arose Ezra the priest, and said unto them, Ye, have acted unfaithfully, and have married foreign women, —to add unto the guilt of Israel.
၁၀ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်ဧဇရသည်ထ၍ ထိုသူတို့ အားမိန့်ခွန်းမြွက်ကြား၏။ ဧဇရက``သင်တို့ သည်သစ္စာမဲ့ကြလေပြီ။ လူမျိုးခြားအမျိုး သမီးများနှင့်ထိမ်းမြားစုံဖက်ကာ ဣသ ရေလအမျိုးအားအပြစ်သင့်စေကြ လေပြီ။-
11 Now, therefore, make confession unto Yahweh God of your fathers, and do his pleasure, —and separate yourselves from the peoples of the land, and from the foreign women.
၁၁သို့ဖြစ်၍သင်တို့အပြစ်ကို သင်တို့ဘိုးဘေး များ၏ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရားအား ဖော်ပြဝန်ခံပြီးလျှင် ကိုယ်တော်နှစ်သက်တော် မူသည့်အမှုကိုပြုကြလော့။ ငါတို့ပြည် တွင်သင်တို့နှင့်အတူ နေထိုင်ကြသူလူမျိုး ခြားတို့နှင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ သင်တို့၏လူမျိုး ခြားဇနီးများနှင့်လည်းကောင်းခွဲခွာ ကြလော့'' ဟုဆို၏။
12 Then responded all the convocation and said, with a loud voice, —Thus, according to thy word concerning us, must it be done.
၁၂လူတို့ကလည်း``အရှင်အမိန့်ရှိသည့်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ပြုပါမည်'' ဟုပြန်လည်ဟစ် အော်ပြောဆိုကြ၏။-
13 Nevertheless, the people, are many, and, the season, is that of the heavy rains, and we are not able to stand outside, —and, the business, is not one for a single day, nor yet for two, for we have abundantly transgressed, in this thing.
၁၃သို့ရာတွင်သူတို့ကဆက်လက်၍``ဤလူအုပ် သည်အလွန်ကြီးမား၍ မိုးသည်လည်းသည်း ထန်စွာရွာလျက်ရှိပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် လဟာပြင်တွင် ဤသို့ရပ်လျက်မနေနိုင် ကြပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့အမြောက်အမြားပင် ထိုအပြစ်ကိုကူးလွန်ခဲ့ကြသည်ဖြစ်၍ ဤအမှုကိစ္စကိုတစ်ရက်နှစ်ရက်နှင့်ဆောင် ရွက်၍ပြီးမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။-
14 Let, we beseech thee, our rulers take up their station for all the convocation, and, all who, throughout our cities, have married foreign women, let them come in at times appointed, and, with them, the elders of every city, and the judges thereof, until the glow of the anger of our God be turned from us, concerning this matter.
၁၄ထို့ကြောင့်အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူး များသည် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့တွင်နေ၍ ဤ အမှုကိစ္စကိုတာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ကြ ပါစေ။ ထိုနောက်အကျွန်ုပ်တို့မြို့ရွာများ တွင် လူမျိုးခြားအမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် စုံဖက်နေထိုင်သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် မိမိ တို့မြို့ရွာခေါင်းဆောင်များ၊ တရားသူ ကြီးများနှင့်အတူချိန်းချက်သော အချိန်တွင်လာရောက်လျက် ဤအမှု နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ဘုရားသခင်၏အမျက် တော်ကိုပြေငြိမ်းအောင်ပြုကြပါစေ'' ဟုပြောကြားကြ၏။-
15 Only Jonathan son of Asahel and Jahzeiah son of Tikvah, made a stand against this, —and, Meshullam and Shabbethai the Levite, helped them.
