Ezekiel 38
1 And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying:
परमप्रभुको वचन यसो भनेर मकहाँ आयो,
2 Son of man Set thy face against Gog of the land of the Magog, Prince of Rosh Meshech and Tubal, - And prophesy concerning him,
“ए मानिसको छोरो, मागोग देशको गोग, मेशेक र तूबलको प्रमुख शासकतिर आफ्नो मुख फर्का । अनि त्यसको विरुद्ध अगमवाणी गर् ।
3 and thou shalt say, Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, — Behold me! against thee O Gog, Prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal;
यसो भन्, ‘परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यस्तो भन्नुहुन्छ: हेर्, मेशेक र तूबलको प्रमुख शासक गोग, म तेरो विरुद्धमा छु ।
4 Therefore I will turn thee about, and will put hooks in thy jaws, —and bring thee forth and all thine army. Horses and horsemen Clothed with gorgeous attire, all of them, A mighty gathered host With shield and buckler handling swords, all of them:
यसैले तँलाई म फर्काउनेछु र तेरो बङ्ग्रामा बल्छी लगाउनेछु । तेरा फौज, घोडाहरू र घोडचढीहरू, सारा हतियारले सुसज्जित सबै जना, साना र ठुला ढालहरूका साथमा एउटा ठुलो दल, तरवारहरू बोकेका सबै जनासँगै तँलाई म बाहिर पठाउनेछु ।
5 Persia Ethiopia and Libya with them, All of them, with shield and helmet;
फारस, कूश र लिबिया तिनीहरूसँगै हुनेछन् । ती सबै जनाले ढाल बोकेका र टोप लगाएका हुनेछन् ।
6 Gomer and all her hordes, The house of Togarmah the remote men of the North and all his hordes, Many peoples with thee.
गोमर र त्यसका सबै फौज, र उत्तरका टाढा ठाउँहरूबाट बेथ-तोगर्मा, र त्यसका सबै फौज । धेरै जना मानिस तँसँग हुनेछन्!
7 Be ready, and show thyself ready, Thou and all thy gathered host who have gathered themselves unto thee, — And become thou for me a guard.
तयार हो! आफूलाई र आफूसित भेला भएका तेरा फौजलाई तयार राख्, र तिनीहरूका कमाण्डर हो ।
8 After many days, shalt thou muster thy forces, In the afterpart of the years, shalt thou enter Into the land of the remnant brought back from the sword Gathered from among many peoples, Upon the mountains of Israel which have been waste continually, — But the same! from among the peoples, hath been brought forth, And they shall dwell in security, all of them.
धेरै दिनपछि तँलाई बोलाइनेछ, र धेरै वर्षपछि तँ त्यो देशमा जानेछस् जुन तरवारद्वारा प्राप्त भएको हो र जुन धेरै समयसम्म भग्नावशेष भएको इस्राएलका पहाडहरूमा धेरै जातिहरूद्वारा पुनः खडा भएको हो । तर त्यस देशका मानिसहरूलाई जातिहरूबाट बाहिर निकालेर ल्याइनेछ, र तिनीहरू सबै जना सुरक्षसाथ बस्नेछन् ।
9 Then shalt thou come up, Like a storm, shalt thou enter, Like a cloud covering the land, shalt thou be, — Thou and all thy hordes, and many peoples with thee.
यसैले जसरी आँधी माथि जान्छ त्यसरी तँ जानेछस् । तँ, तेरा सबै फौज, तँसँग भएका धेरै जना सिपाही त्यस देशलाई ढाक्ने बादलझैं हुनेछन् ।
10 Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, — So shall it be in that day, that thoughts will come up on thy heart.- And thou wilt devise a wicked device;
परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: त्यो दिन यसो हुनेछ, तेरो हृदयमा योजनाहरू बन्नेछन्, र तैंले दुष्ट युक्तिहरू रच्नेछस् ।’
11 and wilt say— I will go up over a land of hamlets, I will enter among them who are at rest dwelling securely, — All of them, dwelling without a wall, Who bars and doors, have none;
तब तैंले यसो भन्नेछस्, ‘म त्यो खुला मैदानसम्म जानेछु । सुरक्षित बसिरहेका शान्त मानिसहरूकहाँ म जानेछु । त्यहाँ तिनीहरू सबै कुनै पर्खाल वा बारहरूबिना नै, र मूल ढोकाहरू नभइकन पनि बसिरहेका छन् ।
12 To capture spoil. And take prey, - To bring back thy hand over desolate places at length inhabited And against a people gathered from among the nations, Getting herds and substance Dwelling upon the navel of the earth.
लूटका माल म कब्जा गर्नेछु र चोर्नेछु ताकि भर्खरै मात्र बसोबास गरिएका बाँझो जमिनका विरुद्धमा, र जातिहरूबाट भेला भएका मानिसहरू, गाईवस्तु र सम्पत्ति आर्जन गरिरहेका मानिसहरू र पृथ्वीको बिचमा बसोबास गरिरहेकाहरूका विरुद्ध म आफ्नो हात उठाउनेछु ।’
13 Sheba and Dedan and the traders of Tarshish and all her young lions, will say to thee, To capture spoil, art thou coming? And to take prey, hast thou called together thy gathered host? To carry off silver and gold To take away herds and substance, To capture great spoil?
