Ezekiel 36
1 Thou therefore. Son of man, Prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, —and thou shalt say, Ye mountains of Israel Hear ye the word of Yahweh.
“अब, ए मानिसको छोरा, इस्राएलका पर्वतहरूलाई अगमवाणी गर् र यसो भन्, ‘ए इस्राएलका पर्वतहरू, परमप्रभुको वचन सुन ।
2 Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, Because the enemy hath said concerning you Aha! Even the high places of age-past times, for a possession have become ours
परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: शत्रुले तिमीहरूका बारेमा यसो भनेका छ, “आहा! प्राचीन अग्ला ठाउँहरू हाम्रा अधिकारमा भएका छन् ।”’
3 Therefore, prophesy, and thou shalt say, Thus saith My Lord Yahweh-Because even because they have desolated and panted for you on every side That ye should become a possession to the rest of the nations, And ye have come up into the talk of the tongue and the slander of the people
यसकारण अगमवाणी गर र यसो भन्, ‘परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: तिमीहरू उजाड भएका हुनाले र तिमीहरूमाथि चारैतिरबाट आक्रमण भएको हुनाले तिमीहरू अरू जातिहरूका अधिकारमा परेका छौ । तिमीहरू निन्दनीय ओठहरू र जिब्राहरू, अनि मानिसहरूका वर्णनका विषय बनेका छौ ।
4 Therefore ye mountains of Israel, hear ye the word of My Lord Yahweh, — Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, To the mountains and to the hills, to the channels and to the valleys, and to the desolate waste places and to the cities that are forsaken, which have become a prey and a derision, to the rest of the nations which are on every side:
यसकारण, ए इस्राएलका पर्वतहरू, परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको वचन सुनः पर्वतहरू र अग्ला पहाडहरू, खोलाहरू र बेसीहरू, तिनीहरूका वरिपरि भएका अरू जतिहरूका निम्ति लूट र हाँसोको विषय बनेका निर्जन उजाड-स्थानहरू र त्यागिएका सहरहरूलाई परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ,
5 Therefore, Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, Surely in the fire of my jealousy, have I spoken against the rest of the nations and against Edom all of it, — Who have given my land to themselves for a possession, In the rejoicing of all the heart In contempt of soul, To make of its produce a prey.
यसकारण परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छः निश्चय नै अरू जातिहरूका विरुद्धमा, एदोम र मेरो देशलाई आफ्नो अधिकारमा लिने सबैका विरुद्धमा, र आफ्नै निम्ति मेरो देशको खर्कमाथि अधिकार गर्नलाई त्यो कब्जा गर्दा आफ्नो हृदयमा रमाहट गर्ने र आत्मामा घृणा बोकेका सबैको विरुद्धमा मेरो क्रोधको आगोमा मैले बोलेको छु ।’
6 Therefore prophesy, concerning the soil of Israel, —and say to the mountains and to the hills to the channels and to the valleys, Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Behold me! In my jealousy and in mine indignation, have I spoken, Because the insult of the nations, ye have borne;
यसकारण, इस्राएल देशलाई अगमवाणी गर र पर्वतहरू र अग्ला पहाडहरू, खोलाहरू र बेसीहरूलाई यसो भन्, ‘परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: हेर्, मेरो क्रोध र रिसमा म यो घोषणा गर्दैछु किनभने तिमीहरूले जातिहरूका अपमान सहेका छौ ।
7 Therefore Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, I myself have lifted my hand, - Surely the nations which are yours round about, they their own shame, shall bear:
यसकारण, परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: म आफ्नो हात उठाएर यो शपथ खान्छु, कि तेरो वरिपरिका जातिहरूले आफ्नो लाज आफै बोक्नेछन् ।
8 But ye O mountains of Israel Your boughs, shall ye shoot forth, And your fruit, shall ye bear For my people Israel, For they have drawn near to enter.