၁၅မေရှုလံနှင့်လေဝိအနွယ်ဝင်ရှဗ္ဗသဲတို့၏ ထောက်ခံမှုကိုရသော အာသဟေလ၏သား ယောနသန်နှင့်တိကဝ၏သားယဟာဇိ တို့ကလွဲ၍ အခြားအဘယ်သူမျှထို အကြံကိုမကန့်ကွက်ကြ။
16 But the Sons of the Exile, did thus, and Ezra the priest separated to himself certain men—ancestral heads by their ancestral houses, and all of them by name, —and they took their seats on the first day of the tenth month to search into the matter;
၁၆ပြည်နှင်ဒဏ်သင့်ရာမှပြန်လာကြသူတို့ သည် ထိုအကြံကိုသဘောတူလက်ခံကြ သဖြင့် ပုရောဟိတ်ဧဇရသည် သားချင်းစု ခေါင်းဆောင်များအနက်လူအချို့ကိုရွေး ချယ်ကာသူတို့၏အမည်များကိုမှတ်တမ်း တင်ထား၏။ ထိုသူတို့သည်လူမျိုးခြား အမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် အိမ်ထောင်ပြုသူတို့ ၏အမှုများကိုဒသမလတစ်ရက်နေ့ ၌စတင်၍ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးကြရာသုံးလ အတွင်းပြီးဆုံးလေသည်။
17 and they made an end with all the men who had married foreign women, —by the first day of the first month.

18 Now there were found, of the sons of the priests, who had married foreign women, —of the sons of Jeshua son of Jozadak, and his brethren, Maaseiah, and Eliezer, and Jarib, and Gedaliah;
၁၈လူမျိုးခြားများနှင့်အိမ်ထောင်ကျသူများ စာရင်းမှာအောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်၏။ သားချင်းစုအလိုက်ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်များ ယောရှုသားချင်းစုနှင့်သူ၏ညီများ။ ယောဇ ဒက်၏သားများဖြစ်ကြသောမာသေယ၊ ဧလျေဇာ၊ ယာရိပ်နှင့်ဂေဒလိ။-
19 and they gave their hand, that they would put away their wives, —and, being guilty, [they offered] a ram of the flock for their guilt.
၁၉သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့ဇနီးများနှင့်ကွာရှင်း ပါမည်ဟုကတိပြုကြပြီးလျှင် မိမိတို့ အပြစ်များအတွက်သိုးထီးတစ်ကောင်ကို ယဇ်ပူဇော်ကြ၏။
20 And, of the sons of Immer, Hanani, and Zebadiah.
၂၀ဣမေရသားချင်းစုမှဟာနန်နှင့်ဇေဗဒိ။
21 And, of the sons of Harim, Maaseiah and Elijah and Shemaiah, and Jehiel, and Uzziah.
၂၁ဟာရိမ်သားချင်းစုမှ မာသေယ၊ ဧလိယ၊ ရှေမာယ၊ ယေဟေလနှင့်သြဇိ။
22 And, of the sons of Passhur, Elioenai, Maaseiah, Ishmael, Nethanel, Jozabad, and Elasar.
၂၂ပါရှုရသားချင်းစု မှဧလိသြနဲ၊ မာသေယ၊ ဣရှမေလ၊ နာသနေလ၊ ယောဇဗဒ်နှင့်ဧလာသ။
23 And, of the Levites, Jozabad and Shimei, and Kelaiah, the same, is Kelita, Pethahiah, Judah, and Eliezer.
၂၃ယောဇဗဒ်၊ ရှိမိ၊ ကေလာယ (ခေါ်) ကေလိတ၊ ပေသာဟိ၊ ယုဒနှင့်ဧလျေဇာ။
24 And, of the singers, Eliashib. And, of the doorkeepers, Shallum and Telem and Uri.
၂၄ဧလျာရှိပ်။ ဗိမာန်တော်အစောင့်တပ်သားများ ရှလ္လုံ၊ တေလင်နှင့်ဥရိ။
25 And, of Israel, of the sons of Parosh, Ramiah and Izziah and Malchijah and Mijamin and Eleazar, and Malchijah, and Benaiah.
