Ezekiel 32

1 And it came to pass, in the twelfth year, in the twelfth month on the first of the month, that the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying:

Και εν τω δωδεκάτω έτει, τω δωδεκάτω μηνί, τη πρώτη του μηνός, έγεινε λόγος Κυρίου προς εμέ, λέγων,

2 Son of man Take up a dirge over Pharaoh king of Egypt, and thou shalt say unto him. The young lion of the nations, thou didst deem thyself, - Whereas thou, wast like the crocodile in the seas, And didst cause thy streams to burst forth And didst trouble the waters with thy feet, And foul their rivers.

Υιέ ανθρώπου, ανάλαβε θρήνον επί τον Φαραώ βασιλέα της Αιγύπτου και ειπέ προς αυτόν, Ωμοιώθης με σκύμνον λέοντος μεταξύ των εθνών και είσαι ως δράκων εν ταις θαλάσσαις· και εφώρμησας εις τους ποταμούς σου και ετάραττες τα ύδατα με τους πόδας σου και κατεπάτεις τους ποταμούς αυτών.

3 Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, Therefore will I spread over thee my net, With a gathered host of many peoples, -And they shall bring thee up in my net;

Ούτω λέγει Κύριος ο Θεός· διά τούτο θέλω εξαπλώσει το δίκτυόν μου επί σε με άθροισμα πολλών λαών, και θέλουσι σε ανασύρει εν τη σαγήνη μου.

4 And I will stretch thee out on the land, Over the face of the field, will I fling thee, - And will cause to settle upon thee all the birds of the heavens, And will satiate with thee the wild beasts of all the earth;

Και θέλω σε εγκαταλείψει εν τη γη, θέλω σε εκρίψει επί το πρόσωπον της πεδιάδος, και θέλω επικαθίσει επί σε πάντα τα πετεινά του ουρανού και χορτάσει από σου τα θηρία πάσης της γης.

5 And I will lay thy flesh on the mountains, — And fill the valleys, with thy blood;

Και θέλω εκθέσει τας σάρκας σου επί τα όρη, και εμπλήσει τας κοιλάδας από των σωρών του πτώματός σου.

6 And will soak the earth with thy blood, amongst the mountains, - And the channels shall be filled with thee.

Και την γην, όπου πλέεις, θέλω ποτίσει με το αίμα σου έως των ορέων· και οι ποταμοί θέλουσιν εμπλησθή από σου.

7 And when I quench thee, I will cover the heavens, And obscure their stars, — The sun—with a cloud, will I cover, And the moon shall not shed her light;

Και όταν σε αποσβέσω, θέλω περικαλύψει τον ουρανόν και συσκοτάσει τους αστέρας αυτού· θέλω περικαλύψει εν νεφέλη τον ήλιον και σελήνη δεν θέλει φέγγει το φως αυτής.

8 As for all the light-bearers in the heavens, I will obscure them over thee— And will stretch out darkness over thy land, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.

Πάντας τους λαμπρούς φωστήρας του ουρανού θέλω συσκοτάσει επί σε, και θέλω επιβάλει σκότος επί την γην σου, λέγει Κύριος ο Θεός.

9 And I will aggrieve the heart of many peoples, - when I bring them who are broken off from thee among the nations, unto lands which thou hast not known.

Και θέλω κάμει να φρίξη η καρδία πολλών λαών, όταν φέρω τον συντριμμόν σου μεταξύ των εθνών, εις τόπους τους οποίους δεν εγνώρισας.

10 Yea I will cause amazement over thee unto many peoples And the hair of their kings shall stand on end over thee, when I brandish my sword over their faces, - And they shall tremble every moment every man for his own life, In the day of thy fall.

Και θέλω κάμει πολλούς λαούς να εκπλαγώσι διά σε και οι βασιλείς αυτών θέλουσι φρίξει σφόδρα διά σε, όταν διασείσω την ρομφαίαν μου ενώπιον αυτών· και θέλουσι τρέμει κατά πάσαν στιγμήν, έκαστος διά την ζωήν αυτού, εν τη ημέρα της πτώσεώς σου.

11 For thus saith My Lord, Yahweh: -the sword of the king of Babylon shall reach thee.

Διότι ούτω λέγει Κύριος ο Θεός· Η ρομφαία του βασιλέως της Βαβυλώνος θέλει ελθεί επί σε.

12 With the swords of mighty men, will I cause thy multitude to fall, Terrible ones of the nations all of them!-And they shall spoil the pride of Egypt, And all her multitude shall be destroyed,

Εν μαχαίραις ισχυρών θέλω καταβάλει το πλήθός σου· πάντες ούτοι είναι οι τρομερώτεροι των εθνών· και θέλουσι πορθήσει την έπαρσιν της Αιγύπτου και άπαν το πλήθος αυτής θέλει καταστραφή.