तर, ए इस्राएलका पहाडहरू, तिमीहरूले हाँगाहरू बढाउनेछौ र तिमीहरूले मेरा मानिस इस्राएलका लागि फल दिनेछौ, किनभने तिनीहरू छिटै तिमीहरूकहाँ फर्केर आउनेछन् ।
9 For lo! I am towards you, Therefore will I turn towards you, And ye shall be tilled and sown;
किनकि हेर, म तिमीहरूका निम्ति हुँ, र म तिमीहरूलाई कृपा दृष्टिले व्यवहार गर्नेछु । तिमीहरूको खनजोत गरिने र बीउ छरिनेछ ।
10 And I will multiply, upon you—men, All the house of Israel All of it, Then shall the cities be inhabited, And the waste places, shall be built,
यसैले तिमीहरूमाथि म मानिसहरूका सङ्ख्या, इस्राएलका सारा घरानालाई बढाउनेछु । सहरहरूमा बसोबास हुनेछ र भग्नावशेषहरू पुनःनिर्माण गरिनेछन् ।
11 And I will multiply upon you—man and beast, And they shall multiply and be fruitful, — And I will cause you to be inhabited as in your former estates. And will do you more good than at your beginnings, So shall ye know that am Yahweh;
ए पर्वतहरू, तिमीहरूमा मानिस र पशुका सङ्ख्यालाई म वृद्धि गराउनेछु ताकि तिनीहरू फल्दै-फुल्दै र वृद्धि हुँदै जानेछन् । त्यसपछि पहिलेझैं तिमीहरूमा म बसोबास गराउनेछु, र तिमीहरूको समृद्धि विगतमा भएको भन्दा बढी गराउनेछु, ककिनकि तिमीहरूले म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी जान्नेछौ ।
12 And I will bring upon you—men even my people Israel That they may possess thee, So shalt thou be theirs, as an inheritance, -And thou shalt no more again make them childless.
तिमीहरूमा हिंड्नलाई मेरा मानिसहरू अर्थात् इस्राएलीहरूलाई म ल्याउनेछु । तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूमाथि अधिकार गर्नेछन्, र तिमीहरू तिनीहरूका उत्तराधिकार हुनेछौ, र तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूका छोराछोरीलाई मर्न दिनेछैनौ ।
13 Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, Because they are saying to you. A devourer of men, thou art, And one that didst make childless thy nations, hast thou been
परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: किनभने तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूलाई भनेका छन्, “तिमीहरूले मानिसहरू नष्ट गर्छौ, र आफ्नो जातिलाई शोकमा पार्छौ,”
14 Therefore, men, shalt thou not devour any more, - And thy nations, shalt thou make childless no more, Declareth My Lord Yahweh;
यसकारण तिमीहरूले फेरि मानिसहरूलाई भष्म गर्नेछैनौ, र तिनीहरूले आफ्ना जातिलाई मृत्युको शोकमा पार्नेछैनौ । यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो ।
15 And I will not suffer to be heard against thee any more, the insult of the nations, And the reproach of the peoples, shalt thou not bear any more, - And thy nations, shalt thou not cause to stumble any more, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
न त म तिमीहरूलाई जातिहरूको अपमान फेरि सुन्न दिनेछु । तिमीहरूले फेरि कहिल्यै मानिसहरूको लाजलाई सहनुपर्नेछैन न त तिमीहरूको जातिको पतन हुनेछ, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो ।’”
16 And the word of Yahweh came unto me saying:
तब परमप्रभुको वचन यसो भनेर मकहाँ आयो,
17 Son of man The house of Israel were dwelling upon their own soil, But they defiled it by their way, and by their doings. Like the defilement of her that is removed, became their way before me.
“ए मानिसको छोरा, जब इस्राएलको घराना आफ्नो देशमा बसोबास गरे, तब तिनीहरूले त्यस देशलाई आफ्ना चालहरू र कामहरूले अशुद्ध पारे । मेरा सामु तिनीहरूका चालहरू स्त्रीको रजस्वलाको अशुद्धताझैं थिए ।
18 So I poured out mine indignation upon them, Because of the blood which they had shed upon the land, - Yea with their manufactured gods, had they defiled it.
यसैले तिनीहरूले त्यो देशमा बगाएका रगत र आफ्ना मूर्तिहरूले अशुद्ध बनाएका कारणले मैले तिनीहरूका विरुद्धमा आफ्नो क्रोध खन्याएँ ।
19 So I dispersed them among the nations, And they were scattered throughout the lands, — According to their way and according to their doings, I judged them.
