Ezekiel 36
1 Thou therefore. Son of man, Prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, —and thou shalt say, Ye mountains of Israel Hear ye the word of Yahweh.
“Karon ikaw, anak sa tawo, panagna ngadto sa kabukiran sa Israel ug ingna, “Kabukiran sa Israel, paminawa ang pulong ni Yahweh.
2 Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, Because the enemy hath said concerning you Aha! Even the high places of age-past times, for a possession have become ours
Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Miingon ang kaaway mahitungod kaninyo, “Aha!” ug “Gipanag-iyahan na namo ang karaang tag-as nga mga dapit.'”
3 Therefore, prophesy, and thou shalt say, Thus saith My Lord Yahweh-Because even because they have desolated and panted for you on every side That ye should become a possession to the rest of the nations, And ye have come up into the talk of the tongue and the slander of the people
Busa panagna ug pag-ingon, 'Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Tungod sa inyong pagkaawaaw ug tungod sa mga pagsulong nga nahitabo kaninyo gikan sa palibot, gipanag-iyahan na kamo sa ubang mga nasod; kamo na ang gibutangbutangan sa mga mabutangbutangon nga mga ngabil ug mga dila, ug ang gihisgotan sa katawhan.
4 Therefore ye mountains of Israel, hear ye the word of My Lord Yahweh, — Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, To the mountains and to the hills, to the channels and to the valleys, and to the desolate waste places and to the cities that are forsaken, which have become a prey and a derision, to the rest of the nations which are on every side:
Busa, kabukiran sa Israel, paminawa ang pulong ni Yahweh nga Ginoo: Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini ngadto sa kabukiran ug sa tag-as nga kabungtoran, ngadto sa mga sapa ug sa mga walog, ngadto sa wala nay mipuyo nga mga awaaw ug sa gipangbiyaan nga mga siyudad nga nahimong inilog ug maoy gibiaybiay sa ubang mga nasod nga nagpalibot niini—
5 Therefore, Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, Surely in the fire of my jealousy, have I spoken against the rest of the nations and against Edom all of it, — Who have given my land to themselves for a possession, In the rejoicing of all the heart In contempt of soul, To make of its produce a prey.
busa miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Nagsulti gayod ako diha sa kalayo sa akong hilabihang kasuko batok sa ubang mga nasod, batok sa Edom ug sa tanang nagkuha sa akong yuta ingon nga ilang gipanag-iyahan, batok niadtong tanan nga adunay kalipay sa ilang kasingkasing ug adunay pagtamay diha sa ilang espiritu, samtang gisakop nila ang akong yuta aron maangkon nila ang mga sibsibanan niini alang kanila.'
6 Therefore prophesy, concerning the soil of Israel, —and say to the mountains and to the hills to the channels and to the valleys, Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Behold me! In my jealousy and in mine indignation, have I spoken, Because the insult of the nations, ye have borne;
Busa, panagna ngadto sa yuta sa Israel ug pag-ingon ngadto sa kabukiran ug ngadto sa habog nga kabungtoran, ngadto sa mga sapa ug sa mga walog, 'miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Tan-awa! Gipahayag ko kini diha sa akong hilabihang kasuko ug sa akong kalagot tungod kay gidala ninyo ang mga pagtamay sa kanasoran.
7 Therefore Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, I myself have lifted my hand, - Surely the nations which are yours round about, they their own shame, shall bear:
Busa, miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Ipataas nako ang akong kamot sa pagpanumpa nga maulawan gayod ang kanasoran nga nagpalibot kaninyo.
8 But ye O mountains of Israel Your boughs, shall ye shoot forth, And your fruit, shall ye bear For my people Israel, For they have drawn near to enter.
Apan kamo, kabukiran sa Israel, manalingsing kamo ug mamunga alang sa akong katawhan sa Israel, sanglit mobalik man sila diha kaninyo sa dili madugay.
9 For lo! I am towards you, Therefore will I turn towards you, And ye shall be tilled and sown;
Tan-awa, alang ako kaninyo, ug gidapigan ko kamo; darohon ug tamnan kamo ug mga binhi.
10 And I will multiply, upon you—men, All the house of Israel All of it, Then shall the cities be inhabited, And the waste places, shall be built,
Busa pasanayon ko diha kaninyo ang mga tawo sa tibuok panimalay sa Israel, ang tanan niini. Puy-an na ang mga siyudad ug tukoron pag-usab ang mga nangaguba.
11 And I will multiply upon you—man and beast, And they shall multiply and be fruitful, — And I will cause you to be inhabited as in your former estates. And will do you more good than at your beginnings, So shall ye know that am Yahweh;
Kabukiran, pasanayon ko ang mga tawo ug mga mananap diha kaninyo aron modaghan sila ug magmabungahon. Unya papuy-an ko kamo sama kaniadto, ug pauswagon ko kamo labaw pa sa inyong kahimtang kaniadto, kay masayran ninyo nga ako si Yahweh.