13 And I will cause to perish all her beasts, from beside the many waters, — And the foot of man shall not trouble them any more, Nor shall hoof of beast, trouble them.

Και θέλω εξαφανίσει πάντα τα κτήνη αυτής από πλησίον υδάτων πολλών, και δεν θέλει πλέον ταράξει αυτά πους ανθρώπου και ίχνος κτήνους δεν θέλει ταράξει αυτά.

14 Then, will I make their waters subside, And, their streams—like oil, will I cause to flow, — Declareth My Lord, Yahweh.

Τότε θέλω ησυχάσει τα ύδατα αυτών και κάμει τους ποταμούς αυτών να ρέωσιν ως έλαιον, λέγει Κύριος ο Θεός.

15 When I make the land of Egypt an astonishment A land laid bare of its fulness, When I cut off all that dwell therein, Then shall they know that, I am Yahweh.

Όταν κάμω την γην της Αιγύπτου θάμβος, και ερημωθή η γη από του πληρώματος αυτής, όταν πατάξω πάντας τους κατοικούντας εν αυτή, τότε θέλουσι γνωρίσει ότι εγώ είμαι ο Κύριος.

16 A dirge, it is And they shall chant it, The daughters of the nations Shall chant it: Over Egypt and over all her multitude, Shall they chant it, Declareth My Lord, Yahweh.

Ούτος είναι ο θρήνος, με τον οποίον θέλουσι θρηνήσει αυτήν· αι θυγατέρες των εθνών θέλουσι θρηνήσει αυτήν· θέλουσι θρηνήσει διά την Αίγυπτον και δι' άπαν το πλήθος αυτής, λέγει Κύριος ο Θεός.

17 And it came to pass in the twelfth year on the fifteenth of the month, that the word of Yahweh came unto me saying:

Και εν τω δωδεκάτω έτει τη δεκάτη πέμπτη του μηνός, έγεινε λόγος Κυρίου προς εμέ, λέγων,

18 Son of man Wail thou over the multitude of Egypt and cause it to descend—her and the daughters of the famous nations—into the earth below with them who descend into the pit.

Υιέ ανθρώπου, θρήνησον διά το πλήθος της Αιγύπτου και καταβίβασον αυτούς, αυτήν και τας θυγατέρας των ισχυρών εθνών, εις τα κατώτατα της γης, μετά των καταβαινόντων εις λάκκον.

19 Than whom, art thou more precious? Descend and be laid low with the uncircumcised:

Τίνος είσαι ώραιοτέρα; κατάβηθι και κοίτου μετά των απεριτμήτων.

20 Into the midst of them who were thrust through by the sword, let them fall, -To the sword, hath she been delivered up, Lay ye hold of her and all her multitudes.

Θέλουσι πέσει εν μέσω των τεθανατωμένων εν μαχαίρα· εις την μάχαιραν παρεδόθη αυτή· σύρετε αυτήν και πάντα τα πλήθη αυτής.

21 The chiefs of the mighty shall speak to him out of the midst of hades, with his helpers, - They have descended They have lain down. The uncircumcised! Thrust through by the sword. (Sheol h7585)

Οι ισχυρότεροι μεταξύ των δυνατών θέλουσι λαλήσει προς αυτόν εκ μέσου του άδου μετά των βοηθούντων αυτόν· κατέβησαν, κοίτονται απερίτμητοι, τεθανατωμένοι εν μαχαίρα. (Sheol h7585)

22 There, is Assyria with all her gathered host, Round about him, are his graves, All of them thrust through, The fallen by the sword:

Εκεί είναι ο Ασσούρ και άπαν το άθροισμα αυτού· οι τάφοι αυτού είναι κύκλω αυτού· πάντες ούτοι τεθανατωμένοι, πεπτωκότες εν μαχαίρα.

23 Whose graves have been set In the recesses of the pit, And so her gathered host is round about her grave, All of them thrust through. Fallen by the sword, Who caused terror in the land of the living.

Διότι οι τάφοι αυτού είναι τεθειμένοι εις τα βάθη του λάκκου και το άθροισμα αυτού κύκλω του τάφου αυτού· πάντες ούτοι τεθανατωμένοι, πεπτωκότες εν μαχαίρα, οίτινες διέδιδον τρόμον εις την γην των ζώντων.

24 There, is Persia with all her multitude, round about her grave, — All of them, thrust through The fallen by the sword Who have descended, uncircumcised into the earth below Who made themselves a terror in the land of the living, And so they have borne their confusion with them who descend into the pit:

Εκεί είναι ο Ελάμ και άπαν το πλήθος αυτού κύκλω του τάφου αυτού· πάντες ούτοι τεθανατωμένοι, πεπτωκότες εν μαχαίρα, καταβάντες απερίτμητοι εις τα κατώτατα της γης, οίτινες διέδιδον τον τρόμον αυτών εις την γην των ζώντων· και έλαβον την καταισχύνην αυτών μετά των καταβαινόντων εις λάκκον.