मैले तिनीहरूलाई जातिहरूका बिचमा छरपष्ट पारें । तिनीहरू देशहरूमा तितरबितर भए । तिनीहरूका चालहरू र कामहरूअनुसार मैले तिनीहरूको न्याय गरें ।
20 But when they entered among the nations where they did enter, then profaned they my holy Name, —in that it was said of them The people of Yahweh, these! Yet from his land, have they come forth!
त्यसपछि तिनीहरू जातिहरूकहाँ गए, र तिनीहरू जहाँ-जहाँ गए, तिनीहरूले मेरो नाउँलाई अशुद्ध पारे । मानिसहरूले तिनीहरूका विषयमा यसो भने, ‘के यिनीहरू साँच्चै नै परमप्रभुका मानिसहरू हुन्? किनकि यिनीहरू त उहाँको देशबाट बाहिर फालिएका छन् ।’
21 So then I had tender regard for my holy Name, - Which the house of Israel had profaned, among the nations, where they had entered.
तर इस्राएलको घराना जातिहरूका बिचमा हुँदा तिनीहरूले मेरो नाउँलाई अशुद्ध पारेका हुनाले मेरो नाउँप्रति ममा दया जाग्यो ।
22 Therefore say thou to the house of Israel Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Not for your sakes, am I working. O house of Israel, But for my holy Name which ye have profaned, among the nations where ye have entered;
यसकारण इस्राएलको घरानालाई यसो भन्, ‘परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: ए इस्राएलको घराना, यो मैले तेरो निम्ति गरेको होइन, तर मेरो पवित्र नाउँको खातिर हो, जसलाई तिमीहरू जहाँ गयौ, त्यहाँ तिमीहरूले अशुद्ध पारेका छौ ।
23 Therefore will I hallow my great Name, that hath been profaned among the nations, which ye have profaned in their midst, -So shall the nations know that I am Yahweh Declareth My Lord, Yahweh, When I have hallowed myself in you, before their eyes.
किनकि तिमीहरूले जातिहरूका बिचमा अशुद्ध बनाएका मेरो महान् नाउँलाई म पवित्र बनाउनेछु । जातिहरूका बिचमा तिमीहरुले त्यसलाई अशुद्ध बनयौ । तब म पवित्र छु भनी तिमीहरूले देखेपछि ती जातिहरूले म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी जान्नेछन्, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो ।
24 Therefore will I take you from among the nations, And gather you out of all the lands, - And will bring you upon your own soil;
तिमीहरूलाई जातिहरू निकाल्नेछु र हरेक देशबाट तिमीहरूलाई भेला पार्नेछु र तिमीहरूका आफ्नो देशमा तिमीहरूलाई म ल्याउनेछु ।
25 And I will throw upon you clean water and ye shall be clean, — From all your uncleannesses and from all your manufactured gods, will I cleanse you;
त्यसपछि तिमीहरूमाथि म पवित्र पानी छर्किनेछु, यसरी तिमीहरू आफ्ना सबै अशुद्धताबाट शुद्ध हुनेछौ, र तिमीहरूका सबै मूर्तिहरूबाट म तिमीहरूलाई शुद्ध पर्नेछु ।
26 And I will give you a new heart, And a new spirit, will I put within you, -And I will take away the heart of stone out of your flesh, And will give you a heart of flesh;
तिमीहरूका अन्तस्करणमा म तिमीहरूलाई एउटा नयाँ हृदय र नयाँ आत्मा दिनेछु, र तिमीहरूका शरीरबाट ढुङ्गाको हृदय म निकाल्नेछु । किनभने म तिमीहरूलाई मासुको हृदय दिनेछु ।
27 And my spirit, will I put within you, And will cause That in my statutes, ye shall walk, And my regulations, ye shall observe, and do;
तिमीहरूमा म आफ्नो आत्मा हालिदिनेछु र तिमीहरूलाई मेरा विधिहरूमा हिंड्न र मेरा आज्ञाहरू पालन गर्न सक्षम तुल्याउनेछु ।
28 And ye shall dwell in the land which I gave to your fathers, - And ye shall become my people, And I will become your God;
तब मैले तिमीहरूका पुर्खाहरूलाई दिएको देशमा तिमीहरू बसोबास गर्नेछौ । तिमीहरू मेरा मानिसहरू हुनेछौ, र म तिमीहरूका परमेश्वर हुनेछु ।
29 And I will save you out of all your uncleannesses, —And will call for the corn and will increase it, And will not lay upon you famine; And I will save you out of all your uncleannesses, —And will call for the corn and will increase it, And will not lay upon you famine;
किनकि म तिमीहरूलाई सबै अशुद्धताबाट बचाउनेछु । म अन्नलाई आज्ञा गर्नेछु र त्यसलाई बढाउनेछु । तिमीहरूमा म अनिकाल पेरि कहिलै ल्याउनेछैनँ ।
30 And I will multiply The fruit of the tree, and The increase of the field, — To the end that ye may not receive any more the reproach of famine among the nations.