12 And I will bring upon you—men even my people Israel That they may possess thee, So shalt thou be theirs, as an inheritance, -And thou shalt no more again make them childless.
Magdala ako ug mga tawo, ang akong katawhan sa Israel, aron molakaw diha kanimo. Panag-iyahan ka nila, ug ikaw ang mahimo nilang panulondon, ug dili na ikaw ang mahimong hinungdan sa pagkamatay sa ilang mga anak.
13 Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, Because they are saying to you. A devourer of men, thou art, And one that didst make childless thy nations, hast thou been
Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Tungod kay nag-ingon sila kaninyo, “Gilamoy nimo ang katawhan, ug namatay ang mga anak sa imong nasod,”
14 Therefore, men, shalt thou not devour any more, - And thy nations, shalt thou make childless no more, Declareth My Lord Yahweh;
busa dili na kamo molamoy pa ug mga tawo, ug dili na kamo ang mahimong hinungdan sa pagbangotan sa inyong nasod sa ilang kamatayon. Mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo.
15 And I will not suffer to be heard against thee any more, the insult of the nations, And the reproach of the peoples, shalt thou not bear any more, - And thy nations, shalt thou not cause to stumble any more, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
Ni tugotan ko nga madungog pa ninyo ang mga pagtamay sa kanasoran; dili na ninyo pas-anon pa ang kaulaw sa katawhan o mahimong hinungdan sa pagkapukan sa inyong nasod—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo.'”
16 And the word of Yahweh came unto me saying:
Unya miabot kanako ang pulong ni Yahweh, nga nag-ingon,
17 Son of man The house of Israel were dwelling upon their own soil, But they defiled it by their way, and by their doings. Like the defilement of her that is removed, became their way before me.
“Anak sa tawo, sa dihang mipuyo ang panimalay sa Israel sa ilang yuta, gihugawan nila kini pinaagi sa ilang mga paagi ug sa ilang mga buhat. Ang ilang mga paagi sama sa hugaw sa pagregla sa babaye diha sa akong atubangan.
18 So I poured out mine indignation upon them, Because of the blood which they had shed upon the land, - Yea with their manufactured gods, had they defiled it.
Busa gibubo ko batok kanila ang akong hilabihang kasuko alang sa dugo nga ilang gibubo sa yuta ug alang sa ilang paghugaw niini pinaagi sa ilang mga diosdios.
19 So I dispersed them among the nations, And they were scattered throughout the lands, — According to their way and according to their doings, I judged them.
Gipatibulaag ko sila taliwala sa kanasoran; nabulagbulag sila ngadto sa kayutaan. Gihukman ko sila sumala sa ilang mga paagi ug sa ilang mga binuhatan.
20 But when they entered among the nations where they did enter, then profaned they my holy Name, —in that it was said of them The people of Yahweh, these! Yet from his land, have they come forth!
Unya miadto sila sa kanasoran, ug bisan asa sila miadto, gipasipalahan nila ang akong balaan nga ngalan sa dihang moingon ang mga tawo ngadto kanila, 'Mao ba gayod kini ang katawhan ni Yahweh? Kay giabog man sila sa iyang yuta.'
21 So then I had tender regard for my holy Name, - Which the house of Israel had profaned, among the nations, where they had entered.
Apan aduna akoy kalooy sa akong balaan nga ngalan nga gihugawan sa balay sa Israel taliwala sa kanasoran, sa dihang miadto sila didto.
22 Therefore say thou to the house of Israel Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Not for your sakes, am I working. O house of Israel, But for my holy Name which ye have profaned, among the nations where ye have entered;
Busa isulti kini sa balay sa Israel: 'Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Wala ko kini gibuhat alang sa inyong kaayohan, balay sa Israel, apan alang sa akong balaan nga ngalan, nga inyong gipasipalahan taliwala sa kanasoran bisan asa kamo moadto.
23 Therefore will I hallow my great Name, that hath been profaned among the nations, which ye have profaned in their midst, -So shall the nations know that I am Yahweh Declareth My Lord, Yahweh, When I have hallowed myself in you, before their eyes.
Kay himoon nako nga balaan ang akong bantogang ngalan, nga inyong gipasipalahan taliwala sa kanasoran—gipasipalahan ninyo kini, taliwala sa kanasoran. Ug masayran sa kanasoran nga ako si Yahweh—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo—sa dihang makita ninyo nga balaan ako.
24 Therefore will I take you from among the nations, And gather you out of all the lands, - And will bring you upon your own soil;
Kuhaon ko kamo gikan sa kanasoran ug tigomon kamo gikan sa matag yuta, ug dad-on ko kamo sa inyong yuta.
25 And I will throw upon you clean water and ye shall be clean, — From all your uncleannesses and from all your manufactured gods, will I cleanse you;
Unya wisikwisikan ko kamo ug hinlo nga tubig aron maputli kamo gikan sa tanan ninyong pagkadaotan, ug himoon ko kamong putli gikan sa tanan ninyong mga diosdios.