25 In the midst of them who were thrust through, have they have placed a couch for her with all her multitude, Round about it, are her graves, -All of them, uncircumcised. Thrust through with the sword. For that their terror was caused in the land of the living. And so they have borne their confusion, with them who descend into the pit, In the midst of them who were thrust through, hath it been placed.

Έθεσαν εις αυτόν κλίνην μετά παντός του πλήθους αυτού εν μέσω των τεθανατωμένων· οι τάφοι αυτού είναι κύκλω αυτού· πάντες ούτοι απερίτμητοι, τεθανατωμένοι εν μαχαίρα, αν και διεδόθη ο τρόμος αυτών εις την γην των ζώντων· και έλαβον την καταισχύνην αυτών μετά των καταβαινόντων εις λάκκον· ετέθη εν μέσω των τεθανατωμένων.

26 There, are Meshech-Tuba and all her multitude, Round about it, are her graves, — All of them uncircumcised, Who were thrust through with the sword, For that they made themselves a terror in the land of the living;

Εκεί είναι ο Μεσέχ, ο Θουβάλ και άπαν το πλήθος αυτού· οι τάφοι αυτού είναι κύκλω αυτού· πάντες ούτοι απερίτμητοι, τεθανατωμένοι εν μαχαίρα, αν και διέδωκαν τον τρόμον αυτών εις την γην των ζώντων.

27 Therefore shall they not lie with the mighty men The fallen ones from age-past times, Who descended into hades with their weapons of war And their swords were placed under their heads. But their iniquities have come upon their bones Because of the terror of the mighty in the land of the living. (Sheol h7585)

Πλην δεν κοίτονται μετά των πεσόντων ισχυρών εκ των απεριτμήτων, οίτινες κατέβησαν εις τον άδην μετά των πολεμικών αυτών όπλων· και έθεσαν τας μαχαίρας αυτών υπό τας κεφαλάς αυτών· αλλ' αι ανομίαι αυτών θέλουσιν είσθαι επί τα οστά αυτών, αν και ήσαν τρόμος των ισχυρών εν τη γη των ζώντων. (Sheol h7585)

28 Thou, therefore in the midst of the uncircumcised, shalt be overthrown. And shalt lie low with them who were thrust through by the sword.

Ναι, συ θέλεις συντριφθή εν μέσω των απεριτμήτων, και θέλεις κοίτεσθαι μετά των τεθανατωμένων εν μαχαίρα.

29 There, are Edom her kings and all her princes, Who have been delivered up in their might. With them who were thrust through by he sword, — They with the uncircumcised, shall lie low. Even with them who descend into the pit.

Εκεί είναι ο Εδώμ, οι βασιλείς αυτού και πάντες οι ηγεμόνες αυτού, οίτινες μετά της δυνάμεως αυτών ετέθησαν μεταξύ των τεθανατωμένων εν μαχαίρα· ούτοι θέλουσι κοίτεσθαι μετά των απεριτμήτων και μετά των καταβαινόντων εις λάκκον.

30 There, are the princes of the North, all of them, and all the Zidonians, Who have descended with them who were thrust through. By reason of the terror they caused, of their might, are they ashamed, So they have lain down uncircumcised. With them who were thrust through by the sword, And they have bowed their confusion with them who descend into the pit.

Εκεί είναι οι ηγεμόνες του βορρά, πάντες ούτοι, και πάντες οι Σιδώνιοι, οίτινες κατέβησαν μετά των τεθανατωμένων, εν τω τρόμω αυτών, κατησχυμμένοι εν τη δυνάμει αυτών· και κοίτονται απερίτμητοι μετά των τεθανατωμένων εν μαχαίρα, και έλαβον την καταισχύνην αυτών μετά των καταβαινόντων εις λάκκον.

31 Them, shall Pharaoh see, and be grieved over all his multitude, — Thrust through with the sword, shall be Pharaoh and all his army! Declareth My Lord, Yahweh.

Ο Φαραώ θέλει ιδεί αυτούς και παρηγορηθή δι' άπαν το πλήθος αυτού, ο Φαραώ και άπαν το στράτευμα αυτού, οι τεθανατωμένοι εν μαχαίρα, λέγει Κύριος ο Θεός.

32 For I have suffered his terror to be in the land of the living, Therefore shall be laid low In the midst of the uncircumcised With them who were thrust through by the sword, Pharaoh and all his multitude! Declareth My Lord, Yahweh.

Διότι έδωκα τον τρόμον μου εις την γην των ζώντων· και θέλει κοίτεσθαι εν μέσω των απεριτμήτων μετά των τεθανατωμένων εν μαχαίρα· ο Φαραώ και άπαν το πλήθος αυτού, λέγει Κύριος ο Θεός.