रूखको फल र भूमिको उब्जनी म बढाउनेछु ताकि तिमीहरूले जातिहरूका बिचमा फेरि कहिल्यै अनिकालको लाज सहनेछैनौ ।
31 Then shall ye call to mind Your ways that were wicked, and Your doings that were not good, - And shall become loathsome in your own sight. For your iniquities and For your abominations.
त्यसपछि आफ्ना दुष्ट चालहरू र आफ्ना कामहरू जो असल थिएनन् सो तिमीहरूले याद गर्नेछौ, र तिमीहरूका आफ्ना पापहरू र आफ्ना घिनलाग्दा कामहरूका कारणले तिमीहरूले आफ्ना अनुहारहरूमा घृणा प्रदर्शन गर्नेछौ ।
32 Not for your sakes, am I working, Declareth My Lord Yahweh be it known to you, — Turn ye pale and then blush for your ways. O house of Israel.
यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो, यो तिमीहरूलाई थाहा होस् कि यो मैले तिमीहरूका निम्ति गरेको होइन । यसैले, ए इस्राएलको घराना, आफ्ना चालहरूका कारणले लज्जित र अपमानित होओ ।
33 Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, In the day when I cleanse you, from all your iniquities, Then will I cause the cities to be inhabited, And the waste places shall be built;
परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: तिमीहरूका सबै अपराधहरूबाट मैले तिमीहरूलाई शुद्ध पारेको दिनमा, म तिमीहरूलाई सहरहरूमा बसोबास गराउनेछु र भग्नावशेषहरूलाई पुनर्निर्माण गर्न लगाउनेछु ।
34 And the land that was made desolate shall be tilled, — Whereas it was a desolation, before the eyes of every passer-by;
किनभने तिमीहरूले बाँझो जमिनलाई खनजोत गर्नेछौ र त्यसको नजिकबाट जानेहरूका आँखामा त्यो अब फेर बाँझो हुनेछैन ।
35 And they shall say, This land that was made desolate hath become like the garden of Eden, - And the cities that were waste and deserted and thrown down, now fenced, are inhabited;
तब तिनीहरूले भन्नेछन्, “यो जमिन उजाड थियो, तर यो अब अदनको बगैंचाजस्तो भएको छ । भत्काइएका उजाड सहरहरू र निर्जन बाँझो जमिनहरू, अब किलाबन्दी गरिएका र बसोबास गर्छन् ।”
36 So shall the nations that may be left remaining round about you know that, I Yahweh— Have built that which was thrown down, and Have planted that which was made desolate, — I Yahweh, have spoken and performed.
तब म नै परमप्रभु, मैले नै भग्नावशेषलाई बनाएँ र त्यागिएका ठाउँहरूलाई पुनः स्थापित गरें भनी तिमीहरूका वरिपरिका अरू जातिहरूले जान्नेछन् । म परमप्रभु हुँ । मैले यो घोषणा गरेको छु र म यो गर्नेछु ।
37 Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Even yet—for this, will I be prevailed upon by the house of Israel to work for them, — I will multiply them-Like a flock—with men:
परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: इस्राएलको घरानालाई मानिसहरूका बगालझैं वृद्धि गरिदिन तिनीहरूले मलाई फेरि बिन्ती गर्नेछन् ।
38 Like a flock of holy offerings Like the flock of Jerusalem in her appointed feasts, So, shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men, - And they shall know that, I, am Yahweh.
जस्तो बलिदानको निम्ति बगाललाई अलग गरिन्छ, जस्तो तोकिएका चाडहरूमा यरूशलेममा बगाल हुन्छन्, त्यस्तै भग्नावशेष भएका सहरहरू मानिसहरूका बगालले भरिनेछन् र म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी तिनीहरूले जान्नेछन् ।’”