26 And I will give you a new heart, And a new spirit, will I put within you, -And I will take away the heart of stone out of your flesh, And will give you a heart of flesh;
Hatagan ko kamo ug bag-ong kasingkasing ug bag-ong espiritu diha sa inyong kinasulorang bahin, ug kuhaon ko ang tig-a nga kasingkasing gikan sa inyong unod. Kay hatagan ko kamo ug humok nga kasingkasing.
27 And my spirit, will I put within you, And will cause That in my statutes, ye shall walk, And my regulations, ye shall observe, and do;
Ibutang ko ang akong Espiritu diha kaninyo ug tugotan kamo sa paglakaw diha sa akong mga balaod ug sa pagtipig sa akong mga sugo, busa buhaton ninyo kini.
28 And ye shall dwell in the land which I gave to your fathers, - And ye shall become my people, And I will become your God;
Unya mopuyo kamo sa yuta nga akong gihatag sa inyong mga katigulangan; kamo ang mahimo nakong katawhan, ug ako ang mahimo ninyong Dios.
29 And I will save you out of all your uncleannesses, —And will call for the corn and will increase it, And will not lay upon you famine; And I will save you out of all your uncleannesses, —And will call for the corn and will increase it, And will not lay upon you famine;
Kay luwason ko kamo sa inyong pagkahugaw. Ipatawag ko ang trigo ug padaghanon kini. Dili na ako magpahamtang ug kagutom diha kaninyo.
30 And I will multiply The fruit of the tree, and The increase of the field, — To the end that ye may not receive any more the reproach of famine among the nations.
Padaghanon ko ang bunga sa kahoy ug ang abot sa uma aron dili na kamo maulawan sa kagutom taliwala sa mga nasod.
31 Then shall ye call to mind Your ways that were wicked, and Your doings that were not good, - And shall become loathsome in your own sight. For your iniquities and For your abominations.
Unya maghunahuna kamo sa daotan ninyong mga paagi ug sa inyong dili maayo nga mga binuhatan, ug adunay pagdumot diha sa inyong mga panagway tungod sa inyong kaugalingong mga sala ug sa inyong dulomtanang mga binuhatan.
32 Not for your sakes, am I working, Declareth My Lord Yahweh be it known to you, — Turn ye pale and then blush for your ways. O house of Israel.
Wala ko kini gibuhat alang sa inyong kaayohan—mao kini ang gipahayag ni Yahweh nga Ginoo—tugoti nga mailhan kini diha kaninyo. Busa kataha ug kaulaw tungod sa inyong mga paagi, balay sa Israel.
33 Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, In the day when I cleanse you, from all your iniquities, Then will I cause the cities to be inhabited, And the waste places shall be built;
Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Nianang adlawa himoon ko kamong putli gikan sa inyong mga sala, tugotan ko kamo sa pagpuyo sa mga siyudad ug sa pagtukod ug balik sa nagun-ob nga mga dapit.
34 And the land that was made desolate shall be tilled, — Whereas it was a desolation, before the eyes of every passer-by;
Kay darohon ninyo ang biniyaan nga yuta hangtod nga dili na kini mahimong biniyaan sa panan-aw sa tanang moagi niini.
35 And they shall say, This land that was made desolate hath become like the garden of Eden, - And the cities that were waste and deserted and thrown down, now fenced, are inhabited;
Unya moingon sila, “Awaaw kini nga yuta, apan sama na kini sa tanaman sa Eden; lig-on na karon ug aduna nay nagpuyo sa mga awaaw nga mga siyudad ug sa mga dapit nga giguba ug gigun-ob.”
36 So shall the nations that may be left remaining round about you know that, I Yahweh— Have built that which was thrown down, and Have planted that which was made desolate, — I Yahweh, have spoken and performed.
Unya masayod ang ubang kanasoran palibot kaninyo nga ako si Yahweh, nga gitukod ko pag-usab ang mga nangagun-ob ug nagtanom pag-usab ngadto sa mga dapit nga gibiyaan. Ako si Yahweh. Gipahayag ko kini ug buhaton ko kini.
37 Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Even yet—for this, will I be prevailed upon by the house of Israel to work for them, — I will multiply them-Like a flock—with men:
Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Hangyoon ako pag-usab sa balay sa Israel sa pagbuhat niini alang kanila, sa pagpadaghan kanila sama sa panon sa katawhan.
38 Like a flock of holy offerings Like the flock of Jerusalem in her appointed feasts, So, shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men, - And they shall know that, I, am Yahweh.
Sama sa panon nga gigahin alang sa mga halad, sama sa panon diha sa Jerusalem sa iyang gitakda nga mga kasaulogan, malukop usab sa panon sa katawhan ang mga nangagun-ob nga mga siyudad ug masayran nila nga ako si Yahweh.'”
