Ezekiel 43
1 Then he took me unto the gate, —even the gate that looked toward the east;
Después me llevó a la puerta que mira hacia el oriente.
2 when lo! the glory of the God of Israel coming from the way of the east, —and the sound of him, was as the sound of many waters, and the earth shone with his glory.
He aquí que la gloria del Dios de Israel venía del camino del oriente. Su voz era como el sonido de muchas aguas, y la tierra estaba iluminada con su gloria.
3 And it was like the appearance of the vision which I had seen like the vision which I saw—when I came in to destroy the city, also the visions were like the vision which I saw by the river Chebar, —so I fell upon my face.
Era como el aspecto de la visión que vi, según la visión que vi cuando vine a destruir la ciudad; y las visiones eran como la visión que vi junto al río Chebar; y caí sobre mi rostro.
4 And the glory of Yahweh entered into the house, —by way of the gate which looked toward the east.
La gloria de Yahvé entró en la casa por el camino de la puerta que da al oriente.
5 So then the spirit lifted me up, and brought me into the inner court, —and lo! the glory of Yahweh filled the house.
El Espíritu me tomó y me llevó al atrio interior; y he aquí que la gloria de Yahvé llenaba la casa.
6 Then heard I one speaking unto me. out of the house, —and a man, there was standing beside me.
Oí que alguien me hablaba desde la casa, y un hombre se puso a mi lado.
7 Then said he unto me, Son of man This is the place of my throne and the place of the soles of my feet where I would dwell in the midst of the sons of Israel to times age-abiding, - But the house of Israel must, no more defile my holy Name. They, nor their kings by their unchastity, and by the carcases of their kings in their high places,
Me dijo: “Hijo de hombre, éste es el lugar de mi trono y el lugar de las plantas de mis pies, donde habitaré entre los hijos de Israel para siempre. La casa de Israel no volverá a profanar mi santo nombre, ni ellos ni sus reyes, con su prostitución y con los cadáveres de sus reyes en sus lugares altos;
8 When they placed— Their threshold by my threshold and their door-post beside my door-post, With, only the wall, between me and them, then defiled they my holy Name by their abominations which they committed, Wherefore I devoured them in mine anger.
al poner su umbral junto a mi umbral y su poste junto a mi poste. Había un muro entre ellos y yo; y han profanado mi santo nombre con las abominaciones que han cometido. Por eso los he consumido en mi ira.
9 Now, let them remove their unchastity and the carcases of their kings far from me, - So will I make my habitation in the midst of them, to times age-abiding.
Que dejen ahora su prostitución y los cadáveres de sus reyes lejos de mí. Entonces habitaré entre ellos para siempre.
10 Thou, son of man, Declare the house unto the house of Israel, That they may be put to the blush for their iniquities, - Then let them measure the pattern.
“Tú, hijo de hombre, muestra la casa a la casa de Israel, para que se avergüence de sus iniquidades; y que mida el modelo.
11 And when they have blushed for all that they have done, then The form of the house. And the arrangement thereof And the exits thereof. And the entrances thereof And all the forms thereof, and all the statutes thereof. And all the forms thereof and all the laws thereof, make thou known unto them, And write [it] before their eyes; That they may keep— All the forms thereof And all the statutes thereof. And do them.
Si se avergüenzan de todo lo que han hecho, dales a conocer la forma de la casa, su forma, sus salidas, sus entradas, su estructura, todas sus ordenanzas, todas sus formas y todas sus leyes; y escríbelo a la vista de ellos, para que guarden toda su forma y todas sus ordenanzas, y las cumplan.
12 This shall be the law of the house, — Upon the top of the mountain, all the boundary thereof round about on every side, [shall be] most holy, Lo! this, shall be the law of the house.
“Esta es la ley de la casa. En la cima del monte todo el límite alrededor será santísimo. He aquí la ley de la casa.
13 And these, shall be the measures of the altar, in cubits, a cubit being a cubit and a handbreadth; and the hollow, shall be a cubit, and a cubit the breadth, and the boundary thereof unto the edge thereof round about shall be a single span. And this, shall be the upper part of the altar,
“Estas son las medidas del altar por codos (el codo es un codo y un palmo de ancho): el fondo será un codo, y el ancho un codo, y su borde alrededor de su borde un palmo; y esto será la base del altar.