शेबा र ददान, र तर्शीशका व्यापारीहरूले आफ्ना जवान योद्धाहरूसँगै तँलाई यसो भन्नेछन्, ‘के तँ लुट्न आएको होस्? के तैंले तेरो फौजलाई लुटको माल, चाँदी र सुन, तिनीहरूका गाईवस्तु र सम्पत्ति जफत गर्न र लैजान भेला गराएको होस्?’
14 Therefore prophesy, Son of man, and thou shalt say to Gog. Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh: Shall it not be in that day, because my people Israel are dwelling securely: , that thou wilt rouse thyself?
यसकारण, ए मानिसको छोरो, अगमवाणी गर् र गोगलाई यसो भन्, ‘परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: त्यो दिन, जब मेरा मानिसहरू सुरक्षित बसेका हुन्छन्, के तैंले तिनीहरूका बारेमा जान्नेछैनस्?
15 Therefore wilt thou come out of thy place. Out of the remote parts of the North, Thou and many peoples with thee, —Riding on horses all of them, A mighty gathered host. Yea a great army;
तँ टाढा उत्तरको आफ्नो ठाउँबाट ठुलो फौजको साथमा, ती सबै जना घोडाहरूमा सवार हुने एउटा ठुलो दल, विशाल फौजसहित आउनेछस् ।
16 Therefore wilt thou come up, against my people Israel, like a cloud covering the land, — In the afterpart of the days, shall it be. that I will suffer thee to enter upon my land, To the end the nations may know me, when I hallow myself in thee before their eyes O Gog!
जमिनलाई बादलले ढाकेझैं तैंले मेरा मानिस अर्थात् इस्राएललाई आक्रमण गर्नेछस् । पछिल्ला दिनहरूमा म तँलाई मेरो देशको विरुद्ध ल्याउनेछु, ताकि मैले तँ, गोगद्वारा जातिहरूका आँखा अगाडि मलाई पवित्र प्रकट गर्दा तिनीहरूले मलाई जान्न सकून् ।
17 Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, Art thou, he of whom I spake in days aforetime by the hand of my servants the prophets of Israel, who kept on prophesying in those days for years, —That thou shouldest be suffered to come against them?
परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: के तँ त्यही होइनस् जसको बारेमा मैले पुराना दिनामा मेरा दास, इस्राएलका अगमवक्ताहरूद्वारा बोलें र मैले तँलाई तिनीहरूका विरुद्धमा ल्याउने समयको बारेमा तिनीहरूले आफ्नै समयमा अगमवाणी गरे?
18 So then shall it come to pass in that day, In the day when Gog entereth upon the soil of Israel, Declareth My Lord Yahweh, That mine indignation shall come up into my nostrils;
यसैले यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो, गोगले इस्राएल देशलाई आक्रमण गर्ने दिनमा मेरो रिसको क्रोध दन्किनेछ ।
19 Yea, in my jealousy, in the fire of mine outburst, have I spoken, - Surely in that day, shall there be a great trembling upon the soil of Israel:
मेरो जोश र मेरो क्रोधको आगोमा, म यो घोषणा गर्छु, कि त्यस दिन इस्राएलमा एउटा ठुलो भूकम्प जानेछ ।
20 Then shall tremble before me The fishes of the sea, and The bird of the heavens and The wild beast of the field, and Every creeping thing that creepeth on the ground, and All the men who are on the face of the ground, — and The mountains, shall be torn asunder, and The steep places, shall sink down, and, Every wall, to the earth, shall be thrown.
तिनीहरू सबै अर्थात् समुद्रका माछाहरू, आकाशका चाराहरू, जमिनका पशुहरू, र जमिनका घस्रने सबै प्राणीहरू, र जमिनको सतहमा भएका हरेक मानिस मेरो अगि थरथर काँम्नेछन् । हरेक पर्खालहरू जमिनमा नढलेसम्म सबै पर्वतहरू तल खसालिनेछन् र चट्टानहरू ढल्नेछन् ।
21 Then will I call against him, every terror, Declareth My Lord Yahweh, the sword of every man against his brother, shall be;
यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो, मेरा सबै पर्वतहरूमा म त्यसको विरुद्ध एउटा तरवार पठाउनेछु । हरेक मानिसको तरवार त्यसको भाइको विरुद्ध हुनेछ ।
22 Then will I contend with him by pestilence and by blood, - And an overflowing downpour and hail-stones fire and brimstone, will I rain Upon him, and Upon his hordes, and Upon the many peoples who are with him.
तब त्यसलाई म रूढी र रगतले न्याय गर्नेछु । अनि त्यो र त्यसका फौज र त्योसँगै भएका धेरै जातिहरूमाथि म घनघोर वर्षा र असिना र जलिरहेको गन्धक बर्साउनेछु ।
23 So will I Magnify myself and Hallow myself, and Make myself known. Before the eyes of many nations, —And they shall know that I, am Yahweh.
म आफ्नो महान्ता र आफ्नो पवित्रता देखाउनेछु र धेरै जातिहरूका दृष्टिमा म आफैंलाई चिनाउनेछु, र म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी तिनीहरूले जान्नेछन् ।’”