၂၅ပါရုတ်သားချင်းစုမှ ရာမိ၊ ယေဇိ၊ မာလခိယ၊ မျာမိန်၊ ဧလာဇာ၊ မာလခိယနှင့်ဗေနာယ။
26 And, of the sons of Elam, Mattaniah, Zechariah, and Jehiel and Abdi, and Jeremoth, and Elijah.
၂၆ဧလံသားချင်းစုမှမတ္တနိ၊ ဇာခရိ၊ ယေဟေလ၊ အာဗဒိ၊ ယေရမုတ်နှင့်ဧလိယ၊
27 And, of the sons of Zattu, Elioenai, Eliashib, Mattaniah and Jeremoth, and Zabad, and Aziza.
၂၇ဇတ္တုသားချင်းစုမှဧလိသြနဲ၊ ဧလျာရှိပ်၊ မတ္တနိ၊ ယေရမုတ်၊ ဇာဗဒ်နှင့်အာဇိဇ။
28 And, of the sons of Bebai, Jehohanan, Hananiah, Zabbai, Athlai.
၂၈ဗေဗဲသားချင်းစုမှယောဟနန်၊ ဟာနနိ၊ ဇဗ္ဗဲနှင့် အာသလဲ။
29 And, of the sons of Bani, Meshullam, Malluch, and Adaiah, Jashub, and Sheal, Jeremoth.
၂၉ဗာနိသားချင်းစုများမှမေရှုလ၊ မလ္လုတ်၊ အဒါသ၊ ယာရှုပ်၊ ရှာလနှင့်ရာမုတ်။
30 And, of the sons of Pahath-moab, Adna and Chelal, —Benaiah, Maaseiah, Mattaniah, Bezalel, and Binnui, and Manasseh.
၃၀ပါဟတ်မောဘသားချင်းစုမှ အဒန၊ ခေလာလ၊ ဗေနာယ၊ မာသေယ ၊မတ္တနိ၊ ဗေဇလေလ၊ ဗိနွိနှင့် မနာရှေ။
31 And, [of] the sons of Harim, Eliezer, Isshijah, Malchijah, Shemaiah, Shimeon;
၃၁ဟာရိမ်သားချင်းစုမှ ဧလျေဇာ၊ ဣရှိယ၊ မာလခိ၊ ရှေမာယ၊ ရှိမောင်၊-
32 Benjamin, Malluch, Shemariah.
၃၂ဗင်္ယာမိန်၊ မလ္လုတ်နှင့်ရှေမရိ။
33 Of the sons of Hashum, Mattenai, Mattattah, Zabad, Eliphelet, —Jeremai, Manasseh, Shimei.
၃၃ဟာရှုံသားချင်းစုမှမတ္တနဲ၊ မတ္တသ၊ ဇာဗဒ်၊ ဧလိဖလက်၊ ယေရမဲ၊ မနာရှေနှင့်ရှိမိ။
34 Of the sons of Bani, Maadai, Amram, and Uel;
၃၄ဗာနိသားချင်းစုမှမာဒဲ၊ အာမရံ၊ ဝေလ၊ ဗေနာယ၊ ပေဒိ၊ ခေလု၊ ဝါနိ၊ မေရမုတ်၊ ဧလျာရှိပ်၊ မတ္တနိ၊ မတ္တနဲနှင့်ယာသော။
35 Benaiah, Bedeiah, Cheluhu;

36 Vaniah, Meremoth, Eliashib;
၃၆
37 Mettaniah, Mattenai, and Jaasu;
၃၇
38 and Bani, and Binnui, Shimei;
၃၈ဗိနွိသားချင်းစုမှရှိမိ၊ ရှေလမိ၊ နာသန်၊ အဒါယ၊ မာခနဒေဗဲ၊ ရှာရှဲ၊ ရှာရဲ၊ အဇ ရေလ၊ ရှေလမိ၊ ရှေမရိ၊ ရှလ္လုံ၊ အာမရိ နှင့်ယောသပ်။
39 and Shelemiah, and Nathan, and Adaiah;

40 Machnadebai, Shashai, Sharai;
၄၀
41 Azarel, and Shelemiah, Shemariah;
၄၁
42 Shallum, Amariah, Joseph.
၄၂
43 Of the sons of Nebo, Jeiel, Mattithiah, Zabad, Zebina, —Iddo, and Joel, Benaiah.
၄၃နေဗောသားချင်းစုမှ ယေလ၊ မတ္တိသိ၊ ဇာဗဒ်၊ ဇေဗိန၊ ယာဒေါ၊ ယောလနှင့်ဗေနာယ။
44 All these, had taken foreign women, —and had begotten of them children.
၄၄ဤသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် လူမျိုးခြားအမျိုး သမီးများနှင့်အိမ်ထောင်ကျသူများဖြစ် ကြ၏။ သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့ဇနီးများကို လည်းကောင်း၊ သူတို့နှင့်ရသောသားသမီး များကိုလည်းကောင်းစွန့်လိုက်ကြ၏။ ဧဇရမှတ်စာပြီး၏။