14 And from the hollow of the ground unto the lower ledge, [shall be] two cubits, and the breadth, one cubit, - and from the smaller ledge unto the larger ledge, [shall be] four cubits, and the breadth, a cubit.
Desde el fondo en el suelo hasta la cornisa inferior habrá dos codos, y el ancho un codo; y desde la cornisa menor hasta la mayor habrá cuatro codos, y el ancho un codo.
15 And the hearth, [shall, be] four cubits, —and from the hearth and upward, the horns [shall be] four.
El altar superior tendrá cuatro codos, y desde el hogar del altar hacia arriba habrá cuatro cuernos.
16 And the hearth shall be twelve cubits in length, by twelve in breadth—square in the four sides thereof.
El hogar del altar tendrá doce codos de largo por doce de ancho, cuadrado en sus cuatro lados.
17 And the ledge shall be fourteen in length, by fourteen in breadth, unto the four sides thereof, —and the boundary round about it shall be half a cubit and, the hollow thereto, a cubit round about, with, the steps thereof, looking toward the east.
La cornisa tendrá catorce codos de largo por catorce de ancho en sus cuatro lados, y el borde alrededor será de medio codo, y su fondo tendrá un codo alrededor, y sus escalones mirarán hacia el oriente.”
18 Then said he unto me, Son of man, Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, These, shall be the statutes of the altar, in the day when it is made, —for offering up thereon—an ascending-sacrifice, and for dashing thereon—blood.
Me dijo: “Hijo de hombre, el Señor Yahvé dice: ‘Estas son las ordenanzas del altar en el día en que lo hacen, para ofrecer holocaustos sobre él, y para rociar sangre sobre él.
19 So then thou shalt give unto the priests the Levites those who are of the seed of Zadok who approach unto me Declareth My Lord Yahweh. to wait upon me—a young bullock as a sin-bearer,
Darás a los sacerdotes levitas que son de la descendencia de Sadoc, que están cerca de mí, para que me sirvan — dice el Señor Yahvé — un novillo para el sacrificio por el pecado.
20 Then shalt thou take of the blood thereof and place upon the four horns thereof and on the four corners of the ledge, and on the boundary, round about, —and shalt cleanse it from sin and put a propitiatory-covering over it.
Tomaréis de su sangre y la pondréis sobre sus cuatro cuernos, sobre las cuatro esquinas de la cornisa y sobre el borde que la rodea. Así lo purificarás y harás expiación por él.
21 Then shalt thou take the bullock bearing sin, - and shalt burn it in the appointed place of the house, outside the sanctuary,
También tomarás el toro de la ofrenda por el pecado, y lo quemarás en el lugar señalado de la casa, fuera del santuario.
22 And on the second day, shalt thou bring near a kid of the goats without defect as a sin-bearer, —and they shall cleanse the altar from sin just as they cleansed it from sin with the bullock,
“El segundo día ofrecerás un macho cabrío sin defecto como ofrenda por el pecado, y limpiarán el altar como lo limpiaron con el toro.
23 When thou hast made an end of cleansing from sin, thou shalt bring near a young bullock without defect, and a ram out of the flock without defect;
Cuando hayan terminado de limpiarlo, ofrecerán un novillo sin defecto y un carnero del rebaño sin defecto.
24 and shalt bring them near before Yahweh, —and the priests shall cast over them salt, so shall they cause them to go up as an ascending-sacrifice to Yahweh.
Los acercarás a Yahvé, y los sacerdotes les echarán sal, y los ofrecerán como holocausto a Yahvé.
25 Seven days, shalt thou offer a sin-bearing goat for each day, —and a young bullock and aram out of the flock without defect, shall they offer.
“Durante siete días prepararán cada día un chivo para la ofrenda por el pecado. También prepararán un novillo y un carnero del rebaño, sin defecto.
26 Seven days, shall they put a propitiatory covering over the altar, and shall purify it, —and shall consecrate it.
Durante siete días expiarán el altar y lo purificarán. Así lo consagrarán.
27 When the days shall be accomplished, then shall it be on the eighth day and forward, that the priests shall offer upon the altar your ascending-sacrifices and your peace offerings. And I will accept you Declareth, My Lord Yahweh.
Cuando hayan cumplido los días, al octavo día y en adelante, los sacerdotes harán tus holocaustos sobre el altar y tus ofrendas de paz. Entonces te aceptaré’, dice el Señor Yahvé”.
